Objective To investigate the prevalence of specific IgE antibodies against Alternaria alternata and Aspergillus fumigatus in serum samples from clinical allergy patients across selected provinces in China.Methods Data on specific IgE antibodies for Alternaria A.and Aspergillus F.were collected from 20 hospital laboratories in 17 cities spanning 11 provinces.The study analyzed the levels of specific IgE and their variations across different provinces and seasons.Results A total of 27 471 cases of Alternaria A.and 32 843 cases of Aspergillus F.specific IgE data were included.The national average positive rate of Alternaria A.IgE was 10.40%,with the highest rate of 22.68%in Jiangsu and the lowest rate of 2.06%in Guangxi.For Aspergillus F.specific IgE,the average positive rate was 4.24%,with Hubei province having the highest rate(7.25%)and Hunan province the lowest(1.23%).The difference in IgE levels for both Alternaria A.and Aspergillus F.among provinces were statistically significant(H=9 955,16 993,all P<0.0001).Among patients,5.85%had Alternaria A.specific IgE levels at grade 3 or above,while only 0.57%had Aspergillus F.specific IgE levels at this level.When examining seasonal variations using data from Liaoning,Hunan and Anhui provinces,significant seasonal changes were observed for both Alternaria A.and Aspergillus F.IgE antibodies(HAlternaria A=347.6,338.0,401.3,HAspergillus F=196.6,133.7,231.7,all P<0.0001).Conclusion The sensitization to Alternaria A.and Aspergillus F.exhibits distinct geographical characteristics and vary significantly with seasons.Given the relatively high IgE levels associated with Alternaria A.,it should be given adequate clinical attention.

Objective To investigate the distribution and clinical characteristics of TCM syndromes in infertility patients with autoimmune thyroiditis(AIT).Methods By referring to the relevant literature on the distribution of TCM syndromes of AIT and infertility in women of childbearing age,the TCM Syndromes Survey of Infertility Patients with Autoimmune Thyroiditis was formulated.256 cases of infertility patients with AIT who underwent in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET)at the Reproductive Center of The First Affiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China from June 2019 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.The data of basic information,TCM syndromes,basic thyroid-stimulating hormone(TSH),thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPO-Ab)and thyroglobulin antibody(TG-Ab)were collected.By means of frequency analysis and systematic cluster analysis,the distribution regularity of TCM syndromes in infertility patients with AIT were concluded.Results After analysis,the following 5 common syndrome elements were obtained,namely,qi deficiency,liver depression,spleen deficiency,kidney deficiency and blood stasis.In addition,it was concluded that this disease was more common in complex syndromes.Through systematic clustering analysis,main TCM syndromes of this disease were obtained,which were qi deficiency and liver depression syndrome(69 cases,26.9%),spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome(45 cases,17.6%),spleen qi deficiency syndrome(38 cases,14.8%),qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome(36 cases,14.1%),kidney deficiency and liver depression syndrome(32 cases,12.5%)and other syndrome types(36 cases,14.1%).The basic TSH level was higher in patients with qi deficiency and liver depression syndrome,spleen qi deficiency syndrome,qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome than other syndrome types,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in TPO-Ab and TG-Ab titers among different syndromes(P>0.05).Conclusion TCM syndromes of infertility patients with AIT can be clustered into qi deficiency and liver depression syndrome,spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome,spleen qi deficiency syndrome,qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,kidney deficiency and liver depression syndrome and other syndrome.The main element of syndrome is qi deficiency,and the pathological sites involved spleen,kidney and liver.Stasis blood is a main pathological product.It is required to pay close attention to the thyroid function in AIT patients with qi deficiency.

Objective:To screen the key genes related to the prognosis,diagnosis,and immune infiltration of the hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)patients by bioinformatics analysis methods,and to analyze their potential therapeutic drugs.Methods:The HCC gene expression profile data and corresponding clinical informations of the HCC patients were downloaded from the Gene Expression Omnibus(GEO)database and The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)database.The R software package limma was used to screen the differentially expressed genes(DEGs)in HCC.Gene Ontology(GO)functional enrichment analysis and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)pathway enrichment analysis were performed on the DEGs.The STRING database was used to construct the protein-protein interaction(PPI)network;the Cytoscape software was used to visualize the PPI network and screen the key genes;Kaplan-Meier survival curve and LASSO regression algorithm were used to identify the key genes related to the HCC prognosis;external data sets were used to validate their expressions and analyze the diagnostic efficacy;CIBERSORT algorithm was used to detect the relationship between the expression of prognosis-related key genes and HCC immune cell infiltration.The MiRNet and Network Analyst databases were used to construct the microRNA(miRNA)-key gene mRNA and transcription factors(TFs)-key gene mRNA molecular regulatory networks;CMap database was used to screen the potential small molecule drugs for HCC treatment.Results:A total of 146 DEGs were screened,including 30 upregulated genes and 116 downregulated genes.The GO functional enrichment analysis and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis results showed that the DEGs were significantly enriched in biological processes(BP)such as steroid,alkene compound,and hormone metabolism,as well as signaling pathways such as retinol metabolism,drug metabolism-cytochrome P450(CYP450),complement and coagulation cascades.The PPI network analysis identified 14 key genes,among which formimidoyltransferase cyclodeaminase(FTCD),secreted phosphoprotein 2(SPP2),thrombin-antithrombin complex(TAT),complement C6(C6),and cytochrome CYP450 family member 2C9(CYP2C9)were significantly associated with the prognosis,clinical pathological stage,and histological grade of the HCC patients and also had high diagnostic efficacy for HCC and were closely related to immune cell infiltration in HCC.Hsa-mir-182-5p,CUT-like homeobox 1(CUX1),early growth response 1(EGR1),SMAD family member 4(SMAD4),and tumor protein P53(TP53)were identified as the important regulators targeting the above-mentioned prognosis-related key genes.DL-thiorphan,promethazine,and apigenin may have the therapeutic effects on HCC.Conclusion:FTCD,SPP2,TAT,C6,and CYP2C9 may be the potential targets for the diagnosis,prognosis,and treatment of HCC.Three predicted small molecule drugs,DL-thiorphan,promethazine,and apigenin,may provide the references for the development of therapeutic drugs for HCC.

Objective:Tumor-treating fields (TTFields) is a kind of non-invasive anti-mitotic tumor therapy, which has been approved for patients with newly diagnosed and recurrent glioblastoma. This study aims to explore the efficacy and safety of TTFields in high-grade gliomas in clinical practice settings.Methods:The clinical data of 15 patients with recurrent glioma and 9 patients with newly diagnosed high-grade glioma admitted to our center from April 2019 to January 2021 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients accepted TTFields≥1 month. Follow-up was performed for 5.3 months (ranged from 2.3 to 10.7 months); Response Assessment in Neuro-Oncology Working Group (RANO) criteria was used to evaluate the glioma responses. The progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) were calculated according to Kaplan-Meier method. Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events v5.0 (CTCAE v5.0) and TTFields related skin adverse reaction (dAE) criteria were used to evaluate the adverse events. Quality of life questionnaire-core 30 (QLQ-C30) and QLQ-brain cancer module (QLQ-BN20) questionnaires were used to evaluate the health-related quality of life (HRQoL). Treatment compliance was evaluated by data on the use of NovoTTF-200A devices, and calculated as a percentage of daily TTFields usage.Results:The median duration of TTFields was 4.2 months (ranged from 1.0 to 10.7 months), with a median compliance rate of 91.5% (67.0%-97.0%). TTFields was used alone in 2 patients and used with combination of chemotherapy in 22 patients. From follow-up to April 2021, 14 patients had stable symptoms and 10 had disease progression (8 died). The median PFS and OS of recurrent patients were 5.9 months ( 95%CI: 3.3-8.6 months) and 8.5 months ( 95%CI: 3.2-13.8 months), respectively; and the median PFS and OS of newly diagnosed patients were both 10.7 months (without 95%CI). The common adverse events included grading 1 dAE (58.3%) and grading 2 dAE (12.5%), without grading 3 or 4 dAE, manifested as contact or allergic dermatitis, erosion, folliculitis and ulcers. And 87.5% patients had stable HRQoL. Conclusions:The preliminary results showed that the survival of recurrent high-grade glioma patients treated by TTFields is similar to that reported in foreign literature; and the newly diagnosed patients need further survival follow-up. The patients' treatment compliance and safety are good. The dAE incidence (grading 1-2) is higher than that reported in the literature, and the toxicity was acceptable.

Objective:To systematically review the return to work (RTW) experience of breast cancer patients.Methods:Qualitative research on the RTW real experience of breast cancer patients were retrieved by computer in China National Knowledge Internet, WanFang Data, China Biology Medicine Literature Database, Web of Science, ScienceDirect, EBSCO and PubMed from database building to July 2020. "Joanna Briggs Institute Critical Appraisal Tool for qualitative studies in Australia" was used to evaluation, and the collective synthesis method was used to integrate the result.Results:A total of 18 articles were included, and 56 clear research results were refined. The similar results were grouped together to form 8 new categories and integrated into 3 synthesis results. Synthesis result 1 was the transformation of own working status and external environment. Synthesis result 2 was improving subjective initiative, and actively seeking adaptation and development. Synthesis result 3 was cherishing themselves, being grateful for the status quo, and realizing personal value.Conclusions:Health care providers should pay attention to the physical and mental experience, behavioral performance and needs of breast cancer patients during the RTW process, and increase the evaluation and management of this population, build a dynamic, multidisciplinary and targeted guidance program, and actively encourage patients to RTW and return to normal life.

Objective: To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of varicella epidemic situation at schools and kindergartens in Fengxian district of Shanghai during 2012-2018, and to provide evidence for developing control and prevention strategies. Methods: Data of varicella epidemic situation at schools and kindergartens and varicella cases were analyzed by descriptive methods. The rates were compared with chi-square test. Results: A total of 6 727 varicella cases were reported in Fengxian during 2012-2018, for an incidence of 85.34 per 100 000 population. Totally 66 varicella epidemic outbreaks and public health emergencies caused by varicella were reported, which involved 741 varicella cases. Among them, 426 were breakthrough cases (57.49%). The average interval time of breakthrough cases were (6.78±2.79)years, and the incidence was more concentrated in the 3-9 years after vaccination with varicella vaccine. Most breakthrough cases appeared 5 years past vaccination. The peak time of varicella was from April to June and from October to December. Most of cases were in the 5-11 year-old group and 15-17 year-old group. The cases in males was higher than in females. Kindergarten childcare and primary school children were at high risk of varicella. Timeliness of reporting was positively correlated with the duration of the varicella epidemic situation( r =0.52， P <0.05). Conclusion Most varicella epidemic situation in Fengxian district of Shanghai occued in primary schools during autumn and winter, and most of the varicella cases were breakthrough cases. Emergency vaccination of varicella vaccine can effectively control the spread of the epidemic. It is suggested to increase the publicity of the immunization program of 2 doses of varicella vaccine and raise the awareness of varicella vaccination of children’s parents.

Objective : To investigate the behavior problems and influencing factors of school-age students from the third to the sixth grade in Zhongshan,and to provide evidence for early intervention of behavior problems in children. Methods : According to the proportion of population in urban area and township in Zhongshan,students of Grade Three to Six from eight primary schools（three in urban area and five in township）were recruited by stratified sampling method. The behavior problems in children were assessed by the Conners Parent Symptom Questionnaire（PSQ）. Sociodemographic information,family discipline and so on was investigated by a general questionnaire. The influencing factors for behavior problems were analyzed by a logistic regression model. Results : A total of 2 292 questionnaires were issued,and 2 236 valid questionnaires were recycled,with an effective rate of 97.56%. The positive rate of behavioral problems was 11.72%. The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the risk factors for behavior problems were females（OR=1.594,95%CI：1.170-2.171）,birth asphyxia（OR=2.372,95%CI：1.320-4.261）,main family discipline（laissez-faire：OR=3.326,95%CI：1.450-7.630;doting：OR=3.244,95%CI：1.867-5.638;autocratic：OR=2.609,95%CI：1.584-4.296,mixed：OR=2.313,95%CI：1.669- 3.207）,less than four hours per week for father-child communication（OR=1.551,95%CI：1.052-2.286）,negative life events（OR=2.188,95%CI：1.448-3.308）,living in township（OR=2.031,95%CI：1.330-3.102）,academic performance （average：OR=2.786,95%CI：1.868-4.156;poor：OR=6.665,95%CI：3.236-13.727;very poor：OR=25.068,95%CI：5.786-108.617）;the protective factors were occupation of mother as civil servants or professional personnel（OR=0.449,95%CI：0.238-0.844）and higher grades（Grade Five：OR=0.496,95%CI：0.339-0.727;Grade Six：OR=0.468,95%CI：0.309-0.710）. Conclusion Females,birth asphyxia,main family discipline,less communication between father and child,occupation of mother,negative life events,place of residence,academic performance and grade were the influencing factors for behavior problems.

Objective To explore the relation among the quality of the Paridis polyphylla and different species and growth conditions, and help to provide scientific foundation for introduction and cultivation of Paridis polyphylla.Methods The samples of Paridis polyphylla were collected by different varieties, different growth years, different harvest seasons and different altitude habitats. The content of saponins in Paridis polyphylla was measured by HPLC method according to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015. The chromatographic column was ACQUITY UPLC? HSS T3 (3.0 mm× 100 mm, 1.8μm), the mobile phase was acetonitrile and water (gradient elution), with flow rate of 0.5 ml/min, detection wavelength was 203 nm and column temperature at 35℃.Results Total saponin content ranged from 1.35% to 3.89% among the varieties studied. The content of each components were listed as:Paris polyphylla Smith(PS) >Paris polyphylla Smith var. yunnanensis(Franch.) Hand.-Mazz. (PY) >Paris polyphylla Smith var. chinensis(Franch.) Hara (PC). From 3 to 10 years old of PC, the longer the growth years made the higher the total saponin content. Furthermore, total saponin content of PC increased gradually with the altitudes rising from 400 to 800 meters. The total saponin content of PY harvesting in spring was much higher than that of other seasons.Conclusions The Results showed the importance for introducing and cultivating of Paridis polyphylla.
