Objective:Bibliometric analysis was performed to map scientific knowledge landscape, so that to explore the research status and future trends in the field of carbapenem-resistant Gram-negative bacteria (CRGNB) over the past decade.Methods:Literature on CRGNB published between January 1st, 2015 and December 31st, 2024 was retrieved from the China National Knowledge Internet (CNKI) database and Web of Science Core Collection (WoSCC). VOSviewer and CiteSpace were used for bibliometric analysis.Results:A total of 3 340 Chinese and 10 761 English publications were included in this study. The annual Chinese publications remained stable, while English publications exhibited a linear growth. It was anticipated that the English publications would decline in the forthcoming years, although remaining high. China contributed the highest number of publications, and Zhejiang University was the institution with the largest number of publications. Bonomo RA, Chen L, etc. were high-impact authors in the field of CRGNB and had formed a stable cooperative group. Antimicrobial Agents and Chemotherapy was the journal with the largest number of publications. High-frequency keywords in the domain of CRGNB were comprehensively categorized into four distinct clusters, including carbapenem resistance mechanisms and gene transmission, antimicrobial drugs and combination therapy, management of critically ill patients, and infections and colonization. It was imperative to acknowledge the significance of all of these research areas. Burst word analysis suggested that carbapenem-resistant Enterobacterales virulence genes as well as new isoforms of Klebsiella pneumoniae carbapenemase (KPC) had become a research hotspot. Conclusions:The issue of carbapenem resistance remains a significant concern. Current research focus on the resistance mechanisms and antimicrobial agents, highlighting its significant academic advancement and practical applications. Fostering international collaboration through academic exchanges between research teams worldwide is imperative to establish robust cooperative relationships, facilitate multidisciplinary cooperation, and promote high-quality research.

Objective To observe the characteristic symptoms in breast cancer-bearing mice and the beneficial effect of ginger-processed Jiangxiangru polysaccharides on traditional Chinese medical symptoms.Methods Thirty-eight mice were used for modeling and divided into normal,model,positive,and low-,medium-,and high-dose ginger-processed Jiangxiangru polysaccharide groups.Mice in the normal group were not inoculated with tumors and mice in the normal and model groups received physiological saline intragastrically.Mice in the positive group received celecoxib solution intragastrically,and mice in the low-,medium-,and high-dose groups received the same dose but different concentrations of ginger-processed Jiangxiangru polysaccharide solution intragastrically.Changes in body weight and tumor size were recorded after 4 weeks of continuous administration.Symptoms were observed at the end of the experiment.RGB values in photographs of the tongues,tails,and claws from mice in each group were analyzed and recorded.The degrees of blood deficiency,yin deficiency,and tumor phlegm stasis were calculated based on the method of quantitative dialectical diagnosis.The tumors were isolated and weighed,and the tumor volume and inhibition rate were calculated to determine the beneficial effect of ginger-processed Jiangxiangru polysaccharides on traditional Chinese medical symptoms.Results Mice in the breast cancer model group showed signs of blood deficiency,yin deficiency,and phlegm stasis.Tumor size was significantly reduced in mice in the ginger-processed Jiangxiangru polysaccharide groups.Ginger-processed Jiangxiangru polysaccharides inhibited tumor growth and improved blood deficiency,yin deficiency,and tumor phlegm stasis in breast cancer-bearing mice,with the best result in the high-dose group.Conclusions Ginger-processed Jiangxiangru polysaccharides can improve the symptoms of blood deficiency,yin deficiency,and tumor phlegm stasis in breast cancer-bearing mice,especially at high doses.

Objective To investigate the effects of MCSO on physiological behavior and antioxidant index in D.melanogaster.Methods One-day-old wild type D.melanogaster was divided into control group,0.25％,0.5％,1％,2％and 4％dose groups,as well as male and female groups.The control group was exposed to the base medium,and each dose group was exposed to the MCSO medium added with 0.25％,0.5％,1％,2％and 4％concentrations,respectively.The optimal dosage concentration and time of administration were investigated by climbing experiment.Then the flies were divided into control group,model group and MCSO group.The model group was established by depriving the flies of sleep through repeated nocturnal light stimulation.Period of drug treatment,appetite test,negative geotaxis ability test,stress test,olfactory memory test,and sleep-wake rhythm detection were used to explore the effects of MCSO on their physiological behavior.The activities of super oxidase dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),and malondialdehyde(MDA)were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results MCSO enhanced the locomotory ability of 30-day-old D.melanogaster(P＜0.01),increased the activity of SOD and CAT(P＜0.01),and decreased the concentration of MDA(P＜0.01).Improve olfactory memory of senile fruit flies.After sleep deprivation,the night sleep time of female Drosophila model group was reduced(P＜0.05),and that of male Drosophila model group was reduced(P＜0.01).After feeding MCSO,the night sleep time of female drosophila model group was extended(P＜0.05),and that of male drosophila model group was extended(P＜0.01).Conclusions MCSO had a certain antioxidant effect,prolonging the sleep time and improving the olfactory memory of sleep-deprived Drosophila.

Objective Explore changes in polysaccharides in Jiangxiangru before and after ginger juice preparation,and evaluate polysaccharide anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activities before and after processing.Methods The contents of Jiangxiangru polysaccharide(JXRPs)and Ginger juice processed of Jiangxiangru polysaccharide(JZJXRPs)before and after processing were determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method.We used the swelling model in rats and endotoxin(LPS)to establish the RAW264.7 mouse macrophage inflammation model.The optimal administration concentration was determined using a cell proliferation(MTT)assay.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)were used to measure Interleukin-6(IL-6),Interleukin-12(IL-12),Nitric oxide(NO),Interleukin-4(IL-4),and Interleukin-10(IL-10).Bleeding time of mice by tail cutting was observed to evaluate the hemostatic effect.The ability to remove 1,1-diphenyl-2-picryl-hydrazyl radical(DPPH)and 2,2'-Azinobis-(3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sulphonate)(ABTS)was used to evaluate in vitro antioxidant activity.Results The contents of JXRPs and JZJXRPs were 13％and 22％,respectively.In swollen rats at 4 h after injection,compared with the model group,200 mg/kg JXRPs and 100 mg/kg JZJXRPs significantly reduced rat swelling(P＜0.05).In vitro anti-inflammation assessment showed that the polysaccharides before and after processing significantly inhibited secretion of IL-6,IL-12,and NO(P＜0.01)and promoted secretion of IL-4 and IL-10(P＜0.01),and also that processing post-effects were stronger.The hemostatic experiment show that,compared with the control group,JXRPs increased hemostasis,but without a significant difference,and no significant difference was found using JZJXRPs,although high doses showed a trend to increase hemostasis.In vitro antioxidant activity showed that JXRPs and JZJXRPs had different scavenging abilities for DPPH and ABTS with IC50 values of JXRPs of 0.2215 and 0.2110 mg/ml,respectively,and IC50 values of JZJXRPs of 0.1651 and 0.1884 mg/mL,respectively.Conclusions After Jiangxiangru is produced in ginger juice,it promotes dissolution of polysaccharides and increases polysaccharide content.Anti-inflammatory,hemostasis,and antioxidant capacities are stronger in JZJXRPS than JXRPS,which lays the foundation for follow-up research and clinical applications of JXRPS.

Objective:To explore the status of social alienation among survivors of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and analyze its influencing factors.Methods:This study was a cross-sectional study. From October 2021 to January 2022, 200 survivors of nasopharyngeal carcinoma reviewed in the radiotherapy department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University were investigated by General Data Questionnaire, General Alienation Scale (GAS), Cancer Fatigue Scale (CFS) and Self-Perceived Burden Scale (SPBS).Results:The total score of GAS in survivors of nasopharyngeal carcinoma was (37.47 ± 2.88) points. The total scores of GAS were positively correlated with the total score and each dimension score of CFS and SPBS ( r values were 0.312-0.524, all P<0.01). Multivariable linear regression showed that the duration of diagnosis, whether or not having hearing loss, the number of symptoms, cancer fatigue and self-perceived burden were the main influencing factors of social alienation in survivors of nasopharyngeal carcinoma( t values were -3.99-4.86, all P<0.05), which could explain 49% of the total variation. Conclusions:Clinical medical staff should attach importance to social alienation of surviors of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. More attention should be paid to patients with less than one year of diagnosis, a large number of symptoms and hearing loss, and targeted intervention should be conducted to reduce the degree of social alienation of patients and promote their integration into society.

【Objective】 To compare the current standards and explore the influencing factors for hemolysis rate of leukocyte-reduced red blood cells at the end of the preservation period, in order to formulate reasonable internal control indicators. 【Methods】 A retrospective analysis was performed on hemolysis rate of 427 samples of leukocyte-reduced red blood cells at the end of the preservation period in Nanning Blood Center from 2015 to 2022. Compared with the current standard for hemolysis rate at the end of the preservation period (GB 18469-2012 Quality Requirements for Whole Blood and Component Blood), the differences were analyzed, and the factors influncing the hemolysis rate were analyzed in terms of different blood donor groups. 【Results】 1) Among the 427 samples, the hemolysis rate of 418 (97.89%) did not exceed 0.4%, all lower than 0.8%; 2)the hemolysis rate of the male group was higher than that of the female group; 3) the hemolysis rate of the 18-29 years old group was lower than that of the 30-39 year old group and the 40-60 year old group, with statistically significant difference; 4) in terms of occupation, the hemolysis rate of students was the lowest, and the differences between groups were statistically significant; 5) no statistical significance was found in ethnicity and blood type. 【Conclusion】 Statistics indicated that gender, age, blood donation volume and occupation of blood donors were the influencing factors of hemolysis rate. The current standard is obviously higher in the qualified range of blood quality control in Nanning. It is advisable to formulate a reasonable quality control strategy with internal control index of hemolysis rate set <0.4%, which is conducive to making accurate evaluation of internal quality control and ensuring blood safety.

For the safety problems of internal medicine intravenous infusion,we carry out meticulous management,establish quality control system of intravenous infusion safety management,and formulate quality control plan.We collect and analyse the potential unsafety factors in the various departments of internal medicine.We have revised the intravenous infusion system and procedures,formulated standards for safety inspection of intravenous fluids,and standardized the admission system for nurses.We carry out training on intravenous infusion related knowledge for nursing staff,carry out meticulous management of venous transfusion links,and actively carry out learning and communication.All these measures have greatly enhanced the safety awareness of the nursing staff.The safety index of intravenous infusion for liver diseases was preliminarily summarized.The use rate of the safe indwelling needle was increased from 30.60％ to 92.30％,the rate of appropriate rate of drop speed increased from 68.45％ to 93.20％,the three sign standard rate rose from 75.20％ to 95.10％,and the patient's satisfaction with infusion increased from 85.60％ to 96.82％.Meticulous management can improve the safety of the internal medicine intravenous infusion as a whole.

Objective To study the relationship of different ABO blood types with the risk of cardiovascular events and the severity of CHD.Methods A total of coronary arteriography-confirmed 3823 Chinese Han CHD patients were divided into O blood type group (n=1140) and non-O blood type group (n=2683).A total of 3654 patients who were followed up by telephone for a median period of 24.6 months were divided into cardiovascular events group (n=348) and cardiovascular events-free group (n =3306).The risk of cardiovascular events in CHD patients with different ABO blood types was assessed according to the Cox proportional hazards model.Results The incidence of left main branch lesion or 3-branch lesions was significantly higher in cardiovascular events group than in cardiovascular events-free group (15.2％ vs 8.1％,47.7％ vs 30.5％,P＜0.01).The Gensini score was significantly higher in non-O blood type group than in O blood type group (20 vs 18,P＜0.05).The incidence of cardiovascular events was higher in non-O blood type group than in O blood type group (10.3％ vs 7.8％,P=0.019).Cox proportional hazards model showed that non-O blood type was an risk factor for cardiovascular events (HR =1.318,95 ％CI:1.030-1.685).The risk of cardiovascular events was still higher in non-O blood type group than in O blood type group after adjustment for confounders (HR=1.291,95％CI:1.008-1.657,P=0.046).Conclusion Non-O blood type is closely related with cardiovascular events in Chinese Han CHD patients.
