Objective To explore the application effect of trauma intelligent first aid platform in the treatment of severe trauma patients. Methods 160 patients with severe trauma admitted to Department of Emergency Medicine,the Affiliated Hospital of Hangzhou Normal University from January to December 2023 were selected as research objects. A total of 80 patients treated in the traditional trauma first aid mode from January to June 2023 were included in control group,and 80 patients treated in the trauma intelligent first aid platform from July to December 2023 were included in observation group. The effectiveness,success rate of rescue and information warning rate of two groups were compared. Results Arrival time of multidisciplinary trauma treatment team,time of completing CT examination,time of staying in rescue room,time of waiting for blood transfusion and time of hospitalization in observation group were shorter than those in control group (P<0.05). The success rate of rescue in observation group was higher than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The intelligent trauma first aid platform can effectively improve the first aid efficiency and success rate of rescue with severe trauma patients.

Candida albicans is one of the most common species of Candida, which is an important cause of invasive candidiasis in clinic. Due to the frequently use of classical antifungal agents, there are amounts of drug resistant C. albicans being isolated, causing the significantly decreasing of the efficacy of some antifungal agents in clinical treatment. Besides, the use of some compounds in clinic has been limited because of their toxicities. In such a context, drug combination therapy shows great potential on antifungal because of the synergy of different drugs or therapeutic methods that could bring, which could improve the weaknesses of single drug.

Ethylene glycol is easily decomposed and absorbed through the digestive tract. Toxic metabolites cause serious clinical symptoms such as central nervous system inhibition, metabolic acidosis, cardiopulmonary symptoms and renal insufficiency, and even death. Misuse and oral suicide are the main causes of ethylene glycol poisoning. This article reports a case of severe ethylene glycol poisoning admitted to the emergency department of the Affiliated Hospital of Hangzhou Normal University in December 2021. After treatment with V-V ECMO combined with blood purification, the patient was improved and discharged from hospital.

Objective To investigate the clinical application a small dose of ropivacaine in elderly patients undergoing transurethral resection of prostate (TURP).Methods 84 elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia treated by TURP were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 42 cases.The control group was given routine dose of ropivacaine for epidural anesthesia,while the observation group was treated with a small dose of ropivacaine for combined spinal-epidural anesthesia.The anesthetic effect,blood flow dynamic changes and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results The highest sensory block level of the two groups was no significant difference (t =1.08,P ＞ 0.05).The highest block time of the observation group was shorter than the control group,there were statistical different significantly between the two groups (t =4.21,P ＜ 0.05).The anesthetic effect excellent rate was 100％ in the observation group and the anesthetic effect excellent rate was 88％ in the control group.It was higher than control group,there were statistical different significantly between the two groups (x2 =5.31,P ＜ 0.05).All indicators were statistical different significantly between the two groups except blood pressure differences.The hypotension and the overall incidence of adverse reactions in the control group were higher than the observation group,there were statistical different significantly between the two groups (x2 =4.09,12.81,all P ＜0.05).Conclusion It has a good anesthetic effect,stable hemodynamics,adverse reactions are mild,motor block is light wait for a characteristic by a small dose ropivacaine combined spinal-epidural anesthesia for elderly patients with TURP.It is worthy to recommend its clinical use.
