Hypertensive nephropathy is one of the common chronic kidney diseases in China, the morbidity and mortality are increasing year by year, which seriously endangers the physical and mental health of patients.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that human is an organic whole, the five viscera and six organs are closely related in physiology and pathology, based on the theory of"holistic concept",the application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of hypertensive nephropathy can effectively improve kidney function and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions. Therefore, based on the theory of"five viscera in one",this paper summarizes the etiology and pathogenesis of hypertensive nephropathy and the treatment of hypertensive nephropathy from the five aspects of liver, heart, spleen, lung and kidney, aiming to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of kidney disease by traditional Chinese medicine.

Aim To investigate the protective effect of Vaccarin(Va)on epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT)in renal fibrosis model mice through regulating STAT3,and the underlying mechanism. Methods Left ureter ligation was used to establish a mouse model of unilateral ureteral obstruction(UUO);human kid-ney tubular epithelial(HK2)cells were induced to differentiate by transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)in vitro.HE and Masson staining were used to observe the morphological changes of renal tissue;kits were used to detect the levels of BUN,Cr,IL-1β and IL-7 in mouse serum;CCK-8 was used to detect the effect of Va on the viability of HK2 cells;RT-PCR was used to detect the levels of inflammatory factors in HK2 cells;Western blot was used to detect the expression of STAT3,p-STAT3,E-cadherin,and α-SMA proteins in renal tissue and HK2 cells;to further investigate the regulation of Va on STAT3,JAK/STAT3 pathway acti-vator RO8191 was used to treat TGF-β-induced HK2 cells, and functional loss was detected. Results Va improved the pathological damage in UUO mice,inhibi-ted the levels of BUN,Cr and inflammatory factors;Va inhibited the phosphorylation of STAT3,upregulated E-cadherin,and downregulated α-SMA protein expres-sion;RO8191 counteracted the inhibitory effect of Va on the phosphorylation of STAT3.Conclusions Va inhibits the phosphorylation of STAT3 and the release of inflammatory factors, improves EMT,thus exerting an anti-renal fibrosis effect.

With the rapid development of generative artificial intelligence(GAI)technologies, their widespread application in academic research and writing is continuously expanding the boundaries of sci-entific inquiry. However, this trend has also raised a series of ethical and regulatory challenges,inclu-ding issues related to authorship, content authenticity, citation accuracy, and accountability. In light of the growing involvement of AI in generating academic content, establishing an open, controllable, and trustworthy ethical governance framework has become a key task for safeguarding research integrity and maintaining trust within the academic community. This expert consensus outlines ethical requirements across key stages of AI-assisted academic writing-including topic selection, data management, citation practices, and authorship attribution. It aims to clarify the boundaries and ethical obligations surrounding AI use in academic writing, ensuring that technological tools enhance efficiency without compromising in-tegrity.The goal is to provide guidance and institutional support for building a responsible and sustainable research ecosystem.

Chinese Journal of Health Policy 2025;18(11):25-30
The essential public health services is an important component of China's health risk governance system. It possesses both institutional and emotional attributes and addresses potential risk factors in health risk governance by forming a rational pathway and an emotional pathway:essential public health services guide-trust in government enhancement-improve health risk governance capacity. The rational pathway strengthens calculative trust through institutional reinforcement mechanisms, fostering the public's cognitive trust in government departments. The emotional pathway follows the principle of satisfaction, strengthening non-calculative trust through emotional communication and cultivating the public's emotional trust in government departments.By reinforcing both cognitive and emotional trust among the public, essential public health services improved the level of health information reserves and the guidance of medical service order, thereby improving health risk governance capacity.

Ultrasonography 2025;44(2):134-144
Purpose:
This study assessed the performance of the ultrasound-guided attenuation parameter (UGAP) in diagnosing and grading hepatic steatosis in patients with metabolic dysfunctionassociated steatotic liver disease (MASLD). Magnetic resonance imaging proton density fat fraction (MRI-PDFF) served as the reference standard.
Methods:
Patients with hepatic steatosis were enrolled in this prospective study and underwent UGAP measurements. MRI-PDFF values of ≥5%, ≥15%, and ≥25% were used as references for the diagnosis of steatosis grades ≥S1, ≥S2, and S3, respectively. Spearman correlation coefficients and area under the receiver operating characteristic curves (AUCs) were calculated.
Results:
Between July 2023 and June 2024, the study included 88 patients (median age, 40 years; interquartile range [IQR], 36 to 46 years), of whom 54.5% (48/88) were men and 45.5% (40/88) were women. Steatosis grades exhibited the following distribution: 22.7% (20/88) had S0, 50.0% (44/88) had S1, 21.6% (19/88) had S2, and 5.7% (5/88) had S3. The success rate for UGAP measurements was 100%. The median UGAP value was 0.74 dB/cm/MHz (IQR, 0.65 to 0.82 dB/ cm/MHz), and UGAP values were positively correlated with MRI-PDFF (r=0.77, P<0.001). The AUCs of UGAP for the diagnoses of ≥S1, ≥S2, and S3 steatosis were 0.91, 0.90, and 0.88, respectively. In the subgroup analysis, 98.4% (60/61) of patients had valid controlled attenuation parameter (CAP) values. UGAP measurements were positively correlated with CAP values (r=0.65, P<0.001).
Conclusion
Using MRI-PDFF as the reference standard, UGAP demonstrates good diagnostic performance in the detection and grading of hepatic steatosis in patients with MASLD.
