Objective To observe CT and MRI manifestations of gastritis cystica profunda(GCP).Methods Seventeen patients with GCP confirmed by operation or biopsy pathology were enrolled, and lesions'CT and MRI manifestations were observed. Results Among 17 cases,16 cases(16/17,94.12%)were found with single lesion and 1(1/17,5.88%)with diffuse multiple lesions. The lesion located in the fundus of stomach in 5 cases(5/17,29.41%),in the body of stomach in 4 cases(4/17,23.53%),in the cardia and antrum of stomach each in 3 cases(3/17,17.65%)and in the pylorus in 1 case(1/17,5.88%),while 1 case(1/17,5.88%)was found with diffused multiple lesions within stomach.Non-enhance CT showed local thickening of gastric wall in 10 cases(10/17,58.82%),all were isodensities, and the mucosa uniformly enhanced in contrast enhance CT(CECT).Predominately cystic lesion in 5 cases(5/17,29.41%)presented as submucosal cystic protrusions, and grew into the stomach cavity with circular or oblong low density in non-enhanced CT,while sandwich enhancement of mucosa was observed in CECT.Among these 5 cases(5/17,29.41%),MRI showed lesion confined to the submucosa with low signal on T1WI and high signal on T2WI,while diffusion weighted imaging showed unrestricted diffusion, and the enhancement pattern was consistent with that of CT in 2 cases. In other 2 cases(2/17,11.77%)with cystic-solid lesion,non-enhanced CT showed soft tissue density, while CECT showed lump-like stratified enhancement. Conclusion CT and MRI manifestations of GCP had certain characteristics.

OBJECTIVE:
The prepare decellularized extracellular matrix (ECM) scaffold materials derived from human cervical carcinoma tissues for 3D culture of cervical carcinoma cells.
METHODS:
Fresh human cervical carcinoma tissues were treated with sodium lauryl ether sulfate (SLES) solution to prepare decellularized ECM scaffolds. The scaffolds were examined for ECM microstructure and residual contents of key ECM components (collagen, glycosaminoglycan, and elastin) and genetic materials by pathological staining and biochemical content analysis. In vitro 3D culture models were established by injecting cultured cervical cancer cells into the prepared ECM scaffolds. The cells in the recellularized scaffolds were compared with those in a conventional 2D culture system for cell behaviors including migration, proliferation and epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) wsing HE staining, immunohistochemical staining and molecular biological technology analysis. Resistance to 5-fluorouracil (5-Fu) of the cells in the two culture systems was tested by analyzing the cell apoptosis rates via flow cytometry.
RESULTS:
SLES treatment effectively removed cells and genetic materials from human cervical carcinoma tissues but well preserved the microenvironment structure and biological activity of ECM. Compared with the 2D culture system, the 3D culture models significantly promoted proliferation, migration, EMT and 5-Fu resistance of human cervical cancer cells.
CONCLUSION
The decellularized ECM scaffolds prepared using human cervical carcinoma tissues provide the basis for construction of in vitro 3D culture models for human cervical cancer cells.

Objective To observe the effects of Coix seed injection on the cell viability and radiosensitivity of human hepatoma cell line Bel-7402.Methods Bel-7402 cells were irradiated by X-rays,or treated with Coix seed injection,or treated with both of them. The cells proliferation and apoptosis were detected by MTT and by flow cytometry respectively.Cell cloning was used to observe the number of viable cells and to draw the cell survival curve. The mRNA and protein level of Bax,Bcl-2 were detected by RT-PCR and Western blot respectively. Results It was found that the Coix seed injection group (12 μmol/L) and X-ray group (8 Gy) had a significant inhibitory effect on the growth of hepatocellular carcinoma cells (t =17.03,11.26,P < 0.05).And compared with Coix group and irradiation group, the combined treatment group showed higher inhibition rate (t =24.80,20.19,P <0.05).The mRNA and protein levels of Bax were gradually elevated (F =437.92,67.91,P < 0.05),while the expressions of Bcl-2 reflected a decreased trend (F =31.18,48.50,P < 0.05).The D0 values of pure irradiation group and combined treatment group were 4.27 and 3.34,respectively,and the sensitization enhancement ratio was 1.27.Conclusions The Coix seed injection inhibit cell growth and induce apoptosis,as well as increase radiative sensitization may via the apoptosis related factors Bax and Bcl-2 in hepatocellular carcinoma.

it was 4% (3/75). GP73-positive rate in HCC was higher than that of the normal liver tissues (χ2=73.60, P<0.05). sCLU-positive rate in HCC was also higher than that of the normal liver tissues (χ2=207.94, P<0.05). GP73 expression was positively correlated with sCLU expression in HCC (r=0.405, P<0.05). GP73 and sCLU were associated with clinicopathological features including tumor differentiation, TNM stage and vascular invasion (P<0.05); GP73 and sCLU had no correlation with the patient’s gender, age, HBsAg, cirrhosis, AFP value, portal vein thrombosis and tumor numbers (P>0.05). GP73 was associated with survival but not sCLU. Conclusion:GP73 and sCLU have higher positive rates in HCC and GP73 is positively correlated with sCLU. The expression of GP73 and sCLU are probably closely related with the invasion of HCC, which can help evaluate the prognosis of the patients.
