OBJECTIVE To construct ensemble learning models for predicting high-use days of budesonide based on meteorological factors， thereby providing reference for hospital pharmacy management. METHODS Meteorological data for 2024 and outpatient budesonide usage data from the jurisdiction of Sanming Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine were collected. High-use days were defined as the 75th percentile of outpatient budesonide usage， and a corresponding dataset was established. The prediction task was formulated as a classification problem， and three ensemble learning models were developed： Random Forest， Extreme Gradient Boosting （XGBoost）， and Histogram-based Gradient Boosting Classifier. Model performance was evaluated using accuracy， precision， recall， F1-score， and log-loss. Model interpretability was analyzed using Shapley Additive Explanations （SHAP）. RESULTS The Histogram-based Gradient Boosting Classifier achieved the best performance （accuracy＝0.75， F1-score＝0.48）， followed by XGBoost （accuracy＝0.74， F1-score＝0.43） and Random Forest （accuracy＝0.72， F1-score＝0.22）. SHAP results suggested that the prediction results of the last two models have the highest correction. CONCLUSIONS Ensemble learning models can effectively predict high-use days of budesonide， with the Histogram- based Gradient Boosting Classifier demonstrating the best predictive performance. Low temperature， high humidity， and low atmospheric pressure show significant positive impacts on the prediction of daily budesonide usage.

Objective To predict the potential Q-markers of Abri Herba based on network pharmacology and molecular docking and establish a quality control characteristic.Methods The network relationship of"Abri Herba-component-target-pathway"was constructed by using a variety of databases and the method of network pharmacology.The potential Q-markers of Abri Herba were predicted and then the characteristic Chromatogram of Abri Herba was established by high performance liquid chromatography Results Through the network pharmacological prediction,it was found that the components of abrine hypaphorine,schaftoside in Abri Herba were closely associated with the main targets,such as AKT1,STAT3,HIF1A,GRB2,MMP9,which could act on HIF-1,PI3K-Akt,JAK-STAT and other signaling pathways and have good pharmacological activities to be potential Q-markers of Abri Herba.Then HPLC was used to establish the characteristic according to retention time.Conclusion Through network pharmacology and molecular dock-prediction combined with HPLC detection,the characteristic chromatogram was established with the components of abrine hypaphorine,schaftoside as Q-markers,which could control the quality of Abri Herba by combining the components and pharmacological activities.

Objective To establish the method for the simultaneous determination of hypoxanthine, inosine, guanosine and adenosine in Dilong formula granules by HPLC and compare the fingerprints of Dilong formula granules from different manufacturers by HPLC chromatogram. Methods The contents of hypoxanthine, inosine, guanosine and adenosine were determined by Thermo Acclaim^TM120C₁₈ column (4.6 mm×250 mm 5 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water. Gradient elution with flow rate of 0.6 ml/min was used. Column temperature was 25 ℃. Detection wavelength was 254 nm. 10 batches of samples were tested. The HPLC chromatogram were compared and analyzed by using the similarity Evaluation system of chromatographic fingerprint of traditional Chinese Medicine (version 2012.130723). Results The linear ranges for the detection of hypoxanthine, inosine, guanosine and adenosine showed good linear relationships within their own ranges (r≥0.999 9). The average recoveries were 99.20%~102.98% with RSD of 0.26 %~0.71%. The contents of 4 components in 10 batches of samples were 0.740 0~4.457 4 mg/g, 2.132 3~7.805 0 mg/g, 0.325 4~1.596 1 mg/g, 0.537 2~2.222 9 mg/g respectively. The similarity between HPLC chromatogram and control fingerprints of Dilong formula granules from different manufacturers was greater than 0.91. Conclusion The method could be used to determine the contents of hypoxanthine, inosine, guanosine and adenosine in Dilong formula granule. HPLC fingerprints could be used to evaluation the quality in Dilong formula granule. The similarity of HPLC fingerprints from different manufacturer production of Dilong formula granule is high, but 4 contents in composition are difference.

Objective:To observe the effects of auricular point sticking on pain and anxiety during the latent period of the first stage of labor in primiparas. Methods:Primiparas meeting eligibility criteria were recruited.The participants were randomized into an auricular point group,a placebo group,and a control group.The control group received daily care.The auricular point group received 120 min of auricular point sticking therapy.The placebo group received the same auricular plasters as the auricular point group but without pressing.Participants'pain,anxiety,and uterine contractions were measured at enrollment and 30,60,and 120 min of interventions. Results:Data from 78 participants were analyzed in this study.After uterine contraction was adjusted as a covariate,there was no significant difference among groups in the baseline anxiety,baseline pain,and anxiety at 30-min intervention(P>0.05),and no significant difference between the placebo group and the control group in each indicator at each time point(P>0.05).The anxiety scores of the auricular point group at 60 min and 120 min were lower than those of the placebo group and the control group(P<0.05).The pain in the auricular point group was less than that in the placebo group and the control group at 30,60,and 120 min of interventions(P<0.05). Conclusion:Auricular point sticking therapy can relieve anxiety and pain in women during the latent period of labor.Moreover,the effect is fast-acting.It can be used as a safe and effective complementary therapy.

Objective To set up the quality standards for vinegar-steamed Corydalis rhizome, which can be used for the quality control of production, supervision, circulation and application of the steam processed Corydalis rhizoma with vinegar. Methods The moisture content, total ash, ethanol extract content and active ingredients of the steam processed Corydalis rhizoma with vinegar were determined according to the related assay method in Part IV of Chinese Pharmacopeia 2015. Results According to the guidelines from the traditional Chinese medicine quality standards and related testing methods, the moisture content of steam processed Corydalis rhizoma with vinegar should be less than 15.0%, the total ash content less than 4.0%, the ethanol extract content more than 11.0%, and the representative component of tetrahydropalmatine more than 0.05%. Conclusion The established process with this study for the quality standard of vinegar-steamed Corydalis rhizoma was conformed to the state requirements for traditional Chinese medicine. It can be used as a reference for the quality standard of vinegar-steamed Corydalis rhizoma.

Objective To establish the quality standards of Hirtula Roses for the quality control of production, supervision, circulation and application. Methods The moisture content, total ash, ethanol extract content and characteristic chromatogram of Rosa roxburghii Tratt. were determined according to the related determination method in Ⅳ-Part of Chinese Pharmacopeia 2020. Results There should be 6 characteristic peaks in the characteristic chromatogram of Rosa roxburghii Tratt., which should correspond to the retention time of 5 characteristic peaks in the reference chromatogram of the standard herbs, and another peak should correspond to the retention time of the reference chromatogram of isoquercitrin. The moisture content of Rosa roxburghii Tratt. should be less than 14.0%; the total ash content should be less than 5.0%; the ethanol extract content should be more than 20.0%. Conclusion According to the experimental results, the quality standard of Rosa roxburghii Tratt. is conformed to the national requirements of quality standards for traditional Chinese medicine, which could provide a reference for the quality control of Hirtula Roses.

Objective:To establish a gas chromatography method for detecting isobutyl methacrylate in workplace air.Methods:From July to October 2019, isobutyl methacrylate in workplace air was collected by activated charcoal tube, absorbed using carbon disulfide and analyzed by gas chromatography (FID) with FFAP capillary column.Results:The linear range of isobutyl methacrylate in the method was 0-800 μg/ml, the correlation coefficient was 0.99993. The detection limit was 0.35 μg/ml. The lowest detected concentration was 0.12 mg/m 3. The within-run precision was 2.06%-2.72%, the between-run precision was 3.03%-3.83%. The rates of desorption was 96.7%. The breakthrough volume was 14.46 mg. The average sampling efficience was 100%. The samples could be stored at room temperature for 7 days. Conclusion:The method is simple, highly sensitive and precise. Isobutyl methacrylate in workplace air could be determined accurately.

Objective To investigate the effect and safety of dexmedetomidine combined with dorsal penile nerve block for circumcision in children .Methods 130 children with circumcision were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the digital table ,65 cases in each group .The control group received total inhalation of seven halothane anesthesia ,and the observation group received dexmedetomidine combined with dorsal penile nerve block anesthesia .The efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared .Results In the observation group after induction,the mean arterial pressure[(69.89 ±5.24)mmHg],awake and mean arterial pressure[(70.14 ± 5.30)mmHg],rhythm of the heart after induction [(100.36 ±10.67)times/min],the rhythm of the heart when they woke up[(102.64 ±10.58) times/min],blood oxygen saturation after induction [(98.25 ±0.63)％],awake and blood oxygen saturation[(98.64 ±0.66)％]and other signs of vital signs had no statistically significant differences compared with the control group (F=0.130,0.215,0.548,0.613,0.106,0.257,all P>0.05).In the observation group,the eyelash reflex disappearing time , operation time, awakening time were ( 23.16 ±2.13 ) s, ( 9.70 ± 1.24)min,(10.03 ±1.27)min,respectively,which in the control group were(27.98 ±3.87)s,(11.88 ±2.87)min, (11.89 ±3.87) min,respectively,there were statistically significant differences between the two groups ( t=8.797, 5.621,6.633,all P<0.05).In the observation group,the postoperative agitation score ,sedation score,pain score were(2.75 ±1.25)points,(1.11 ±0.13)points,(5.26 ±1.44)points,respectively,which in the control group were (6.78 ±2.89) points,(1.11 ±0.13) points,(8.97 ±3.64) points,respectively,there were statistically significant differences between the two groups (t =10.318,17.236,10.318,all P <0.05).Conclusion Application of dexmedetomidine combined with penile dorsal nerve block anesthesia in pediatric circumcision takes effect quickly , children with stable vital signs ,less postoperative agitation ,it is worthy of popularization and application in clinic .

Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the association between maternal serum lev-el of neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio(NLR)and preterm labor in late stage of pregnancy. Methods In this retrospec-tive analysis of 200 pregnant women who underwent routine prenatal examination and delivered from January 12016 to December 312016 in the Maternal and Child Health family planning services,Xinhui District,Jiangmen city. The patients were divided into the PIR group(n = 100)and the control group(n = 100). The levels of leuko-cytes,neutrophils,lymphocytes,CRP and NLR of the two groups were compared. Multivariate analysis was per-formed to identify independent risk factor. Logistic regression model was established and the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC)was recorded for analysis of the prognostic value of different serum inflamma-tory makers in late stage of pregnancy. Results The NLR predict premature occurrence of AUC,the sensitivity and specificity of which were higher than those of peripheral blood leukocyte,neutrophil count,lymphocyte count and CRP. Conclusion Increased NLR in late stage of pregnancy could serve as an effective factor to predict the risk of preterm labor.
