Objective:To evaluate the clinically curative effect of intervention treatment of electronic bronchoscope in treating tracheobronchial tuberculosis at clinical activity stage.Methods:Sixty patients with tracheobronchial tuberculosis at clinical activity stage(type I,II,III and VI)who admitted to Liuzhou People's Hospital from September 2020 to September 2023 were selected,and they were divided into drug group(anti-tuberculosis drug treatment)and combination group(anti-tuberculosis drug treatment+interventional treatment with electronic bronchoscope)by the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The curative effects of the two groups were observed,and the negative conversion rate of sputum bacteria,clinical symptom scores(cough symptom,expectoration symptom)before and after treatment,Modified British Medical Research Council Dyspnea Scale(mMRC)score between two groups were compared,and the differences in indicators of pulmonary function such as forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC)and maximum voluntary ventilation(MVV)between the two groups also were compared.And then,the incidence of complications was calculated.Results:During the 1,2 and 3 months of follow-up,there were respectively 21 cases,27 cases and 30 cases occurred negative conversion of sputum bacteria in 30 patients of the combination group,and there were respectively 15 cases,18 cases and 23 cases occurred negative conversion of sputum bacteria in 30 patients of the drug group.At the 1st month of follow-up,the negative conversion rate of sputum bacteria in combination group was higher than that in drug group,while there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P＞0.05).At the 2nd and 3rd month of follow-up,the negative conversion rate of sputum bacteria in the combination group was higher than that in the drug group,and the differences were statistically significant(x2=7.200,7.925,P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment of the combination group was 100%,which was higher than 80%of the drug group,and the difference of that between two groups was significant(x2=6.667,P<0.05).After 2 months of treatment,the mMRC score,cough symptom score and expectoration symptom score of the combination group were all lower than those of the drug group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=3.504,3.950,3.530,P<0.05).The improvement effects of FEV1,FVC and MVV of the combination group were all better than those of the drug group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=6.626,4.966,4.097,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Anti-tuberculosis drug therapy combined with electronic bronchoscopy intervention has a good therapeutic effect in clinically active tracheobronchial tuberculosis.

OBJECTIVE: Providing a risk assessment method for the implementation of radiotherapy to identify possible risks in the implementation of the treatment process, and proposing measures to reduce or prevent these risks. METHODS: A multidisciplinary expert evaluation team was developed and the radiotherapy treatment process flow was drawn. Through the expert team, the failure mode analysis is carried out in each step of the flow chart. The results were summarized and the (risk priority ordinal) score was obtained, and the quantitative evaluation results of the whole process risk were obtained. RESULTS: One hundred and six failure modes were obtained, risk assessment of (20%) high risk failure model are 22 and severity (≥ 8) high risk failure model are 27. The reasons for the failures were man-made errors or hardware and software failures. CONCLUSIONS Failure mode and effect analysis can be used to evaluate the risk assessment of radiotherapy, and it provides a new solution for risk control in radiotherapy field.

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on pregnancy outcome in patients with artificial insemination by husband. Methods 80 patients with artificial insemination by husband in the Department of Reproductive Medicine of Yichun People's Hospital from July 2016 to July 2018 were collected and divided into two groups by random number table method. The control group was treated with routine care intervention. The observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention. The serum FSH level, serum estradiol concentration, serum LH level, endometrial thickness on the day of transplantation, pregnancy outcome, and psychological status in patients were observed. Results The serum LH level in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in serum FSH level, serum estradiol concentration, endometrial thickness on the day of transplantation between the observation group and the control group (P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the clinical pregnancy rate and spontaneous abortion rate between the two groups (P>0.05). The SAS and SDS scores were lower in the observation group after the intervention, and the difference was significant from those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention had no significant effect on the pregnancy outcome of patients with artificial insemination by husband. The clinical pregnancy rate and spontaneous abortion rate are similar. But comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the serum LH level and improve the psychological status of patients.

Objective To analyze the history and present situation of international medical device with visualization softwareto provide references for medical device development in China.Methods CiteSpace visualization software was used to explore international literatures related to medical device from the aspects of yearly quantity,research direction,research organization,quoted literature and etc from 2005 to 2014.Results Medical device drew increasing attention from corresponding researchers,whose development depended on international cooperation.Medical device related closely to engineering and medicine,and had to paid attention to informatization and clinical requirements.Conclusion CiteSpace software is of great value for the study on medical device.

Objective To analyze the clinical value of Guizhi Fuling capsules combined with fosfomycin trometamol power in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease and pelvic effusion.Methods A total of 60 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease and pelvic effusion from February 2013 to March 2016 in our hospital were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group , 30 cases in each group.The control group were treated with fosfomycin trometamol power, and the observation group were additionally treated with Guizhi Fuling capsules.The therapeutic effects and changes of TCM syndrome scores were compared between the two groups.The levels of serum C reactive protein ( CRP ) in the two groups were determined before and after treatment and the ultrasound examination was performed and changes of pelvic effusion diameter was determined before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups before treatment .After treatment, the TCM symptom scores of both groups were decreased, the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05 ) .The scores of lumbosacral swelling pain, abdominal pain, morbid leucorrhoea increase, fatigue, low-grade fever and soreness of waist in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in pelvic effusion and CRP levels between the two groups.After treatment, the pelvic effusion diameter and CRP levels were decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), and those in the observation group were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Guizhi Fuling capsules combined with the fosfomycin trometamol power is significantly effective in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease and pelvic effusion.It can significantly reduce the inflammatory reactions of patients, and improve the TCM syndrome scores.

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of clarithromycin combined with Cassia Twig-Poria Cocos capsule on patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and its influence on high sensitivity C - reactive protein (hs-CRP). Methods 106 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were selected to be divided into the observation group and control group with each group of 53 patients. The patients in control group were only given clarithromycin, on the base of control group, patients in observation group were given Cassia Twig-Poria Cocos. Both group were treated for three courses of 7-14 days. Then the therapeutic effect, adverse reactions, hs-CRP, erythrocyte sedimentation rate and hematocrit of patients were investigated. Results The total effective rate of patients in observation group was 90.57%, and the control group was 75.47%. The total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The hs-CRP, erythrocyte sedimentation rate and hematocrit of two groups both decreased after treatment (P<0.05) and these indexes of observation group was much less than control group (P<0.05). Besides, there was no difference of incidence of adverse reactions between two groups during the treatment. Conclusion Treatment of clarithromycin combined with Cassia Twig-Poria Cocos capsule on patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease not only can lessen inflammatory reaction, but also can improve the therapeutic effect effectively.

This article briefly introduced human factors engineering concepts and depicts the risk management process for addressing use-related hazards, explained the important role of human factors engineering in elimination or reduction of use-related hazards, and provides the general process of medical devices use-related risk study. Some advices are given to eliminate or reduce of use-related hazards of medical devices.

This paper introduces the concept of human error in medical devices during clinical application, the importance of human error research in medical device quality management has been discussed, the general flow of human error analysis in medical device based on the clinical use environment has been presented, which has great significance for prevention and reduction human errors caused by medical devices clinical use.

A total of 105 patients with first-episode schizophrenia (male =51,female =54) and 99 normal controls (male =51,female =48) were included into this retrospective case-control study.Childhood trauma questionnaire-28 item short form (CTQ-SF) was used to assess the experience of childhood abuse.The result of binary logistic regression showed that emotional abuse (β =0.630,P ＜ 0.05) and emotional neglect(β =0.270,P ＜ 0.05) were included into the final model of predicting schizophrenia.It indicates that patients with first-episode schizophrenia experienced more early life stress than controls.Particularly emotional abuse and emotional neglect may play important roles in the onset of schizophrenia.
