Objective:To study the epidemic characteristics and healthcare-seeking behavior of dengue fever cases in Zhejiang Province, and to provide a scientific basis for developing dengue fever prevention and control strategies.Methods:Data on dengue fever epidemic in Zhejiang Province from January to December 2024 were collected from the Information System for China Disease Control and Prevention and individual case reports. Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the distribution by the three dimensions (time, region, and population), healthcare-seeking behavior, importation sources, and laboratory test results of dengue fever cases in Zhejiang Province.Results:From January to December 2024, Zhejiang Province reported a total of 289 dengue fever cases (including 25 foreigners), with an incidence rate of 0.44/100 000, including one severe case and no death, and 13 were local, 108 were domestically imported, and 168 were internationally imported. The epidemic had affected 70 districts (counties, cities) across all 11 cities in the province. Cases were reported monthly, with the peak incidence concentrated from July to November. The age of dengue fever cases was 38 (30, 48) years old, ranging from 2 to 75 years old, with a higher incidence in the 30 - 39 age group (31.14%, 90/289). The male-to-female ratio was 1.86 ∶ 1.00 (188 ∶ 101). Occupational distribution was predominantly commercial service workers (28.03%, 81/289). The number of healthcare-seeking for local cases was 2 (1, 2) times, ranging from 1 to 6 times. The number of healthcare-seeking for imported cases was 1 (1, 2) times, ranging from 1 to 4 times. The interval between the onset and diagnosis of local cases was 3.5 (1.0, 5.0) days, ranging from 0 to 6 days. The interval between the onset and diagnosis of imported cases was 3(1, 4) days, ranging from 0 to 6 days. Domestically imported cases originated from Guangdong Province (102 cases), Yunnan Province (3 cases), Hunan Province (1 case), with 2 cases had unknown original provinces. Internationally imported cases mainly came from Indonesia (33 cases), Thailand (22 cases), Laos (18 cases). Serotyping of dengue virus was determined for 283 cases, with 157 cases of type Ⅰ, 88 cases of type Ⅱ, 34 cases of type Ⅲ, and 4 cases of type Ⅳ.Conclusions:The dengue fever cases in Zhejiang Province in 2024 is primarily international importation, the interval between the onset and diagnosis of local cases is relatively long. Prevention and control efforts should strengthen surveillance and early warning based on dengue fever's epidemic characteristics, and reinforcing port quarantine, mosquito vector control, and health education for high-risk populations.

Objective To investigate the effect of Yigong San(YGS)on learning and memory abilities of rats with lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced cognitive decline and explore its possible mechanism in light of intestinal microbiota.Methods Forty SD rats were randomly divided into control group,model group,donepezil(1.3 mg/kg)group,and high-dose(5.25 g/kg)and low-dose(2.63 g/kg)YGS treatment groups.After 24 days of treatment with the corresponding drugs or water by gavage,the rats in the latter 4 groups received an intraperitoneal injection of LPS(0.5 mg/kg)to establish models of Alzheimer's disease(AD).Water maze test and HE staining were used to evaluate the changes in learning and memory abilities and pathomorphology of the hippocampus.The changes in gut microbial species of the rats were analyzed with 16S rRNA sequencing,and the levels of IL-6,TNF-α,and IL-1β in the brain tissue and serum were detected using ELISA.Results Compared with the AD model group,the YGS-treated rats showed significantly shortened escape latency on day 5 after modeling,reduced neuronal degeneration and necrosis in the hippocampus,lowered pathological score of cell damage,and decreased levels IL-6,TNF-α and IL-1β in the brain tissue and serum.The YGS-treated rats showed also obvious reduction of Alpha diversity indicators(ACE and Chao1)of intestinal microbiota with significantly increased abundance of Prevotellaceae species at the family level and decreased abundance of Desulfovibrionaceae,which were involved in such metabolic signaling pathways as cell community prokaryotes,membrane transport,and energy metabolism.Conclusion YGS improves learning and memory abilities and hippocampal pathomorphology in AD rat models possibly by regulating the abundance of intestinal microbial species such as Prevotellaceae to affect the metabolic pathways for signal transduction,cofactors,and vitamin metabolism.

Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness for the construction of "mosquito-free village" in Xuejia Village, Pujiang County, Zhejiang Province, so as to provide the guidance for the construction of "mosquito-free village" in other rural areas. Methods: Density of adult mosquitoes in Xuejia Village was investigated using light trap method and density of larval mosquitoes was investigated using larval straw method from April to November each year. Totally 30 households of villagers were randomly selected, and their awareness rates of mosquito control knowledge, mosquito control behavior forming rates and satisfaction rates were surveyed through questionnaires. Investment during construction (from August 2016 to December 2018) and maintenance period (from 2019 to 2023) of "mosquito-free village" were investigated through data review and interviews. Long-term effects of "mosquito-free village" construction in Xuejia Village were evaluated in terms of mosquito density from 2016 to 2023, effectiveness of health education for villagers, satisfaction and investment. Results: Compared with the year 2016, the densities of adult and larval mosquitoes in Xuejia Village were significantly decreased from 2017 to 2023. The average monthly density of adult mosquitoes in 2023 decreased by 98.34%, and the average monthly 100 household index of larval mosquitoes decreased by 98.45% compared to 2016. The average monthly density of adult mosquitoes from 2019 to 2023 was less than or equal to one mosquito per light trap in a night, and the average monthly 100 household index of larval mosquitoes was less than or equal to five places per 100 households. The awareness rate of mosquito control knowledge was 93.33%, the behavior forming rate was 86.67%, and the satisfaction rate was 90.00%. By December 2023, the total investment during construction and maintenance period was 450 thousand Yuan, with an average annual investment of 60.7 thousand Yuan and average annual investment of 206.61 Yuan per household. The average annual investment during maintenance period was 36.2 thousand Yuan, and the average annual investment per household was 109.70 Yuan. Conclusion The mosquito density, effectiveness of health education for villagers and satisfaction of "mosquito-free village" in Xuejia Village all meet the evaluation criteria of "mosquito-free village", and the investment is reasonable, making it suitable for promotion to other rural areas.

Objective:The epidemiological and host animal pathogen data of leptospirosis in the population of Zhejiang Province in 2023 were analyzed, providing scientific basis for formulating prevention and control strategies of leptospirosis.Methods:The data of human leptospirosis in the population were collected from the China Information System for Disease Control and Prevention, and analyzed using descriptive epidemiological methods. The data on isolation, culture, and nucleic acid testing of Leptospira pathogens from mouse kidneys, frog kidneys, pig kidneys, and duck kidneys as well as duck serum antibody data were collected from Zhejiang Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention "Leptospirosis Surveillance Project of Zhejiang Province". The carrying and changing status of Leptospira epidemic microbiota in populations and host animals were analyzed. Results:In 2023, a total of 83 cases of leptospirosis were reported in Zhejiang Province, with a incidence rate of 0.126 2/ 100 000, aged (62.66 ± 11.31) years, including 68 males and 15 females. Leptospirosis cases were reported in 11 cities, mainly concentrated in the southern cities of Wenzhou City, Lishui City and Taizhou City(a total of 68 cases), accounting for 81.93% of the total number of cases. August to October were high incidence months for leptospirosis (a total of 70 cases), accounting for 84.34% of the total number cases. The male to female ratio of patients was 4.53 ∶ 1.00, and all were adults ≥20 years old, the middle and old people aged 45 - 79 years were the high-risk population (a total of 77 cases), accounting for 92.77% of the total number of cases. The patient's occupation was mainly farmers, with a total of 54 cases, accounting for 65.06% of the total number cases. The shortest time from onset to initial diagnosis for patients with leptospirosis was 0 day, and the longest was 13 days. The shortest time from initial diagnosis to confirmed diagnosis was 0 day, and the longest was 16 days. The 72.29% of the leptospirosis cases (60 cases) had a history of field labor or suspected contact with contaminated water within one month before the onset of the disease, and 18.07% of the leptospirosis cases (15 cases) had a history of contact with animals such as mice, frogs, pigs, cows, dogs, fish or ducks, or their excreta within one month before the onset of the disease. The average nucleic acid positive rate of host animals with leptospirosis was 5.92% (31/524) in mouse kidney, 6.74% (36/534) in frog kidney, and 0.66% (1/151) in pig kidney. The isolation and culture of leptospirosis from duck kidney, nucleic acid detection, and antibody detection in duck blood were all negative. The leptospirosis bacteria detected in human population were serogroup Icterohaemorrhagiae (3 samples) and Hebdomadis (4 samples), and the bacteria group detected in host animals was serogroup Icterohaemorrhagiae (3 samples). Conclusions:The outbreak of leptospirosis in Zhejiang Province mainly occurs in the summer and autumn, with the affected areas mainly concentrated in the southern region of Zhejiang Province. The affected population is mainly middle-aged and elderly males, and the population carrying Leptospira is still mainly composed of the serogroup Icterohaemorrhagiae and the Hebdomadis, with the host animal being the serogroup Icterohaemorrhagiae.

Objective:To explore the dosimetric advantages of 3D printed individualized molds in assisting postoperative three-dimensional brachytherapy (3D BT) for endometrial cancer.Methods:The 3D BT plans of 21 postoperative patients with early-stage endometrial cancer at the First Affiliated Hospital of Ningbo University were retrospectively selected as the individualized mold group (the mold group). On this basis, virtual single-channel cylindrical applicator plans that employed a 3D inverse simulated annealing algorithm were designed for all the patients using the Beijing Colins Planning System (the single-channel group). Comparisons were made between the two groups of plans regarding the minimum doses exposed to 90%, 98%, and 100% of target area ( D90, D98, and D100), conformity index (CI), homogeneity index (HI), and overdose index (OI), as well as the maximum doses exposed to 0.01, 1, 2, and 5 cm 3organs at risk (bladder, rectum, small intestine, and urethra) ( D0.01 cm 3, D1 cm 3, D2 cm 3, and D5 cm 3). Results:Both groups met clinical requirements. For doses to target volumes, there was no significant difference in D90, D98, and D100 between both groups, with the mold group demonstrating superior CI and HI but lower OI compared to the single-channel group ( t = -3.21, -5.99, 6.25, P < 0.05). Concerning the doses exposed to organs at risk, the mold group displayed significantly reduced D1 cm 3, D2 cm 3, and D5 cm 3 for the bladder, rectum, and urethra compared to the single-channel group ( t = 3.18, 3.21, 3.77, 7.97, 8.92, 10.92, 2.54, 3.46, 4.28, P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the doses exposed to the small intestine between both groups ( P > 0.05) due to the large distance from the small intestine to the target volumes. Conclusions:3D printed individualized molds exhibit advantages in terms of the homogeneity and conformity indices of target volumes in postoperative three-dimensional brachytherapy for endometrial cancer, accompanied by low doses exposed to the bladder, rectum, and urethra, thereby holding the potential for broader application.

Objective:To identify the dosimetric and radiobiological differences of three radiotherapy techniques of whole breast irradiation with simultaneous integrated boost (WBI-SIB) following breast-conserving surgery for early breast cancer (EBC).Methods:The data of 20 patients with early left-sided breast cancer who received radiotherapy following breast-conserving surgery were retrospectively analyzed. Three radiotherapy techniques, namely hybrid intensity-modulated radiotherapy (HIMRT), intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) and volumetric modulated arc therapy (VMAT), were redesigned with the same prescription dose and target conditions. Then, doses to target volume (TV) and organs at risk (OAR), along with the normal tissue complication probability (NTCP) and secondary cancer risk (SCR) for specific organs, were compared.Results:Compared to HIMRT and IMRT, VMAT led to significant decreases in various dosimetric indices of the affected lung and heart and increases in the Dmean doses to the healthy lung and healthy breast and V5 Gy doses to the healthy breast, with the differences being significantly different ( P < 0.05). The average NTCP values of cardiac death, radiation pneumonitis, and pulmonary fibrosis induced by VMAT were 0.41%, 1.62%, and 23.59%, respectively, significantly lower than those caused by other two techniques ( P < 0.05). No statistical differences were found in 10 dosimetric indices of OAR between IMRT and HIMRT, while the NTCP analysis suggested that the risks of cardiac death ( t = 2.70, P < 0.05) and pulmonary fibrosis ( t =4.11, P < 0.05) induced by IMRT were slightly lower than those caused by HIMRT. In addition, the excess absolute risk (EAR) to the healthy lung posed by VMAT was 1.65 and 1.83 times those induced by HIMRT and IMRT, respectively ( z = -3.92, t = -6.43, P < 0.05). In contrast, the EAR to the healthy breast induced by VMAT was 2.79 and 2.65 times those posed by HIMRT and IMRT, respectively ( z = -3.21, -3.70, P < 0.05). Conclusions:Among three intensive-modulated radiotherapy techniques of WBI-SIB for EBC, VMAT provides the optimal protection for the heart and affected lung but leads to the highest SCR to the healthy lung and breast. When VMAT is employed for young EBC patients or those with normal cardiopulmonary function, special attention should be paid to reducing low-dose irradiations to the healthy breast and thereby minimizing SCR. In contrast, VMAT might be more favorable for patients with pronounced cardiopulmonary risks or aged patients.

BackgroundNon-suicidal self-injury （NSSI） behavior poses a significant risk to the psychosomatic health of middle school students. However， the intrinsic mechanisms underlying the risk factors associated with NSSI behavior remain unclear. ObjectiveTo explore the relationship and underlying mechanism between depressive mood， impulsivity， and NSSI behavior in middle school students， and provide valuable insights for the prevention and intervention of NSSI behavior in this population. MethodsIn March 2021， 1 161 middle school students were recruited by cluster random sampling. They were assessed using Adolescent Non-Suicidal Self-Injury Assessment Questionnaire （ANSAQ）， Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale （CES-D）， and Barratt Impulsivity Scale （BIS-II）. Spearman's correlation analysis was used to examine the correlation between depressive mood， impulsivity and NSSI behavior in middle school students. Moreover， the Process mediation effect analysis was adopted to test the mediating role of impulsivity between depressive mood and NSSI behavior. ResultsTotal of 122 people（10.51%） with NSSI behavior were detected. CES-D score was positively correlated with the total score of BIS-II and scores of all dimensions （r=0.340~0.556， P<0.01）， and also were positively correlated with the total score of ANSAQ and scores of all dimensions （r=0.437~0.540， P<0.01）. Additionally， the total score and dimension scores of BIS-II were positively correlated with the total score and dimension scores of ANSAQ （r=0.157~0.437， P<0.01）. Impulsivity played a partial mediating role between depressive mood and NSSI behavior ［indirect effect=0.035 （95% CI： 0.004~0.067， P<0.01）， indirect effect accounted for 5.81% of the total effect］. ConclusionDepressive mood in middle school students has both a direct and indirect influence on NSSI behavior， partially mediated by impulsivity. Objective:To compare three fixed-field intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) plans for nasal cavity and paranasal sinus tumors, including the coplanar IMRT (C-IMRT) plan and the non-coplanar IMRT(NC-IMRT) plan which were based on a conventional C-arm LINAC (Trilogy), and the coplanar IMRT (H-IMRT) plan based on an O-ring LINAC (Halcyon).Methods:Based on the data of 10 patients in the Ningbo First Hospital from December 2018 to December 2021 with nasal cavity and paranasal sinus tumors who underwent postoperative radiotherapy, this study redesigned three IMRT plans with the same prescribed doses and optimization objectives. Then, this study compared the doses of target volumes and organ at risks(OARs), the validation pass rates, and the execution time of these plans. Friedman test was employed in this study, and multiple comparisons were further made in cases of different results.Results:The differences in the conformal index (CI) of PTV and PTV boost of the three plans were statistically significant ( χ2 = 7.51, 9.69, P < 0.05). The multiple comparisons showed that the median CI of the H-IMRT plan was higher than that of the NC-IMRT plan ( Z = 2.53, 2.68, P < 0.05). The differences in other parameters of target volumes were not statistically significant. Compared with the C-IMRT plan, the H-IMRT plan reduced the Dmax of bilateral lenses, bilateral corneas, ipsilateral optic nerve, and ipsilateral eyeball ( Z = 2.80, 2.80, 2.80, 2.80, 2.81, 2.09, P < 0.05). Compared with the C-IMRT plan, the NC-IMRT reduced the Dmax of bilateral lenses, corneas, and eyeballs and contralateral optic nerve ( Z = 2.80, 2.66, 2.80, 2.70, 2.29, 2.29, 2.65, P < 0.05) and reduced the Dmean of bilateral eyeballs ( Z = 2.80, 2.80, P < 0.05). Compared with the NC-IMRT plan, the H-IMRT plan reduced the Dmax of the ipsilateral lens and cornea ( Z = 2.50, 2.08, P < 0.05), but increased the Dmax of the contralateral optic nerve and the Dmean of bilateral eyeballs ( Z = 2.80, 2.80, 2.80, P < 0.05). The validation pass rate of the three plans met the institutional standards, and the differences were not statistically significant. Moreover, the H-IMRT plan had the shortest median execution time (172.00 s), followed by the C-IMRT plan (337.50 s), and the NC-IMRT plan (388.00 s). Conclusions:The verification pass rate of the three plans can achieve the requirements of treatment implementation. The three plans had similar dosimetric differences in target volumes. However, the H-IMRT and NC-IMRT plans can protect the normal tissues (especially optical organs) more effectively than the C-IMRT plan, which is conducive to reducing the toxicity after radiotherapy and provides space for local dose increase or the radiotherapy for the treatment of tumor recurrence. The execution efficiency of the three plans is in the order of H-IMRT > C-IMRT > NC-IMRT. It is necessary to select appropriate radiotherapy equipment and technology according to actual situations.
