Objective:To systematically synthesize the illness stigma experiences of stroke patients. Methods:A systematic search was conducted in PubMed, Cochrane Library, Embase, Web of Science, China Biology Medicine disc, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang Data, and VIP for qualitative studies exploring illness stigma in stroke patients. The search period extended from database inception to September 30, 2024. A Meta-synthesis approach was employed to integrate the findings. Results:A total of fourteen articles were included and ten new categories were extracted and synthesized into four integraion results: sources of illness stigma, key influencing factors of illness stigma, manifestations and impacts of illness stigma, and coping strategies illness stigma. Conclusions:Illness stigma is a significant barrier to stroke rehabilitation. Nurses should be aware of the characteristics of illness stigma, conduct early identification, and develop individualized strategies for prevention and intervention. It is essential to help patients build multi-dimensional support systems involving society and family, and to guide them in gradually accepting and adapting to their new self.

Objective To systematically evaluate the factors affecting taste alteration in patients undergoing cancer chemotherapy. Methods PubMed,Cochrane Library,Web of Science,CINAHL,Embase,CBM,CNKI,WanFang Data and VIP were searched from the establishment until August 1,2024.The retrieved literature was independently screened, evaluated and the data were extracted by 2 researchers, and statistical analysis was performed using Stata 17.0 software. Results A total of 18 studies were included, involving 4 686 patients. The incidence of taste changes is 73.46%.Totally 9 influencing factors were extracted through quantitative analysis, including oral mucositis(OR=1.98),dry mouth(OR=1.82),nausea(OR=3.05),loss of appetite(OR=2.41),use of triple antiemetic drugs(OR=2.45),gynecological cancers(OR=0.67),lung cancer(OR=0.57),paclitaxel types of chemotherapy d rugs(OR=2.86),and smoking(β=9.38).Conclusion The alteration of taste in cancer chemotherapy patients is in-fluenced by multiple factors.Nurses should regularly and dynamically assess changes in taste and implement individualized and refined nursing interventions in clinical practice to prevent or delay the development of taste alterations, thereby improving patients' quality of life and treatment adherence.

Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing 2016;22(34):4897-4901
Objective To translate the English version of good death inventory( GDI) into Chinese, and test its reliability and validity among medical staff and general people in China. Methods The English version of GDI was translated and revised, and was used to investigate 595 people. The reliability and validity were tested. Results The Chinese version of good death scale consisted of 18 items, and three factors were extracted. The cumulative proportion in anova was 52.890%, and the factor loading of every item was greater than 0. 3. The correlated coefficients between items and their sub-scales ranged from 0. 558 to 0. 778. The Cronbach′s α coefficient of the scale was 0.894, and split-half reliability coefficient was 0.787. Conclusions Revised Chinese version of GDI has good reliability and validity, and it can be used for measuring the level of medical staff and general people in China.

Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing 2015;(20):2357-2360
Objective To examine the correlation between the hospital evidence-based culture and evidence-based nursing. Methods A total of 752 nurses were investigated by the Chinese version organizational culture & readiness of EBP scale and nurses′ belief of EBP scale. Results The mean score of the organizational culture and readiness of evidence-based practice (EBP) scale was (3. 80 ± 0. 77) and average 3 dimension scores were less than 4 score. The mean score of nurses′ belief of EBP scale was (3. 61 ± 0. 36). Correlation analysis showed that the score of the organizational culture and readiness of EBP was positively correlated with the score of nurses′ belief of EBP (r = 0. 275,P < 0. 01). Conclusions In order to promote the level of nurses′belief and EBP development, the total levels of the organizational culture and readiness of EBP in hospital should be further improved, especially strengthen the levels of people who are committed to EBP and skills and resources of EBP possessed by the hospital.
