Objective Nude mice xenograft model with aberrant activation of the PI3K/AKT pathway was established based on PIK3CA-overexpressing non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)cell lines PC-9,to observe the effect of Qingkailing injection combined with gefitinib on the growth of xenograft tumor in nude mice and explore its effects on ROS levels,mTOR pathway and STAT3 pathway. Methods After the xenografttumor model of BALB/c nude mice was established successfully, the mice were randomly divided into control group,Qingkailing injection group(10 mL·kg-1),gefitinib group(2.5 mg·kg-1),and Qingkailing combined with gefitinib group, with 5 mice in each group. They were administered for 32 days and then sacrificed. The tumor weight of each group was weighed and the tumor suppression rate was calculated;the level of ROS in the tumor tissues of each group was detected by flow cytometry;the protein levels of PI3K p110α,p-AKT and p-STAT3 in the xenograft tumor tissues of each group were detected by immunohistochemistry;the protein levels of the PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway and the STAT3 pathway in the xenografttumor tissues of each group were detected by protein western blotting. Results Compared with the control group,Qingkailing injection could slow the tumor growth, significantly reduce the tumor weight, increase the level of ROS,and could significantly down-regulate the levels of PI3K p110α,AKT,mTOR,and STAT3 proteins in the tumor tissues(P<0.05);compared with the gefitinib single-agent group, the tumor growth of the Qingkailing combined with gefitinib group was slow, the weight of the tumors was significantly lower, and it also could significantly elevate the ROS level and downregulate the levels of PI3K p110α,AKT,mTOR,and STAT3 proteins in tumor tissues(P<0.05).Conclusion Qingkailing injection combined with gefitinib inhibited the growth of gefitinib-resistant xenograft in nude mice caused by abnormal activation of the PI3K/AKT pathway.Qingkailing injection may inhibit the PI3K/AKT pathway, its downstream mTOR pathway and STAT3 signaling pathway by up-regulating ROS levels, thereby enhancing the inhibitory effect of gefitinib on the proliferation of xenograft tumors of lung cancer xenografts in nude mice.

Hyperuricemia is a chronic metabolic disease resulting from purine metabolic dysfunction and is classified under the category of"blood turbidity"in traditional Chinese medicine. Our team termed it"acid turbidity,"and its pathogenesis is closely related to the dynamic evolution of the clear and the turbid components. With the change of modern people's diet structure, the incidence of hyperuricemia is increasing annually owing to the intake of fatty, sweet foods and alcohol. Therefore, this paper explores hyperuricemia from the"indigestion of spleen and stomach"theory. The core pathogenesis of hyperuricemia is indigestion of spleen and stomach, the inversion of clear and turbid substances, and endogenous acid turbidity. The initial manifestation of hyperuricemia is the internal retention of acid turbidity and ascending-descending disharmony;the gradual manifestation of this disease is that indigestion causes heat, and acid turbidity transforms into poison;the final manifestation of this disease is that secular indigestion causes deficiency and the inversion of clear and turbid substances. It can be summarized into three syndromes:syndromes of internal retention of dampness-turbidity,dampness-heat toxin amassment, and dampness-heat due to spleen deficiency. Therefore, this paper proposes to treat the disease according to different syndromes, with ascending the clear and descending the turbid as the core of treatment. And the therapeutic approach employs the flexible application of three methods:transportation, resolving, and transformation. For syndrome of internal retention of dampness-turbidity,treatment focuses on promoting spleen transportation to eliminate dampness;for syndrome of dampness-heat toxin amassment, the strategy is to resolve indigestion and purge heat;and for syndrome of dampness-heat due to spleen deficiency, the aim is to resolve turbidity and clear heat.By ascending the clear and descending the turbid,so that"returning the clear and the turbid to the original,"the spleen and stomach regain harmony, functions of ascending and descending are reestablished, and hyperuricemia can be effectively managed.

OBJECTIVETo explore the acupoint electrosensitivity and regularity for assisting the clinical diagnosis and treatment so as to improve the clinical therapeutic effects.
METHODSBy means of the computer retrieval (CBMdisc, CNKI, VIP, WanFang, PubMed and EMBASE) and manual retrieval, the relevant literature on acupoint electrosensitivity was reviewed and the modern literature database of acupoint electrosensitivity was established. Using bibliometric, the relations were analyzed among the detected indexes, acupoints, meridians and disorders in the conditions of acupoint electrosensitivity, and the potential regularity was explored.
RESULTSThe general detection indexes of acupoint electrosensitivity were resistance, inertia area, volt-ampere area, electric conduction quantity, electric potential, electric current and capacitance. The electrosensitive points included meridian points, auricular points and extraordinary points. Among those points, the electrosensitivity easily occurred at the special points.
CONCLUSIONThe acupoint electrosensitivity is mainly reflected on the electrical impedance and volt-ampere characteristics. The relative specificity exists between acupoint electrosensitivity and disorders. In clinical practice, detecting acupoint electrosensitivity may assist the diagnosis and instruct acupoint selection to improve the clinical therapeutic effects.
