Alzheimer's disease(AD)is an age-related neurodegenerative disease with an increasing incidence worldwide.A large number of studies have shown that the incidence rates of hearing loss is high in patients with mild cognitive impairment and Alzheimer's disease, and may be a risk factor for the occurrence and development of cognitive impairment. There is an interaction between the two,but the causal mechanism is still unclear.Early screening and management of hearing impairment may play an important role in the early diagnosis, symptom im-provement and disease progression of Alzheimer's disease. This paper reviews relevant clinical and basic research to discuss the correlation between hearing loss and Alzheimer's disease, and the possible causal mechanism between them.

Objective To explore the application effect of sacubitril valsartan in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods A total of 66 CHF patients admitted to Xinyu Yuanhe Hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method, with 33 cases in each group. The control group was treated with benazepril + spironolactone + metoprolol, and the study group was treated with sacubitril valsartan + spironolactone + metoprolol. The clinical efficacy, ventricular remodeling, cardiac function, serum factor levels and adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate in study group was significantly higher than that in control group(χ2=5.974,P=0.015).After treatment, left ventricular mass index, myocardial wall stress, left ventricular posterior wall thickness, left ventricular ejection fraction,N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),angiotensin Ⅱ and aldosterone in study group were significantly lower than those in control group, and left ventricular remodelling index, stroke volume and left ventricular end-diastolic volume were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of sacubitril valsartan in CHF patients is significant, which can effectively improve cardiac function indicators, reverse ventricular remodeling, reduce serum NT-proBNP level, and have fewer adverse reactions.

Objective To investigate the effects of tropicamide and esculin-digitalisglycosides combination eye drops on low myopia of children (age ranging from 6 to 14). Methods Eighty children with 160 eyes of low myopia in the outpatient department of ophthalmology of our hospital were chose from July 2010 to April 2013, then the patients were equally divided into four groups:the control, esculin-digitalisglycosides eye drops, tropicamide, and tropicamide and esculin-digitalisglycosides combination groups. The naked vision and myopia correction of each group were compared before and after treatment for two weeks, and the treatment effects were compared among four groups. Results (1) The results showed there were no significant changes before and after treatment in the control, esculin-digitalisglycosides eye drops and tropicamide groups ( >0.05); (2) On the contrast, the tropicamide and esculin-digitalisglycosides combination have significantly improved naked vision and myopia correction after 2 weeks ( <0.05);(3) Prior to the treatment, there was no significant difference among four groups (<0.05);(4) After treatment, group under tropicamide and esculin- digitalisglycosides combined was statistical different from the other groups treated with other three eye drops ( <0.05);However, there was no statistical difference among groups in these three eyedrops. Conclusion Esculin-digitalisglycosides combined with tropicamide was the most effective treatment for low myopia of children.
