Objective:To analyze the implementation and effectiveness of standardized training for medical aesthetic practitioners in Guangdong province from 2015 to 2023.Methods:Training data from 2015 to 2023 were retrospectively collected from programs organized by the Guangdong Medical Association, including sessions in aesthetic surgery, dermatology, dentistry, traditional Chinese medicine, laser aesthetics, and injectable aesthetics. The training implementation was summarized. A random sample of 120 trainees was selected to complete a questionnaire to assess training outcomes. Results:A total of 45 offline standardized training sessions were held, covering both theoretical and practical instruction. The total training duration reached 180 days, involving 6 776 participant attendances. Aesthetic surgery accounted for the highest number (1 701 attendances), followed by aesthetic dermatology (1 197 attendances). Among specialized technical programs, laser aesthetics (1 708 attendances) and injectable aesthetics (1 578 attendances) had the most participants. Most trainees (5 705 attendances) were physicians from tertiary public general hospitals. A total of 116 questionnaires were collected, with 115 participants expressing satisfaction with the course content, teaching arrangement, and training materials. All trainees passed the skills assessment and received training certificates. Conclusions:The standardized training for medical aesthetic practitioners in Guangdong province from 2015 to 2023 has been well implemented and shows favorable outcomes. It contributes to improving the technical competence of professionals in the medical aesthetics field.

Objective To study the construction of training bases for three tumor therapies. Methods Eight training bases in six third-level first-class hospitals with score of technology assessment higher than 90 were investigated. Results There were good hardware in all training bases and qualified teaching staff in six of them. Annual operative quantity of hyperthermia and radioactive particles implantation technology of all training bases were up to the standard , while the coincidence rate of ablation technology was 80%. Besides , quantity of ablation technology and radioactive particles implantation technology trainees participated in during training met the standard, but that of hyperthermia not. There were significant difference in theory and operational test results before and after training (P < 0.01). Conclusions Management system, operative quantity and teaching staff construction need to be improved. Clinical skills training and standardized training assessment should be strengthened in base construction.

Journal of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2015;(4):634-636
In this study, we explored the establishment of the database of Chinese medicine and minimally invasive surgery (MIS) for tumor based on the internet, thus to promote the application of Chinese medicine in the comprehensive treatment for tumor. The database was composed of general information database, Chinese medicine database, MIS database, which was characterized by the internet-based information system structure. Data exchange between net server and remote terminal can be achieved through the firewall. The results of testing performance showed that the established database can realize the real-time share of case report, and is convenient in basic retrieve and information analysis function, indicating the feasibility and stability of the database.

It was proposed that the items incurrent testing itemsdatabase should be classified , ranked , amal-gamated or disintegrated , the testing items and their names should be standardized , and the link between current testing itemsdatabase and new standards should be established according to the new standards by taking their problems into consideration, such as non-standard link, repetition of a same item, non-standard names of testing item and method, in order to improve the effectiveness of main testing methods, lay a foundation for the verifica-tion, and provide reference for the link between new and old items in other provinces.

Chinese journal of nautical medicine and hyperbaric medicine 2014;21(6):409-411
Objective To review and evaluate clinical ability and degrading of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) treatment in 95 hospitals of Guangdong Province. Methods Retrospective survey and expert review methods were used in the study. Results With regard to clinical treatment capacity, the 95 hospitals could be divided into four grades:i.e.grade A (3 hospitals),grade B (37 hospitals),grade C (52 hospitals),grade D (3 hospitals).Current problems existed are:incomplete medical documentation, application of different editions, submission of incomplete materials, irregular training of professional workers, imperfect equipment and technology management, lower capability of basic hospitals in clinical application of HBO therapy. Conclusions The perfection of safety system for the management of HBO techniques and facilities is a fundamental guarantee for the conduction of HBO therapy. The development of guidelines for clinical application of HBO therapy and the unification of operating procedures and editions of medical documentation are key to the assurance of medical treatment quality.Regular technical training of medical professionals, passing on experience, rendering help and setting examples in the training of new hands are effective measures for the improvement of the technique clinically.Complete filling of forms and submission of application forms are indispensable stand-ground for technical reviews and grade/performance assessment.
