The articles on machine learning methods for predicting the risk of depression between 2019 and 2023 are retrieved from 6 databases(VIP,WANFANG,CNKI,Embase,PubMed and Web of Science). The review systematically summarized the algorithm characteristics, research fields, model performance, and current problems and challenges.A total of 92 articles are includes. The analysis results show that the machine learning models for predicting the risk of depression perform well, with the AUC values of the best prediction models ranging from 0.603 0 to 0.997 6.In the future, there should be a construction of multicenter prospective dynamic prediction models that use a multi-modal fusion approach to provide a more reliable basis for the clinical diagnosis of depression.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of arthroscopic measurement of intra-articular graft length in the application of total internal reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament(ACL).Methods The 60 patients with ACL injury treated between January 2020 and January 2022 were retrospectively analyzed. There were 37 males and 23 females, aged from 22 to 44 years.According to the different surgical methods, they were divided into two groups:conventional surgery group(conventional group)and pull-line measurement group(measurement group),with 30 cases in each group. In the conventional group, there were 20 males and 10 females, with an average age of(30.00±3.95)years old;the body mass index(BMI)was(22.58±1.41)kg·m-2;there were 9 cases on the left side and 21 cases on the right side;the time from injury to operation was(3.00±1.35)days.In the measurement group, there were 17 males and 13 females, with an average of(32.00±4.29)years;BMI was(23.29±1.39)kg·m-2;there were 12 cases on the left side and 18 cases on the right side;the time from injury to oper-ation was(3.00±1.27)days.The clinical data of the patients before surgery,6 months after surgery and 12 months after surgery were collected and recorded. The clinical efficacy of the two methods was compared in terms of postoperative VAS,KOOS,Lysholm score,IKDC score, knee stability(Lachman test, anterior drawer test and axial shift test),the degree of widening of bone tunnel diameter measured by CT at different stages of the postoperative period and MRI scoring system. Results At 12 months after surgery, the VAS of the measurement group was lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.001).At 12 months after surgery,KOOS scores in the measurement group were higher than those in the conventional group, and there were statistical-ly significant differences in all scores except symptom scores(P<0.05).Six months after operation,Lysholm total score and IKDC total score in the measurement group were higher than those in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).At 12 months after surgery, knee stability tests were performed, and the differences between the Lachman test, anterior drawer test and axial shift test measurement group and the conventional group were not statistically significant(P>0.05).However,overall knee instability analysis showed that the knee stability of the measurement group was better than that of the con-trol group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P=0.038).The imaging assessment of patients in both groups at 6 months after surgery showed that the widening of tendon tunnel diameter in both femur and tibia was reduced in the measurement group compared with the conventional group after surgery, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);MRI scores were higher in all patients in the measurement group those in the conventional group,at 6 months and 12 months agter surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion Arthroscopic measurement of intra-articular cavity graft length in total internal technique for ACL reconstruction, high tendon utilization, good stability, the knee joint function has recovered satisfactorily within one year, and the therapeutic effect is affirmed.

This study aimed to explore the mechanism of Cistanches Herba in the treatment of cancer-induced fatigue(CRF) by network pharmacology combined with in vivo and in vitro experiments to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical medication. The chemical constituents and targets of Cistanches Herba were searched from the Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform(TCMSP). The targets of CRF were screened out by GeneCards and NCBI. The common targets of traditional Chinese medicine and disease were selected to construct a protein-protein interaction(PPI) network, followed by Gene Ontology(GO) functional and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG) pathway enrichment analyses. A visual signal pathway rela-ted to Chinese medicine and disease targets was constructed. The CRF model was induced by paclitaxel(PTX) in mice. Mice were divided into a control group, a PTX model group, and low-and high-dose Cistanches Herba extract groups(250 and 500 mg·kg~(-1)). The anti-CRF effect in mice was evaluated by open field test, tail suspension test, and exhaustive swimming time, and the pathological morphology of skeletal muscle was evaluated by hematoxylin-eosin(HE) staining. The cancer cachexia model in C2C12 muscle cells was induced by C26 co-culture, and the cells were divided into a control group, a conditioned medium model group, and low-, medium-, and high-dose Cistanches Herba extract groups(62.5, 125, and 250 μg·mL~(-1)). The reactive oxygen species(ROS) content in each group was detected by flow cytometry, and the intracellular mitochondrial status was evaluated by transmission electron microscopy. The protein expression levels of hypoxia-inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α), BNIP3L, and Beclin-1 were detected by Western blot. Six effective constituents were screened out from Cistanches Herba. The core genes of Cistanches Herba in treating CRF were AKT1, IL-6, VEGFA, CASP3, JUN, EGFR, MYC, EGF, MAPK1, PTGS2, MMP9, IL-1B, FOS, and IL10, and the pathways related to CRF were AGE-RAGE and HIF-1α. Through GO enrichment analysis, it was found that the main biological functions involved were lipid peroxidation, nutrient deficiency, chemical stress, oxidative stress, oxygen content, and other biological processes. The results of the in vivo experiment showed that Cistanches Herba extract could significantly improve skeletal muscle atrophy in mice to relieve CRF. The in vitro experiment showed that Cistanches Herba extract could significantly reduce the content of intracellular ROS, the percentage of mitochondrial fragmentation, and the protein expression of Beclin-1 and increase the number of autophagosomes and the protein expression of HIF-1α and BNIP3L. Cistanches Herba showed a good anti-CRF effect, and its mechanism may be related to the key target proteins in the HIF-1α signaling pathway.
