Objective To use analytic hierarchy process(AHP)-entropy weight method to evaluate the quality of symbiotic Armillaria in Gastrodia elata Bl.Methods The physiological,growth and chemical indexes of 6 strains of G.elata symbiotic Armillaria were used as evaluation factors,and the weight coefficients of each index were calculated by the AHP-entropy weight method.A comprehensive quality evaluation system was established to evaluate the quality of Armillaria strains,and the results were verified by red G.elata and hybrid G.elata combined planting experiments.Results The quality evaluation results showed that extracellular xylanase activity,extracellular cellulase activity and total sugar weight were relatively high,among which strains N6 and N3 ranked the top.The results showed that strains N5 and N4 combined with red G.elata had better quality,that strains N6 and N3 combined with hybrid G.elata had better quality.Conclusion The correlation of extracellular xylanase activity and total sugar of cellulase activity should be paid attention to in the quality evaluation of symbiotic Armillaria in G.elata.The quality evaluation system constructed in this artilcle is basically consistent with the results of hybrid G.elata combined with hybrid G.elata experiment,which can provide references for the quality screening of symbiotic Armillaria in G.elata.

Objective:To analyze the present situation and influencing factors of operational efficiency of tertiary public hospitals in Anhui province, so as to provide reference for promoting the development of medical and health care in Anhui province.Methods:The operational efficiency index of performance appraisal of national tertiary public hospitals was taken as the research index system. The operational efficiency data of 75 tertiary public hospitals in Anhui province in 2020 and 2021 were extracted from the " 2021 Performance Appraisal Analysis Report of Anhui Provincial Tertiary Public Hospitals" compiled by the Anhui Provincial Public Hospital Supervision and Management Center. The entropy weight TOPSIS method was used to evaluate the operational efficiency, and logistic regression analysis was used to identify the influencing factors of operational efficiency of tertiary public hospitals in Anhui province.Results:Among the 9 operational efficiency indicators, 7 indicators showed better data in 2021 than in 2020. The proportion of medical service revenue in medical revenue and the proportion of personnel expenses in operating expenses were the key indicators affecting the operational efficiency. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that specialized hospitals ( OR=3.350, 95% CI 1.068-11.591) and annual outpatient visits>500 000 ( OR=0.248, 95% CI 0.073-0.845) were the influencing factors on the operational efficiency of tertiary public hospitals in Anhui province ( P<0.05). Conclusions:The operational efficiency of tertiary public hospitals in Anhui province was improved overall in 2021 compared with 2020. It is suggested to further optimize the structure of hospital revenue and expenditure, promote the implementation of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment policy, and optimize the allocation of health resources, so as to guide hospitals to improve operational efficiency through connotative development.

BACKGROUND: Corneal disease is second only to cataract considered as the leading cause of blindness in the world, with high morbidity. Construction of corneal substitutes In Vitro by tissue engineering technology to achieve corneal regeneration has become a research hotspot in recent years. We conducted in-depth research on the biocompatibility, physicochemical and mechanical properties of rat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (rBM-MSCs)-seeded gelatin methacrylate (GelMA) as a bioengineered cornea. METHODS: Four kinds of GelMA with different concentrations (7, 10, 15 and 30%) were prepared, and their physicchemical, optical properties, and biocompatibility with rBM-MSCs were characterized. MTT, live/dead staining, cell morphology, immunofluorescence staining and gene expression of keratocyte markers were performed. RESULTS: 7%GelMA hydrogel had higher equilibrium water content and porosity, better optical properties and hydrophilicity. In addition, it is more beneficial to the growth and proliferation of rBM-MSCs. However, the 30%GelMA hydrogel had the best mechanical properties, and could be more conducive to promote the differentiation of rBM-MSCs into keratocyte-like cells. CONCLUSION As a natural biological scaffold, GelMA hydrogel has good biocompatibility. And it has the ability to promote the differentiation of rBM-MSCs into keratocyte-like cells, which laid a theoretical and experimental foundation for further tissue-engineered corneal stromal transplantation, and provided a new idea for the source of seeded cells in corneal tissue engineering.

Carbon nanotube (CNT) composite materials are very attractive for use in neural tissue engineering and biosensor coatings. CNT scaffolds are excellent mimics of extracellular matrix due to their hydrophilicity, viscosity, and biocompatibility. CNTs can also impart conductivity to other insulating materials, improve mechanical stability, guide neuronal cell behavior, and trigger axon regeneration. The performance of chitosan (CS)/polyethylene glycol (PEG) composite scaffolds could be optimized by introducing multi-walled CNTs (MWCNTs). CS/PEG/CNT composite scaffolds with CNT content of 1%, 3%, and 5% (1%=0.01 g/mL) were prepared by freeze-drying. Their physical and chemical properties and biocompatibility were evaluated. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) showed that the composite scaffolds had a highly connected porous structure. Transmission electron microscope (TEM) and Raman spectroscopy proved that the CNTs were well dispersed in the CS/PEG matrix and combined with the CS/PEG nanofiber bundles. MWCNTs enhanced the elastic modulus of the scaffold. The porosity of the scaffolds ranged from 83% to 96%. They reached a stable water swelling state within 24 h, and swelling decreased with increasing MWCNT concentration. The electrical conductivity and cell adhesion rate of the scaffolds increased with increasing MWCNT content. Immunofluorescence showed that rat pheochromocytoma (PC12) cells grown in the scaffolds had characteristics similar to nerve cells. We measured changes in the expression of nerve cell markers by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR), and found that PC12 cells cultured in the scaffolds expressed growth-associated protein 43 (GAP43), nerve growth factor receptor (NGFR), and class III β‍-tubulin (TUBB3) proteins. Preliminary research showed that the prepared CS/PEG/CNT scaffold has good biocompatibility and can be further applied to neural tissue engineering research.

Objective:To investigate the preoperative anxiety level of patients with mouth and maxillofacial neoplasms and analyze the influencing factors.Methods:Using the convenient sampling method, a total of 385 patients with mouth and maxillofacial neoplasms who planned to receive surgery in a ClassⅢ Grade A stomatological hospital in Tianjin from June 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects. General information questionnaire for patients, Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) , Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS) and Trait Coping Style Questionnaire (TCSQ) were used to investigate patients' general information, anxiety state, social support and coping style.Results:Totally 385 questionnaires were distributed, 361 questionnaires were recovered. In this study, 125 patients (34.63%) had anxiety symptoms, including 105 patients with mild anxiety (29.09%) , 18 patients with moderate anxiety (4.99%) , and 2 patients with severe anxiety (0.55%) . The results of multiple stepwise regression showed that active coping style, diagnosis, social support, occupation, payment method of hospitalization expenses and gender were the main influencing factors of preoperative anxiety in patients with mouth and maxillofacial tumors, which jointly explained 43.26% of the variation ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:The incidence of preoperative anxiety in patients with mouth and maxillofacial neoplasms is relatively high, especially for female patients with less social support, relatively negative coping style and diagnosis with malignant tumor. Medical staff should give personalized psychological intervention and health education in time to help patients successfully pass the perioperative period.

Objective To investigate the prevalence and prognostic value of anemia in male and female patients with chronic systolic heart failure (CSHF).Methods Data of in-hospital patients with CSHF were investigated between 2000 and 2010 from 12 hospitals in Hubei Province.Patients were divided into normal hemoglobin (Hb) group,mild anemia group,moderate anemia group,severe and extreme anemia group.According to age,body mass index (BMI) and correction of glomerular filtration rate (GFRc),patients were divided into several subgroups,respectively.Multivariate logistic regression was performed to determinate the associated factors with anemia.Kaplan-Meier curve was performed to evaluate the difference in all-cause mortality in male and female patients with anemia.Univariate and multivariate Cox proportion hazard analysis was performed to determinate the risk of all-cause mortality among different anemia group in male and female patients.Results A total of 16681 patients were enrolled.Anemia accounted for 23.79％ and 27.29％,separately,in male and female patients with CSHF.BMI and GFRc were related to anemia in both male and female patients with CSHF,while only age was related to anemia for female patients with CSHF.The hazard ratio of all-cause mortality was 1.08 (P ＜ 0.01),1.13 (P ＜ 0.O1) and 1.02 (P =0.74),respectively,for all,male and female anemia patients with CSHF,compared to normal Hb group.Compared to normal Hb group,the hazard ratio of mild anemia group,moderate anemia group,severe and extreme anemia group was 1.05 (P =0.14),1.20 (P ＜0.01) and 1.36 (P ＜0.01),respectively,for all CSHF patients;1.11 (P ＜ 0.01),1.35 (P ＜ 0.01) and 1.37 (P ＜ 0.01),respectively,for male;0.96 (P=0.48),1.08 (P=0.40) and3.47 (P＜0.01),respectively,for female.Conclusions Compared to male,female patients suffer higher prevalence of anemia in patients with CSHF.There is a significant difference in risk factors and prognosis of anemia between male and female patients with CSHF.

Objective To investigate whether transcatheter renal sympathetic denervation (RSD) by radiofrequency ablation interfere with the development of left ventricular (LV) mechanical dyssynchrony during the progression of heart failure (HF).Methods Nineteen beagles were randomly divided into sham-operated group (six dogs),control group (seven dogs),and RSD group (six dogs).Sham-operated group were implanted with pacemakers without pacing;Control group were implanted with pacemakers and underwent 3 weeks of rapid right ventricular pacing;and RSD group underwent catheter-based RSD bilaterally and were simultaneously implanted with pacemakers.LV dyssynchrony was analyzed via 2D speckle-tracking strain echocardiography to evaluate LV function.Longitudinal dyssynchrony was determined as the standard deviation for time-to-peak speckle-tracking strain on apical 4-and 2-chamber views.Radial and circumferential dyssynchrony was determined as the standard deviation for time-to-peak speckle-tracking strain in mid-and base-LV short-axis views.LV systolic pressure (LVSP) and LV end-diastolic pressure (LVEDP) were measured.The LV interstitial fibrosis was determined by histological analysis.Results After 3 weeks,all of the dogs in both the control and RSD groups showed greater LV end-diastolic volume compared with the sham-operated group;however,the dogs in the RSD group had a higher LV ejection fraction (LVEF) than the dogs in the control group (P ＜0.001).The LV systolic strains were higher in the RSD group than in the control group (P ＜0.001 for longitudinal,circumferential and radial strain,respectively).The levels of LV dyssynchrony were lower in the RSD group than in the control group (P ＜ 0.001 for longitudinal,circumferential and radial dyssynchrony,respectively).Compared with control group,RSD group had lower LV end-diastolic pressures and less fibrous tissue.Conclusions RSD inhibites the development of left ventricular mechanical dyssynchrony during the progression of heart failure in dogs.

Objective To study the effects and molecular mechanism of MAWBP in the proliferation, invasion and migration of human colorectal cancer cell lines. Methods Colorectal cancer cell lines, caco-2 and HT-29, were divided into MAWBP over-expressed group and control group. MAWBP was stablely over-expressed in both cell lines by lentivirus, and the positive clones were screened by puromycin. The expression of MAWBP gene at mRNA and protein levels was evaluated by RT-PCR and western blot. Cell proliferation was detected by MTT. Cell migration and invasion were detected by transwell experiment. The EMT related protein levels of Snail, E-cadherin, and MAPK pathway protein of ERK, p38, p-ERK, p-p38 were determined by western blot analysis. Results Compared with the control group, the expression of MAWBP was significantly higher in HT-29-MAWBP and caco2-MAWBP group . The cell proliferation , invasion and migration ability significantly reduced in the HT-29-MAWBP group. The expression of Snail, p-ERK and p-p38 significantly decreased, while the E-cadherin increased in HT-29-MAWBP and caco2-MAWBP group. Conclusions Over- expression of MAWBP exerts an inhibitory effect on the proliferation, invasion and migration of colorectal caner cells via inhibit the MAPK pathway and regulate the EMT process.
