OBJECTIVE To analyze the occurrence characteristics and risk factors of adverse drug reactions （ADR） of gemcitabine for injection in national centralized volume-based procurement （hereinafter referred to as “centralized procurement”）， and provide reference for clinical safe drug use. METHODS A retrospective study was conducted to collect the relevant case reports of gemcitabine for injection reported to the National Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring System by Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region from January 2022 to December 2023； basic information of patients， drug use status， patient outcomes， rational drug use and other information were collected， and the occurrence characteristics of ADRs with leukopenia， myelosuppression， neutropenia， thrombocytopenia and liver dysfunction were analyzed. Univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression were used to analyze the correlation of gender， age， combination of antitumor drugs， original malignant tumor and drug dose with ADR. RESULTS A total of 315 cases reports （315 patients） of gemcitabine-induced ADR were included in this study， with a male-to-female ratio of 1.42∶1 and age of （61.17±9.13） years. The primary malignant tumor was pancreatic cancer （73 cases， 23.17%）. Leukopenia， myelosuppression and nausea were the most common ADR， followed by neutropenia， thrombocytopenia， liver dysfunction and so on. The severity grade of ADR was mainly 1-2， and the outcome of most ADR was good. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that combination of antitumor drugs was a risk factor for myelosuppression and neutropenia （RR＝2.154， 95%CI： 1.218- 3.807， P＝0.008； RR＝3.099， 95%CI： 1.240-7.744， P＝0.016）； gender （female） was a risk factor for leukopenia and liver dysfunction （RR＝0.508， 95%CI： 0.302-0.853， P＝0.010； RR＝0.301， 95%CI： 0.102-0.887， P＝0.029）. In terms of drug use rationality， there were 143 cases （45.40%） of drug 126.com use in accordance with the indications of the label， and 172 cases （54.60%） of off-label drug use. Among them， the primary malignant tumors were bladder cancer， bile duct cancer and ovarian cancer， which ranked the top three off-label drug use. CONCLUSIONS The ADR caused by gemcitabine in Inner Mongolia is mainly in the blood and digestive systems. The severity of ADRs is mainly classified as 1-2 levels， and most ADRs have good outcomes. Gender （female） and combination medication are risk factors for gemcitabine-induced ADR. Appropriate chemotherapy regimen should be selected according to the patient’s condition and physical condition， and ADR monitoring in blood and digestive systems should be strengthened during medication of gemcitabine.

Objective To establish a brucellosis monitoring and testing technique applicable for the rapid field screening of natural epidemic diseases.Methods A rapid testing technique for Brucella was developed based on a double-antibody sandwich testing model using gradient-variant quantum dots as fluorescent tracers.The sensitivity,linearity,precision,and specificity of the technique were evaluated using suspensions of standard Brucella strains.Methodological comparisons across different sample types were conducted to assess the consistency of the test results.Results The gradient-variant quantum dots detection method was evaluated with standard Brucella strains,exhibiting a sensitivity of 1×103 CFU/mL and a linear correlation coefficient(r)of 0.994(95%CI,0.933-1.055).The maximum coefficient of variation was 12.94%in repeated tests,showing good specificity.A comparative assessment of 305 clinical samples was conducted using the Brucella gradient-variant quantum dots detection method,the Rose Bengal plate agglutination test(RBT),and the serum agglutination test(SAT),yielding a Kappa value of 0.95,indicating almost perfect agreement.Additionally,a comparative assessment of 110 environmental samples collected on-site was conducted using the Brucella gradient-variant quantum dots detection method and quantitative real-time PCR(qPCR).The Kappa values for aerosol collection fluid,surface wipes,and wool samples were all above 0.83,demonstrating near-perfect agreement.For fecal and soil samples,the Kappa values were above 0.62,indicating substantial agreement.Conclusion The Brucella detection method based on gradient-variant quantum dots technology is simple and can be conducted rapidly.The detection method demonstrates high sensitivity,linearity,precision,and specificity.It shows consistent performance in clinical sample testing.It is well-suited for field rapid screening of natural epidemic diseases in field settings and shows good application prospects in the monitoring,prevention,and rapid detection of zoonotic diseases.

Objective To propose a method for correcting the attenuation of positron emission tomography (PET) data in PET/magnetic resonance (MR) based on transmission scan, and to improve image quality, diagnostic accuracy, and lesion location accuracy. Methods In this study, the head phantom in the national standard GB/T 18988.1—2013 was used as the experimental model. The head phantom contained three 50 mm diameter cylindrical inserts filled with air, water, and solid teflon. The attenuation correction coefficients were calculated and analyzed based on transmission scan. Results With slice = 33 and theta = 0, the attenuation correction coefficient was the largest (about 7.5) when the coincidence line passed through the axis of the phantom. The spatial distribution of the attenuation correction coefficients clearly showed the positions of air insert and teflon insert, indicating that the attenuation correction coefficients calculated from transmission scan data were accurate. In the clinical verification experiment, the attenuation correction method based on transmission scan significantly improved the image quality and showed efficient attenuation correction. Conclusion This paper studied the attenuation correction method for PET data in PET/MR based on transmission scan. This method can improve the image quality. In the future work, the attenuation correction method of PET/MR will be further studied and optimized to facilitate clinical applications.

ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical effectiveness and safety of Lianling Formula （连苓方） in the treatment of adolescent atopic dermatitis （AD） exacerbation stage with heart fire and spleen deficiency syndrome. MethodsNinety-two patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group， with 46 cases in each group. Patients in the control group took oral ebastine tablets， and patients in the treatment group took Lianling Formula orally， and both groups used 0.03% topical tacrolimus for 4 weeks. Before and after treatment， the improvement of scoring atopic dermatitis index by 50% （SCORAD50） and 75% （SCORAD75）， scoring atopic dermatitis index （SCORAD）， visual analog scale （VAS）， traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） symptom score， the children's dermatology life quality index （CDLQI）， Athens insomnia scale （AIS） score of both groups were evaluated， and the adverse reactions in both groups were recorded. ResultsFour cases in the treatment group and five cases in the control group were dropped， and intention-to-treat analysis was used. Finally 46 cases in each group were included in the statistics. The SCORAD scores after treatment were lower than those before treatment， and the scores in treatment group were lower than those of the control group （P＜0.01）； the attainment rates of SCORAD50 and SCORAD75 after treatment in the treatment group were 80.43% and 47.83%， which were significantly higher than those in the control group of 63.04% and 26.09%， respectively （P＜0.05）. VAS scores， TCM symptom scores， CDLQI scores， and AIS scores were lower than those before treatment （P＜0.01）， and VAS scores， TCM symptom scores， and CDLQI scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group after treatment （P＜0.05 or P＜0.01）， while AIS scores were higher than those of the control group （P＜0.05）. The erythema， papule/edema， oozing/crusting， epidermal peeling， and dryness in the SCORAD scores of the treatment group after treatment were lower than those before treatment （P＜0.05 or P＜0.01）， and the erythema， papule/edema， oozing/crusting， and dryness of children in the control group were lower than those before treatment （P＜0.05 or P＜0.01）. The scores of erythema， oozing/crusting， and epidermal peeling in the treatment group after treatment were all lower than those in the control group （P＜0.05）. The scores of vexation， itching， dry mouth， poor appetite and irregular bowel movements in terms of TCM symptoms in the treatment group after treatment were lower than those before treatment （P＜0.01）， and the scores of itching， vexation， dark urine in the control group were lower than those before treatment （P＜0.05 or P＜0.01）. The scores of itching， dry mouth， poor appetite， irregular bowel movements， and dark urine in the treatment group after treatment were all lower than that in the control group （P＜0.05 or P＜0.01）. No adverse reactions occurred in both groups of children during treatment. ConclusionLianling Formula combined with topical tacrolimus can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of adolescent AD exacerbation with heart fire and spleen deficiency syndrome， and the formula is effective and safe in improving the children's skin lesions， reducing itching， relieving the accompanied TCM symptoms， and improving the quality of life.

OBJECTIVE To analyze the use of children’s drugs in public medical institutions in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region， and provide some reference for the rational use of children’s drugs and the improvement of children’s drug list in the whole region. METHODS The generic names， specifications， and dosage forms of children’s drugs were collected from all levels of public medical institutions in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in 2023. The method of defined daily dose （DDD） and ranking ratio （B/A） were used to explore the frequency of drug use， daily average cost and cost-effectiveness of children’s drugs in this region， and the dosage forms， category， and drug use convergence of children’s drugs in medical institutions in the whole region. RESULTS In 2023， 1 751 public medical and health institutions in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region were equipped with 267 kinds of children’s drugs， including 12 drug categories. The main dosage forms were granules， oral solutions， and syrups. The drugs that were frequently used in medical institutions at all levels were mainly antipyretic， analgesic， anti-inflammatory drugs （mostly Chinese patent medicines）， and respiratory drugs. The daily average cost of children’s drugs with the highest DDDs in tertiary， secondary， and primary public medical institutions was low， and the B/A value of most drugs with higher DDDs was around 1. However， the B/A value of some drugs was high， which may lead to overuse. The drug use convergence between primary public medical institutions and secondary/tertiary public medical institutions was less than 50%. CONCLUSIONS The types of drugs involved in children’s drugs in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region are comprehensive and the social and economic benefits are in good synchronization， but the dosage form is single and there are few special rules and dosage forms for children. The proportions of Chinese patent medicines in primary and secondary public medical institutions are high， and the risk of drug use should be paid attention. The cohesion between children’s drugs in primary public medical institutions and higher public medical institutions is slightly poor.

BACKGROUND:Transcranial magneto-acoustical electrical stimulation(TMAES)is a non-invasive,high-precision neurofocused stimulation method based on magneto-acoustic coupling electrical effect,which can regulate the rhythmic oscillation of nerve activity,thereby affecting the brain's movement,cognition and other functions. OBJECTIVE:To explore the effect of TMAES on beta oscillations in the neural circuits of healthy rats and Parkinson's rats. METHODS:(1)Animal experiments:Twenty-four Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups(n=6 per group).The rats in the normal control group received no intervention,while those in the normal stimulation group received TMAES(the average spatial peak pulse intensity:13.33 W/cm2,fundamental frequency:0.4 MHz,the number of fundamental wave cycles:1000,and pulse frequency:200 Hz).The model control group and model stimulation group were established by intraperitoneal injection of 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine.After successful modeling,the rats in the model control group received sham TMAES stimulation in the prefrontal cortex,and those in the model stimulation group received TMAES in the prefrontal cortex,and the duration of stimulation was 2.0 minutes per day.After an interval of 8-10 minutes,the local field potential signals of rats were collected during the execution of T-maze test and the correct rate of behavior was recorded at the same time to compare and analyze the time-frequency distribution of local field potential signals and behavioral differences among the groups.The stimulation experiment and T-maze test were stopped when the correct rate of rats was higher than 80%for 3 consecutive days.(2)Modeling and simulation experiments:The cortical-basal ganglion circuit model under TMAES was established,and the ultrasonic emission period(5,10,20 ms),ultrasonic emission duty cycle(30%,50%,90%)and induced current density(20,50,100 μA/cm2)were changed respectively to compare the power spectral density values of beta oscillations in healthy rats and Parkinson's rats under different stimulation parameters. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:(1)Animal experiments:The spatial learning ability of the rats in the normal control group was stronger than that of the model control group(P＜0.001),the spatial learning ability of the rats in the normal stimulation group was stronger than that of the normal control group(P＜0.05),and the spatial learning ability of the rats in the model stimulation group was stronger than that of the model control group(P＜0.01).The distribution of beta oscillation energy in the normal control group was more concentrated,and the beta oscillation signal energy was reduced in the normal stimulation group compared with the normal control group.The beta oscillation energy was widely distributed and the energy value was significantly higher in the model control group and the model stimulation group than the normal control and normal stimulation groups.Moreover,the beta oscillation signal energy in the model stimulation group was significantly lower than that in the model control group.(2)Modeling and simulation experiments:the peak power spectral density of the beta band of healthy rats without stimulation(30 dB)was significantly lower than that of Parkinson's rats(55 dB).The power spectral density value generally decreased after stimulation.The peak power spectral density in the beta band was positively correlated with the ultrasonic emission period and negatively correlated with the induced current density.In addition,the peak power spectral density value was the lowest when the duty cycle of ultrasonic emission was 50%.These findings indicate that TMAES suppresses beta oscillations in healthy and Parkinson's disease rats,thereby improving motor function and decision-making cognitive function in rats.

Objective:To investigate the distribution of potential suitable habitats for Ixodes persulcatus in Heilongjiang Province during different climatic periods. Methods:The geographical location data of Ixodes persulcatus in Heilongjiang Province from 1980 to 2023 were collected through literature search and field ecological investigation. The environmental factor variables were downloaded from the WorldClim website and the Resource and Environmental Science and Data Platform. A combination of SDMtune, ENMTools packages, and the maximum entropy (MaxEnt) model were used to predict the potential habitats of Ixodes persulcatus in Heilongjiang Province during different climatic periods and determine its dominant environmental factors. Among them, the time range of historical climatic period data was 1970 - 2000. The future climatic period data (2021 - 2040, 2041 - 2060) were selected as the low forcing scenario (SSP126 scenario) of the shared socioeconomic pathways (SSP) in the Beijing Climate Center - Climate System Model version 2-Medium Resolution, to simulate the impact of global warming on the distribution of potential habitats for Ixodes persulcatus in Heilongjiang Province. Results:A total of 83 geographical distribution sites of Ixodes persulcatus in Heilongjiang Province were obtained. After screening, 10 environmental factors were included in the MaxEnt model. Among them, the cumulative contribution percentage of annual precipitation, average annual temperature, and vegetation type was 67.3%. Compared with historical climatic period, the total potential habitats of Ixodes persulcatus in Heilongjiang Province increased from 29.81 × 10 4 km 2 to 32.24 × 10 4 km 2 in 2041 - 2060. The center of potential habitats moved to 47.75° N, and 128.66° E, with a northwest offset of 126.07° and a migration distance of 45.83 km. Conclusion:With global climate warming, the total potential habitats of Ixodes persulcatus in Heilongjiang Province has increased, showing an overall trend of migration to the northwest.

In recent years, the number of people living in short-term and long-term period in high-altitude has been continuously increasing, with over 81.6 million people living in areas with an altitude of ≥ 2, [KG*9]500 meters. In China, there are over 10 million people who frequently reside at high altitudes, and over 20 million people enter the plateau every year. The unique plateau climate has triggered a series of plateau related diseases, among which high altitude cerebral edema (HACE) is one of the most serious diseases. If patients are not treated promptly and appropriately, they may die from cerebral hernia within 24 hours. However, the exact mechanism of the development of HACE is not fully understood, which makes the clinical prevention and treatment of HACE challenging. Mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) and their exosomes (MSC-Exos) have the ability to repair damaged tissues and cells, resist oxidative stress, inhibit inflammatory reactions, and regulate autophagy, which may potentially become new drugs for preventing and treating HACE. This article elucidated the pathogenesis of high altitude brain edema and the potential roles of MSC and MSC-Exos based on relevant literatureat home and abroad, providing a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of HACE by MSC and MSC-Exos.
