Objective To explore quality evaluation system for standardized training of general residents based on the six core competencies of World Organization of Family Doctors(WONCA).Methods The literatures meeting the requirements were selected by literature screening method under the framework of WONCA's six core competencies.The qualitative data were collected in the form of open questionnaires,and the indicator system was determined after two rounds of consultation.The evaluation indexes for residents training quality were selected by Colaizzi 7-step analysis method based on phenomenology.The weights of all indexes were calculated by analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to formulate quality evaluation system.Results 33 indexes in the 10 dimensions(information about residents,understanding about training content,basic information about the training hospital,et al.)were determined to construct quality evaluation system for standardized training of general residents.The weights of all indexes were determined by AHP.In all the indexes,weights of trainees'income(0.082),superiors attention(0.081)and the total completion assessment(0.113)were the highest.Conclusion The research results show that in the evaluation of quality system for standardized training of general residents,it is necessary to pay close attentions to the indexes with the highest weights in the 10 dimensions(information about residents,understanding about training content,basic information about the training hospital,et al.),especially for trainees'income,superiors attention and the total completion assessment to improve the evaluation system.

Objective:To explore the status quo of young patients′ perception of partner responsiveness and fear of disease progression after surgery of cervical cancer, and to analyze the correlation between the two to provide a basis for targeted intervention.Methods:From October 2018 to June 2020, a convenient sampling method was used to select 121 young patients after radical resection of cervical cancer who were treated in East Branch of Qingdao Municipal Hospital. It was investigated by the Perceived Partner Responsiveness Scale and the Fear of Progression Questionnaire-Short Form in cancer patients.Results:The total score of perceived partner responsiveness of young patients with cervical cancer after surgery was (41.30 ± 6.14) points, and the total score of fear of disease progression was (31.10 ± 6.58) points; perceived partner responsiveness was negatively correlated with fear of disease progression ( r=-0.72, P<0.05). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that work status and perceived partner responsiveness were the influencing factors of patients' fear of disease progression ( t=11.54, 18.40, all P<0.05). Conclusions:The perception of partner responsiveness in young patients with cervical cancer after surgery is closely related to the fear of disease progression. Perception of partner responsiveness can affect patients′ fear of disease progression; it can improve the patients′ perception of partner responsiveness to improve their fear of disease progression.

Objective: To investigate the status of inclusive leadership style of nurses in operating room and psychological violence among nurses and colleagues, and to analyze the correlation between them. Methods: From September to October 2018, a convenient sampling method was adopted. A total of 202 operating room nurses from 2 second-class hospitals and 4 third-grade hospitals in Qingdao, Shandong Province were selected as research subjects. Questionnaire survey was conducted on the Inclusive Leadership Scale and the Chinese version of the Workplace Psychological Violence Scale. Results: The total score of the head of the inclusive leadership in the operating room was 46.53±4.98; the total score of psychological violence in the nurses' workplace was 30.59±5.67; the headroom of the operating room was inclusive and the psychological violence of the nurses. There was a negative correlation (r=-0.691--0.489, P<0.05). Conclusions The inclusive leadership style of the head nurse in the operating room can affect the psychological violence of the nurses in the workplace. The head nurse should pay attention to the characteristics of the inclusive leadership style, thus effectively reduce the psychological violence between colleagues.
