ObjectiveTo explore the suitability of four qualitative research methods in the development of TCM scale. MethodsTaking the development of "Seven Emotions Scale" as an example， we conducted semi-structured interviews with 31 patients of emotional disorders and 10 healthy people by objective sampling， and collected psychological feelings and emotional cognition data related to seven emotions according to the interview outline. Two qualitative methods， descriptive qualitative research and descriptive phenomenology， were used to analyze the data and construct the item library of the scale. The conceptual framework of the scale was constructed by using commonly used grounded theory and frame analysis. ResultsDuring data analysis， it is found that the themes extracted from descriptive phenomenology were not easily understood by the interviewees， and it is difficult for the researchers to truly achieve the "suspension" required by phenomenology. Considering the feasibility and convenience of the researchers' actual operation， as well as whether the initial purpose of the scale research can be intuitively included in the interviewees' views and feelings， descriptive phenomenology is not suitable for the formation of scale items. Using descriptive qualitative research method to analyze the interview data of healthy people and patients with emotional disorders， 306 and 476 scale items were obtained respectively. Through grounded theory， five selective codes were obtained： physical symptoms， external manifestations， psychological feelings， behaviors and emotional control. Using frame analysis， four themes including physical symptoms， psychological feelings， behavior and emotional cognition were constructed. Both methods can be used to construct the conceptual frame of scale， but the framework analysis is more convenient and can better ensure the transparency of the research. ConclusionDescriptive qualitative research methods can be used to form the item library of TCM scales. Framework analysis is more suitable for the construction of the conceptual framework of the scale than grounded theory， while descriptive phenomenology is not suitable for the development of TCM scales.

Objective:To investigate the correlation between urinary electrolyte level and detrusor overactivity (DO) in children with primary monosymptomatic nocturnal enuresis (PMNE).Methods:In this case control study, a retrospective analysis was performed on 60 PMNE children aged 5-12 years who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from February 2015 to January 2020.According to the results of ambulatory urodynamic monitoring (AUM), there were 36 patients in the nocturnal DO group [(19 males and 17 females, mean age(9.4±2.1) years, mean body mass index (BMI)(18.90±2.66) kg/m 2], and 24 patients in the non-nocturnal DO group [16 males and 8 females, mean age(9.0±1.9) years, mean BMI(18.85±2.50) kg/m 2].Daytime and nighttime urine volume and average urine electrolyte levels were measured. t-test, Chi-square test or Mann-Whitney U test were used for comparison between groups.Spearman rating coefficient was used to evaluate the correlation between average electrolyte level and maximum detrusor pressure during nighttime bladder storage. Results:There were no statistically significant differences in age, gender ratio, and BMI between the two groups (all P>0.05).The nocturnal urine volume [0.291(0.194, 0.408) L] and the frequency of nocturnal polyuria (33.0%) in the nocturnal DO group were significantly lower than those [0.420 (0.298, 0.673) L and 62.5%](all P<0.05) in the non-nocturnal DO group.The levels of nocturnal urine sodium [(181.13±102.39) mmol/L], calcium [(3.68±2.44) mmol/L], and chloride [(147.89±57.21) mmol/L] in the nocturnal DO group were significantly higher than those [levels of nocturnal urine sodium [(132.15±67.42) mmol/L], calcium [(1.98±2.07) mmol/L], and chloride [(110.95±54.27) mmol/L] in the non-nocturnal DO group (all P<0.05).However, there was no statistically significant difference in the level of nocturnal urine potassium between the two groups ( P>0.05).The levels of diurnal urine sodium, potassium, calcium, and chloride showed no statistically significant differences between the two groups (all P>0.05).The levels of nocturnal urine sodium [(181.13±102.39) mmol/L] and calcium [(3.68±2.44) mmol/L] in the nocturnal DO group were significantly higher than the levels of diurnal urine sodium [(132.48±79.84) mmol/L] and calcium [(1.48±1.20) mmol/L](all P<0.05); however, there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of nocturnal urine potassium and chloride compared to diurnal levels (all P>0.05).In the non-nocturnal DO group, there were no statistically significant differences in the levels of diurnal and nocturnal urine sodium, potassium, calcium, and chloride (all P>0.05).Additionally, the level of nocturnal urine calcium in the nocturnal DO group was positively correlated with the maximum detrusor pressure during the bladder storage period ( r=0.501, P<0.05). Conclusions:The increased nocturnal urine sodium, calcium, and chloride levels in children with PMNE may be one of the important reasons for the occurrence of nocturnal bladder dysfunction.

Objective To investigate the research status and possible development trend of the psychological subject concerning long and distant voyages in the future,through bibliometric analysis of the literatures related to the psychological subject.Methods Information retrieval was made in the two databases,by using CNKI periodical full-text database and Chongqing VIP science and technology periodical database as the statistical sources of documents,and also by using"subject words = long voyage,distant voyage,navigation,sail"and"subject word = psychology"as the advanced search words.Through the access of bibliometric analysis and CiteSpace 5.6.R2 software,analyses were made on the papers published,authors'distributions,hot keywords and evolution concerning long and distant voyage psychology.Results A total of 370 qualified literatures were retrieved,including 881 authors,28 core authors,and 8 published articles with maximal contribution.Collaboration rate of the papers was as high as up to 68.57%.Keyword analysis showed that the research theme,contents and subjects were developed and deepened with the changes and development of navigation missions.Conclusion In future,we could promote more in-depth and comprehensive research on the topic,through the access of technological innovation strengthening of communication,cooperation and perfection of support systems.

The United States attaches importance to teachers' teaching ability development in higher medical colleges and universities. The measures include integrating the promotion of teacher development into the certification standards of colleges and universities, establishing a specialized service organization, updating the training content and form , and evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs . The enlightenment for medical colleges and universities in China is to improve the status of teaching in colleges and universities, strengthen the construction of teaching service organization, scientifically plan the teachers' career development, enrich the teacher training content, and diversify the training model.

This paper compared and analyzed the professional ethics norm of medical teachers in Britain and China, and found that the two were basically the same in aspects of respecting teachers'occupations, attaching importance to teachers' professional development and fairness and justice, and there were differences in aspects of conceptual expression, point of view and specialization. Therefore, to construct professional ethics of medical teachers in China need to clarify hierarchy, highlight the professionalism and reflect the practicality.

Objective To investigate the interference of thyroglobulin antibodies ( TgAb ) on the measurement of thyroglobulin ( Tg) by 2 chemiluminescence immunoassays ( CLIAs) .Methods Data of 199 315 individuals with determined TgAb and Tg , including physical checkup subjects , differentiated thyroid carcinoma ( DTC) patients and patients with other diseases , were retrospectively collected in Peking Union Medical College Hospital from November 2012 to April 2015.The correlation between serum Tg level and serum TgAb concentration was analyzed and the positive rate of TgAb in physical checkup subjects was calculated.Furthermore, 290 serum samples with different TgAb concentration were applied in the recovery test by adding in confirmed serum Tg .The correlation between the recovery of confirmed serum Tg and TgAb concentrations was evaluated using Pearson correlation analysis .Results The serum Tg was all decreased with the elevated TgAb concentration in each group of subjects .The positive rate of TgAb was 10.84%(8 416/77 634) in physical checkup subjects .It was higher in females than in males and was increased with age.Recovery test showed that the average recoveries of confirmed serum Tg in TgAb-negative serum were 107.28%(86.30%-117.60%) and 107.94% (85.60%-124.10%) respectively in Roche and Beckman systems.But in TgAb-positive serum samples , the average recoveries in Roche and Beckman systems were 88.59% (35.85% -141.53%) and 95.77% (36.48% -131.78%) respectively, and 12.63%(24/190) and 13.68%(26/190) samples displayed a recovery less than 80%.The recovery rate of confirmed serum Tg showed a significantly negative correlation with elevated TgAb concentration , with r=-0.239 (P=0.001) in Roche and r=-0.251 (P<0.001) in Beckman.Conclusions TgAb-positive serum, especially with high concentration of TgAb , significantly interfered the measurement of Tg .Thus, serum TgAb should be determined together with serum Tg to explore whether there was an interference .To avoid misdiagnosis and inappropriate therapy , clinician should be informed once serum TgAb displayed positive.

Objective To discuss the imaging diagnostic features of adrenal injury. Methods The imaging features of the 29 patients of adrenal bruise and hernatoma (20 male and 9 females, average age 37) were retrospectively analyzed. The clinical appearances were all flank and hack pain, local sensitive to percus-sion and associated injury appearance. Among the 29 cases, 25 cases(86%) had adrenal injuries on right side, 2 cases(7%) on left side, and 2 cases(7%) on both sides, and no apparent abnormality was found in the relevant endocrine examination after injury. CT (n=29), MRI (n=5) and ultrasonography (n=6) were checked. CT follow-up were taken in 23 eases. MRI (n=1) and ultrasonography (n=l) were followed as well. Results The first-time exam coincidences of CT, MRI and sonography were 28/29 (97%), 5/5 (100%) and 3/6 (50%) respectively. One case of simple right-side adrenal hematoma 3 weeks after injury wasn't clearly diagnosed by CT, which was later diagnosed by MRI. The CT features of adrenal bruise were local or diffuse intumescence and focus high-density hemorrhage shadow. The CT appearances of acute stage adrenal hematoma were round-like high-density shadow without enhancement and the diameters were 1-3 cm. MRI appearances of 5 cases of subacute and chronic phase hematoma were typical high signal of T1WI, T2WI and DWI and toroid low signal around T2WI. Hematorna was not be enhanced when CT or MRI en-hancement scanning, and formed characteristic "nut-like" image feature with toroid high-density or high sig-nal enhanced shadow forming around. Uhrasonography appearances of 3 cases of hematoma were abnormal shadow of the adrenal gland. Conclusions CT is the prior imaging method for adrenal bruise and hemato-ma. MRI has the characteristic appearance for the few cases which are difficult to be identified by CT and ul-trasonography. Characteristic "nut-like" image feature is helpful for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis.

One glaring problem in the contemporary college students is that they lack humanities quality and the same is true to medical students.Nevertheless,one's all-round development requires the perfect combination of science and humanities.And the special mission of medicine and the sustainable development that pushes medicine require that the medical student must have sound humanities quality as well as lofty,flexible and open humanities spirit.So it's imperative to strengthen the humanities education of medical students to help them form positive values and opinions of the world,the society and the life,and to help them form lofty moral quality,healthful psychological quality and valid views of career.In order to enhance the medical students' humanities quality,we need to focus on holding the science-humanities-combination thoughts,emphasizing humanities in the whole education,and improving teaching art.

Harmonious school includes the harmonious development of educational environment,subjects of education and students'quality.Constructing harmonious school should begin with harmonizing human relations,educational system and school environment.
