1.Body Composition Profiles and Associated Factors in Adolescents UndergoingLong-term Regular Exercise

To investigate body composition and associated factors in adolescents undergoing long-term regular sports training. This prospective longitudinal cohort study employed convenience sampling to recruit adolescents receiving structured athletic training at Jining Sports Training Center in June 2023. Baseline measurements included height, weight, body mass index (BMI), blood pressure, heart rate, waist circumference, and hip circumference. Questionnaires assessed sleep duration, screen time, and household income. Follow-up measurements in June 2024 repeated these assessments while adding bioelectrical impedance analysis for body composition (lean mass, skeletal muscle mass, fat mass, and body fat percentage). Linear regression models examined associations between training type (direct-contact vs. non-contact sports) and follow-up body fat percentage, BMI, and waist circumference as dependent variables, adjusting for covariates. The study included 110 adolescents (39 female, 71 male) with median age 13.21 years (IQR: 12.46-14.33). Participants comprised 65 direct-contact and 45 non-contact athletes. Baseline prevalence rates were 27.27% for overweight/obesity, 24.55% for elevated waist circumference, and 16.36% for elevated blood pressure. At follow-up, corresponding rates were 24.55%, 26.36%, and 13.64% respectively. The elevated blood pressure subgroup showed significantly higher waist circumference ( Despite regular athletic training, substantial proportions of adolescents exhibited overweight/obesity, abdominal obesity, and elevated blood pressure, warranting clinical attention. Training modality appears to influence body composition changes, with direct-contact sports associated with more favorable adiposity-related outcomes.

Living systematic review (LSR) is a systematic review methodology that incorporates regular updates to integrate new evidence, aiming to rapidly reflect the latest research findings. Although LSRs are increasingly adopted in clinical fields, their reporting quality remains inconsistent and lack of standardized guidelines. To standardize LSR reporting, the PRISMA 2020 statement has released an extension checklist (PRISMA-LSR). This paper describes the background of PRISMA-LSR release and main revisions, and interprets it with examples, with the goal of guiding future LSR research and enhancing reporting quality.
3.Research progress of vulvar squamous cell carcinoma

Vulvar squamous cell carcinoma(VSCC)is a rare but gradually increasing cancer of the female reproductive system,characterized by a high recurrence rate and poor prognosis.In recent years,significant progress has been made in understanding the etiology,diagnosis,and treatment of VSCC.The classification criteria for VSCC have gradually shifted from histological to molecular levels associated with HPV and P53 protein.More importantly,different molecular subtypes have been proven to exhibit distinct genomic mutations and clinical pro-gnoses.Consequently,the molecular subtypes of VSCC are expected to guide the selection of targeted therapies,immunotherapies,and sur-gical strategies.Simultaneously,the evolution of inguinal lymph node management from traditional surgery to individualized surgical strategies,along with new treatment methods,including electrochemotherapy,targeted therapy,and immunotherapy,has provided more options for the clinical management of VSCC.This review integrates the literature from the past five years to elucidate the latest viewpoints and technologies in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of VSCC,aiming to provide clinicians with a comprehensive perspective to promote a deeper understanding of and management of VSCC.

5.A Scoping Review of the Application of Large Language Models in Clinical Practice

Purpose/Significance The scoping review summarizes the application of large language models in clinical practice,and provides references for their promotion.Method/Process PubMed,Embase,Wanfang and CNKI databases are searched to screen the lit-erature related to the application of large language models in clinical practice,and the content of the included literature is extracted,sum-marized and analyzed.Result/Conclusion Large language models have application value in providing treatment suggestions,assisting disease diagnosis,health education,analyzing text image data,etc.However,their performance in answer accuracy and individualization is not satisfactory.In general,large language models show significant potential in clinical practice,but necessary measures must be taken to control the application risks and confirm the scope of application.
6.The value of urine activin A in the diagnosis of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy

Objective To explore the relationship between urinary activin A and neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE).Methods 50 full-term neonatal with HIE were selected as the observation group,48 normal full-term neonatal in the same period were selected as the normal control group randomly.Within 7 days after birth,the observation group was divided into the group of 30 patients with mild HIE and the group of 20 patients with moderate and severe HIE,according to diagnostic criteria and clinical grading of neonatal HIE.The levels of urinary activin A in two groups after birth at different time(2,12,24,48,72h)was determined by using ELISA method.Results The levels of urinary activin A in moderate and severe HIE group was significantly higher than than in the normal control group(P<0.01)and mild HIE group(P<0.01);The levels of urinary activin A in the normal control group and mild HIE group showed no significant differences(P>0.05).Urinary activin A level>70 ng/L for the critical value to determine the occurrence of moderate and severe HIE,the sensitivity and specificity of 2 h urinary activin A levels were separately 86% and 99%;The sensitivity and specificity of 12~72 h urinary activin A levels were separately 100% and 98%.Conclusion The correlation between the level of urinary activin A and the severity of HIE was positive,the level of urinary activin A had a high degree of sensitivity and specificity for determine the incidence of moderate and severe HIE,it provided an important basis for diagnosis of moderate and severe HIE.
