Test Methods for Disinfection Products(WS/T 10009-2023),a health industry standard,was officially released by the National Disease Control and Prevention Administration on December 15,2023.The standard came into effect on May 1,2024.This standard systematically specifies the testing and evaluation methods for disinfection products,covering three core components—disinfection effect testing and evaluation,physical and chemical testing techniques,and toxicological testing methods.The standard provides an important technical basis for the testing of disinfection products in China.To promote an accurate understanding and effective implementation of the standard,this article focuses on the in-depth interpretation of the section concerning the testing and evaluation methods of disinfection effects.It provides a detailed explanation of the major updates,technical highlights,and scientific rationale behind the standard.The article incorporates discussions on optimizing the validation test methods for the disinfection and sterilization effects of disinfectants,simulated field testing of disinfectants,evaluation of air disinfection effects,and the supplementation and improvement of testing methods for disinfection devices(including sterilization devices).This article aims to provide clear technical guidance for disinfection product inspection personnel,researchers,and other professionals involved,promote the standardized application of the standard,improve the quality of disinfection products,and ensure scientific,effective,and safe disinfection practices.

Objective To study the relationship between serum urine regulator protein and cystatin C levels and pathological characteristics and prognosis in patients with hypertensive nephropathy.Methods A total of 100 patients admitted in the hospital from August 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study group,and 40 healthy persons who underwent the physical examination in the hospital were selected as the control group,complete data of all patients were collected and analyzed,the levels of serum urinary regulatory protein and cystatin C in each group were tested,and the relationship between serum urinary regulatory protein and cysta-tin C levels,pathological characteristics,and prognosis was analyzed.Results The urine regulatory protein and glomerular filtration rate in the study group were lower than those in the control group,but cystatin C,u-rea nitrogen,and blood creatinine were all higher than those in the control group,and the differences were sta-tistically significant(P＜0.05).Urinary regulatory protein was negatively correlated with urea nitrogen and blood creatinine,but positively correlated with glomerular filtration rate(P＜0.05).Cystatin C was positively correlated with urea nitrogen and blood creatinine,but negatively correlated with glomerular filtration rate(P＜0.05).Urinary regulatory protein level was related to crescent formation,renal tubular atrophy/intersti-tial fibrosis(P＜0.05),while level the expression of cystatin C was related to glomerular segmental sclerosis,glomerular glomerular sclerosis,and glomerular ischemic shrinkage(P＜0.05).The survival rate of the high urinary regulatory protein level group(≥126.49 ng/mL)was higher than that of the low urinary regulatory protein level group(＜126.49 ng/mL),while the survival rate of the high cystatin C level group(≥2.43 mg/L)was lower than that of the low cystatin C level group(＜2.43 mg/L)(P＜0.05).Urinary regulatory protein,cystatin C,renal tubular atrophy/interstitial fibrosis were factors that affected the occurrence of end-stage renal disease in hypertensive nephropathy(P＜0.05).Conclusion Hypertensive kidney disease patients u-sually have higher levels of cystatin C and lower levels of urinary regulatory protein,among which cystatin C is closely related to pathological features of glomerular segmental sclerosis,glomerular glomerular sclerosis,and glomerular is-chemic shrinkage,and urinary regulatory protein is closely related to crescent formation,renal tubular atrophy/intersti-tial fibrosis.In addition,urinary regulatory protein and cystatin C have a significant impact on the development of hy-pertensive nephropathy into end-stage renal disease,and could become important indicators for evaluating patient prognosis.

Objective To establish the standard paths of creative expression cognitive intervention program for Chinese older adults with mild cognitive impairment(MCI).Methods Thirty MCI older adults received creative expression cognitive program twice per week for six weeks.The action research process was implemented through plan,action,observation and reflection to constantly modify and improve the paths.The Montreal cognitive assessment scale(MoCA),daily living activity scale(ADL),self-made creative story-telling therapy activity observation table and feedback form were used to evaluate the effects of program.Results The standard paths of the creative expression cognitive intervention program for Chinese older adults with MCI were established through the action research method.There were no significant differences in MoCA and ADL before and after intervention(P＞0.05).The attending intention,attention,expression ability,communication skills,participant levels,enjoyment had been significantly improved through this program (P＜0.05).Patients believed that the creative storytelling was able to stimulate their creativity and expression ability,help them attain more social support and trust,thus they would be more willing to involve and cooperate in developing group activities.Conclusion The creative expression cognitive intervention activity is an effective and feasible non-pharmacological treatment for Chinese older adults with MCI.It provides an economical,convenient,easy to implement,and higher participatory nursing suitable technology for elderly service industry.

OBJECTIVETo explore the genetic etiology for fetuses featuring intrauterine growth anomalies using array-based comparative genomic hybridization (aCGH).

METHODSForty-nine fetuses were enrolled in this study. Genomic DNA of the abortive tissues was analyzed with aCGH.

RESULTSFourteen (28.6%) samples were found with chromosomal aberrations, which included 8 chromosomal aneuploidies and 6 micro-aberrations (4 with known clinical pathogenecity and 2 with unknown clinical significance).

CONCLUSIONNumerical and structural chromosomal aberrations underlie a significant proportion of fetal growth anomalies. aCGH has provided an effective method for delineating their genetic cause.

This study aimed at exploring the economic operation and developing trend of county-level public TCM hospitals in Guangxi Province,promoting the comprehensive reform of county-level public hospitals with feasible countermeasures and suggestions.In this study,forty-seven county-level public TCM hospitals were involved in the analysis of their economic operations and benefits by constituent ratio analysis,ratio analysis and trend analysis.As a result,the average gross income of the hospitals exceeded the total expenditure with a slight surplus.Drug income contributed the biggest share of the medical income,while the ratio of Chinese drug income to the medical income was increasing year by year.The debt ratio increased from 38.7％ in 2009 up to 44.6％ in 2013,being over 30％ in this period.In conclusion,it was demonstrated that problems were found in the lack of financial assistance,the low efficiency of economic management and the increasing average medical charges,which should be addressed by increasing investments to TCM hospitals,strengthening the performance appraisal and adjusting the charges of TCM medical services.

Objective To investigate the effects of PM2.5 exposure on the quality of IVF eggs and the quality of embryos. Methods 40 healthy female Kunming mice and 10 male mice were used in this study. 40 female mice were randomly divided into 4 groups:low dose of PM2.5 group (1.5 mg/kg),middle dose of PM2.5 group (7.5 mg/kg),high dose of PM2.5 group (15 mg/kg) and the control group (to give the same volume of saline),with 10 mice in each group. PM2.5 was administered via tracheal instillation. The number of oocytes ,fertilization rate ,abnormal fertilization rate ,2PN cleavage rate ,2PN blastocyst rate and blastocyst formation rate were determined ,as well as levels of TNF-α and IFN-γ. Results The number of oocytes , fertilization rate and cleavage rate of 2PN were significantly higher in PM2.5 high dose of PM2.5 group than those in PM2.5 group. The rate of high quality embryos and blastocyviast formation were decreased ,but abnormal fertilization rate were decreased (P < 0.05). The expressions of TNF-α and IFN-γ in the high-dose of PM2.5 group were significantly higher than those in the middle-dose of PM2.5 group and in the low-dose of PM2.5 group(P < 0.05),while the expressions of TNF-α and IFN-γ in the middle dose group was significantly higher than those in the low dose group(P<0.05). Conclusions PM2.5 exposure can decrease the number of oocytes , fertilization rate ,2PN cleavage rate ,2PN blastocyst rate and blastocyst formation rate of in vitro fertilization in mice.

Objective To study the demand of general doctors'professional skill in Guangxi Zhuang autonomaus region,and to enhance the professional skills and overall quality of general practitioners in Guangxi,thus to improve grassroots'health service capacity.Methods Through self -designed questionnaires and personal interviews,the author investigated the professional skills of general practitioners in rural township hospitals and urban community health service centers in Guangxi.Results The characteristics of the general practitioners in Guangxi were junior college degree,junior titles,youth and middle -aged.Part of the general practitioners thought that working with the guide of community health informationteaching abilityand the corresponding scientific research capabilitiesdid not belong to the scope of the general practitioners'professional skills demand,the percentage of these were 2%, 22%,26%.The teaching ability and the corresponding scientific ability of the general practitioner who were greater than 30 years,junior college degree and middle grade title and above,were better than the practitioners who were 20 -30 years,technical secondary degree,primary title(χ2 =12.886,1.945,57.473,53.276,30.458,29.141,all P <0.05).The general practitioners in Guangxi had a light awareness of teaching,scientific researching and other aspects.Conclusion We must emphasis on continuous medical education;establish and improve the system of general practitioners;establish and improve the two -way referral system.General practitioners must pay more attention on teaching and scientific researching.

BACKGROUND:More recently, studies have demonstrated that bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel s can be induced in vitro to differentiate into neuron-like cel s that are used for in vivo transplantation to repair nerve damage.
OBJECTIVE:To study the effect of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel transplantation on learning and memory ability of senile dementia rats.
METHODS:Thirty male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into three groups:normal control group, stem cel therapy group and model control group. Rats in the latter two groups were used to establish animal models of senile dementia by intracranial injection ofβ-amyloid 1-40. Three weeks after modeling, rats were given bilateral hippocampal injection of induced bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel suspension in the stem cel therapy group, whereas no treatment was given in the normal control and model control groups. Morris water maze test was used to detect learning and memory ability of rats, and rat’s brain tissues were detected pathological y using hematoxylin-eosin staining.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:After modeling, the escape latency was higher and the cross-platform frequency was lower in the model control group compared with the normal control group. After cel transplantation, the escape latency and cross-platform frequency were gradual y shortened and increased with time, respectively. Compared with the model control group, the learning and memory abilities of rats were improved in the stem cel therapy group. The brain tissues were relatively intact in structure and exhibited less cel degeneration and necrosis in the stem cel therapy group compared with the model control group. To conclude, bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel transplantation exerts certain therapeutic effects on senile dementia by effectively improving the learning and memory ability.

Contracture and spasticity of ankle joints were major sources of disability in neurological impairment including stroke and cerebral palsy, etc. The manual stretching used in physical therapy might be laborious and time-consuming to the therapists and the outcome was dependent on the experience and the subjectiveend feelingof the therapists. A device was developed that could safely stretch the an-kle joint to its extreme positions with quantitative control of the resistance torque and stretching velocity. Furthermore, it could satisfy a strong need for quantitative and objective measures of the impairment and rehabilitation outcome. This was just the meaning intelligent stretching referred to. This article described the origin of the concept of intelligent stretching and its definition, operational principle, and su-periority and weakness, as well as its application in ankle joint spasticity and contracture in patients with stroke and cerebral palsy.

OBJECTIVETo evaluate the clinical value of multicolor melting curve analysis(MMCA) for detecting genetic mutations in G6PD deficiency.

METHODSA total of 402 peripheral blood samples(256 males and 146 females) were collected from suspected patients or their relatives at the Prenatal Diagnosis Center of Liuzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital between March 2012 and May 2012. The samples were screened by G6PD/6PGD quantitative ratio testing. The reliability of the assay was evaluated by multiplex probe melting curve assay(which can detect 16 G6PD mutations) and DNA sequencing through a double blind study.

RESULTSOne hundred seventy cases with G6PD/6PGD ratio < 1.0 and 232 cases with G6PD/6PGD ratio ≥ 1.0 were detected by the enzymological method. DNA sequencing has identified 182 wild type samples, 151 hemizygous mutation samples, 5 female homozygous mutation samples, 54 female heterozygous mutation samples and 10 female double heterozygous mutation samples. Multicolor melting curve analysis has detected 185 wild type samples, 148 hemizygous mutation samples, 5 female homozygous mutation samples, 55 female heterozygous mutation samples and 9 female double heterozygous mutation samples. The specificity and sensitivity of G6PD gene mutation detection by multicolor melting curve analysis were 100%(182/182) and 98.6%(217/220), respectively. The positive predictive value and negative predictive value were 99.5%(216/217) and 98.4%(182/185), respectively, and the Youden's index was 0.986. The concordance rate of the sample detection between the melting curve assay and DNA sequencing was 99.0%(398/402). Twenty-one different genotypes were detected by the multicolor melting curve analysis and 24 different genotypes were detected by DNA sequencing. Four samples containing mutations(c.196T>A or c.406C>T) were not detected by multicolor melting curve analysis, which can be attributed to different technical settings of the two methods.

CONCLUSIONMulticolor melting curve analysis for G6PD gene mutation detection is a simple, rapid, sensitive and specific method, which can be used for clinical diagnosis of G6PD deficiency.
