1.The diagnostic value and clinical research of 5'-tRF-GlyGCC in the early stage of colorectal cancer

Objective To detect the content of 5'-tRF-GlyGCC in peripheral blood and explore its applica-tion value in the early diagnosis of colorectal cancer(CRC).Methods Peripheral blood samples were randomly collected from 99 CRC patients,11 patients with enteritis,17 patients with colorectal polyps and 99 healthy indi-viduals in the same period at the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University.The content of 5'-tRF-GlyGCC in total RNA of peripheral blood was detected by fluorescence RT-PCR.The receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC)was established to analyze the value of 5'-tRF-GlyGCC content in the early diagnosis of CRC and to explore the relationship between its content and the clinical and pathological characteristics of CRC patients.Results The content of 5'-tRF-GlyGCC in the peripheral blood of CRC patients and colorectal polyp patients was significantly higher than that of healthy individuals and patients with enteritis,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The area under the curve(AUC)of 5'-tRF-GlyGCC for diagnosing CRC was 0.817(95%CI:0.763~0.871),with a diagnostic sensitivity of 56.7%and a specificity of 99.9%.The content of 5'-tRF-GlyGCC in peripheral blood was significantly positively correlated with the levels of CEA and CA19-9 in CRC patients.Conclusion The detection of 5'-tRF-GlyGCC in peripheral blood has a high application value in the early diagnosis of CRC and can be used for clinical reference and research.

4.Analysis of pathogenic bacteria distribution,laboratory indicators and prognosis in patients with bacterial ascites

Objective To investigate the clinical features,laboratory indicators and prognosis of patients with bacterial ascites,and to provide evidence for early clinical diagnosis and treatmen.Methods Clinical data of patients diagnosed with cirrhosis ascites from First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to diagnostic criteria,they were divided into bacterial ascites group(n=24),spontaneous bacterial peritonitis group(n=20)and control group(n=26).The clinical features,laboratory indicators and prognosis of three groups were compared.Results Cirrhosis ascites caused by hepatitis B accounted for the highest proportion.The white blood cell count,neutrophil percentage,ascites white blood cell and polymorphonuclear leukocyte count of patients in bacterial ascites group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Gram-positive bacteria was the main pathogens causing bacterial ascites,among which staphylococcus accounts for the highest proportion.Ten cases of bacterial ascites with symptoms of infection were treated with ascites culture and anti-infection therapy.The 14 patients without symptoms of infection were given different treatment according to the development of the disease,one patient died,and the other patients improved.Conclusion The number of patients with bacterial ascites was large,and the main pathogenic bacteria was Gram-positive coccus.The combination of clinical symptoms and laboratory indicators is beneficial to the early diagnosis of bacterial ascites and the decision of treatment.
5.Factors of prognosis of patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with cardiogenic shock undergoing primary percutaneous coronary intervention under the support of mechanical devices

Objective To investigate the factors influencing prognosis in patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with cardiogenic shock undergoing primary percutaneous coronary intervention(PPCI).Methods Patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with cardiogenic shock who underwent PPCI at our hospital between January 2015 and December 2019 were enrolled.Clinical baseline characteristics,coronary angiography and PCI-related parameters,and mechanical support information were collected.The patients were followed up for one year and divided into survival and death groups based on their survival status within one year.Differences in various factors between the two groups were compared.Results A total of 40 patients were enrolled,including 26 in the survival group and 14 in the death group.There were no differences in baseline data,diagnosis,risk factors,and comorbidities between the two groups.The survival group had a lower heart rate and higher blood pressure trend at admission compared to the death group.Myocardial enzymes were significantly lower in the survival group compared to the death group(median CK peak:496.00(198.25,2 830.00)U/L vs.3 040.00(405.75,5 626.53)U/L,P=0.003;median CK-MB peak:52.65(31.75,219.50)U/L vs.306.00(27.25,489.63)U/L,P=0.006).When comparing coronary angiography and PCI-related indicators between the two groups,the survival group had a higher rate of complete revascularization compared to the control group(53.85%vs.21.43%,P=0.048).The survival group had a higher proportion of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO)combined with intra-aortic balloon pump(IABP)support compared to the control group[38.46%vs.7.14%,P=0.034].Conclusions Survival in patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with cardiogenic shock undergoing PPCI is associated with lower level of myocardial enzymes,ECMO combined with IABP support and complete revascularization.
6.Effects of mycotoxins on immune response of dendritic cells

Mycotoxins are secondary metabolites produced by pathogenic fungi.They often contaminate various crops,and are detrimental to human and animal health.Mycotoxins have a variety of toxic effects,such as neurotoxicity,hepatotoxicity,immunotox-icity,teratogenicity,and carcinogenicity.However,the mechanism of immunotoxicity is still unclear.Dendritic cells(DCs),as the most potent antigen presenting cells,play a vital role in initiating innate and adaptive immune responses.Previous studies have found that mycotoxins can affect the endocytosis of DCs,the ability to stimulate T cell activation,the secretion of cytokines and chemokines.Thus,this review is aim to summarize the effects of mycotoxins on DCs-mediated immune responses,which may provide reference for researches to clarify the immunotoxicity mechanism of mycotoxins.

The construction of "New Medicine" is the leader of the innovative development of medical education in China in the new era. Strengthening the cross-integration of medicine and science is helpful to promote the training of top-notch interdisciplinary innovative talents under the multidisciplinary background of "Medicine + X". The applied psychology major in medical colleges has unique advantages in education and teaching resources. How to combine the advantages to construct the education model of the integration of medicine and science is still in the exploration stage. Fifteen compounds(1-15) were isolated from the 95% EtOH extract of the whole herb of Physalis minima by various chromatography techniques including silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, middle chromatogram isolated gel(MCI), octadecyl silica(ODS), and semi-preparative high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). Their structures were elucidated by infrared spectroscopy(IR), ultraviolet spectroscopy(UV), high-resolution electrospray ionization mass spectrometry(HR-ESI-MS), nuclear magnetic re-sonance(NMR), and circular dichroism(CD) as(5S)-5,11-dihydroxy-3-methyl-5-pentylfuran-2(5H)-one(1), withaphysalin R(2), withaphysalin Q(3), withaphysanolide A(4), phaseic acid(5), grasshopper ketone(6), 3S,5R-dihydroxy-6S,7-megastigmadien-9-one(7), vanillic acid(8), 2-trans,4-trans-abscisic acid(9), capillasterolide(10), 5,3'-dihydroxy-3,7,4'-trimethoxyflavone(11),(-)-loliolide(12), 4-hydroxyacetophenone(13), acetosyringone(14), and aurantiamide acetate(15). Compound 1 was a new butenolide, and compounds 5-7 and 10-12 were isolated from the Physalis for the first time. Compounds 4, 13, and 15 were isolated for the first time from P. minima. Moreover, their anti-inflammatory activity was evaluated in vitro. Compound 12 was found to possess an inhibitory effect on the transcription of an NF-κB-dependent reporter gene in LPS-induced 293 T/NF-κB-luc cells at 10 μmol·L~(-1), showing an inhibitory rate of 62.31%±4.8%.

10. Clinical significance of exosomal miR-1231 in pancreatic cancer

Objective:
To investigate the expression and clinical significance of exosomal miR-1231 in plasma of pancreatic cancer (PC) patients and pancreatic cancer cells.
Methods:
A total of 16 patients who were diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in Hunan Cancer Hospital were collected from April 2016 to August 2017. Meanwhile, 16 healthy volunteers were recruited as the healthy control group at the same period. The plasma exosomes were extracted, and the levels of miR-1231 were detected by qRT-PCR in PC and healthy control groups. Moreover, the clinicopathological significance of exosomal miR-1231 expression was analyzed. Furthermore, the expression of exosomal miR-1231 was detected in several pancreatic cancer cells (MIA PaCa-2, PANC-1, SW1990, AsPC-1 and BxPc-3) and two normal pancreatic epithelial cells (HPDE and human primary pancreatic epithelial cell).
Results:
qRT-PCR results showed that the expression level of miR-1231 in plasma exosomes of pancreatic cancer patients (1.06±0.46) was significantly lower than that in healthy controls (2.30±0.99;
