Objective To explore the prevalence of depressive symptoms in postoperative patients with ovarian cancer and to analyze its influencing factors from multiple dimensions, including clinical characteristics, psychological factors, and laboratory indicators. Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted, which enrolled 235 postoperative patients with ovarian cancer. Depressive status was assessed using the patient health questionnaire, and the demographic, pathological, and medical record data of the patients were collected using the generalized anxiety disorder scale, Pittsburgh sleep quality index, European organization for research and treatment of cancer quality of life questionnaire core 30, and ECOG performance status score. Peripheral blood tumor marker (CA125), routine blood test, lymphocyte subsets, and serum cytokine levels were measured. Univariate and multivariate binary logistic regression analysis were used for statistical analysis. Results The prevalence of depression in postoperative patients with ovarian cancer was 39.15% (92/235). Univariate analysis showed that ECOG score ≥ 2 points, pain, anxiety, poor sleep quality, low quality of life, low life satisfaction, tumor recurrence, six or more cycles of chemotherapy, as well as higher levels of CA125, NLR, and NAR, and lower hemoglobin levels were significantly associated with depression (all P<0.05). Multivariate binary Logistic regression analysis showed that anxiety (OR=1.975, 95%CI: 1.231-3.170), sleep efficiency (OR=4.181, 95%CI: 1.211-14.43), sleep latency (OR=34.806, 95%CI: 4.258-284.542), ECOG performance status score, cognitive function (OR=0.918, 95%CI: 0.868-0.97), and life satisfaction were independent risk factors for depression (all P<0.05). Laboratory indicators were not independent influencing factors in the multivariate Logistic regression model. Conclusion Depression in postoperative patients with ovarian cancer is influenced by physiological, psychological, and social factors. Clinical management should focus on patients with anxiety, sleep disorders, poor physical condition, and low life satisfaction, and a comprehensive prevention and treatment strategy centered on psychological intervention and taking into account symptom management and social support should be implemented.

BackgroundThe violent aggressive behaviors of patients with schizophrenia usually have the characteristics of suddenness， unpredictability， high severity， and great difficulty in prevention. Early identification and accurate assessment of their risk of violent aggression have significant clinical significance. ObjectiveTo construct a predictive model for the violence risk in hospitalized patients with schizophrenia， to identify the key factors influencing the occurrence of violent behavior in these patients， so as to provide references for clinical precise quantitative assessment and early intervention. MethodsA total of 200 patients with schizophrenia who were hospitalized at Taiyuan Psychiatric Hospital from March 2022 to September 2024 and met the diagnostic criteria of the International Classification of Diseases， eleventh edition （ICD-11） were collected to form the modeling cohort. They were randomly divided into a training set （n=140） and a test set （n=60） at a ratio of 7∶3. Based on the least absolute shrinkage and selection operator （LASSO） regression algorithm， the feature variables were screened and dimension-reduced. The support vector machine （SVM） from machine learning was selected for model training and prediction. The discrimination efficacy of the model was evaluated by the area under the receiver operating characteristic （ROC） curve （AUC）， accuracy， precision， sensitivity， specificity， F1 value， and Brier value. ResultsLASSO regression screening identified 16 feature variables. Pearson correlation analysis revealed a positive correlation between prior violent behavior frequency and clinical psychiatric symptom scores （r=0.580， P<0.01）， a positive correlation between hospitalization compliance and current disease status （r=0.550， P=0.003）， and a positive correlation between educational level and family per capita monthly income （r=0.367， P<0.01）. The SVM model achieved an AUC of 0.853， accuracy of 0.800， precision of 0.810， sensitivity of 0.895， specificity of 0.636， F1 value of 0.850， and Brier value of 0.168. ConclusionThe SVM model has a relatively high level of applicability and overall predictive performance in the assessment of violent risk in schizophrenia patients， which is helpful for the early identification of violent risks in such patients. ［Funded by Specialized Research Project for Enhancing the Competence of Health Professionals in Taiyuan City （number， Y2023006）］

The incidence and mortality rates of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)remain high in China,and the application of surgical resection is often limited due to the fact that most patients are in the advanced stage at the time of confirmed diagnosis.This article reviews commonly used advanced locoregional therapies for HCC and the advances in mainstream techniques such as local ablation(radiofrequency ablation,microwave ablation,irreversible electroporation,and cryoablation),intravascular intervention(transcatheter arterial chemoembolization,hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy,and Y90 hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy),and radiotherapy(CyberKnife,proton therapy,and heavy-ion therapy),and a multidimensional decision-making framework is constructed for HCC locoregional therapy by comparing treatment principles,indications,limitations,and clinical data of these techniques.This article aims to provide evidence-based support for persistent dilemmas in clinical decision-making,promote the role of locoregional therapies in clinical practice,and propose the directions for future research and clinical application.This article also establishes a comprehensive clinical roadmap for HCC locoregional therapy,which helps to address current challenges regarding technique selection and delineate future directions for innovation,in order to reshape the treatment of HCC through technological integration and paradigm innovation.

Objective To investigate the value of amide proton transfer(APT)imaging in evaluating lymph-vascular space inva-sion(LVSI)of cervical cancer.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the data of cervical cancer patients with patho-logically confirmed LVSI status.Based on the presence of LVSI,the patients were divided into LVSI positive group and LVSI nega-tive group.All patients underwent diffusion weighted imaging(DWI)and APT imaging before treatment,and the apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC)and APT values of the lesions were measured.An independent sample t-test was used to compare the differences in ADC and APT values between the two groups.The sensitivity,specificity and area under the curve(AUC)of ADC,APT and ADC+APT in predicting LVSI were observed by receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve,and the diagnostic performance of the three was compared by DeLong test.Results A total of 78 patients were included,of which 54 were LVSI negative and 24 were LVSI positive.The ADC values in the LVSI positive group were significantly lower than those in the LVSI negative group(P＜0.001),while the APT values in the LVSI positive group were significantly higher than those in the LVSI negative group(P＜0.001).The sensitivities of ADC,APT and ADC+APT in predicting LVSI were 79.17％,83.33％ and 87.50％,respectively,the specificities were 75.93％,55.56％ and 77.78％,respectively,and the AUC were 0.828,0.759 and 0.868,respectively,indicating that the diag-nostic performance of ADC+APT was better than that of ADC and APT alone(P＜0.001).Conclusion APT imaging can preop-eratively predict the presence of LVSI status in cervical cancer.When combined with ADC,its diagnostic accuracy is higher than that of APT alone,providing a new approach for evaluating LVSI in cervical cancer.

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and Effects on gastrointestinal dynamics and inflammatory factors levels of combined treatment with electromagnetic stimulation and Shugan Qingwei Tang for reflux esophagitis(RE).Methods:142 cases of liver and stomach depression heat type RE patients who were treated in our hospital from April 2021 to May 2023 were selected.The patients were divided into control group(conventional drug therapy combined with electromagnetic stimulation)and study group(Shugan Qingwei decoction was added to the control group)by random number table method,with 71 cases each.The curative effect,gastrointestinal dynamics indexes,inflammatory factors and adverse reactions were observed between the two groups.Results:Compared with control group after treatment,the clinical total effective rate,serum gastrin(GAS),and motilin(MTL)were higher,while serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),c-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),and interleukin-6(IL-6)were lower in the study group(P＜0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions between both groups.Conclusion:The combination therapy of Shugan Qingwei Tang and electromagnetic stimulation can improve the clinical treatment effect,improve gastrointestinal function,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and has good safety for RE patients.

Central nervous system(CNS)degenerative disorders refer to a spectrum of pathological alterations triggered by struc-tural damage to cerebral neural tissues,clinically manifested as diverse neurological dysfunction syndromes,including multiple sclerosis(MS),neurodegenerative diseases(NDs),and ische-mic stroke.The hallmark pathological features of these disorders involve irreversible neuronal damage and decompensation of functional neural networks,ultimately leading to progressive neurological deficits.Notably,with the accelerating global popu-lation aging,the incidence of these diseases has surged signifi-cantly.According to WHO statistics,they now rank among the top three global causes of disability and mortality.Current re-search has confirmed that the pathogenesis of CNS degenerative disorders exhibits high heterogeneity,encompassing multifaceted pathophysiological processes such as genetic predisposition,oxi-dative stress,protein misfolding,and metabolic dysregulation.This intricate pathogenic network not only complicates clinical differential diagnosis but also poses substantial challenges to the development of precision therapeutic strategies.Importantly,re-cent studies have revealed that mitochondrial homeostasis disrup-tion-induced inflammatory cascades(termed mitochondrial in-flammation)play a pivotal regulatory role in neurodegenerative progression.Key molecular mechanisms include impaired mito-phagy,aberrant mitochondrial DNA(mtDNA)release and NL-RP3 inflammasome activation.This review systematically deci-phers the molecular regulatory network of mitochondrial inflam-mation,with a focus on its biological effects in critical pathologi-cal events such as blood-brain barrier disruption,microglial hy-peractivation and neuronal apoptosis.The overarching aim is to provide a theoretical foundation for developing innovative thera-peutic strategies targeting mitochondrial homeostasis restoration.

Aim To detect the mechanism of Wenshen Jianpi recipe(WSJPR)regulating the autophagy by p70S6K signaling pathway on alleviating podocyte inju-ry in diabetic nephropathy(DN)rats.Methods DN model rats induced by streptozotocin were divided into five groups with six rats in each group:model control group,low dose group(7.5 g·kg-1·d-1),medium dose group(15 g·kg-1·d-1),high dose group(30 g·kg-1·d-1),and positive control group(25 mg·kg-1·d-1).In addition,six normal rats were used as negative control group(isotonic NaCl solution 10 mL·kg-1·d-1).All the rats were given continuous ga-vage for eight weeks.Fasting blood glucose,urine al-bumin/creatinine ratio(UACR)and blood viscosity were determined.The changes of podocyte ultrastruc-ture and autophagosome in each group were observed by transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The pro-tein levels of signaling pathway factor p70S6K and au-tophagy factor p62 in renal tissues of rats in each group were detected by Western blot.Besides,p62 expres-sion was observed by immunohistochemistry.Results WSJPR could decrease fasting blood glucose and UACR,and improve the indexes of blood viscosity in rats.TEM indicated that WSJPR could significantly improve the podocyte ultrastructure and autophagy level in DN rats.Western blot showed that the expression level of signaling pathway factor p70S6K and autophagy factor p62 in the kidney of DN rats increased signifi-cantly compared with blank control group(P＜0.01).The expression level of p70S6K and p62 in WSJPR groups decreased compared with model control group(P＜0.05).Among them,the medium-dose group of WSJPR had the most significant change.Immunohisto-chemical results showed that the level of autophagy fac-tor p62 in kidney tissue of DN rats increased compared with the control group.WSJPR had a certain inhibitory effect on p62 expression in DN rats.Conclusion WSJPR might restore cell homeostasis by inhibiting p70S6K level,reducing the expression of autophagy factor p62 and enhancing autophagy level in renal tis-sue of DN rats.
