Abstract In recent years, the prevalence of overweight and obesity among children and adolescents has risen rapidly, posing a serious threat to their physical and mental health. To provide scientific, systematic, and standardized weight management guidance for overweight and obese children and adolescents, the study focuses on the core concept of healthy lifestyle intervention, integrates multidisciplinary expert opinions and research findings,and proposes a comprehensive multidisciplinary intervention framework covering scientific exercise intervention, precise nutrition and diet, optimized sleep management, and standardized psychological support. It calls for the establishment of a multi agent collaborative management mechanism led by the government, implemented by families, fostered by schools, initiated by individuals, optimized by communities, reinforced by healthcare, and coordinated by multiple stakeholders. Emphasizing a child and adolescent centered approach, the consensus advocates for comprehensive, multi level, and personalized guidance strategies to promote the internalization and maintenance of a healthy lifestyle. It serves as a reference and provides recommendations for the effective prevention and control of overweight and obesity, and enhancing the health level of children and adolescents.

Surgery is an essential method of comprehensive treatment for lung cancer, but it also impairs patients’ cardiopulmonary function. A subset of patients who undergo surgery may suffer from postoperative complications, and even death. Preoperative pulmonary rehabilitation is a part of enhanced recovery after surgery, and can improve patients' cardiopulmonary function, reduce postoperative complication rate and shorten hospital stay. It has been already demonstrated a great value in lung cancer surgery. In this review, we summarized the three important components of preoperative pulmonary rehabilitation, including smoking cessation, chest physical therapy, and preoperative exercise training. Moreover, this review outlined the development of pulmonary rehabilitation for lung malignancies, aiming to promote its application and standardization.

Objective    To explore the risk factors for lymph node metastasis in patients with T2 stage non-small cell lung cancer. Methods    The clinical data of 271 patients with non-small cell lung cancer who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from 2014 to 2017 were collected, including 179 males and 92 females, with an average age of 62.73±0.58 years. The patients were divided into N0, N1, and N2 groups according to the lymph node metastasis status. The clinical data of the patients in different groups were compared. Results    The body mass index (BMI, P=0.043), preoperative lymph node enlargement (P<0.001), and tumor diameter (P<0.001) were significantly different among groups. The BMI (OR=1.131, 95%CI 1.001-1.277, P=0.048) and preoperative lymph node enlargement (OR=3.498, 95%CI 1.666-7.342, P=0.001) were independent risk factors for N2 lymph node metastasis, and tumor diameter was an independent risk factor for both N1 (OR=1.538, 95%CI 1.067-2.218, P=0.021) and N2 (OR=1.814, 95%CI 1.196-2.752, P=0.005) lymph node metastasis. Conclusion    Patients with high BMI or enlarged lymph nodes before surgery have a high risk for N2 lymph node metastasis, and those with large tumor diameter have a high risk for both N1 and N2 lymph node metastasis.

To improve the blast resistance of elite rice restorer line Fuhui 673, 3 blast resistance genes Pi-1, Pi-9 and Pi-kh were introduced into Fuhui 673 from a good-quality restorer line Jinhui 1059 through 3 successive backcrosses followed by one selfing using the technique of marker-assisted selection. Ten near-isogenic lines (NILs) of Fuhui 673 carrying the 3 introduced resistance genes were created. Genotype analysis using 68 SSR markers evenly distributed in the genome indicated that 92.96%-98.59% of the NILs' genetic background had been recovered to Fuhui 673. Both indoor and field resistance tests indicated that the NILs and their hybrids with sterile line Yixiang A were all resistant to rice blast, with resistance levels significantly higher than those of controls Fuhui 673 and hybrid Yiyou 673 (Yixiang A  Fuhui 673). In addition, among the 10 hybrids between the NILs and Yixiang A, 2 showed significantly higher yield than and 4 displayed similar yield to that of control Yiyou 673, suggesting that most of the NILs retained the elite characteristics of Fuhui 673. Two new hybrid rice cultivars Liangyou 7283 and Jintaiyou 683 from NIL Line 9 showed high yield, good resistance to blast and moderate growth period in regional trial, suggesting that the NIL Line 9 has a good prospect for application.

Objective To explore the strategies of using psychological crisis intervention in public emergencies.Methods In the early stage,psychological crisis intervention concepts and behavioral responses were formed through literature research and qualitative research methods.Use three rounds of Delphi for expert advice.Three indexes including positive coefficient,authority and coordination were used to test the reliability of expert consultation.Results Overall,it passed 239 out of 269 entries.The first round passed item 210,modified item 18,no consensus item 41;In the second round,8 new entries were added,and 22 entries were deleted through 24 entries.In the third round,there were 5 entries and 16 entries were deleted.The authority coefficient was 0.859,indicating that the experts were very familiar with the items.The coordination coefficient of three rounds of consultations were 0.464,0.696,and 0.407 (P＜0.001)respectively,showing that the coordination degree of experts was excellent,the credibility of feedback was high,and results were highly reliable.Conclusions The strategies of field psychological crisis intervention for public emergencies developed in this study received the consensus by domestic psychological crisis intervention experts,it is will provide a basis for systematic,comprehensive and effective guidance for this work.
