Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of serum soluble fms-like tyrosine kinase 1(sFlt-1)and soluble differentiation cluster 14(sCD14)in stroke-associated pneumonia(SAP).Methods A total of 67 SAP patients admitted to the hospital from March 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study group,and 50 stroke patients without pneumonia during the same period were selected as the control group.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to measure serum sFlt-1 and sCD14 levels.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between serum sFlt-1,sCD14 levels and clinical data.Multivariate Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of SAP in patients with stroke.Receiver operating char-acteristic(ROC)curve was used to analyze the diagnostic value of serum sFlt-1 and sCD14 levels in predicting SAP in patients with stroke.Results The serum levels of sFlt-1 and sCD14 in SAP patients were higher than those in stroke patients without pneumonia and stroke patients with pneumonia alone(P＜0.05).SAP in stroke patients was associated with age,atrial fibrillation,heart failure,aspiration,dysphagia,brain stem stroke,proton pump inhibitor use,fever,cough,dyspnea,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,procalcitonin(PCT),C-reactive protein,white blood cell count,national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)score,clinical pulmonary infection(CPIS)score(P＜0.05).Correlation analysis showed that serum sFlt-1 level was positively correlated with sCD14(r=0.439,P＜0.001),and serum sFlt-1 and sCD14 levels were positively correlated with NIHSS score and CPIS score(P＜0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that sFlt-1,sCD14,proton pump inhibitor use,PCT,dysphagia,and age were the influencing factors of SAP in stroke patients(P＜0.05).ROC curve results showed that the area under the curve of serum sFlt-1 and sCD14 combined to evaluate SAP in stroke patients was higher than that of single detection(ZsFlt-1-combined=2.194,P=0.028,ZscD14-combined=2.310,P=0.002).Conclusion The serum levels of sFlt-1 and sCD14 are in-creased in SAP patients,and the combination of the two has a good diagnostic value for predicting the occur-rence of SAP.

Objective To detect the serum levels of CC chemokine receptor 2(CCR2)and C-reactive pro-tein(CRP)in stroke patients,and analyze their relationship with the severity of stroke associated pneumonia and their clinical significance.Methods A total of 78 patients with stroke associated pneumonia who were di-agnosed and treated in the hospital from October 2022 to February 2023 were collected as the study group,ac-cording to the severity of pneumonia,the study group was divided into mild group(31 cases),moderate group(29 cases),and severe group(18 cases),78 stroke patients who did not develop pneumonia were included into control group.Pearson method was applied to analyze the correlation between serum CCR2 and CRP levels in stroke associated pneumonia patients.Multivariate Logistic regression was applied to analyze the factors influ-encing the occurrence of stroke associated pneumonia.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was ap-plied to analyze the diagnostic value of serum CCR2 and CRP for stroke associated pneumonia.Results The National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score,serum CCR2,and CRP levels in the study group were obviously higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum CCR2 and CRP increased with the aggravation of pneumonia(P<0.05).The levels of serum CCR2 and CRP in the study group were positively correlated(r=0.799,P<0.05).NIHSS score,CCR2,and CRP levels were risk factors for stroke associated pneumonia in stroke patients(P<0.05).The area under the curve(AUC)for the diagnosis of stroke associated pneumonia using serum CCR2 and CRP alone was 0.873 and 0.888,respectively,and the AUC for the combined detection of the two was 0.936,the combined detection of the two was superior to the individual detection of serum CCR2 and CRP(Zcombination-CCR2=1.987,Zcombination-CRP=1.832,P=0.041,0.047).Conclusion Serum CCR2 and CRP are closely related to the severity of stroke associated pneumonia,and their combined detection has high diagnostic value for stroke associated pneumonia.

Objective:To establish a nucleic acid detection and genotyping method for Mycoplasma pneumoniae ( Mp) based on nucleic acid in clinical samples. Methods:Through genomic comparison, the specific target sequences of Genotype 1 and Genotype 2 Mp strains were selected to design synthetic primers and probes, and a PCR detection and classification method for Mp dual fluorescent probe was established, and the specificity, accuracy, detection limit and repeatability of the method were evaluated. The established fluorescence PCR method was used to detect the nucleic acid of clinical specimens and compared with the reported fluorescent PCR methods. Results:The nucleic acid of 18 pathogens, including other species of Mycoplasma and common respiratory bacteria and viruses, which were closely related to the Mp species, were detected, and the results showed that there was no cross-reactivity. The accuracy of detection and typing of 90 Mp nucleic acid was 100%. The detection limits of Genotype 1 and Genotype 2 Mp samples were 1.0 copy/μl, and the experimental coefficient of variation of repeatability within groups and between groups was less than 2.5%. In the detection of 88 nucleic acid of clinical specimens, the Kappa value was 0.675 and the P value was 0.267 compared with the reported real-time PCR method, showing a high degree of agreement. Conclusions:The method for detecting and genotyping Mp in this study has high sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy, which can be applied to the monitoring and prevention and control of Mp in the disease control system of provinces and cities at all levels in China. This method promotes the improvement of the Mp prevention and control system in China, strengthens the surveillance ability, and is of great significance for the early warning and prediction of Mp.

Typical solid wastes contain many metal resources, which are worthy of recycling. The bioleaching of typical solid waste is affected by multiple factors. Green and efficient recovery of metals based on the characterization of leaching microorganisms and the elucidation of leaching mechanisms may contribute to the implementation of China's "dual carbon" strategic goals. This paper reviews various types of microorganisms used for leaching metals from typical solid wastes, analyzes the action mechanism of metallurgical microorganisms, and prospects the application of metallurgical microorganisms to facilitate the application of metallurgical microorganisms in typical solid wastes.

Objective:To explore stigma and related factors among family members of patients with mental disorders in psychiatric hospitals.Methods:Totally 1 365 family members of inpatients with mental disorders were-surveyed,and were assessed with the Perceived Devaluation-Discrimination Scale and a self-made demographic characteristics questionnaire.Results:The screening rate of stigma among the patient's family members was 61.5％.Males(OR=2.26,95％CI:1.06-5.01),age group of 18-29 years(OR=1.91,95％CI:1.15-3.20),monthly income ≥500 yuan(P＜0.05),disease duration of 0.5-＜lyear(OR=3.14,95％CI:1.66-6.03),care for patients within＜lyear(P＜0.05),teachers(OR=2.32,95％CI:1.24-3.44),self-employed person(OR=1.63,95％CI:1.02-2.24),civil servants(OR=1.77,95％CI:1.09-2.45),schizophrenia(OR=1.87,95％CI:1.32-2.42),affective disorders(OR=1.52,95％CI:1.03-2.016)were the main riskfactors of stigma.Conclusions:Family members of patients with mental disorders generally have a severe stigma,especially of patients with schizophrenia and affective disorders.

Objective : To evaluate the clinical effects of resin infiltration in treating molar-incisor hypomineralization. Methods : Twelve patients (36 teeth) with mild molar-incisor mineralization imperfecta who met the inclusion criteria were selected and treated with penetrating resin. Before treatment (T0), at the one-week follow-up (T1) and at the six-month follow-up (T2), a Crystaleye spectrophotometer was used to take photos, and the color differences (ΔE) between the lesion area and the surrounding normal enamel area at different times were calculated and analyzed. The area of the lesion and the total area of the labial surface of affected teeth were calculated using Adobe Photoshop CS3 software. The corresponding area ratio (R) and treatment efficiency (SR) were obtained. The R value was used to judge the effectiveness of resin penetration in the treatment of molar and incisor mineralization imperfecta and to evaluate its aesthetic effect. The results were analyzed by repeated measures one-way ANOVA. Results: The color difference of the lesion area vs sound adjacent enamel (ΔE) decreased significantly, and that of the lesion area decreased significantly after resin infiltration (P < 0.001). The success rate was approximately 86.02%, which means that the esthetic effect of resin infiltration in treating molar-incisor hypomineralization was remarkable. No important adverse events or side effects were observed. Conclusion The aesthetic effect of resin infiltration in the treatment of mild molar and incisor hypomineralization is good. This method is recommended for clinical use.

Objective:To investigate the pathological features of gastric tumor originated from the fundic gland, including oxyntic gland adenoma (OGA) and gastric adenocarcinoma of the fundic gland (GA-FG).Methods:A retrospective analysis of 2 cases of OGA and 2 cases of GA-FG admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to September 2019 was performed. The histological features were analyzed by immunohistochemical staining combined with endoscopic observation.Results:The four cases arose from the deep layer of the lamina propria mucosae and well differentiated. Two cases of OGA confined to the mucosa, including 1 case of irregular tubules showing low-degree dysplasia and another case of irregular branching and anastomosing tubules showing high-degree dysplasia. Two cases of GA-FG combined with submucosal invasion, showed irregular branching and anastomosing tubules and formed a so-called "endless glands" pattern. Atypia, helicobacter pylori (HP) infection, chronic gastritis, intestinal metaplasia, or gastric atrophy were not observed in the superficial epithelium covering the tumor extent. Two cases of OGA and 2 cases of GA-FG showed the same result of immunohistochemical staining: pepsinogen-1 was diffusely positive in the tumor tissues and indicated chief cell differentiation, while positive ATPase and PDGFRA-α indicated parietal cells differentiation. The expression of Syn were positive in all cases, while CD10, MUC2 and CD-X2 were negative. The upregulation of p53 protein or nuclear positivity of β-catenin was not observed. The Ki-67 labeling index in the hot area was approximately 1-5%.Conclusions:GA-FG is a well-differentiated, low-grade malignant novel subtype of gastric cancer. The immunohistochemical markers and narrowband imaging combined with magnifying endoscopy (NBI-ME) enhance the diagnostic sensitivity. Whether Syn positive expression can be one of the diagnostic item needs to be further investigate. The process of tumorigenesis of GA-FG might be the transition from low-grade dysplasia to high-grade dysplasia of OGA and further to submucosal infiltration. However, the mechanism of GAFG was still unclear. Disregulation of the Shh and Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway might be associated with tumorigenesis of GA-FG. Endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) is often the preferred and curative treatment.

Background:The reproductive health addresses the reproductive processes,functions and system at all stages of life.Enhancing the level of global reproductive health is the goal of sustained attention and struggle by the international community.The social and economic development in Southeast Asia is lagging behind,and its female reproductive health is worrying,while the differences of female reproductive health among different regions are significant.Objective:To obtains the necessity and urgency of strengthening the reproductive health level of Southeast Asian countries,so as to provide the basis for the priorities and target to policy-makers and health administrators to improve reproductive health.Methods:Literature review were searched in PubMed,Web of Science databases,Google scholar database,and WHO's webpages.Maternal mortality ratio,contraceptive rates,unmet need for family planning,antenatal and postnatal care coverage,and sexually transmitted disease were the five key indicators and the influence factors for female reproductive health status in Southeast Asian countries.Results:The reproductive health of Southeast Asian women were still at a lower level overall and varied in different regions and conntries.Women's education and attitude,accessibility of service,socioeconomic and cultural factors,etc.were the potential influencing factors.Conclusion:There is left quite large space for improvement to the reproductive health in Southeast Asian countries and efficient interventions can be achieved for the key and easier-improved risk factors such as education and in high-risk areas.

Deoxyglycychloxazol (TY501) is a glycyrrhetinic acid derivative which exhibits high anti-inflammatory activity and reduced pseudoaldosteronism compared to glycyrrhetinic acid. In this study, a sensitive and rapid liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (LC–MS/MS) method was established for the quantitation of TY501 in rat plasma. Plasma samples were treated by precipitating protein with methanol and supernatants were separated by a Symmetry C8 column with the mobile phase consisting of me-thanol and 10 mM ammonium formate (containing 0.1%of formic acid) (90:10, v/v). The selected reaction monitoring (SRM) transitions were performed at m/z 647.4-191.2 for TY501 and m/z 473.3-143.3 for astragaloside aglycone (IS) in the positive ion mode with atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (APCI) source. Calibration curve was linear over the concentration range of 5–5000 ng/mL. The lower limit of quantification was 5 ng/mL. The mean recovery was over 88%. The intra-and inter-day precisions were lower than 6.0% and 12.8%, respectively, and the accuracy was within 71.3%. TY501 was stable under usual storage conditions and handling procedure. The validated method has been successfully applied to a pharmacokinetic study after oral administration of TY501 to rats at a dosage of 10 mg/kg.
