Objective To analyze the distribution characteristics of 13 common respiratory pathogens in children in Zibo area from 2020 to 2022.Methods A total of 3091 hospitalized children with respiratory infections admitted to Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the subjects.Throat swabs or bronchoalveolar lavage fluid samples were collected from the patients,and 13 common respiratory pathogens were tested to analyze the distribution differences among different genders,ages,and seasons.Results Among 3091 pediatric patients,1794 were found to be infected with pathogens.The top three pathogens were Mycoplasma pneumoniae,rhinovirus,and respiratory syncytial virus(RSV).The single infection rate was 47.75％,while the mixed infection rate was 10.28％,with the most common scenario being a mixed infection of two pathogens.There were statistically significant differences in the pathogen profiles across different age groups(P＜0.001):infants had the highest detection rate of RSV,young children were primarily infected with rhinovirus,preschool and school-age children were predominantly infected with Mycoplasma pneumoniae.Seasonal distribution showed that the highest positive rate was in autumn,while the lowest was in spring(P＜0.05).In spring,the main pathogens were rhinovirus and Mycoplasma pneumoniae;in summer,they were rhinovirus and parainfluenza virus;in autumn,they were Mycoplasma pneumoniae and RSV;and in winter,the detection rates of Mycoplasma pneumoniae and influenza B virus were higher.Conclusion From 2020 to 2022,Mycoplasma pneumoniae,rhinovirus and RSV were the main pathogens of children's respiratory tract infection in Zibo area,and there were significant differences in the distribution of pathogens among different ages and seasons.

Objective To investigate the role of heme oxygenase-1(HO-1)on HBV replication and the antiviral effect of HO-1 combined with α-interferon(IFN-α).Methods HepG2.2.15 cells and HBV1.3-transfected HepG2 cells(HepG2-HBV1.3)were used as HBV replicating cell models;Hemin treated HepG2.2.15 and HepG2-HBV1.3 cells,to induce the expression of HO-1 molecules.CCK-8 method was used to assess the toxic effects of Hemin on HepG2 and HepG2.2.15;chemiluminescence method was used to analyze HBsAg and HBeAg in the supernatants of Hemin-treated group and si-HO-1 and other experimental groups;RT-qPCR was used to ana-lyze HO-1,IFN-β and HBV-DNA;Western blot was used to analyze the expression of IRF-3 and the expression of related molecules in the JAK/STAT signaling pathway;Hemin combined with IFN-α treated HepG2.2.15 to moni-tor whether HO-1 had synergistic IFN-α antiviral effect.Results Hemin dose-dependently induced HO-1,and HO-1 was induced to exert a significant anti-HBV effect,while the expression of IFN-β,IRF-3,and IRF-9 and MxA,downstream molecules of the JAK/STAT signaling pathway,were all increased.Silencing HO-1 expression reversed the antiviral effect in the Hemin-induced group,and at the same time,type Ⅰ interferon IFN-β showed low expression,and the expression of IRF-9 and MxA in the JAK/STAT signaling pathway was inhibited as well.He-min combined with IFN-α exerted stronger antiviral effects.Conclusion HO-1 can exert an anti-HBV effect,which may be due to increased phosphorylation of IRF-3 to induce type Ⅰ interferon expression and thus activate the JAK/STAT signaling pathway to exert an antiviral effect;HO-1 can synergize with IFN-α to exert an antiviral effect.

Objective:To explore the application feasibility of modified sentinel lymph node biopsy (SLNB) for acral malignant melanoma.Methods:The data of 60 patients with acral malignant melanoma in the Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2017 to January 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the sentinel lymph node (SLN) detection method, they were divided into observation group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). The observation group used contrast-enhanced ultrasound combined with subcutaneous injection of methylene blue around the wrist or ankle joint to detect SLN; the control group used peritumoral injection of methylene blue to detect SLN. The patients were regularly followed up to evaluate the postoperative effect. The detection number, detection rate, sensitivity, false negative rate and the size of SLN were compared between the two groups.Results:In the observation group, the detection rate of SLN was 100.0% (30/30), the sensitivity was 87.5% (7/8), and the false negative rate was 3.3% (1/30); in the control group, the detection rate of SLN was 83.3% (25/30), the sensitivity was 62.5% (5/8), and the false negative rate was 12.0% (3/25); the differences were statistically significant (all P < 0.05). The number of SLN detected in the observation group (3.5±1.2) was significantly more than that in the control group (2.0±1.1), and the difference was statistically significant ( t = 7.121, P < 0.05). The minimum long-axis diameter of SLN detected in the observation group was (5.4±2.2) mm (range, 1.5-12.3 mm), and that in the control group was (11.8±5.4) mm (range, 10.0-16.8 mm), the difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( t = 6.353, P < 0.05). Conclusion:The modified SLNB for acral malignant melanoma has a higher application value in the detection of acral SLN than the peritumoral injection method, and a higher accuracy rate can be obtained.

Objective To study the feasibility of applying electronic cleaning to intestinal contents tagging by diatrizoate meglumine for single-source dual-energy CT colonography with sequential acquisitions and volume scanning.Methods Twenty-four volunteers had fine effect of intestinal contents tagging by diatrizoate meglumine,good colorectal distension effect,fine image quality of dual-energy fusion colorectal images,and with informed consents were enrolled in this study.The single-source dual-energy CT colonography with sequential acquisitions and volume scanning was performed with an Acquilion ONE 320 row CT scanner,tube voltage 135 kVp/80 kVp.The intestinal contents conducted the dual-energy electronic cleaned based on decomposition of intestinal contents tagging by diatrizoate meglumine,soft tissue and air.The intestinal contents in one segment of intestinal lumen being 100％ electronically cleaned served as the basic standard,the electronic cleaning effects were divided into the 5 grades:excellent,good,moderate,fair and poor;and grade 1-3 were effective fecal electronic cleaning.Results The grade 1,2,3,4,5 of electronic cleaning effect for solid as the main intestinal contents were 22.2％,53.3％,17.8％,6.7％ and 0％ respectively;and which of electronic cleaning effect for liquid as the main intestinal contents were 47.5％,47.5％,5.0％,0％ and 0％ respectively.The together total effective electronic cleaning of intestinal contents was 97.9％ and the electronic cleaning effect was good.Conclusion Electronic cleaning could be used in the intestinal contents tagging by diatrizoate meglumine for single-source dual-energy CT colonography with sequential acquisitions and volume scanning.

Objective To establish an analysis method for quantitatively determining phenolic character-istic components and correlation analyzing their quality representation of specific chromatograms in Shaji (Seabuckthorn Fruit,Hippophae rhamnoides),and to review the quality of Shaji effectively and accurate-ly by applying association analysis-reviewing mode.Methods HPLC-PDA method was used to quantita-tively determine the content of phenolic characteristic components in 11 batches of Shaji(protocatechuic acid,ellagic acid,narcissin,quercetin,isorhamnetin),and to establish phenolic specific chromatograms of Shaji.The quality of 11 batches of Shaji was characterized based on teasing characteristic peaks and chemical types.The quantity of 11 batches of Shaji was characterized based on quantity and peak areas of protocatechuic acid, ellagic acid, narcissin, quercetin, isorhamnetin, phenolic acids(represented by protocatechuic acid)and flavonoids(represented by narcissin)in the specific chromatograms.The characterized results of quality and quantity of 11 batches of Shaji were given association analysis based on baseline material of Shaji.Results The characteristic components of protocatechuic acid, ellagic acid,narcissin,quercetin,isorhamnetin all had good linear correlation,and the results of methodological investigation were in accordance with the quantitative determination requirements.Taken batch 7 of Shaji as baseline material, there were totally 18 characteristic peaks in phenolic specific chromatograms of Shaji,including 3 peaks of phenolic acids and 15 peaks of flavonoids, and all 18 characteristic peaks appeared in the chromatograms of 11 batches of Shaji.The quantity of characteristic components were higher in batch 8, 7, 10, 4, 5, 11 and 1 after analyzed and reviewed by using association analysis-reviewing mode.The relevance of batch 6, 2, 3, 1 and 11 was the highest with baseline material of Shaji.Comprehensive reviewing showed that the excellent extents of batch 1,11,8,6 and 7 were prior. Conclusion The quantitative determination method of phenolic characteristic components in Shaji estab-lished in this study is easy and accurate.The association analysis-reviewing mode for quality characteriza-tion of phenolic specific chromatograms can be used for analyzing the quality and application validity of Shaji and reviewing quality of Shaji effectively and accurately.

This study was aimed to select the best preparation form of medicinal in camellia cake,based on the optimal antithrombotic agents in oil tea camellia defatted cake to establish the foundation of research.The content of effective index component of the oil tea camellia defatted cake preparation was detected by HPLC-PDA.The quality of medicinal preparation from oil tea camellia defatted cake was characterized based on the content,relative quantity,relative ratio of content,yield rate and antithrombotic effect.The results showed that the effect of antithrombotic of three medicinal preparations from oil tea camellia defatted cake was listed in the following descending order of enrichment,ethanol extract,and water extract.The enrichment was the best preparation form of medicinal in oil tea camellia defatted cake preparation with the highest content of effective index components,the lowest extract rate and the lowest dosage.But it had the best effect of antithrombotic.It was concluded that the significant improvement of efficacy was due to the increase of the content of the components in the preparation and the rationality of the proportion.At the same time,analysis of component quality based on basic composition of drug system through the consideration of effective components of type and quantity,composition and other quality factors can further guide the preparation of drugs.

ObjectiveTo research the metabolism of components in the Radix of Paeonia lactiflora Pall. Methods(①) we established the HPLC fingerprint of water extract of Paeonia lactiflora Pall. and real-time monitored the chemical composition. (②) We established the HPLC fingerprint of rats' serum samples from hepatic portal vein, serum samples from aorta abdominalis and samples of intestinal absorption of Paeonia lactiflora Pall. (③) On this basis, using the established methods, I-IPLC fingerprint spectrum of serum samples,the sample of herb, the sample after intestinal metabolism, rats' serum samples from hepatic portal vein and rats'serum samples from aorta abdominalis were analyzed and compared in order to infer the metabolism of components in the Radix of Paeonia lactiflora Pall. Results24 compositions were detected, seven of which were metabolized by intestinal flora and could not be absorbed into blood; six of them could not be absorbed directedly into intestinal; eight new compounds were absorbed into blood after bowel metabolism while they were not detected in water extract in Paeonia lactiflora Pall. ConclusionWe could infer the metabolic processes of chemicals of Paeonia lactiflora Pall. in oral administration with this method.
