Objective To establish an online gel permeation chromatography-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry(GPC-GCMS)method for the determination of etomidate in blood.Methods Blood samples were extracted with acetonitrile,dehydrated with anhydrous sodium sulfate,purified with an online GPC system,and then analyzed by GCMS using large volume injection.The external standard curve method was used for quantification.Results The detection limit of etomidate was 0.002 μg/mL,with good linearity in the concentration range of 0.01～5 μg/mL and a correlation coefficient of 0.9992.The extraction recovery rates ranged between 90%and 120%.In an actual case,the content of etomidate detected in the blood sample was 0.024 μg/mL.Conclusion This method is fast,simple,accurate,and stable,providing a reliable basis for the determination of etomidate content in blood.

Objective To observe the effect of human immunoglobulin on elderly head and facial post herpetic neuralgia (PHN) and peripheral blood TNF-α.Methods One hundred and twenty-two inpatients with PHN aged ≥65 years old were selected and divided into the observation group (52 cases) and control group (70 cases) by the systematic sampling method.The control group was given the early conventional combined therapy,while on this basis the observation group was intravenously dripped by human immunoglobulin.The incidence rate of PHN and pain visual analog scale(VAS) score at 1,2,3 months after recovery discharge from hospital were recorded in the two groups.Other 20 healthy elderly people were selected as the healthy control group.The TNF-α level was determined in the two patients groups before and after treatment and in the healthy control group.Results The PHN occurrence rate at 1,2,3 months after discharge in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05);the VAS score after treatment and at 1,2,3 months after discharge in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05);serum TNF-α level after treatment in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P＜0.01),moreover which was close to the level in the healthy control group(P＞0.5).Conclusion Human immunoglobulin can reduce the PHN occurrence in the old people with head and facial herpes zoster and reduce the peripheral blood TNF-α level.

Objective To study and evaluate the effect of developing the preventive service in venereal clinic .Methods The questionnaire survey on the selected outpatients was performed by the trained medical personnel in the venereal disease clinic of 5 medical institutions in Chongqing .The intervention services were carried out by providing healthy advices and tailor-made preven-tive packs .The healthy knowledge publicity were posted in the waiting area of the venereal clinic .The questionnaire investigation in the re-visiting patients was performed again to understand the awareness of prevention venereal disease knowledge and the condom use .Results 96 .4% of outpatients in this study accepted the AIDS-related knowledge at the first visit .84 .1% of them acquired the knowledge by consulting their doctor ,60 .9% of the patients insisted on using condom in sexual activity after accepting the interven-tion knowledge ,which was much higher than 17 .4% before intervention .Conclusion The STD clinic attenders satisfy the interven-tional preventive service in the venereal clinic ,the improvement of the venereal disease related knowledge and the adverse behaviors is obvious .
