Objective:To explore different types of self-management in patients with breast cancer-related lymphedema and their influencing factors based on potential profile analysis, and to provide reference for formulating targeted intervention measures. Methods:From January 2023 to August 2024, patients with breast cancer-related lymphedema who were hospitalized or revisited in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University and the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical University were selected as the study objects by convenience sampling method. A cross-sectional survey was performed by the general data questionnaire, Breast Cancer-related Lymphedema Patient Self-management Scale, Self-management Efficacy Scale, Simplified Lymphedema Disease Perception Questionnaire, Family Support Scale and Social Support Rating Scale. Potential profiles of self-management in patients with breast cancer-related lymphedema were analyzed, and ordered multiple Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of different categories. Results:A total of 260 questionnaires were distributed and 240 valid questionnaires were collected. The patients were all female, aged (51.42 ± 4.63) years old. The total self-management score of patients with breast cancer-related lymphedema was (41.57 ± 4.23). The results of potential profile analysis showed that self-management was divided into three categories: poor self-management-lack of Diet and exercise management (39.2%, 94/240), medium self-management-poor role management (33.3%, 80/240), good self-management-efficient emotional management (27.5%, 66/240). The results of ordered multiple Logistic regression analysis showed that education level, body mass index, habitation, self-management efficacy, disease perception, family support and social support were the influencing factors of self-management in patients with breast cancer-related lymphedema ( OR values were 0.019-0.576, all P<0.05). Conclusions:There are obvious classification characteristics of self-management in patients with breast cancer-related lymphedema. Nursing staff can formulate and implement targeted intervention strategies according to different classification characteristics, focusing on improving patients' self-management effectiveness and disease perception, establishing effective family and social support systems, and improving their self-management.

The hospital improved its pre-examination quality of laboratory medicine by means of setting up pre-examination quality management committee, full-course supervision of pre-examination process, and clarified responsibility system. Informationization means play multiple roles for the pre-examination quality, including full-course management, early warning and interception of unqualified sample. The coordinated application of multi-departments, multi-links and multi-measures can improve the pre-examination quality of laboratory medicine and ensure the quality of test results and the medical safety of patients.

Objective To determine the viability of Schistosoma japonicum cercariae by staining. Methods Schistosoma japonicum cercariae were stained by 0.4%trypan blue 0.5%methylene blue?eosin?borax M.E.B 0.5%eosin 0.5%methy?lene blue and 0.05% neutral red respectively for 5 min then they were observed under a stereoscopic microscope. Results The dead cercariae were stained in the trypan blue M.E.B eosin and neutral red but unstained in the methylene blue. The vi?tal cercariae were unstained in all the five kinds of dyes. Conclusion The staining methods by using 0.4% trypan blue 0.5%M.E.B 0.5%eosin and 0.05%neutral red can be used to determine the viability of S. japonicum cercariae.

Journal of Navy Medicine 2015;(4):324-325,350
Objective To investigate types of knee joint injury among island garrison force and the effect of arthroscopy, and also to recommend related preventive measures. Methods Forty-two cases of knee joint injury were collected from the medical data registered from March,2012 to April,2013,and diagnosis and treatment were performed by arthroscopy. Results Of the 42 cases of knee joint injury, there were 31 cases of anterior cruciate ligament injury,14 cases of internal meniscus injury combined with external meniscus injury,2 cases of simple meniscus injury,1 case of external discoid cartilage injury,2 cases of chondromalacia patellae,3 cases of traumatic synovitis,1 case of posterior cruciate ligament injury, and 1 case of traumatic knee joint arthritis.Following treatment by arthroscopy, all the patients returned to duty. Conclusion In the knee joint injury that occurred among island garrison military per-sonnel,the highest incidence was anterior cruciate ligament injury, with complete rupture of ligament in most cases. There was a rela-tively high rate of misdiagnosis and treatment delay. For this reason, attention should be paid to knee joint injury occurred among mili-tary personnel, and early arthroscopy should be performed as early as possible,so as to improve cure rate.
