Objective Based on the scoping review framework,we collected cancer-related cognitive impairment(CRCI)assessment tools from home and abroad to provide references for the standardized use of such assessment tools.Methods Chinese and English databases,such as Pubmed,Embase,Web of Science Core Collection database,CNIK,Wanfang database,and VIP database,were systematically searched from the establishment of the database to April 12,2024,to extract the basic information of evaluation tools,and the search results were standardized.Results 31 articles were included,of which 26 were about the development or validation of assessment tools,and 5 were about the localization and application of assessment tools,involving 19 subjective assessment tools and 8 objective assessment tools.Most of the subjective assessment tool reliability and validity tests were internal consistency reliability tests and concurrent validity tests;14 subjective assessment tools were multidimensional scales;6 objective assessment tools measured retest reliability;4 were unidimensional measures.Conclusion The assessment tools chosen for the current studies vary.It is recommended to choose the evaluation tools and judgment standards recommended by the International Cognitive and Cancer Working Group to carry out relevant research.In the future,the existing CRCI assessment tools should be further verified and improved,and a localized CRCI assessment tool should be continuously introduced or developed.

Cervical cancer is the second most common malignant tumor of women all over the world.Infection with oncogenic human papilloma virus ( HPV) types is the most important risk factor to cause cervical cancer.The viral genome of HPV consists of three regions:the early region (E), the late region (L) and the long control region (LCR).The early proteins (E1, E2, E4, E5, E6, E7 ) play vital roles in the continuous virus expression and replication in cells.Among these proteins, E6 protein has the closest relationship with the tumorogenesis and development of cervical cancer.Many mechanisms of the HPV encoded early protein E6 in in-ducing cervical cancer have been characterized, including degradation of p53 protein, activation of telomerase, interaction with PDZ protein, disturbance of cellular signaling pathways, inhibition of immune recognition and blockage of cellular apoptosis.HPV E6 pro-tein may be a preferred target in prevention and treatment of cervical cancer.

Objective To investigate the correlation between the uncertainty in illness and coping style among cervical cancer patients .Methods A total of 180 patients with cervical cancer were selected and investigated with Mishel ’ s uncertainty in illness scale-adult form ( MUIS-A ) and medical coping modes questionnaire ( MCMQ) .Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between uncertainty in illness and coping style.Results The MUIS-A total score of patients with cervical cancer was (78.91 ±9.34). The score of MCMQ facing factor, avoiding factor and yielding factor was (19.28 ±2.61), (17.56 ±2.12) and (12.90 ±1.43), respectively.The MUIS-A total score of patients with cervical cancer was positively correlated with the yielding factor (P<0.01), and negatively correlated with the facing and avoiding factors (P<0.05).Conclusions Correlation has been found between uncertainty in illness and coping style in patients with cervical cancer .Nurses should guide patients to adopt effective coping styles , in order to decrease their uncertainty in illness and improve their quality of life .

Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Uncertainty Scale for Kids-22 (USK-22).Methods The Uncertainty Scale for Kids was translated and adapted according to Chinese culture.The reliability and validity of the Chinese version of USK were tested in 117children and adolescents with cancer.Results The rate of recovery was 100％.The rote of effective questionnaire was 95.7％.The patients were easily to understand and it cost them average 8 minutes to finish the questionnaires.Three factors were extracted by factor analysis and could explain 57.043％ of total variance.The correlations between each item and subscale ranged from 0.526 to 0.762.The Cronbach α of USK was 0.872 and the Cronbach α of each subscale ranged from 0.774 to 0.826.The testretest reliability was 0.835.Conclusions The Chinese version of USK is reliable and valid,and can be used to measure the level of uncertainty among Chinese children and adolescents with cancer.

Objective To investigate illness uncertainty state and explore its influencing factors in hospitalized children and adolescents with cancer.Methods A cross-sectional survey was performed in 112 children and adolescents with cancer aged 7～18 years old from two hospitals with the Chinese version of Uncertainty Scale for Kids-20 and the self-designed demographic questionnaire.Results The mean total scores of illness uncertainty was (45.16±6.67) points.The results of single-factor analysis showed that the factors influencing the uncertainty in illness of children and adolescents with cancer were as follows:age,personality characteristics,course of disease,the methods of treatment,current disease status,absence from school or not,the times of hospitalization,family monthly income,and the extent of parents' understanding about the disease-related knowledge.Multi-factor stepwise regression analysis showed that the main influencing factors of the uncertainty in illness were the current condition,family monthly income,absence from school or not and the extent of parents' understanding about the disease-related knowledge.Conclusions Illness uncertainty is common in children and adolescents with cancer.Nurses should attach importance to the impacts of illness uncertainty,and take effective interventions to decrease it,alleviate psychological pressure and improve quality of life in children and adolescents with cancer.

ObjectiveTo investigate the inhibitory effect of lentivirusly-mediated ObR-siRNA on transplanted MCF-7 human breast cancer cells by intratumoral injection.MethodsA model of subcutaneous implanted tumor was generated through injecting MCF-7 human breast cancer cells into the nude mice.Thirty established mice with MCF-7 breast cancer cells xenograft were divided into 3 groups randomly,and mice in the experimental group were intratumorally injected with ObR-siRNA lentivirus,while the negative control group and blank control group mice were injected with the same dose of negative lentivirus and normal saline.All mice were subcutaneously injected with recombinant human leptin around the tumor site once a day.Tumor size was blindly measured every other day and the mRNA expression and protein expression levels of ObR in each group were determined.ResultsKnockdown of ObR-treated xenografted nude mice with a high leptin microenvironment was successfully established.Local injection of ObR-siRNA lentivirus significantly suppressed the established tumor growth in nude mice(P ＜ 0.01,P ＜0.01 ).Real time-PCR and Western blotting showed that the mRNA and protein expression of ObR was decreased in the ObR-siRNA lentivirus group( P ＜ 0.01,P ＜ 0.01 ).ConclusionsIntratumoral injection of recomhinant ObR-siRNA lentivirus inhibits the growth of MCF-7 cells xenografts in the nude mice,suggesting that ObR might represent a therapeutic target in the genotherapies of human breast cancer.
