This article reviews the current status, advantages, and limitations of the application of Internet of Things (IoT) technology in mental health services. It explores the prospects of IoT technology in this field. IoT technology has been successfully applied in smart hospitals, telemedicine, smart devices, and health management. However, there are few reports on IoT technology application in our country′s mental health services. In the field of mental health services, IoT technology can help improve the quality of life of patients with mental disorders and the effectiveness of medical services. Still, it also faces challenges brought about by patient privacy and security.

BACKGROUND:In recent years, with the development of 3D printing, surgical surgery has become personalized and accurate.3D printed guide template technique can realize preoperative planning and intraoperative navigation, making surgery more accurate. In clinical orthopedic surgery for moderate and severe stiff scoliosis, there is still a problem that the accuracy of screw placement is not high, resulting in screw loosening and even nerve complications. There are few studies on 3D printed guide template technique to guide screw placement in surgery for severe stiff scoliosis. OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the clinical effect of the 3D printed guide template technique combined with multiple posterior derotation in the treatment of severe rigid scoliosis. METHODS:The clinical data of six patients with severe scoliosis undergoing 3D printed guide template technique of pedicle screw combined with multiple posterior derotation were retrospectively analyzed. There were 3 males and 3 females, with a mean age of(18.17±3.49)years(range,15-23 years). The changes of parameters related to lateral bending were analyzed at postoperative 2 weeks and 18 months, and the results were obtained by statistical analysis. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:(1)The operation time was 280-540 minutes(mean 340.83±102.20 minutes). The intraoperative blood loss was 1 000-4 000 mL(mean 2 000.00±1 073.70 mL).The fixed segments were 9-14 vertebral bodies(mean 11.83±1.72),and no screw loosening occurred during the operation.(2)All patients were followed up.At postoperative 2 weeks, the anteroposterior and lateral radiography of the whole spine showed that the cobb angle, the distance between the vertical line of C7 on the coronal plane and the median line of S1,the distance between the vertical line of C7 in the sagittal plane and the posterior edge of S1,apical vertebral translation, thoracic kyphosis, and lumbar lordosis were significantly corrected. The average correction rate of the cobb angle in the main curve was 62.22%.After 18 months of follow-up,there was no significant change in all parameters compared with 2 weeks after operation;the orthopedic effect was satisfactory, and there was no infection or internal fixation fracture.(3)There was one case of delayed wound healing;scar healing appeared after dressing change treatment;no neurological complications occurred.(4)The results show that the 3D print-guide template combined with multiple posterior rod derotation technique is safe and effective in the treatment of severe rigid scoliosis, and the correction effect is satisfactory.

Objective To analyze the pathogen distribution and drug‐resistance characteristics in the patients with lung cancer complicating non‐fermentative bacteria lung infection to provide the basis for clinicians to prevent infection and rationally use anti‐bacterial drugs .Methods The clinically submitted respiratory tract specimens in the patients with lung cancer in our hospital from January 2009 to July 2015 were retrospectively analyzed .The isolated pathogenic bacteria were identified by adopting the France Bio‐plum‐Egyptian company Vitek2‐Compact identification instrument ,the drug sensitivity test was conducted by using the K‐B disk diffusion method .The statistical analysis of data was performed by adopting the WHONET 5 .6 software .Results 176 strains of non‐fermentative bacteria mainly came from sputum ,accounting for 80 .1% ,the detection rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa was highest ,accounting for 48 .2% ,followed by Acinetobacter baumannii and Stenotrophomonas maltophilia ,accounting for 32 .4% and 16 .5% respectively ;the drug susceptibility test results showed that non‐fermentative bacteria had different degrees of resistance to antibacterial drugs or even multiple drug resistance ,in which the resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to amikacin ,tobramycin and cefoperazone/sulbactam ,the resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii to amikacin ,cefoperazone/sulbactam and the resistance of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia to minocycline ,cotrimoxazole and cefoperazone/sulbactam were less than 30 .0% ,which to other an‐tibacterial drugs were more than 30 .0% .Conclusion Non‐fermentative bacteria are common pathogenic bacteria in hospital infec‐tion ,non‐fermentative bacteria isolated from the patients with lung cancer complicating pulmonary infection have serious resistance to commonly used antibacterial drugs ,therefore clinic should strengthen the monitoring of pathogenic bacteria and drug resistance . Cefoperazone/sulbactam is the first choice for treating these bacterial infections .

Objective To evaluate the early complications of cervical spine surgery .Methods We retro-spectively analyzed 96 cervical spine surgery patients in our department ,including 56 cervical spondylotic myelopathy , 21 cervical fracture and/or dislocation ,11 cervical spine tumor ,5 atlantoaxial dislocation ,3 Chiari malformation .By analyzing causes of complications ,the countermeasures were developed .Results 27 patients had complications .The major complications were:death in 1 case, incision hematoma in 2 cases, incision infection in 4 cases, spine cord inju-ry or nerve root injury in 3 cases, cerebrospinal fluid leakage in 3 cases, superior laryngeal nerve and recurrent laryn-geal nerve injury in 4 cases, pulmonary infection in 5 cases, urinary tract infection in 4 cases. There were no esophage-al fistula and vertebral artery injury in these patients .The incidence rate in anterior ,posterior, anterior combined with posterior surgery was 24.6%(14/57),36.8%(7/19),40.0%(6/15) respectively. Conclusion Cervical spine surgery is likely to get early complications .Adequate preoperative preparation and improving operative techniques , timely and correctly handle the complications could reduce complications and improve cure rate .
