Objective:
To investigate the knowledge, attitude and practice of infectious disease prevention and control among primary and middle school students in Gongshu District, Hangzhou City, so as to provide the evidence for implementing health education on infectious disease prevention and control in schools.
Methods:
Students from 12 primary and middle schools in Gongshu District were selected using a random cluster sampling method. Basic information, knowledge, attitude and practice of infectious disease middle and control were collected through questionnaire surveys. Influencing factors of practice of primary and middle school students' infectious disease prevention and control were analyzed using multivariable logistic regression model.
Results:
A total of 3 439 primary and middle school students were surveyed, including 1 717 boys (49.93%) and 1 722 girls (50.07%). There were 1 237 primary school students (35.97%), 1 092 junior high school students (31.75%), and 1 110 senior high school students (32.28%). The awareness of infectious disease prevention and control knowledge, the percentage of attitude towards infectious disease prevention and control, and the percentage of practice towards infectious disease prevention and control were 73.22%, 96.83%, and 60.19%, respectively. Multivariable logistic regression analysis revealed that girls (OR=1.460, 95%CI: 1.265-1.685), those who had received health education on infectious disease prevention (OR=2.088, 95%CI: 1.656-2.632), those with adequate knowledge (OR=2.129, 95%CI: 1.816-2.496), and those with positive attitude (OR=4.320, 95%CI: 2.683-6.957) were more likely to form practice for the prevention and control of infectious disease. Conversely, senior high school students (OR=0.667, 95%CI: 0.561-0.794) and those with poor self-rated health status (OR=0.678, 95%CI: 0.495-0.930) were less likely to form practice for the prevention and control of infectious disease.
Conclusions
The attitude towards infectious disease prevention and control among primary and middle school students in Gongshu District is relatively high, but their awareness and practice are low. It is recommended to strengthen health education on infectious disease prevention and control knowledge in a targeted manner to promote the formation of prevention and control practice among senior high school students and primary and middle school students who self-assess their health status as poor.

ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship between mosquito density fluctuations and meteorological factors, so as to provide a scientific basis for mosquito surveillance analysis, risk assessment, and comprehensive prevention and control. MethodsMosquito surveillance and monitoring data of 2020‒2023 was obtained from on-site supervisory sampling by Songjiang Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and meteorological data was obtained from the Wheat A wheat malt-agro-meteorological big data system. Excel 2019 and SPSS 25.0 software were used to organize and analyze the mosquito number, species composition, and seasonal changes in mosquito density captured by the CO2-light trap at rach monitoring site. Circular distribution method was used to calculate the peak time of mosquito density, combined with the meteorological data of the same period to explore the impact of meteorological factors on the results of mosquito surveillance. ResultsThere was a statistical difference in the overall distribution of mosquito quantity in different habitats(H=23.11, P<0.05), 2020‒2023. In addition, the results showed that July 28th was the peak day for mosquito density, and the duration from June 13th to September 11th was the seasonal peak period for mosquitoes. Pearson correlation analysis showed a positive correlation between mosquito density and average air temperature, average highest air temperature, average lowest air temperature, extreme maximum air temperature, extreme minimum air temperature, precipitation, and number of precipitation days (all P<0.01). While, there was no significant correlation between average wind speed and mosquito density (P>0.05). Multiple stepwise regression analysis resulted in the equation of Y=0.151Xextreme minimum temperature+0.321Xnumber of precipitation days+1.002XSQRT precipitation-1.288 (F=102.635, P<0.05). ConclusionThe CO2-light trap is advisable to monitor the habitats of farmers, livestock sheds, residential areas, parks, hospitals, and other external environments. Air temperature and precipitation have a significant impact on mosquito density. It is recommended to implement comprehensive prevention and control measures to reduce mosquito density and prevent mosquito-borne diseases before the peak period of mosquitoes.

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of robot-assisted screw fixation for unstable pelvic ring multifocal fractures. Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on 76 patients with unstable pelvic fractures treated with orthopaedic robot-assisted screw fixation in the Trauma Center of the Affiliated Central Hospital of Shandong First Medical University from January 2015 to June 2022, including 43 males and 33 females, aged 52.53±13.68 years (range, 16-87 years). There were 43 cases of falling injuries from high places, 22 cases of traffic accidents, 11 cases of crushing injuries and heavy objects. Fifty-five patients were employed before the injury, while 21 were not. Fractures were classified according to the Tile classification, with 72 cases classified as type B and 4 cases as type C. Robot-assisted fixation techniques included internal fixator (INFIX), anterior ring screws, sacroiliac screws, and LC-II screws. Intraoperative blood loss, fluoroscopy frequency, surgical time, and the success rate of initial guidewire placement were recorded. Fracture reduction quality was evaluated using the Matta criteria, and postoperative pelvic function recovery was assessed using the Majeed criteria. Results:A total of 150 surgical procedures were performed on 76 patients, including 34 cases of INFIX fixation, 48 cases of anterior ring screws, 61 cases of sacroiliac joint screws, and 7 cases of LC-II screws. The mean intraoperative fluoroscopy frequency was 46.63±17.50 times (range, 15-93 times). Intraoperative fluoroscopy frequency varied among different fixation techniques, with INFIX group at 16.44±4.32 times, LC-II group at 21.59±5.80 times, anterior ring screws group at 29.44±11.65 times, and sacroiliac screws group at 23.10±11.87 times. The intraoperative blood loss was 20 (10, 47.5) ml (range, 5-300 ml), and the surgical time was 105 (86, 150) min (range, 30-290 min). The mean surgical time varied among different fixation techniques. All patients were followed up for an average of 6.46±2.26 months (range, 3-16 months). Clinical healing was achieved in all patients within 6 months, with an average time of 3.14±0.50 months. At the last follow-up, fracture reduction quality assessed by the Matta score was excellent in 21 cases and good in 43 cases, with an excellent/good rate of 84% (64/76). The Majeed score was 81.82±9.14 points (range, 50-92 points). For patients who were employed before the injury, the Majeed score was 86.55±4.85 points (range, 60-92 points), with 49 cases rated as excellent, 5 cases as good, and 1 case as fair. For patients who were not employed before the injury, the Majeed score was 69.43±5.34 points (range, 50-73 points), with 18 cases rated as excellent, 2 cases as good, and 1 case as fair. The overall excellent and good rate was 97% (74/76). Among patients who underwent INFIX internal fixation, 8 cases experienced lateral femoral cutaneous nerve injury postoperatively, all of which recovered sensation after 3 months; 1 case using LC-II screws experienced screw loosening postoperatively and was advised to reduce activity, then the screw was removed after fracture healing at 6 months postoperatively; 1 case using anterior ring channel screws experienced surgical site infection postoperatively, which was controlled after debridement. Conclusion:In the treatment of unstable pelvic ring multiple fractures, robot-assisted screw fixation has less blood loss, less fluoroscopy times, high success rate of planning guide needle, satisfactory reduction quality and postoperative function.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2023;22(3):366-371
To enhance the learning stickiness, improve low completion rate of online teaching, and promote teaching quality has become the key to solve the contradiction in online teaching. In this paper, taking the teaching of biochemistry as example, based on the trigger mechanism, maintenance mechanism and migration mechanism of sticky learning, guided by the three-dimensional goal of "knowledge and skills, process and method, emotional attitude and values", the BOPPPS (bridge-in, objective, pre-assessment, participatory-learning, post-assessment, summary) teaching model was combined with online teaching. According to the interactive behavior in the course learning space, the Spearman rank correlation analysis was performed by SPSS 18.0 software to comprehensively evaluate the learning stickiness degree. The research has found that, due to its "micro but refined, compact structure and student-centered" characteristics, BOPPPS combining with online teaching can effectively make up for the time and space limitations of offline teaching and the excessively broad online teaching, bring benefits from the perspectives of "inclusion, attraction and production", promote students' active learning, and practically improve learning stickiness. The research provides a new idea for creating online "golden" courses.

In this study, 127 patients (72.6%) used lingual mucosal patches, 32(18.3%) labial mucosa, and 16(9.1%) buccal mucosa. The surgical approach for OMG ureteral reconstruction was mainly minimally invasive, with robot-assisted laparoscopy in 84 patients (48.0%), traditional laparoscopic surgery in 87 patients (49.7%), and open surgery in only 4 patients (2.3%). There were 133 males and 42 females with an average age of (35.0±17.2) years. The mean body mass index (BMI) and stenosis length were (23.1±4.1) kg/m 2 and (4.7±1.8) cm, respectively. The stricture was located in the left ureter in 116 patients, right ureter in 58 case and bilateral ureter in 1 case. The most common causes of ureteral stricture were endoscopic surgery in 88(50.3%)patients, congenital stricture in 55(31.4%)patients, failed ureteroplasty in 29(16.6%)patients, history of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy in 13(7.4%)patients, radiotherapy history in 3(1.7%)patients and other causes in 6(3.4%)patients. Strictures were mainly located in the upper ureter, accounting for 61.7% (108/175 cases), followed by 36.0% (63/175) at the ureteropelvic junction and 2.3%(4/175)in the middle ureter. According to the surgical methods, the patients were divided into robot-assisted laparoscopic surgery group ( n=84), traditional laparoscopic surgery group ( n=87)and open surgery group ( n=4). Subgroup analysis of patients in robot-assisted laparoscopic and traditional laparoscopic surgery groups was performed. There were no significant difference in preoperative data between the two groups except for age (32.0±18.3) years vs.(37.0±15.9)years, P=0.040], BMI[(22.5±4.3)kg/m 2 vs. (23.7±3.6)kg/m 2, P=0.028], and etiology of stenosis [endoscopic injury, 34(40.5%) vs. 53(60.9%), P=0.012]. Preoperative hydronephrosis and stricture length were assessed by CTU and ureterography. Ureterography 7-9 weeks after surgery showed patency of the reconstructed segment, or no recurrence of hydronephrosis was judged as success. Evaluate the operation method, operation time, success rate, length of OMG in repairing ureteral stricture between laparoscopic and robot-assisted groups. Results:The overall success rate of oral mucosal graft repair surgery reached 97.7%(171/175). The success rate of ureteral reconstruction in the two groups were 96.4%(81/84)and 98.9%(86/87), respectively ( P=0.351), and the difference was not statistically significant. There was no significant difference for operation time, intraoperative blood loss, and mean oral mucosal length between the robotic and laparoscopic groups[(244.7±85.8) min and (222.7±83.5)min ( P=0.116), (58.9±38.6) ml and (68.4±45.5) ml ( P=0.217), (5.0±2.0) cm and (4.6±1.5) cm ( P=0.350)], respectively.Postoperative complications were reported in 23 (13.1%) patients, such as fever, urinary leakage, lymphatic leakage, infection, but only 2 (1.4%) cases patients had complications of Clavien-Dindo score ≥ Ⅲ. The two patients developed urinary stricture after surgery with failed conservative treatment, and no urinary stricture occurred following endoscopic treatment. The short-term (three months after surgery)incidence of complications in the site where the oral mucosa was taken, such as difficulty in opening mouth, pain, and swelling, was 12.0% (21/175), and there was no significant difference for oral complications between patients harvesting different length of mucosal graft. Conclusions:Ureteroplasty with oral mucosal graft is a safe, feasible and reliable technique for ureteral reconstruction. At present, minimally invasive technology is the main surgical approach for ureteroplasty, and there is no significant difference in operation time and success rate between robotic surgery and laparoscopic surgery.
