Abstract In recent years, the prevalence of overweight and obesity among children and adolescents has risen rapidly, posing a serious threat to their physical and mental health. To provide scientific, systematic, and standardized weight management guidance for overweight and obese children and adolescents, the study focuses on the core concept of healthy lifestyle intervention, integrates multidisciplinary expert opinions and research findings,and proposes a comprehensive multidisciplinary intervention framework covering scientific exercise intervention, precise nutrition and diet, optimized sleep management, and standardized psychological support. It calls for the establishment of a multi agent collaborative management mechanism led by the government, implemented by families, fostered by schools, initiated by individuals, optimized by communities, reinforced by healthcare, and coordinated by multiple stakeholders. Emphasizing a child and adolescent centered approach, the consensus advocates for comprehensive, multi level, and personalized guidance strategies to promote the internalization and maintenance of a healthy lifestyle. It serves as a reference and provides recommendations for the effective prevention and control of overweight and obesity, and enhancing the health level of children and adolescents.

Objective To explore the birthdate circuit qi endowment of the five circuit phases and six climatic factors in the female patients with benign and malignant breast tumors,and to analyze the benign and malignant tendency of breast tumors.Methods The birth date information of 723 patients with breast malignant tumor(breast cancer)and 1 595 patients with benign breast tumor were collected from the electronic medical record system of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine.SPSS 25.0 statistical software was used to analyze the circuit qi information of the two groups of patients.Results(1)The analysis of suiyun(yearly evolutive phase)showed that the patients born in the years of excessive wood phase,excessive fire phase,and deficiency earth phase tended to suffer from breast cancer,while the patients born in the years of deficiency gold phase,deficiency wood phase,and excessive water phase tended to suffer from benign breast tumors.(2)The analysis of dominant qi(regular yearly circuit qi)showed that the patients born at the time of shaoyin monarch fire were more likely to suffer from breast cancer,while patients born at the time of jueyin wind-wood and taiyin damp-earth were more likely to suffer from benign breast tumors.(3)The analysis of guest qi(alterable yearly circuit qi)showed that the patients born at the time of jueyin wind-wood and yangming dry-gold were more likely to suffer from breast cancer,and the patients born at the time of shaoyang ministerial fire and taiyang cold-water were more likely to suffer from benign breast tumors.(4)The analysis of birth season showed that the patients born in spring were more likely to suffer from breast cancer.(5)The analysis of the combination of circuit and qi(circuit phases and climatic factors)showed that the patients born in the year of xiaoni(circuit phases generating climatic factors),buhe(circuit phases restricting climatic factors),and tianxing(sitian climatic factors restricting the predominant circuit phases)tended to suffer from breast cancer,and patients born in the year of suihui(yearly heavenly-stem circuit phase accorded with the yearly earthly-branch circuit qi)and tongsuihui(deficiency yearly circuit phase in accordance with the second half of the alterable yearly circuit qi)tended to suffer from benign breast tumors.(6)The analysis of celestial control-terrestrial effect showed that the combination of celestial control-terrestrial had no significant effect on the incidence of breast cancer or benign breast tumors(P＞0.05).Conclusion(1)Certain differences and tendencies of birthdate circuit qi endowment exist between benign breast tumors and breast cancer.(2)The birthdate circuit qi endowment of breast cancer is characterized by wind and heat,and mainly involves liver,spleen,heart and kidney.Compared with patients with benign breast tumors,patients with breast cancer usually have the excess and heat biased constitution endowment.

Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect of Ginsenosides Rg1(GS-Rg1)on the proliferation and metastasis of tongue squamous cell carcinoma(TSCC),and its related mechanisms of action.Methods TSCC cells were treated with GS-Rg1 at concentrations of 1.25,2.5,5.0 and 10.0 μmol·L-1 for 48 hours.The proliferation ability of cells at different concentrations was measured by cell counting kit-8(CCK-8)experiment,and the IC5ovalue of GS-Rg1 at CAL-27 for 48 hours was calculated.TSCC cells CAL-27 were divided into control group and GS-Rg1 group.The control group and GS-Rg1 group were treated with 0.9％NaCl and IC50concentration of GS-Rg1 for 48 hours,respectively.The cell cycle distribution of each group was detected by flow cytometry,and the cell metastasis ability of each group was detected by Transwell experiment.Construct TOP/FOP Flash plasmid,transfect control group and GS-Rg1 group,and detect the effect of GS-Rg1 effect on wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway activity in TSCC cell CAL-27 using luciferase assay.Using wnt/β-catenin pathway inhibitor XAV939 treated GS-Rg1 group cells(XAV939+GS-Rg1 group),and wnt/β-catenin pathway activator HLY78 was used to treat GS-Rg1 group cells(HLY78+GS-Rg1 group)and detect changes of wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway activity,the cell proliferation ability,cell cycle distribution,and metastasis ability in XAV939+GS-Rg1 group,HLY78+GS-Rg1 group and GS-Rg1 group.The expression of wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway related proteins β-catenin,and its downstream cell cycle related proteins cellular myelocytomatosis oncogene(cMYC),Cyclin dependent kinase 4(CDK4),andcyclinD1,as well as metastasis related proteins E-cadherin,N-cadherin and matrix metalloproteinase 2(MMP-2)were detected by Western blotting in each group of cells.Results GS-Rg1 significantly inhibited the proliferation ability of TSCC cells CAL-27(P＜0.05),and the IC50value of GS-Rg1 on CAL-27 was(5.46±1.58)μmol·L-1.The ratio of GO/G1 phase cells in the control group and GS-Rg1 group were(60.65±2.16)％and(71.20±2.38)％,respectively;the number of cell transmembrane penetration were 87.33±7.51 and 50.67±3.21,respectively;the luciferase activity were 1.00±0.02 and 0.35±0.06,respectively.Compared with the control group,the GS-Rg1 group showed cell cycle arrest in GO/G1 phase,decreased cell metastasis ability,and the activity of wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway decreased(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).Compared with the GS-Rg1 group,the activity of the wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway was decreased,cell proliferation ability and metastasis ability was decreased(P＜0.05),while the number of GO/G1 phase cells was increased(P＜0.05),the expression of β-catenin,cMYC,CDK4,cyclinD1,E-cadherin and MMP-2 proteins were decreased(P＜0.05),while the expression of N-cadherin protein increased in XAV939+GS-Rg1 group cells.However,the result were opposite in the HLY78+GS-Rg1 group of cells.Conclusion GS-Rg1 downregulates wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway inhibits the proliferation and metastasis ability of TSCC cells.

Objective: To development the prognostic nomogram for malignant pleural mesothelioma (MPM). Methods: Two hundred and ten patients pathologically confirmed as MPM were enrolled in this retrospective study from 2007 to 2020 in the People's Hospital of Chuxiong Yi Autonomous Prefecture, the First and Third Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University, and divided into training (n=112) and test (n=98) sets according to the admission time. The observation factors included demography, symptoms, history, clinical score and stage, blood cell and biochemistry, tumor markers, pathology and treatment. The Cox proportional risk model was used to analyze the prognostic factors of 112 patients in the training set. According to the results of multivariate Cox regression analysis, the prognostic prediction nomogram was established. C-Index and calibration curve were used to evaluate the model's discrimination and consistency in raining and test sets, respectively. Patients were stratified according to the median risk score of nomogram in the training set. Log rank test was performed to compare the survival differences between the high and low risk groups in the two sets. Results: The median overall survival (OS) of 210 MPM patients was 384 days (IQR=472 days), and the 6-month, 1-year, 2-year, and 3-year survival rates were 75.7%, 52.6%, 19.7%, and 13.0%, respectively. Cox multivariate regression analysis showed that residence (HR=2.127, 95% CI: 1.154-3.920), serum albumin (HR=1.583, 95% CI: 1.017-2.464), clinical stage (stage Ⅳ: HR=3.073, 95% CI: 1.366-6.910) and the chemotherapy (HR=0.476, 95% CI: 0.292-0.777) were independent prognostic factors for MPM patients. The C-index of the nomogram established based on the results of Cox multivariate regression analysis in the training and test sets were 0.662 and 0.613, respectively. Calibration curves for both the training and test sets showed moderate consistency between the predicted and actual survival probabilities of MPM patients at 6 months, 1 year, and 2 years. The low-risk group had better outcomes than the high-risk group in both training (P=0.001) and test (P=0.003) sets. Conclusion: The survival prediction nomogram established based on routine clinical indicators of MPM patients provides a reliable tool for prognostic prediction and risk stratification.

Objective:To investigate the changes of hippocampal gray matter volume and expression of candidate immune related genes in a rat model of schizophrenia established by repeated administration of dizocilpine(MK-801).Methods:Thirty SPF grade Sprague-Dawley male rats at postnatal day 28 were randomly divided into MK-801 medium-dose (0.25 mg/kg) group, MK-801 high-dose(0.50 mg/kg) group and normal saline (5 mL/kg) group according to random number table method, with 10 in each group.Rats were given continuous intraperitoneal administration according to grouping once a day for 14 days.Open field test, novel object recognition test and Y-maze test were used at postnatal day 60 to detect spontaneous activity, exploration ability, anxiety level, object recognition memory ability and spatial working memory of rats, respectively.At postnatal day 67, structural magnetic resonance imaging was used to detect the changes of hippocampal gray matter volume in rat.And at postnatal day 70, qRT-PCR was used to detect the expression of candidate immune-related genes in rat hippocampus.SPSS 25.0 was used for statistical analysis, one-way ANOVA was used for comparison among multiple groups, and Tukey test was used for further pairwise comparisons.Results:(1)The behavioral results showed that there were significant differences in the total movement distance, central area activity time, novel object recognition index, and spontaneous correct alternation rate among the three groups ( F=11.15, 10.11, 13.62, 11.99, all P<0.05). The total movement distances in MK-801 medium-dose group and MK-801 high-dose group ((21.44±2.17) m, (22.87±1.96)m) were higher than that in the normal saline group ((18.70±1.88) m) (both P<0.05). The activity time of the central area in the MK-801 medium-dose group and MK-801 high-dose group((3.24±1.58) s, (2.50±1.32) s) were lower than that of the normal saline group ((6.05±2.48)s) (both P<0.01). Novel object recognition indexes in the MK-801 medium-dose group and MK-801 high-dose group((56.10±3.99)%, (54.00±6.41)%) were both lower than that in the normal saline group ((65.90±5.65)%)(both P<0.01), and the rates of spontaneous correct alternation ((54.60±7.03)%, (51.60±8.84)%) in the two groups were lower than that of the normal saline group ((68.40±8.57)%) (both P<0.01). (2) The results of structural magnetic resonance imaging showed that there were significant differences in the volume of hippocampal gray matter among the three groups ( F=9.24, P<0.001). The volumes of hippocampal gray matter in MK-801 medium-dose group and MK-801 high-dose group were lower than that in normal saline group(both P<0.001). (3)By constructing protein-protein interaction network, four candidate immune related genes were screened out: neuropeptide Y (NPY), somatostatin (SST), cholecystokinin (CCK) and tachykinin 1 (TAC1). The results showed that the mRNA expression levels of NPY, SST and CCK in the hippocampus of the three groups were significantly different ( F=11.41, 10.43, 5.85, all P<0.05), but there was no statistical difference in the TAC1 mRNA expression level ( F=0.08, P>0.05). The mRNA levels of NPY, SST and CCK in the hippocampus of rats in the MK-801 high-dose group were lower than those in the normal saline group (all P<0.05). Conclusion:Both medium dose and high dose MK-801 administration can reduce the volume of hippocampal gray matter in schizophrenia model rats, but they have different effects on the expression of hippocampal immune related genes, of which high dose administration has a greater effect.

Frailty denotes a nonspecific clinical condition characterized by a decrease of physiological reservation in multiple systems, which makes individuals extremely vulnerable to stressors. Frailty increases the incidence of adverse outcomes and death of patients. However, frailty is reversible and preventable. Therefore, this article reviews theoretical models, assessment tools and influencing factors of frailty in elderly patients with hematologic maligilancy, so as to provide references for medical staff to carry out frailty management and related research in elderly patients with hematologic maligilancy.

Objective: To analyze the prevalence and risk factors of self-reported cancer in adults in China in 2015. Methods: The data used in this study were from China Chronic Disease and Risk Factors Surveillance in 2015. The frequency and proportion of the classified variables were analyzed by descriptive statistics, the disordered classified variables were compared by χ² test, and the possible risk factors of cancer patients were screened by univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses. Results: In 2015, there were 1 809 self-reported tumors patients in China, including 689 males (0.63%), 1 120 females (1.03%), 769 (0.71%) in the eastern region, 465 (0.43%) in the central region and 575 (0.53%) in the western region. The patients were mainly distributed in people aged 45- and 55- years old, being overweight or obese, living in eastern urban area, having low education level, being married, having low annual household income and being occupational population. The results of multivariate logistic regression showed that compared with the western region, the prevalence rate of cancer was higher in the eastern region (OR=1.05, 95%CI: 1.04-1.06), while lower in the central region (OR=0.94, 95%CI: 0.93-0.95); the risk for cancer in people with family history of malignancy was higher than that in people without family history of malignancy (OR=1.95, 95%CI:1.94-1.96) the risk for cancer in people with an annual household income of less than 10 000 yuan or between 10 000 and 50 000 yuan was higher than that in people with an annual household income of more than 50 000 yuan (<10 000 yuan: OR=1.59, 95%CI: 1.58-1.60; between 10 000 and 50 000 yuan: OR=1.27, 95%CI: 1.26-1.28); and the risk for cancer in people living urban areas was lower than that in people living in rural areas (OR=0.98, 95%CI: 0.97-0.99). In terms of personal behavior and diet, the risk for cancer in smokers was 1.25 times higher than that in non-smokers (OR=1.25, 95%CI: 1.24-1.26), and the risk for cancer in alcoholics was 1.16 times higher than that in non-alcoholics (OR=1.16, 95%CI: 1.15-1.17), the risk for cancer in people with insufficient vegetable and fruit intakes was 1.29 times and 1.03 times higher than those in people with sufficient intakes of vegetables and fruits, respectively (OR=1.29, 95%CI: 1.28-1.30;OR=1.03,95%CI: 1.02-1.04). People with low frequency of high-intensity exercise had a higher risk for cancer compared with those with high frequency of high-intensity exercise (OR=1.32, 95%CI: 1.31-1.33), the risk for cancer was higher in people with low frequency of moderate exercise than in people with high frequency of moderate exercise (OR=1.08, 95%CI: 1.07-1.09). The risk for cancer in people with sedentary time less than 2 hours was higher than that in those with sedentary time more than 2 hours (OR=1.69, 95%CI: 1.68-1.70), and the risk for cancer in people who ate moderate amount of red meat was lower than that in people who ate excessive amount of red meat (OR=0.86, 95%CI: 0.85-0.87). Conclusions: The number of female self-reported cancer was more than that in males, and the number of self-reported cancer in the eastern region was higher than that in the central and western regions. Living in eastern region, with family history of malignancy, having low annual household income, smoking, drinking, insufficient vegetable intake, insufficient fruit intake and low frequency of high-intensity exercise and low frequency of moderate intensity exercise were the main risk factors for cancer, while living in central region, living in urban area and low red meat intake were protective factors.

Objective:To compare the expression levels of candidate genes before and after Shuganjieyu capsule treatment, to analyze their correlation with depression symptoms and cognitive function, and to find and clarify the biomarkers related to the efficacy of Shuganjieyu capsule.Methods:Among 27 patients with mild to moderate depression (MMD), 24 items Hamilton depression rating scale (HAMD-24) was used to assess the severity of depression, Chinese revised Wechsler adult intelligence scale(WAIS-RC) and Chinese revised Wechsler memory scale(WMS) were used to assess cognitive function, and qRT-PCR was used to detect the expression levels of candidate genes in peripheral blood of patients with depression before and after treatment with Shuganjieyu capsule.SPSS 25.0 software was used for statistical analysis, paired t-test, non-parametric test, Spearman correlation analysis and receiver operating characteristic curve were used for data statistics. Results:The symptoms of MMD patients were relieved after Shuganjieyu capsule treatment(HAMD scores: baseline 14.00(9.75, 18.25), 8-week 4.00(2.00, 7.25), Z=-4.462, P<0.01), and the verbal intelligence quotient(VIQ) of WMS was puomoved (VIQ scores: baseline (123.00±10.24), 8-week (128.00±6.77), t=4.372, P<0.01). The level of gene expression brain derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF) (baseline 1.68(0.92, 2.63), 8-week 2.30(1.47, 4.34), Z=-2.781, P=0.005), glial cell derived neurotrophic factor(GDNF) (baseline 0.74(0.31, 1.15), 8-week 0.97(0.50, 1.71), Z=-2.159, P=0.031), 5-hydroxytryptamine receptor 2A(HTR2A) (baseline 0.60(0.39, 1.60), 8-week 0.98(0.44, 2.29), Z=-1.994, P=0.046) and glutamate ionotropic receptor AMPA type subunit 1(GRIA1) (baseline 1.19(0.66, 2.40), 8-week 1.76(0.86, 4.13), Z=-2.756, P=0.006) was up-regulated after treatment.The change rate of BDNF expression were correlated with the score of HAMD-24 ( r=-0.35, P=0.038) and performance intelligence quotient of WMS ( r=0.40, P=0.022). Conclusions:BDNF may be used as a therapeutic marker of Shuganjieyu capsule in the treatment of clinical symptoms and cognitive function of MMD patients, which is used to evaluate the efficacy of antidepressants.
