1.Validity and reliability of the Pediatric Symptom Checklist in suspended primary and secondary school students

Objective:To examine the validity and reliability of the Pediatric Symptom Checklist(PSC)in suspended students in China(based on parent reports).Methods:A total of 184 parents were included in this study,PSC was used to assess students aged 10-19 who were suspended from primary and secondary school due to psy-chological problems.Results:After removing the fourth entry of the original scale("too active,non-active"),the confirmatory factor analysis showed that the three-factor model fit well(x2/df=1.57,RMSEA=0.06,CFI=0.93,TLI=0.91,SRMR=0.07).The Cronbach's alpha coefficients of the scale overall and the three dimensions of internalization,externalization and attention problem were 0.85,0.80,0.76 and 0.69,respectively.Conclusion:After removing the fourth entry,PSC has good construct validity and reliability evaluating psychological problems of suspended primary and secondary school students.
2.Clinical features of corticobasal syndrome and associated chronic pain:analysis of 8 cases

Objective:To investigate the clinical features and associated chronic pain in corticobasal syndrome (CBS).Methods:Clinical data of 8 patients diagnosed as probable CBS or possible CBS admitted to Beijing Hospital during January 2010 to June 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. The clinical information included sex, age, course of disease, chief complaint, neurological examination, blood biochemistry, tumor marker, infection and other laboratory tests; the neuropsychological evaluation included Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) scale and Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD); the imaging studies included cranial magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and/or 18F-Fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography ( 18F-FDG PET). Results:The main clinical manifestations were asymmetrical movement disorders, including rigidity, tremor, myoclonus and abnormalities in posture and gait. Patients showed poor response to levodopa treatment. Among 8 patients, 7 had apraxia, 5 patients had alien hand, and 5 patients had various degrees of cognitive dysfunction. The cranial MRI demonstrated mild cerebral atrophy which was slightly more severe in the contralateral side of the initially affected limb in 7 of the 8 patients. The 18F-FDG PET scan revealed asymmetric decreased metabolism in the frontal, parietal, temporal, and occipital lobe, as well as in basal ganglia, which was more severe in the contralateral side of the initially affected limb in 5 of the 8 patients. Six of the 8 patients were associated with pain, including dystonic pain in 3 patients, neuropathic pain in 1 patient, musculoskeletal pain in 1 patient, and unexplained pain in 1 patient. Pain was the onset symptom in 1 patient and pain was relieved by taking levodopa in another patient. Conclusions:CBS is characterized by asymmetric dyskinesia and cognitive impairment, and often associated with apraxia, cortical sensory deficits, and alien limb. The MRI and PET are helpful for CBS diagnosis. Pain may be one of the common non-motor symptoms in CBS.

4.Chimeric antigen receptor T-cell therapy: a promising treatment modality for relapsed/refractory mantle cell lymphoma.

Mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) is a distinct histological type of B-cell lymphoma with a poor prognosis. Several agents, such as proteasome inhibitors, immunomodulatory drugs, and inhibitors of B cell lymphoma-2 and Bruton's tyrosine kinase have shown efficacy for relapsed or refractory (r/r) MCL but often have short-term responses. Chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy has emerged as a novel treatment modality for r/r non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. However, long-term safety and tolerability associated with CAR T-cell therapy are not defined well, especially in MCL. In this report, we described a 70-year-old patient with r/r MCL with 48-month duration of follow-up who achieved long-term remission after CAR T-cell therapy. CAR T-cell-related toxicities were also mild and tolerated well even in this elderly patient. This report suggested that CAR T-cell therapy is a promising treatment modality for patients with MCL, who are generally elderly and have comorbid conditions.

5.Macrophage IL-33 expression in macrophages of human chronic periapical periodontitis and apical cyst

Objective:
To observe the expression of interleukin-33 (IL-33) in macrophages of chronic periapical periodontitis and apical cyst tissue, and to provide a basis for the study of the pathogenesis of IL-33 in periapical diseases.
Methods :
The apical tissues of 20 normal control group, 15 chronic periapical periodontitis group and 15 apical cyst group were collected for HE staining and optical microscopy respectively. CD14 was used as the marker of macrophages and double immunofluorescence staining was used to observe the changes of periapical tissues under fluorescence microscopy. The expression of IL-33 in CD14-positive macrophages was observed.
Results:
The macrophage density (cell/mm 2) of IL-33 and CD14 positive expression in normal control group, chronic periapical periodontitis group and root cyst group were(23.81 ± 5.16,62.97 ± 8.54,119.83 ± 14.61) respectively, and there were significant differences among the three groups(F=87.17,P < 0.01). The density of IL-33 and CD14 positive macrophages in root cyst group was significantly higher than that in chronic periapical periodontitis group and control group(P < 0.01).
Conclusion
IL-33 and CD14 positive macrophages increased in normal apical tissue, chronic periapical periodontitis tissue and apical cyst tissue in turn.
6.Characteristics of school food poisoning incident in Guizhou Province during 2011 to 2018

Objective:
To analyze the rule and characteristics of school food poisoning incident in Guizhou Province during 2011-2018.
Methods:
Data of school food poisoning incidents were collected from the Foodborne Disease Outbreak Surveillance System in Guizhou Province during 2011-2018 and statistically analyzed.
Results:
A total of 78 cases of food poisoning occurred in schools in Guizhou Province during 2011-2018. Among the 1 506 cases, 869 hospitalized and 1 died. May was peak time for school food poisoning. Most of the incidents (83.33%, 65/78) occurred in the school canteens. Plant origin products (50%, 39/78), especially spoiled rice, were the most common types of food poisoning in school(16.67%, 13/78).
Conclusion
Primary and secondary school students were the largest group for school food poisoning in Guizhou province. It was necessary to strengthen the supervision and management of school canteens and surrounding places, as well as to improve the food safety awareness of food operators and students, preventing similar incidents from happening again.
7.Spontaneous spinal subarachnoid hemorrhage: a case report and literature review

Objective To investigate the clinical,laboratory and MRI imaging features of a spontaneous spinal subarachnoid hemorrhage(S-SAH)so as to improve the recognition of spontaneous (S-SAH).Methods The data of clinical,laboratory,MRI imaging features,treatment and prognosis of the spontaneous(S-SAH)were collected and statistically analyzed.Relevant literatures were then reviewed.Results The patient was a 75-year-old woman with neuromyelitisoptica spectrum disorders.During the course of hospitalization for intravenous infusion of high-dose methylprednisolone,the patient suffered from a sudden and severe migrating back pain that gradually progressed from the back to the neck and head,and signs of meningeal irritation occurred.After the exclusion of aortic dissection,acute coronary syndrome,pulmonary embolism,and fractures,further MRI scans of the head and spinal cord were performed.The MRI confirmed subarachnoid hemorrhage located in spinal cord and posterior cranial foss,and the diagnosis was spontaneous S-SAH.Conclusions Migrating back pain combined with signs of meningeal irritation is a characteristic clinical manifestation of S-SAH,and a prompt MRI evaluation of spinal cord is helpful to improve the early diagnosis and treatment.
8.Effects of XBP1 on glioma cell viability and glycolysis under hypoxia

Objective:To determine the effect of hypoxic stress on glioma cell XBP1 expression, the relationship between XBP1 expres-sion and sugar metabolism, the influence of XBP1 repression on the survival rate of glioma cells under normoxia and hypoxia, and the influence of XBP1 on glioma cell glycolysis. Methods:We tested XBP1 activation in human glioma cell lines cultured under normoxia and hypoxia. XBP1 expression was repressed with siRNA technology. Cells were treated with oxidative phosphorylation inhibitor. We then detected the variation in cell apoptosis, sugar metabolism mode, and cell apoptosis and glycolysis products under normoxia and hypoxia. Results:XBP1 activation increased under hypoxia. Silencing XBP1 expression reduced glioma cell survival level, ATP and lactic acid production, and glucose consumption under hypoxia. After inhibiting cell oxidative phosphorylation, XBP1 repression significantly reduced the survival level of glioma cells. Conclusion:Hypoxia can activate XBP1 in glioma cells. Under hypoxia, XBP1 silencing de-presses cell activity and glycolysis. Glycolysis of glioma cells under hypoxia depends on XBP1 activation.
9.Analysis on application effect of scale score of treatment compliance of pulmonary tuberculosis patients in Guizhou province

Objective To verify the accuracy of ARS scale.Methods A cohort study was conducted in 10 counties (city)the in-troduction of the ARS scale from 2013 November to 2014 May (6 months),the registrations were undertake score,and score < 4 were compliance group,more than 4 cent were nonadherence group.Follow-up observation include review at the end of 2nd month after treatment and medicine compliance.Results There was no significant difference in age,gender,nationality and whether the floating population between the compliance group and non compliance group (P >0.05),initial treatment and retreatment was sta-tistically significant (P <0.05).1 824 patients had a mean score of 3.40±1.40,including compliance group mean score was 2.34± 0.73,is not in compliance with group mean score was 4.69±0.81.Mainly concentrated in the 2-5 scores accounted for 86%.The ARS score of 2 at the end of the packet and judge review the results of test,the Kappa coefficient was 0.403 (P <0.05).The sensi-tivity was 71.1%,specificity was 70.2%,the correct index 0.41.Multivariate Logistic and review the compliance of patients re treatment ARS score,at the beginning of the results of regression analysis showed that ARS score,under the same conditions,re-treatment review compliance was initially treated patients with difference (OR=0.41,P <0.05);in the initial treatment and retreat-ment premise under the same circumstances,review of compliance with the ARS score less than 4 points.It′s 5.65 times greater than or equal to 4 points (P <0.05).Conclusion The ARS scale can accurately judge the patient compliance,with high sensitivity and specificity,suitable for application in Guizhou Province,but we should consider other interference factors of promotion.
10.Comparison of response evaluation criteria in solid tumors (RECIST), European Association for the study of the liver (EASL) and modified RECIST criteria in evaluation of tumor response after transarteriai chemoembolization of primary liver cancer

Objective To compare the concordance among RECIST, EASL and modified RECIST criteria for the evaluation of tumor response after transarterial chemoembolization of primary liver cancer.Methods Fifty patients with primary liver cancer underwent 2 TACE cycles separated by 30-40 days.Triphasic helical CT or MRI scans were performed at baseline, at 4 weeks after TACE procedure, and 2 independent radiologists evaluated tumor response according to above-mentioned three different criteria. Chisquare test was used to compare the response rate, and kappa coefficients were used to evaluate the coherence. Results When tumor responses were evaluated using the RECIST-EASL and modified RECIST criteria, the numbers of the patients achieved complete response, partial response, stable disease,progressive disease were 0, 10, 30, 10; 6,21,14,9; 6,21,13,10 respectively. The objective response rates for three different criteria were 20%, 54%, 54% respectively ( P < 0. 01 ). Kappa coefficients between RECIST and EASL, between RECIST and modified RECIST, between EASL and modified RECIST were 0. 382, 0. 170, and 0. 857 (P = 0. 000). Conclusions RECIST criteria underestimates the extent of tumor response after TACE in primary liver cancer. Both EASL and modified RECIST criteria appear to agree with each other in determining treatment response. Furthermore, the modified RECIST is more convenient in clinical practice compared with EASL criteria.
