1.Textual Research on Key Information of Tibetan Medicine Classic Prescription Sanwei Qiangwei Powder

Objective To systematically explore the prescription source,prescription composition,drug origin and processing,functional indications and clinical application of the classic Tibetan medicine Sanwei Qiangwei Powder,so as to provide scientific basis for its in-depth development,rational utilization and follow-up research.Methods By using methods of literature review,the ancient and modern Tibetan medical classics and modern literature such as'Ocha Jinmai' sporadic secret collection 'Zhigong Yi Suan Ji' were retrieved,and the prescription origin,medicinal material origin,processing technology,prescription solution,usage and dosage were studied and analyzed.Results The Sanwei Qiangwei Powder originated from the 'Ocha Jinmai'(《()》)written by Qiangba Minimatongwatundan in the 15th century.The book was written much earlier than the literature included in the 'Catalogue of Ancient Classic Prescriptions(Second Batch)'-the 'Selection of Tibetan Medicine Prescriptions·Longevity Baoru' in the 19th century.The prescription consists of 15 copies of Rosa rugosa,7 copies of Herpetospermum caudigerum,and 3 copies of Terminalia chebula Retz.It plays a significant effect on hepatobiliary diseases such as biliary fever,liver fever,primary headache,and headache after drinking in clinical practice.It is the core prescription for the treatment of Chiba-type diseases and has high development value.There are differences in the use site,dosage ratio,usage and dosage of medicinal materials in different literatures,and the dosage has been clarified by textual research and expert consultation.Conclusion This study sorted out and clarified the key information of Sanwei Qiangwei Powder,which laid a theoretical foundation for the inheritance and development,innovative application and modernization research of the prescription.

The research status and common methods of the Four Tantras are summarized by bibliographic methods.The"philosophy,biology,society,geography,psychology and medicine"model of Tibetan medicine inheritance innovation in the Four Tantras was used to explore the historical necessity of interdisciplinary integration of the Four Tantras.It combines the latest technology and methods at the forefront of systems science,philosophical science,psychological science,astronomy,biological science,geographic science,ecological science,medical science,as well as modern biotechnology and digital technology into the innovation of Tibetan medical heritage.It is also put forward the idea of multidisciplinary intersection and large integration research of the Four Tantras and Tibetan medicine,as well as a new paradigm of systematic Tibetan medicine research that reflects a systemic and holistic view.The culture,theoretical basis and scientific connotation of Tibetan medicine contained in the Four Tantras are preliminarily clarified,which provides basic ideas for the inheritance and innovation of Tibetan medicine.

5.A Study on Knowledge Discovery of Urinary Diagnosis and Jenesake Disease in Tibetan Medicine(Type II Diabetes)Based on the Four Tantras and Clinical Recordings

Objective This essay excavates the contents of urinary diagnosis in the Four Tantras and visualize the invisible experience knowledge of urinary diagnosis of Jenesake disease(type II diabetes)based on clinical medical records.It also explores the digitization and visualization of original thinking of Tibetan medicine,clinical diagnosis and treatment and modern science and technology,and clinical invisible experience and knowledge.Methods The contents of urinary diagnosis in the Four Tantras were deeply explored by literature method.And 355 cases of Jenesake disease c were analyzed by Gephi,Spsspro,traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform and other software.Results Urology in Tibetan medicine has a long history,with a development period of one thousand years and has a systematic and complete theoretical system.The three-times and nine-diagnosis method of urinary in Tibetan medicine recorded in the Four Tantras is unique and plays an important role in the diagnosis of clinical diseases.According to the analysis of 355 clinical cases of Jenesake disease,urine diagnosis was slightly different according to different syndrome types,the overall color was light yellow,cyan,yellow,relatively bright,close to normal urine color.Steam and smell are big;The foam is bluish and large or dissipates quickly;Few or hairy suspensions;The float is thin;Change time for the hot gas is not finished began to change;The pattern of change from the thin middle to the edge;Cyclotron condition from thin to thick and other characteristics.The frequency analysis of urinary diagnosis syndromes showed that 139 cases of Chiba type,91 cases of lung type,88 cases of bacon type and 34 cases of Pechi type.Conclusion Urology in Tibetan medicine has a complete theoretical system and rich experience in clinical practice.Through the method of combining literature mining and clinical medical cases,this paper expands the contents of the three-time and nine-time urine diagnosis of Jenesake disease in Tibetan medicine and combines the original thinking of Tibetan medicine with modern information technology to realize the visualization of the invisible experience knowledge of Jenesake disease urine diagnosis in Tibetan medicine.
