Objective:To explore the research hotspots and development trends of mobile health technology applications among family caregivers using bibliometric methods, providing a reference for related studies.Methods:The Web of Science Core Collection was selected as the data source, and research on mobile health technology in family caregivers published from January 1, 2005, to August 31, 2023, was retrieved. Excel, Scimago Graphica, and CiteSpace software were used to create network maps of countries, institutions, authors, and keywords, exploring research hotspots and development trends in this field.Results:A total of 475 relevant articles were included, showing an overall upward trend in annual publication volume. The United States had the highest publication volume (173 articles), with the most influential author and the institution with the highest publication volume being Sin and the University of Washington, respectively. Current research hotspots included chronic diseases, mental health, and social support, while future research trends focus on in-depth studies, artificial intelligence, and enhancing network information security.Conclusions:Research on the application of mobile health technology among family caregivers is on the rise, mainly focusing on assisting caregivers in managing chronic diseases, improving their mental health, and enhancing their social support. Future research frontiers may include optimizing and refining digital health technologies, using artificial intelligence to predict and alleviate caregiver burden, and enhancing industry regulation and data security.

In this study,we used the Yuan publication Chao Shi Zhu Bing Yuan Hou Lun Zong Lun as the base text,used Zhu Bing Yuan Hou Lun Jiao Zhu edited by Ding Guangdi as the proofreading text,and used"forgetfulness"as the search words.We explored the contents of Zhu Bing Yuan Hou Lun related to the core symptom of dementia-forgetfulness,and analyzed the etiology and mechanism of the disease.After analyzing,Zhu Bing Yuan Hou Lun believes that forgetfulness is mostly caused by emotional changes,internal obstruction of blood stasis,loss of internal organs,deficiency of essence,qi and blood,loss of nourishment of the brain marrow,special diseases such as foot fungus disease,blindly taking cold food,leprosy that has not been treated for a long time,and cumulative disease,etc.This indicates that after more than a thousand years of development,the academic thinking of Zhu Bing Yuan Hou Lun is still of certain guiding significance for the prevention and treatment of dementia in today's clinic,and it further enriches and improves the theoretical understanding of Chinese medicine on dementia,and provides a solid theoretical foundation and new ideas for the prevention and treatment of dementia.

Rare diseases are usually genetic,chronic and incurable disorders with a relatively low incidence.Developments in the diagnosis and management of rare diseases have been relatively slow due to a lack of sufficient profit motivation and market to attract research by companies.However,due to the attention of government and society as well as economic development,rare diseases have been gradually become an increasing concern.As several dental-craniofacial manifestations are associated with rare diseases,we summarize them in this study to help dentists and oral maxillofacial surgeons provide an early diagnosis and subsequent management for patients with these rare diseases.

Objective : To explore the clinical effect of simultaneous distraction osteogenesis of the maxilla and affected mandible combined with second-stage orthognathic surgery for the treatment of adult hemifacial microsomia to provide a reference for clinical practice. Methods: Twelve adult patients with hemifacial microsomia who underwent simultaneous distraction osteogenesis and second-stage orthognathic surgery from 2006 to 2013 were enrolled. Distraction osteogenesis of the maxilla and malformed lateral mandible and second-stage orthognathic surgery were performed according to each patient’s specific conditions. The height ratio of the mandibular ramus of the affected side to the contralateral side, the shift distance of the chin point and the inclination angle of the screw plane were measured before and after the operation, and the therapeutic effect was evaluated with clinical photographs. Results : No patients had obvious complications after the operation, the postoperative aesthetic effect was good, and the relationship between the facial shape and occlusion was significantly improved. The cephalometric measurement showed that the height ratio of the mandibular ramus of the affected side to the contralateral side was increased by 23.83% (t=11.658, P<0.001), the deviation distance of the chin was corrected, and the chin point moved back to the midline by 6.63 mm (t=13.042, P<0.001) on average, and the inclination angle of the occlusal plane was improved and returned to the horizontal plane by 8.83° (t=15.358, P<0.001) on average. Conclusion The application of simultaneous distraction osteogenesis of the maxilla and mandible combined with secondary orthognathic surgery for the treatment of adult hemifacial microsomia can obtain satisfactory clinical and aesthetic results and has clinical value.

Objective: To investigate the mechanism of apoptosis of CD8⁺T lymphocyte in peripheral blood of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods: The proportion and apoptosis of peripheral blood CD8⁺T lymphocytes in 30 healthy controls, 30 patients with cirrhosis and 60 HCC patients were detected by Flow cytometry, and the expression of Fas on the surface of CD8⁺T lymphocytes was reported. The differences between groups were compared using independent sample t-test, and data of variance were tested with Mann-Whitney U non-parametric test, P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results: The proportion of CD8⁺T lymphocytes in peripheral blood of patients with HCC was 26.4% ± 9.2%, higher than that of 24.5% ± 7.1% in cirrhosis (t = 0.783, P = 0.489), and and healthy control 19.7% ± 4.7% (t = 2.920, P = 0.004). The proportion of apoptotic CD8⁺T lymphocytes in peripheral blood of HCC patients was 25.3% ± 6.5%, of the total CD8⁺T lymphocytes, which was significantly higher than that of healthy controls 12.1%±6.5% (t = 7.555, P < 0.001) and cirrhotic 13.6% ± 5.8% (t = 5.213, P < 0.001), the differences were statistically significant. The proportion of Fas⁺CD8⁺T lymphocytes in the HCC group was 62.2% ± 18.5%, higher than that in the healthy control group 42.6%±16.5% (t = 4.127, P < 0.001) and 46.1% ± 14.5% (t = 2.561, P < 0.01)of the cirrhosis group, the differences were statistically significant. Fas expression was positively correlated with the apoptosis of CD8⁺T lymphocytes (r ² = 0.113, P < 0.05). Conclusion The proportion of CD8⁺T lymphocytes in peripheral blood of patients with HCC is higher than that of healthy controls, but the proportion of CD8⁺T lymphocyte apoptosis based on Fas/FasL pathway increased, which may be an important mechanism for tumor cell immune escape.

Objective To investigate the effect of WeChat on nutrition instructions to women of advanced maternal age with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). Methods Eighty women of advanced maternal age with GDM in our hospital during January to December 2014 were divided according to their registration nubmer into two group in eqaul number: those with even number in the observation group and those with odd number in the control group. Those in the control group took part in the health educaiton lectures by the parturient school and those in the observation group were instructed on the WeChat besides education from the school. The two groups were compared in terms of blood glucose control and delivery outcomes. Result The level of blood glucose in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05) and the rates for cesarean delivery and vaginal birth were significantly lower and the rate of spontaneous labor was significantly higher than those of the control group (P>0.05). Conclusion Wechat is effective in providing the women of advanced maternal age with nutrition instructions and beneficial for the control of blood glucose level and the decrease of cesarean delivery and vaginal birth rates.

Background and objective Primary lung cancer has been common malignant tumors. Accurate pre-operative N staging can avoid unnecessary surgical operations, and patients with N3 has non-surgical treatment of indica-tions. hTe aim of this study is to investigate the clinical value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of supraclavicular lymph node metastasis and staging of primary lung cancer. Methods We retrospectively analyzed 131 patients who were pathologically diagnosed with lung cancer from October 2012 to November 2013. All patients received ultrasound and contrast-enhanced computed tomograohy (CT) examination of the supraclavicular area, and those who were with positive results underwent ultrasound-guided biopsy. hTe accuracy of the two methods was compared according to their consistency with the patho-logical results. hTe pathological diagnosis was used as the diagnosis standard of lymph node metastasis. Results hTere were 50 cases of patients who were conifrmed supraclavicular lymph node metastasis pathologically in a total of 131 cases of patients with lung cancer. Fitfy-four cases were tested positive by ultrasound, and 50 cases were pathologically proven to be with lymph node metastasis. For comparison, the ratio was 36 out of 41 for contrast-enhanced CT. hTe sensitivity, speciifc-ity, You den's index, the positive predictive value and the negative predictive value of ultrasound (100%, 95.06%, 95.06%, 92.59%, 100%) was signiifcantly higher than that of contrast-enhanced CT (72%, 93.83%, 65.83%, 87.80%, 84.44%). hTe differences of accuracy of the two methods in TNM staging of lung cancer had statistically signiifcance (P<0.01). Conclu-sion Compared with enhanced CT, ultrasound examination has high accuracy, sensitivity and speciifcity for primary su-praclavicular lymph node metastasis in lung cancer, and at the same time can determine the TNM staging of primary lung cancer more accurately.
