Collaborative development among medical practice, education and research is a strategic decision of the country in disciplinary development guided by the innovation-driven strategy. In October 2017, Beijing Hospitals Authority organized 18 tertiary hospitals with pediatrics discipline and founded a collaborative development center for pediatrics. This center operated in a model featuring both leadership of due authorities and autonomous administration. Two of the specialized pediatrics hospitals work as leading units, and existing high quality pediatrics resources of the member hospitals were pooled to establish an academics committee and an executive committee. A development system was established with disciplinary construction as the focus, collaborative development as the goal and horizontal collaboration as the means. It was designed to explore a new model featuring overall planning and standardized management of the discipline, building of a shared platform for clinical capacity development, joint development of continued medical education and talent cultivation, as well as diversified and multi-centered research and platform resources sharing. This model can effectively promote the overall development level of pediatrics in Beijing municipal hospitals.

Objective To investigate the correlation between non-technical skills and social support of undergraduate nursing students, and provide references for nursing educators to improve the social support and enhance the non-technical skills of nursing students. Methods Using cluster sampling method, totally 180 nursing students were investigated before clinical practice with non-technical skills inventory and social support scale by cluster sampling method from June 2016. Statistical description and correlation analysis were used to analyze the data in this study. Results There were 170 effective questionnaires, and the non-technical skills of nursing students was at middle level with score (3.570±0.419);the social support was at middle level with score (34.220±5.918). There was positive correlation between non-technical skill and social support of nursing students (r=0.181-0.294,P< 0.05). Multiple regression analysis showed that,12.8% of non-technical skills of nursing students could be explained by social support. Conclusions Social support has positive prediction to non-technical skills of nursing students. Change the social support is an effective way to improve the nursing students' non-technical skills.

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of ultrafiltration technology in endotoxin removal from purified recombinant MUC1-MBP fusion protein (MUC1-MBP)and to demonstrate the effect of ultrafiltration on endotoxin removal. Methods CM Sepharose FF weak cation exchange (CM)(CM group), CM combined with Phenyl Sepharose 6 FF exchange (C6)(CM+C6 group),CM combined with ultrafiltration (CM+ultrafiltration group), and CM combined with C6 and ultrafiltration (CM+C6+ultrafiltration group)were used to purify the MUC1-MBP from E.coli. and remove endotoxin;the expression level of endotoxin was detected by Chromogenic End-point Tachypleus Amebocyte Lysate. Results There was a single band at the expected molecular weight of 62 000 by SDS-PAGE analysis.and the purity>96% by Quantity One analysis. The endotoxin levels in CM group and CM +C6 group were quite high and there was no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05 );the endotoxin level in CM+ultrafiltration group was significantly lower than that in CM group, and there was significant difference (P<0.01);the endotoxin level in CM+C6+ultrafiltration group was significantly decreased compared with CM+C6 group (P<0.01);there was no significant differences of endotoxin level between CM+ultrafiltration group and CM +C6+ultrafiltration group (P>0.05 ). Conclusion The effects of CM or CM combined with C6 on endotoxin removal are quite poor, especially C6;CM combined with ultrafiltration are quite effective on endotoxin removal, and ultrafiltration plays an important role in endotoxin removal.
