Objective To investigate the effect of blood flow restriction combined with low-intensity plyometric jump training(LI-PJT+BFR)on lower limb dynamic postural control of functional ankle instability(FAI)in college students. Methods From March to May,2023,40 FAI college students were recruited from Xi'an Physical Education University, and randomly divided into high-intensity plyometric jump training(HI-PJT,n = 14)group,low-intensity plyomet-ric jump training(LI-PJT,n = 13)group and LI-PJT+BFR group(n = 13).All the groups finished the six-week corresponding training. The maximum voluntary isometric contraction(MVIC)of tibialis anterior, peroneus lon-gus,lateral head of gastrocnemius, gluteus maximus, vastus lateralis, biceps femoris and semitendinosus were measured, and the root mean square(RMS)of electromyography of these muscles was measured during the sin-gle-leg landing(SLL),using wireless surface electromyography before and after intervention. Moreover, they were assessed with Y-balance test and Cumberland Ankle Instability Tool(CAIT). Results MVIC and RMS of the target muscles improved after intervention in all the groups(t>2.218,P<0.05),except MVIC and RMS of peroneus longus, gluteus maximus, biceps femoris and semitendinosus in LI-PJT group, and RMS of peroneus longus in LI-PJT+BFR group;and MVIC and RMS of the target muscles were the least in LI-PJT group(F>3.262,P<0.05),except those of peroneus longus. The extension scores of Y-balance test and the total score improved after intervention(t>2.485,P<0.05),and they were the least in LI-PJT group(F>5.042,P<0.05).The CAIT score improved after intervention(t>5.227,P<0.001),and it was the least in LI-PJT group(F = 4.640,P<0.05). Conclusion LI-PJT+BFR could improve lower limb dynamic postural control of FAI college students, which is similar to HI-PJT.

According to the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score, the group was divided into a normal sleep group (PSQI ≤ 7 points) and a secondary insomnia group (PSQI>7 points). A cross-sectional survey was conducted using the Hamilton Depression Scale, Hamilton Anxiety Scaleand Social Support Rating Scale. Multivariate binary Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of secondary insomnia and construct a Nomogram prediction model for secondary insomnia in adolescents with depression. The accuracy of the model was judged by receiver operating characteristic curve. In addition, 70 adolescent depression patients who were treated in Shaoxing Seventh People′s Hospital from May 2022 to March 2023 were selected for success rate prediction. The results were compared with the actual observed results, and the fitting degree of the model was evaluated by Hosmer-Lemeshow test. Results:There were 72 cases in the normal sleep group, including 40 males and 32 females, aged (15.34 ± 2.62) years old, and 86 cases in the secondary insomnia group, including 51 males and 35 females, aged (14.89 ± 2.13) years old. The results of multivariate analysis showed that depression ( OR=6.381, 95 % CI 1.548-26.295, P<0.05), anxiety ( OR=6.248, 95 % CI 1.445-27.005, P<0.05) and social support ( OR=0.586, 95 % CI 0.346-0.994, P<0.05) were independent influencing factors for the occurrence of secondary insomnia in the two groups. On this basis, a risk prediction model was established. The AUC was 0.999, the sensitivity was 98.80 %, the specificity was 98.60 %, and the Youden index was 0.974. The total prediction accuracy of the external validation model was 99.80 %. Conclusions:The Nomogram prediction model of secondary insomnia in adolescent depression patients has excellent predictive efficacy. The degree of depression, anxiety and social support are the main influencing factors of secondary insomnia in patients. Medical staff should provide more effective psychological support for patients.

As an important complementary form of decoction pieces of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), TCM dispensing granules has the advantages of being free of decoction, easy to take, easy to carry and easy to be dispensed, which greatly improves the capacity of emergency services of TCM and is more in line with the needs of modern society. With the end of the pilot project of TCM dispensing granules, the market has been fully liberalized, the competition has been intensified, and it is in the transition period of switching between the new standard and the old one, and there are some problems such as the shortage of varieties, the change of specifications and the difference of quality, and the production enterprises are facing new opportunities and challenges. Based on this, the authors intend to systematically sort out the policies and regulations, enterprise layout and standard formulation since the pilot of TCM dispensing granules. In view of the problems in the post-pilot stage and from the perspective of survival and development of enterprises, it is suggested that enterprises should establish a quality control system for the whole industry chain of TCM dispensing granules to reduce process costs and increase enterprise competitiveness, further increase the investment in scientific research, overcome the key technical problems of difficult varieties, actively and orderly promote the research of national standards, in order to ensure the integrity of clinical formula varieties, and establish and improve the efficacy evaluation mechanism of TCM dispensing granules, build a consistency evaluation system between TCM dispensing granules and decoction pieces. Government departments should strengthen the guidance, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of scientific research institutions, enterprises and hospitals, and explore the establishment of "government-industry-study-research-application" mode to promote the development of TCM dispensing granule industry.

The many-banded krait, Bungarus multicinctus, has been recorded as the animal resource of JinQianBaiHuaShe in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Characterization of its venoms classified chief phyla of modern animal neurotoxins. However, the evolutionary origin and diversification of its neurotoxins as well as biosynthesis of its active compounds remain largely unknown due to the lack of its high-quality genome. Here, we present the 1.58 Gbp genome of B. multicinctus assembled into 18 chromosomes with contig/scaffold N50 of 7.53 Mbp/149.8 Mbp. Major bungarotoxin-coding genes were clustered within genome by family and found to be associated with ancient local duplications. The truncation of glycosylphosphatidylinositol anchor in the 3'-terminal of a LY6E paralog released modern three-finger toxins (3FTxs) from membrane tethering before the Colubroidea divergence. Subsequent expansion and mutations diversified and recruited these 3FTxs. After the cobra/krait divergence, the modern unit-B of β-bungarotoxin emerged with an extra cysteine residue. A subsequent point substitution in unit-A enabled the β-bungarotoxin covalent linkage. The B. multicinctus gene expression, chromatin topological organization, and histone modification characteristics were featured by transcriptome, proteome, chromatin conformation capture sequencing, and ChIP-seq. The results highlighted that venom production was under a sophisticated regulation. Our findings provide new insights into snake neurotoxin research, meanwhile will facilitate antivenom development, toxin-driven drug discovery and the quality control of JinQianBaiHuaShe.
