his study was aimed at understanding the drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii,exploring the consistency between resistance genes and resistance phenotypes,and providing a basis for the rational use of antibiotics in clinical practice.A total of 88 strains of Acinetobacter baumannii were isolated from hospitals at tertiary level or above within the jurisdiction from 2021 to 2023,and subjected to drug resistance testing and whole genome sequencing.The original data were analyzed for the entire genome process with a Microobench pathogenic microorganism analysis workstation(without reference splicing),and resistance genes were predicted and annotated.The strains were subjected to multi-point sequence analysisand minimum spanning tree construction.Among 88 strains of Acinetobacter baumannii,carbapenem resistant strains(CRAB)accounted for 72.73%,and 98.44%of CRAB showed multidrug resistance.In the past three years,the resistance to multiple drugs has increased.The cgMLST analysis showed that the ST2 type accounted for 89.77%,and a new ST type was discovered.After cgMLST analysis,the minimum spanning tree was generated,and the genetic relationship of the same ST type was closer.The same ST2 type was further divided into four clusters.Binary logistic regression analysis conducted on resistance genes and resistance phenotypes revealed that resistance genes APH(3″)-Ib,armA,ADC-73,sul1,and sul2 positively correlated with resistance phenotypes.The ST2 type was the main Acinetobacter baumannii type,and showed high rates of multidrug resistance and carriage of multiple resistance genes.The drug resistance situation is severe.The consistency between common resistance genes and resistance phenotypes is good.Clinical management of Acinetobacter baumannii infection must be strengthened to prevent outbreaks and transmission.

Objective: To investigate the association between metabolically healthy obesity and the incident risk of stroke in people aged ≥40 years from rural areas of Henan Province. Methods: During 2007 to 2008, 20 194 residents aged ≥18 years were selected for baseline examination by random cluster sampling and 17 265 participants were followed up during 2013 to 2014. According to the aim of current study, a total of 11 864 eligible subjects were included in this post-hoc analysis. Depending on body mass index and metabolic status, subjects were divided into four groups: metabolically healthy normal weight, metabolically healthy obesity, metabolically abnormal normal weight and metabolically abnormal obesity. Multivariate logistic regression model was used to analyze the relationship between metabolically healthy obesity and the risk of stroke. Results: The median (Q₁, Q₃) age of study participants was 54(46, 61) years, and 4 526 participants were men. During the mean follow-up of 6 years, the cumulative incidence of stroke was 7.16%. The incidence of stroke in metabolically healthy normal weight, metabolically healthy obesity, metabolically abnormal normal weight, and metabolically abnormal obesity were 3.73%, 4.61%, 8.99% and 9.38%, respectively (χ²=117.458, P<0.001). After adjusting possible confounding factors, compared with metabolically healthy normal weight, the risk of stroke was significantly increased in the metabolically healthy obesity group, metabolically abnormal normal weight group and metabolically abnormal obesity group with the odds ratio (OR) and 95% confidence interval (CI) of 1.52(1.10-2.12), 2.11(1.61-2.77) and 2.78(2.18-3.55), respectively. Stratified analysis showed that the risk of stroke was significantly higher in metabolically healthy obesity people aged 40-59 years compared with metabolically healthy normal weight group (OR=2.12, 95%CI: 1.36-3.30). Conclusion: Metabolically healthy obesity, metabolically abnormal normal weight and metabolically abnormal obesity are positively associated with the risk of stroke.

Malocclusion is one of the three most common oral diseases reported by World Health Organization(WHO). In China, its incidence rate is rising. Malocclusion seriously affects the dental and maxillofacial function, facial appearance and growth development of nearly 260 million children in China, and what is more, it affects their physical and mental health development. Malocclusion occurrence is related to genetic and environmental factors. Early treatment of malocclusion can create a good dental and maxillofacial development environment, correct abnormal growth and control the adverse effects of abnormal genetic factors. It can effectively reduce the prevalence of children's malocclusion and enhance their physical and mental health. This is an urgent need from the economic perspective of our society, so it has great practical and social significance. Experts from the project group "standard diagnose and treatment protocols for early orthodontic intervention of malocclusions of children" which initiated by China National Health Institute of Hospital Administration wrote the "China Experts' Consensus on Preventive and Interceptive Orthodontic Treatments of Malocclusions of Children", which aims to guide and popularize the clinical practice, improve the clinical theory and practice level, and accelerate the disciplinary development of early treatment of children's malocclusion in China. The consensus elaborates the harmfulness of malocclusion and the necessity of early treatment, and brings up the principles and fundamental contents. Based on the law of dental and maxillofacial development, this paper puts forward the guiding suggestions of preventive and interceptive treatments in different stages of dental development ranging from fetus to early permanent dentition. It is a systematic project to promote and standardize the early treatment of malocclusion. Through scientific and comprehensive stratified clinical practice and professional training, the clinical system of early treatment of malocclusion in China will eventually be perfected, so as to comprehensively care for children's dental and maxillofacial health, and improve their oral and physical health in China.

The present study aimed to explore the correlation between agronomic traits and quality indexes of Dendrobium nobile and its application value in agricultural breeding. The cultivated strains of D. nobile in Hejiang-Chishui producing areas were extensively collected,and the main agronomic traits and quality indexes were measured. The agronomic traits with significant correlation with quality indexes were screened out by the correlation analysis,and then the parental lines and self-bred F_1 generation plants were furtherverified. Among 96 lines of D. nobile,the content of soluble polysaccharides showed a significant negative correlation with dendrobine( P < 0. 01),and no significant correlation with agronomic traits in stems and leaves. The content of dendrobine exhibited a significant positive correlation with the stem width-thickness ratio( at the largest cross section; P < 0. 01),and no significant correlation with other agronomic traits. Regression analysis further verified the positive correlation between dendrobine content and stem width-thickness ratio( R2> 0. 9). Two lines,JC-10 and JC-35,with significant differences in stem width-thickness ratio were screened out( P <0. 05). The corresponding F1 generation plants by self-pollination both showed that the dendrobine content was higher with greater stem width-thickness ratio( P < 0. 01). The experimental results suggested that within a certain range,the dendrobine content was higher in D. nobile with flatter stem. Therefore,in the breeding of D. nobile,this specific trait could be used for screening plants with high content of quality indexes such as dendrobine.

BACKGROUND: Benvitimod cream, a novel synthetic small molecule, was effective in treating mild-to-moderate plaque psoriasis. We conducted a phase III clinical trial to assess the efficacy and safety of benvitimod cream in patients with mild-to-moderate plaque psoriasis. METHODS: We randomly assigned 686 patients (2:1:1) to receive 1% benvitimod cream, 0.005% calcipotriol ointment or placebo twice a day for 12 weeks. The primary efficacy end points were the percentage of patients with a 75% or greater reduction from baseline in the psoriasis area and severity index (PASI 75) score and with a score of 0 or 1 in static physician's global assessment (sPGA) at week 12. RESULTS: The results showed that 50.4% of patients in the benvitimod group achieved PASI 75, which was significantly higher than that in the calcipotriol (38.5%, P < 0.05) and placebo (13.9%, P < 0.05) groups. The proportion of patients achieving an sPGA score 0 or 1 was 66.3% in the benvitimod group and 63.9% in the calcipotriol group, which were both significantly higher than that in the placebo group (34%, P < 0.05). In the long-term follow-up study, 50.8% of patients experienced recurrence. After retreatment with 1% benvitimod, 73.3% of patients achieved an sPGA score of 0 or 1 again at week 52. Adverse events included application site irritation, follicular papules, and contact dermatitis. No systemic adverse reactions were reported. CONCLUSION: During this 12-week study, benvitimod cream was demonstrated with high effectiveness and safety in patients with mild-to-moderate plaque psoriasis. OBJECTIVE: To study the association of body fat ratio with precocious puberty in girls. Previous studies have shown that body mass index (BMI) is associated with the girls' age of puberty but have not revealed the association of body fat ratio with age of puberty. METHODS: Based on the consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of central precocious puberty (CPP), 128 children with precocious puberty who were admitted to the hospital from July to August, 2017, were divided into a CPP group with 87 children and a peripheral precocious puberty (PPP) group with 41 children. A total of 51 girls without any puberty development signs were enrolled as the control group. Dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry was used to measure the body fat ratios of upper limbs, legs, trunk, android area, gynoid area, and the whole body. The association between body fat ratios and precocious puberty was analyzed with reference to age, BMI, BMI-Z score, bone age, ovarian volume, and hormone levels. RESULTS: Compared with the control group, the CPP and PPP groups had significantly higher body fat ratios of upper limbs, legs, trunk, android area, gynoid area, and the whole body, legs/whole body fat ratio, and (upper limbs+legs)/trunk fat ratio (P<0.05), while there were no significant differences in the above body fat ratios and fat distribution indicators between the CPP and PPP groups (P>0.05). For the girls with precocious puberty, the high body fat ratio group had significantly higher luteinizing hormone (LH) base value, luteinizing hormone releasing hormone (LHRH)-stimulated LH peak value, and LH/follicle-stimulating hormone peak value than the low body fat ratio group (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, both the high body fat ratio and low body fat ratio groups had a significantly higher LH base value (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS The increase in body fat may be a factor inducing precocious puberty in girls, but further studies are needed to determine the mechanism.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the role of vaginal microbial metabolites and enzyme changes and high-risk human papillomavirus(HR-HPV)infection in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)and their interaction effects.METHODS: From June 2014 to December 2014,demographic characteristics and CIN-related factors and cervical liquid-based cytology(TCT)examination results were collected from 40 000 community-based populations from two regions of Shanxi Province by the Second Hospital of Shanxi Medical University.Patients who meet the criteria for enrollment were further tested for vaginal microecology,HPV testing,and colposcopic and pathologic examination.A total of 782 cases with pathological diagnosis of CIN were chosen as the case group;1503 patients with normal pathological results were chosen as a control group.A multivariate logistic regression model was established to analyze the vaginal microbial metabolic enzymes cross-sectionally,then the association between vaginal microbial metabolic changes and CIN risk was evaluated.RESULTS: The expression of hydrogen peroxide(H2 O2),β-glucuronidase(GUS)and sialidase(SNA)was statistically correlated with CIN risk,and the odd ratios were 1.60(95% CI 1.30-1.96),1.58(95% CI 1.30-1.92),and 1.45(95% CI1.18-1.79),respectively.The expression of acetylglucosaminidase(NAG)and leukocyte esterase(LE)had no statistical association with CIN risk.Interaction analysis showed that there were positive multiplicative interactions among H2 O2,GUS,SNA and HR-HPV infections in the occurrence of CIN.CONCLUSION: Positive H2 O2,GUS,and SNA is associated with increased risk of CIN,and they have positive interaction with HR-HPV infection,which increases the risk of CIN.

Objective To develop nursing professional practice model and explore its effects on magnet hospital construction.Methods The core team was established,and nursing professional practice model was developed based on standard of International Magnet Recognition Program.Nursing practices were guided by the developed model:leading clinical nurses to participate in nursing management and decision making,implementing primary holistic nursing,encouraging multidisciplinary collaboration,developing healthy work environment,promoting nursing professionalism,and fostering nursing culture.Results After two years' implementation,employment rate of interior interns was increased from 50.20％ to 72.30％(x2=22.879,P＜0.05).Nursing adverse events,nurses' job satisfaction,patient satisfaction met standard of magnet recognition.Conclusion Nursing professional practice model can increase employment rate of interior interns,decrease nursing adverse events,improve nurses' and patients' satisfaction,which has positive impacts on magnet hospital construction.
