Objective: To evaluate the intervention efficacy of integrated group social skills training on social ability in school age patients with high functioning ASD, so as to provide a reference for improving social skills in children with high functioning ASD. Methods: From January 2021 to December 2023, 62 children aged 7-12 with high functioning ASD who visited the Children s Psychiatry Outpatient Department of the Affiliated Kangning Hospital of Ningbo University were recruited, and were randomly divided into a training ( n =31) and a control group ( n =31) by a random number table method. The training group received a 20 week structured group social training program (mental interpretation courses and social courses), while the control group received only conventional treatment. Chinese version of Griffith Empathy Measure Parent Ratings (GEM-PR) and Social Response Scale (SRS) were used to assess the symptoms of social deficits before and after treatment. Emotional face recognition tasks and eye movement trajectories were used to test the characteristics of social visual attention in children with ASD. Group comparison was conducted using t-test and Mann-Whitney U test. Results: At baseline, there were no significant differences in GEM-PR score ( t = -1.20 to -0.81), SRS score ( t =-0.36-1.75), emotional face recognition accuracy and reaction time ( t =-0.58-1.85), and eye movement trajectory ( U/t =-1.63-0.29) between the two group ( P >0.05). After intervention, the total GEM-PR score and empathic cognitive factor score of training group [18.00(10.00，24.00)，9.00(8.00，13.00)] were significantly higher than those of the control group [12.00(-1.00，18.00)，2.00(-2.00，7.00)], and the total SRS score and social cognition, social perception, social communication, social motivation (73.23±14.20, 16.16±2.72, 6.58±2.50, 24.29±5.61, 9.52±3.73) were significantly lower than those of the control group (95.26±15.29, 19.90±2.84, 12.58±2.49,31.94±6.38, 13.74±4.81) ( U/t =-2.38, -4.59; -5.88, -5.29, -9.47, -5.01, -3.87, P <0.05). The overall correct rate of emotional face recognition and the correct rate of angry, fearful and neutral faces recognition in the training group [(81.55±6.62)%，(76.86±12.06)%，(79.61±12.42)%，(94.27±6.26)%] were significantly higher than the control group [(70.55±13.82)%，(62.82±18.77)%，(67.18±18.85)%，(79.60±20.05)%], and the average reaction time [(2 226.70±274.43)ms] was lower than the control group [(2 417.27±324.10)ms] (t=4.00, 3.50, 3.07, 3.89, -2.42, P<0.05). The time to first eye gaze [764.74 (748.64, 793.73) ms] in the training group was significantly lower than that in the control group [810.92 (782.86, 877.42) ms], and the proportion of moderatetohigh intensity attention area in the face [(37.37±1.27)%] was significantly higher than that in the control group [(30.34±1.23)%] (U/t=3.44, 8.89, P<0.05). Conclusion Integrated group social training can significantly improve the social communication and empathy ability of high functioning ASD children, increase active attention and recognition ability of faces, and improve mental development of children with ASD.

BackgroundStudents in secondary vocational health school are at the age of puberty and prone to depressive symptoms. Peer victimization and social media addiction are found to be crucial in influencing the development of depression， and positive mental health has been proven to alleviate depressive symptoms， whereas there remains a striking lack of research on the mediating role of positive mental health and social media addiction in the relationship between peer victimization and depressive symptoms among secondary vocational health school students. ObjectiveTo explore the relationship between peer victimization and depressive symptoms and investigate the mediating role of positive mental health and social media addiction， so as to provide references for the prevention of depression among secondary vocational health school students. MethodsFrom October to December 2020， a cluster sampling framework was utilized to recruit 7 307 students from a secondary vocational health school in Luzhou City， Sichuan Province. Assessments were performed using Multidimensional Peer Victimization Scale （MPVS）， Warwick-Edinburgh Mental Well-being Scale （WEMWBS）， Bergen Social Media Addiction Scale （BSMAS） and Patient Health Questionnaire Depression Scale-9 item （PHQ-9）. Spearman correlation analysis was calculated to determine correlations between scores of scales， Process 4.0 was employed to test the mediation effect， and the bias-corrected Bootstrap procedure was used to test the significance of the mediation effect. ResultsA total of 7 044 （96.40%） valid questionnaires were collected. And 4 391（62.34%）students were found to have depressive symptoms. Correlation analysis revealed that PHQ-9 score was positively correlated with BSMAS score and MPVS score （r=0.404， 0.506， P<0.01）. WEMWBS score was negatively correlated with PHQ-9 score， BSMAS score and MPVS score （r=-0.587， -0.259， -0.358， P<0.01）. BSMAS score was positively correlated with MPVS score （r=0.328， P<0.01）. Positive mental health played a mediating role in the relationship between peer victimization and depressive symptoms， with an indirect effect value of 0.130 （95% CI： 0.119~0.141）， accounting for 30.81% of the total effect. Social media addiction also mediated the relationship between peer victimization and depressive symptoms， with an indirect effect value of 0.052 （95% CI： 0.045~0.059）， accounting for 12.34% of the total effect. Positive mental health and social media addiction exhibited a chained mediation effect on the relationship between peer victimization and depressive symptoms， with an indirect effect value of 0.012 （95% CI： 0.010~0.014） and accounting for 2.84% of the total effect. ConclusionPeer victimization can affect the presence of depressive symptoms among secondary vocational health school students both directly and indirectly through either separate or chained mediation of positive mental health and social media addiction.

Objective: To analyze the prevalence and determinants of comorbid overweight/obesity and elevated blood pressure among primary and secondary school students in Yangzhou City, and to explore the association between sleep patterns, eating behavior and the comorbidity of overweight/obesity and elevated blood pressure, so as to provide reference for developing prevention strategies targeting common comorbidities in students. Methods: By using stratified cluster random sampling, a total of 8 735 primary and secondary school students were selected from 36 schools in six counties of Yangzhou from October to November 2023. Students underwent physical examinations and a questionnaire survey was conducted using the questionnaire on students health status and influencing factors. The Chi square test was used to compare the detection rate of comorbid overweight/obesity and elevated blood pressure in different groups of primary and secondary school students. The Logistic regression model was used to explore the association between sleep and dietary behaviors and their combined effects and coexistence. Results: The detection rate of comorbid overweight/obesity and elevated blood pressure among primary and secondary school students in Yangzhou was 9.85%, which was higher among boys (12.14%) than girls (7.59%)( χ 2=50.86, P <0.01). After controlling for gender, residence, educational stage, parental education, smoking, drinking, and moderate to vigorous exercise, multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that irregular breakfast consumption and inadequate daily sleep were associated with a higher risk of comorbidities compared with regular breakfast consumption and adequate daily sleep among overall and primary school students (overall: OR =1.52, 95% CI =1.18- 1.96 , primary school students: OR =2.79, 95% CI =1.61-4.82)(both P <0.05). From the perspective of primary school students of different genders, the risk of comorbidities in girls who consumed breakfast irregularly and had inadequate daily sleep was 3.59 times higher than that in girls who consumed breakfast irregularly and had inadequate daily sleep (95% CI =1.65-7.82, P <0.01). Conclusion The sleep patterns and breakfast behaviors of primary and secondary school students are found to be associated with comorbid overweight/obesity and elevated blood pressure, especially in primary school girls.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Si-hour"Supplementing Yang and Unblocking Collaterals"Electroacupuncture Therapy based on the midnight-midday ebb-flow theory in treating hemiplegia caused by ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 160 patients diagnosed with ischemic stroke hemiplegia who were treated in the wards and outpatient departments of Huaian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine between January 2023 and June 2024 were selected as study subjects.Patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table,with 80 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional internal medicine rehabilitation treatment.The control group received conventional acupuncture therapy,while the observation group received Si-hour"Supplementing Yang and Unblocking Collaterals"Electroacupuncture Therapy based on the midnight-midday ebb-flow theory.Treatment was administered for 2 weeks per course,with a total of 3 courses.After completion of treatment,clinical efficacy was evaluated by observing changes in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,simplified Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)scores,modified Barthel Index(MBI)scores,fractional anisotropy(FA)values in the cerebral peduncle and posterior limb of internal capsule regions,modified Edinburgh-Scandinavian Stroke Scale(MESSS)scores,as well as plasma viscosity,hematocrit(HCT),and fibrinogen(FIB)levels before and after treatment in both groups.Results(1)The total effective rate was 86.25％(69/80)in the observation group and 70.00％(56/80)in the control group.The efficacy of the observation group was significantly superior to that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).(2)After treatment,TCM syndrome scores were significantly improved in both groups(P＜0.05),and the improvement in the observation group was significantly greater than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).(3)After treatment,FMA and MBI scores were significantly improved in both groups(P＜0.05),and the improvement in the observation group was significantly greater than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).(4)After treatment,FA values in the cerebral peduncle and posterior limb of internal capsule regions,as well as MESSS scores,were significantly improved in both groups(P＜0.05),and the improvement in the observation group was significantly greater than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).(5)After treatment,plasma viscosity,HCT,and FIB levels were significantly improved in both groups(P＜0.05),and the improvement in the observation group was significantly greater than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion Si-hour"Supplementing Yang and Unblocking Collaterals"Electroacupuncture Therapy based on the midnight-midday ebb-flow theory significantly improves limb motor function,enhances neural conduction,and optimizes hemorheological parameters in patients with hemiplegia caused by ischemic stroke,demonstrating notable clinical efficacy.

Objective To explore the anxiety status and influencing factors in school-age children with recurrent Henoch-Sch?nlein purpura(HSP).Methods A total of 158 school-age children with recurrent HSP were selected as the study subjects.The Screen for Child Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders(SCARED)was used to assess the anxiety status of the children.Based on the assessment results,the 158 children were divided into anxiety group and non-anxiety group.Univariate and multi-variate logistic regression analyses were employed to screen for the influencing factors of anxiety occur-rence.A logistic regression model was constructed,and the Hosmer-Lemeshow test was used to evalu-ate the model's goodness-of-fit.Results Among the 158 children,43 presented anxiety,with an anx-iety incidence rate of 27.22％(43/158).There were significant differences between the anxiety and non-anxiety groups in terms of age,neurotic personality traits,purpura location,the number of purpura recurrences,family care level,educational level of the primary caregiver,monthly per capita household income,and whether the primary caregiver had anxiety or depression(P＜0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that age ≥10 years(OR=7.192,95％CI,2.450 to 21.114,P＜0.001),neurotic personality traits(OR=5.202,95％CI,1.486 to 18.208,P=0.010),purpura located on the face(OR=5.648,95％CI,1.606 to 19.861,P=0.007),the number of purpura recurrences ≥2 times(OR=5.017,95％CI,1.753 to 14.361,P=0.003),a general family care level(OR=3.809,95％CI,1.153 to 12.579,P=0.028),the primary caregiver having an educational level below junior high school(OR=3.005,95％CI,1.051 to 8.592,P=0.040),the primary care-giver having anxiety(OR=6.484,95％CI,2.140 to 19.647,P=0.001),and the primary care-giver having depression(OR=9.327,95％CI,2.473 to 35.172,P=0.001)were independent risk factors for anxiety occurrence in school-age children with recurrent HSP.A logistic regression prediction model was constructed based on the above risk factors and their regression coefficients.The Hosmer-Lemeshow test results indicated a good model fit(x2=10.363,P=0.169).Conclu-sion Age,neurotic personality traits,purpura location,the number of purpura recurrences,family care level,educational level of the primary caregiver,and whether the primary caregiver has anxiety or depression are influencing factors for anxiety occurrence in school-age children with recurrent HSP.Medical personnel should pay attention to children with high-risk factors for anxiety and formu-late corresponding preventive measures based on the above factors to reduce the anxiety incidence rate in school-age children with recurrent HSP.

Objective:To investigate the clinical and radiologic characteristics of children with congenital pseudarthrosis of the tibia (CPT) in a single center.Methods:This is a retrospective case series study. According to inclusion and exclusion criteria, clinical data of 497 children(507 limbs) with CPT who were treated at Department of Orthopedics, the Children′s Hospital Affiliated to Xiangya School of Medicine, Central South University from January 2011 to December 2020 were collected. Baseline data included gender, age at initial visit, age at onset of symptoms, accompanying symptoms, domicile, whether first treated at our hospital, and treatment-related information such as surgical or conservative treatment, surgical complications, etc., were extracted and analyzed using the health information system. Imaging data of the children, including Crawford classification, bilateral leg lengths, presence of fibular pseudarthrosis, and location of pseudarthrosis along the tibia segment, were analyzed using the Picture Archiving and Communication System. Data were compared using independent sample t test or χ2 tests. Results:Among 497 children with CPT, there were 305 males (61.4%) and 192 females (38.6%). The age at initial visit was (3.6±3.2) years (range: 0.1 to 16.2 years). Neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1) symptoms were positive in 340 children (68.4%), and negative in 157 children (31.6%). Among NF1-positive children, those with symptoms onset before 1 year of age were significantly more than NF1-negative children (74.1%(252/340) vs. 66.2%(104/157); χ2=9.24, P=0.001), and the proportion of fractures (92.9%,316/340) was significantly higher than that in the NF1-negative group (84.7%,133/157) ( χ2=8.33, P=0.004). According to imaging data, Crawford type Ⅳ was the most common type, with 321 limbs (63.3%), followed by type Ⅱ in 100 limbs (19.7%), type Ⅲ in 54 limbs (10.7%) and type Ⅰ in 32 limbs (6.3%). Pseudarthrosis occurred in the proximal third of the tibia in 14 limbs (2.8%), in the middle third in 185 limbs (36.5%), and in the distal third in 308 limbs (60.8%). Seventy-four children (14.9 %) had associated fibular pseudarthrosis. The lateral proximal tibial angle was 86.91°±5.21°(range: 72.17° to 102.08°), and the lateral distal tibial angle was 87.27°±10.73°(range: 51.07° to 128.17°). A total of 421 children (84.7%) underwent surgical treatment with (3.1±2.4) surgeries performed per child (range:0 to 12 surgeries); 76 children (15.3%) received conservative treatment. Postoperative complications mainly included ankle valgus (77 cases), leg length discrepancy (71 cases),refracture (48 cases), osteomyelitis (11 cases), and hardware failure (10 cases). NF1-positive children underwent more surgeries than NF1-negative children ((5.1±2.2)times vs.(2.1±1.8)times; t=14.93, P<0.01). Conclusions:Crawford type Ⅳ is the most common type of CPT in children in this study. CPT predominantly occurs in the middle or distal third of the tibia. The majority of children with CPT experienced symptoms and were seen at outpatient clinics before the age of 3 years. The main surgical complications currently associated with CPT treatment are ankle valgus and leg length discrepancy. Compared with CPT without NF1, children with NF1-positive CPT tend to have earlier symptom onset and may require more frequent treatments.

Objective To investigate the expression of long non-coding RNA(LncRNA)nuclera-enriched autosomal transcript(NEAT1)in children with retinoblastoma(Rb)and the effect of down-regulation of NEAT1 in Rb cell Y79 on cell biological function.Methods A total of 83 children with Rb who were diagnosed and treated in Huangshi Central Hospital from March 2015 to March 2021 were collected as the research object.During the same period,50 healthy children(control group)were selected in the children's health center.Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR)was used to detect the expression of NEAT1 in serum.The differences in the expressions of NEAT1 in serum between Rb children and the control group,and the differences in the expressions of NEAT1 in serum among Rb children with different clinical indicators,were analyzed.Y79 cells were cultured and were divided into si-NEAT1 group(transfected with interference sequence of NEAT1),si-NC group(transfected with control sequence)and Ctl group(only add transfection reagent).The qRT-PCR,MTT,flow cytometry and Transwell were used to detect the NEAT1 expression,cell proliferation,apoptosis,migration and invasion.Results The expression level of NEAT1 in the serum of children with Rb(1.43±0.28)was higher than that in the control group(1.01±0.21),with significant difference(t=9.116,P＜0.001).The expression levels of NEAT1 in serum of children with Rb with Intraocular International Retinoblastoma classification(IIRC)stage CDE,poor differentiation,optic nerve infiltration and lymph node metastasis were higher than those in children with Rb with AB,medium to high differentiation,no optic nerve infiltration and lymph node metastasis,with significant differences(t=2.190～3.693,all P＜0.05).The area under the curve for diagnosing Rb based on NEAT1 expression in serum was 0.882(95％CI:0.826～0.937).When the expression level of NEAT1 was 1.20,the sensitivity and specificity were 80.00％and 79.52％,respectively.Compared with the si-NC group(1.03±0.09)and the Ctl group(1.02±0.15),the expression level of NEAT1 in the si-NEAT1 group(0.35±0.06)was decreased,with significant differences(t=14.829,9.994,all P＜0.001).The absorbance A values in the si-NEAT1 group at 24,48,72 and 96h were significantly lower than those in the si-NC group and the Ctl group(t=si-NC=2.796～4.362,tCtl=2.641～5.555,all P＜0.05),while the apoptosis rate in the si-NEAT1 group was significantly higher than those in the si-NC group and the Ctl group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=4.999,3.915,all P＜0.05).Compared with the si-NC group and the Ctl group,the number of migrating cells(116.50±9.35 vs 132.00±7.32,134.00±7.95)and the number of invasive cells(96.33±8.94 vs 117.67±12.39,119.17±10.05)in the si-NEAT1 group were reduced,and the differences were statistically significant(tsi-NC=3.196,3.421,tCtl=3.492,4.159,all P＜0.05).Conclusion The expression level of NEAT1 in the serum of children with Rb was elevated,which may have a certain diagnostic value for children with Rb.Silencing the expression of NEAT1 in Y79 cells could reduce cell proliferation,accelerate cell apoptosis,and inhibit cell migration and invasion.

Objective To investigate the utility of dual-energy CT combined with musculoskeletal ultraso-nography in differentiating between calcium pyrophosphate deposition disease and gouty arthritis.Methods A retro-spective analysis was conducted on the medical records of 102 patients diagnosed with gouty arthritis and 102 patients diagnosed with calcium pyrophosphate deposition disease.These patients were categorized into the Gout group and Calcium Deposition group,respectively,based on their respective diagnoses.All patients underwent dual-energy CT and musculoskeletal ultrasonography examinations,while joint fluid aspiration results or intra-articular crystal material served as the gold standard for diagnosis.The diagnostic efficacy of dual-energy CT and musculoskeletal ultrasonography in discriminating between calcium pyrophosphate deposition disease and gouty arthritis was evalu-ated.Results In the gout group,the proportion of male patients and serum uric acid levels were significantly higher compared to those in the calcium deposition group(P<0.05).The prevalence rates of knee joint,first metatarsopha-langeal joint,and ankle joint involvement were higher in the gout group,while knee joint,wrist joint,and shoulder joint involvement rates were higher in the calcium deposition group.The proportions of irregular bone cortex,carti-lage injury,and degenerative meniscus changes were lower in the gout group compared to the calcium deposition group(P<0.05).The proportions of double contour sign,tophus formation,hyperechoic band within ligaments or tendons,and bone erosion were higher in the gout group compared to the calcium deposition group(P<0.05),whereas cartilage calcification was lower in the gout group(P<0.05).The sensitivities for diagnosing calcium pyrophosphate deposition disease and gouty arthritis using dual-energy CT scan alone,musculoskeletal ultrasound alone,and their combined use were 86.27%,83.33%,and 94.12%respectively.The specificities for diagnosing these conditions using dual-energy CT scan alone,musculoskeletal ultrasound alone,and their combined use were 89.22%,88.24%,and 86.27%respectively.The positive predictive values were 88.89%,87.63%,and 87.27%,respectively.The negative predictive values were 86.67%,84.11%,and 93.63%,respectively.The accuracies were 87.75%,85.78%,and 90.20%respectively.The agreement Kappa values were 0.755,0.716,and 0.804 respectively.Conclusions The integration of dual-energy CT and musculoskeletal ultrasonography exhibits promising diagnostic efficacy in discriminating between calcium pyrophosphate deposition disease and gouty arthritis.This combined approach serves as a valuable adjunctive tool for the diagnosis of both conditions.

OBJECTIVE To screen the potential active components of Polygonum orientale flower against myocardial ischemia- reperfusion injury （MIRI） in rats based on physiological and pathological states. METHODS SD rats were divided into normal control group， normal administration group， MIRI control group and MIRI administration group， with 5 rats in each group. After drug intervention or modeling and drug intervention， chromatographic separation plasma samples were collected， and chromatographic separation and mass spectrometry data collection were performed by using UPLC-Q-TOF/MS. The prototype components and metabolites were analyzed by comparing the reference substance maps， the maps of each plasma sample， and the relevant literature. At the same time， the common peaks in plasma samples of rats in normal administration group and MIRI administration group were identified. Combined with principal component analysis and orthogonal partial least square-discriminant analysis， the differential transitional components were screened out according to the value of variable importance in the projection （VIP）＞1， to speculate the potential active components of P. orientale flower in rats under physiological and pathological states. The SD rats were divided into control group， MIRI group， positive control group （Compound danshen tablets 0.2 g/kg， 3 times a day）， and potentially active compound groups （10 mg/kg， twice a day）， with 5 rats in each group. The rats in administration groups were given relevant medicine intragastrically， for 3 consecutive days. The activity of superoxide dismutase （SOD）， the leakages of lactate dehydrogenase （LDH）， creatine kinase isoenzyme-MB （CK-MB） and cardiac troponin Ⅰ （cTnⅠ） in plasma were detected after the last administration. RESULTS Twenty-six main chromatographic peaks were obtained from the total ion chromatogram of the extract of P. orientale flower， and 14 of them were determined， including gallic acid， catechin， protocatechuic acid and so on. There were fifteen （including 6 absorbed prototype components and 9 metabolites） and nineteen transitional components （including 6 absorbed prototype components and 13 metabolites） in the plasma sample of normal rats and MIRI rats. Eight transitional components were detected in both normal rats and MIRI rats， and the VIP values of kaempferol glucuronidation metabolites， quercetin carbonylation metabolites and N-p-paprazine to the corresponding peak were higher than 1. Compared with MIRI group， the activities of SOD were increased significantly in the plasma of MIRI rats in each potential active compound group （P＜0.01）， and the leakages of LDH， CK-MB， and cTnⅠ in the plasma of MIRI rats were reduced significantly （P＜0.01）. CONCLUSIONS The potential anti-MIRI active components in extract of P. orientale flower are N-p-paprazine， quercetin， kaempferol and kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucoside.

Pseudarthrosis occurred in the proximal third of the tibia in 14 limbs (2.8%), in the middle third in 185 limbs (36.5%), and in the distal third in 308 limbs (60.8%). Seventy-four children (14.9 %) had associated fibular pseudarthrosis. The lateral proximal tibial angle was 86.91°±5.21°(range: 72.17° to 102.08°), and the lateral distal tibial angle was 87.27°±10.73°(range: 51.07° to 128.17°). A total of 421 children (84.7%) underwent surgical treatment with (3.1±2.4) surgeries performed per child (range:0 to 12 surgeries); 76 children (15.3%) received conservative treatment. Postoperative complications mainly included ankle valgus (77 cases), leg length discrepancy (71 cases),refracture (48 cases), osteomyelitis (11 cases), and hardware failure (10 cases). NF1-positive children underwent more surgeries than NF1-negative children ((5.1±2.2)times vs.(2.1±1.8)times; t=14.93, P<0.01). Conclusions:Crawford type Ⅳ is the most common type of CPT in children in this study. CPT predominantly occurs in the middle or distal third of the tibia. The majority of children with CPT experienced symptoms and were seen at outpatient clinics before the age of 3 years. The main surgical complications currently associated with CPT treatment are ankle valgus and leg length discrepancy. Compared with CPT without NF1, children with NF1-positive CPT tend to have earlier symptom onset and may require more frequent treatments.
