1.Research on etiological sampling for large-scale object surfaces in hospitals based on enrichment technology

OBJECTIVE To compare the effect of traditional swab sampling method on etiological surveillance of in-fectious diseases for large-scale object surfaces in hospitals and validate the samples processing method based on pre-wet anti-static fabric and modified polyethylene glycol(PEG)precipitation enrichment technology so as to im-prove the capability of early warning of infectious diseases and optimize the environmental surveillance program in the hospitals.METHODS The on-site surveillance was carried out for 8 times in 3 public hospitals(Shenzhen Longgang People's Hospital,the Second People's Hospital of Longgang and Longgang Maternal and Child Health Hospital)from May 2024 to Mar.2025.Totally 23 types of respiratory tract pathogens(18 types of viruses,5 type of pathogenic bacteria)and 6 types of gastrointestinal tract pathogens were simultaneously detected by means of fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction(PCR);the actual isolation rates,etiological spectrum and cycle threshold(Ct)value were compared.The acrylic plate added with standards of different loads of H1NI influ-enza viruses was used as model for laboratory evaluation.The minimum detection limit,sensitivity and repeatabili-ty were observed and compared between the methods.RESULTS The minimum detection limit of both methods was 6.0 × 104 copies/ml,however,the positive rate of nucleic acid testing of the pre-wet fabric method was 100.00%(3/3),higher than 33.33%(1/3)of the swab method;when the low viral load was 6.0× 105 copies/ml,the average concentration of viral nucleic acid of the pre-wet fabric method(X-Ct=36.59)was higher,with the re-peatability(CV=0.99%,<3.14%)better.The results of the on-site surveillances showed that the total isolation rates of pathogens of the pre-wet fabric method ranged between 42.84%and 64.27%,higher than between 10.71%and 21.43%of the swab method,with the isolated pathogens more abundant,the Ct value lower(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The pre-wet fabric sampling enrichment method integrated with anti-static fabric sampling and PEG enrichment technology shows higher sensitivity and stability in the etiological surveillance of large-scale object surfaces,raising the isolation rate.

3.Chain mediation of oncology nurses' general self-efficacy and humanistic care competence in empathy and medical narrative competence

Objective:To explore the chain mediating role of general self-efficacy and humanistic care competence between oncology nurses' empathy and medical narrative competence, with a view to informing the development of targeted medical narrative competence enhancement strategies.Methods:Convenience sampling was used to select 1 104 oncology nurses from 17 ClassⅢ Grade A hospitals in Yunnan Province from May to August 2023 for the study. The General Information Questionnaire, Narrative Competence Scale, Chinese version of the Jefferson Scale of Empathy, Caring Ability Inventory, and General Self-Efficacy Scale were used to survey oncology nurses. Pearson correlation was used to analyze the correlation among oncology nurses' general self-efficacy, empathy, humanistic care competence, and medical narrative competence. Mediating effects were analyzed using Model 6 in the SPSS macro program PROCESS 4.0 plug-in. Bootstrap method was used to repeat the sampling 5 000 times for the chained mediating effect test.Results:A total of 1 104 questionnaires were distributed and the number of valid questionnaires recovered was 931, with a valid recovery rate of 84.33% (931/1 104). Among 931 oncology nurses, the scores of Narrative Competence Scale, Caring Ability Inventory, Chinese version of Jefferson Scale of Empathy, and General Self-Efficacy Scale were (151.52±17.61), (191.68±18.80), (95.31±13.96), and (27.59±6.02), respectively. There was a positive two-by-two correlation among oncology nurses' medical narrative competence, empathy, humanistic care competence, and general self-efficacy ( P<0.01). General self-efficacy and humanistic care competence acted as chain mediators between oncology nurses' empathy and medical narrative competence, with the mediating effect accounting for 43.13% of the total effect. Conclusions:General self-efficacy and humanistic care are mediating variables between oncology nurses' empathy and medical narrative competence. Nursing managers should focus on the cultivation of nurses' empathy, stimulate nurses' self-efficacy, and promote the practice of nursing humanistic care, which in turn improves oncology nurses' medical narrative competence and the quality of nursing services.

7.Biomechanical Properties of Implants with Different Thread Shapes and Depths in Dental Immediate Implantation

Objective To analyze stress distributions of alveolar bone around implants with different types of implant thread shapes and thread depths during dental immediate implantation, so as to provide references for the design and selection of implants. Methods The simplified model of mandible bone block, implants and mandibular molar were established by Geomagic Studio, SolidWorks and ANSYS Workbench, and vertical and oblique loads were applied on this model, respectively. Stress distributions on implants with different thread shape and thread depth as well as alveolar bone around implants were calculated. Results Under vertical loading, the peak stresses of implants, cortical bone and cancellous bone were in the range of 120.51-129.63 MPa, 9.94-13.25 MPa and 3.92-8.01 MPa, respectively. And the stress of cortical bone around V-shaped, rectangular, buttress or reverse buttress implant remained stable in the range of 0.40-0.45 mm thread depth. Under oblique loading, the peak stresses of implants, cortical bone and cancellous bone were in the range of 220.23-286.51 MPa, 33.39-45.08 MPa, 4.96-12.5 MPa, respectively. Among the models, V-shaped, buttress, reverse buttress implant with 0.45 mm thread depth showed the minimum stress. Conclusions The V-shaped, buttress or reverse buttress implant with a thread depth of 0.45 mm, or the rectangular implant with a thread depth of 0.40 mm had better biomechanical properties.
8.Effects of tuina therapy of Yinyang Ruyin combined with aromatherapy on insomnia and quality of life in patients receiving perichemotherapy for breast cancer

Objective:To explore the clinical effects of tuina therapy of Yinyang Ruyin combined with aromatherapy on insomnia and quality of life in patients receiving perichemotherapy for breast cancer.Methods:Totally 199 inpatients with insomnia who received perichemotherapy for breast cancer from June 2018 to December 2019 and met inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected and divided into the control group ( n=48) , the tuina therapy of Yinyang Ruyin group ( n=50) , the aromatherapy group ( n=52) , and the combined treatment group ( n=49) according to the computer-generated random sequence. Patients in the control group received routine care; patients in the tuina therapy of Yinyang Ruyin group received tuina therapy of Yinyang Ruyin on this basis; patients in the aromatherapy group received aromatherapy on this basis; patients in the combined treatment group received both tuina therapy of Yinyang Ruyin and aromatherapy. After 6 cycles of chemotherapy, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) , Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) , and Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy: General (FACT-G) were used to evaluate the intervention effects of the four groups. Results:The amelioration rates of insomnia in the 3 and 6 chemotherapy cycles after the intervention of the tuina therapy of Yinyang Ruyin group, the aromatherapy group, and the combined treatment group were higher than that of the control group ( P<0.05) ; the amelioration rates of insomnia in the 3 and 6 chemotherapy cycles after the intervention of the combined treatment group was higher than those of the tuina therapy of control group, Yinyang Ruyin group and the aromatherapy group ( P<0.05) . The repeated measures analysis of variance showed that the main effects of intervention in the PSQI, HAMD, and FACT-G scores of the four groups were statistically different ( P<0.05) ; the time of main effects of PSQI, HAMD, and FACT-G scores was significantly different ( P<0.05) ; there was an interaction between the intervention factors of PSQI, HAMD, and FACT-G scores and the time factor ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:Tuina therapy of Yinyang Ruyin combined with aromatherapy can ameliorate the symptoms of insomnia and depression, thereby improving the quality of life of patients.
9.Hope level and correlative factors analysis in hospitalized occupational pneumoconiosis patients

Objective To analyze the hope level and correlative factors in hospitalized pneumoconiosis patients, and to provide suggestions of clinical nursing interventions. Methods The study assessed the hope level and social support of 103 hospitalized pneumoconiosis patients via Henh hope level scale ( Chinese version) and the social support revalued scale ( SSRS) . Results The average score of the hope level of 103 cases was (20. 79 ± 6. 32);45 cases (43. 7%) were at low level, 39 cases (37. 9%) were at average level, and 19 cases were at advanced level. The scores of social support, objective support, subjective support and the using-support degrees were significantly lower than the domestic normative scores (P<0. 01). Patient′s educational level, marital status, family income and social support had positive correlation to the hope levels. However, the disease stage, illness duration, hospitalization time and complications had negative correlation to the hope levels. Conclusions The average score of the hope level is at a low level and correlative to the patient′s educational level, marital status, family income, disease stage, illness duration, hospitalization time and complications.
10.EXTRACTION OF MOLLUSCICIDAL ACTIVE COMPONENT FROM EOMECON CHIONANTHA HANCE

Objective To extract the molluscicidal active component, Eomecon Chionantha Hance Alkaloids (ECA)from Eomecon Chionantha Hance. Methods The molluscicidal active component from the rootstalk of Eomecon Chionantha Hance was extracted and purified by using the method, 70% alcohol percolation, decompress concentrating, salting-out and so on. Results The final product rate of ECA was 1.009%. Conclusion This method is economic, simple and reliable, and suitable to industrialized production.
