Morita therapy has been bom for more than 100 years.Inpatient Morita therapy is highly oper-able and easy to master. It can improve many refractory neuroses through four-stage treatment. But more neuroses are treated in outpatient clinics, and Morita therapy cannot be used in hospitalized patients. Therefore, the formula-tion of expert opinions on outpatient operations is particularly important. This paper is based on domestic and for-eign references, and after many discussions by domestic Morita therapy experts, and then drew up the first version of the expert opinions on operation of outpatient Morita therapy.Meanwhile the operation rule of Morita therapy in three stages of outpatient treatment was formulated:in the etiological analysis stage, under the theoretical guidance of Morita therapy, analyze the pathogenic factors,to improve treatment compliance and reduce resistance;during the operating stage, guide patients to engage in constructive and meaningful actions, realizing the achievement of letting nature take its course principle;in the cultivating character and enriching life stage, pay attention to positive infor-mation,expanding the scope and content of actions, improving the ability to adapt to complex life, and preventing recurrence caused by insufficient abilities. It will lay a foundation for the promotion of Morita therapy in domestic outpatient clinics,so that more patients with neurosis and other psychological diseases could receive characteristic Morita therapy treatment in outpatient clinics.

Objective:To construct machine learning models based on CT imaging and clinical parameters for predicting progression-free survival (PFS) of locally advanced cervical cancer (LACC) patients after concurrent chemoradiotherapy (CCRT).Methods:Clinical data of 167 LACC patients treated with CCRT at Shandong Cancer Hospital from September 2015 to October 2021 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were randomly divided into the training and validation cohorts according to the ratio of 7 vs. 3. Clinical features were selected by univariate and multivariate Cox proportional hazards model ( P<0.1). Radiomics models and nomograms were constructed by radiomics features which were selected by least absolute shrinkage and selection operator (LASSO) Cox regression model to predict the 1-, 3- and 5-year PFS. Combined models and nomogram models were developed by selected clinical and radiomics features. The Kaplan Meier-curve, receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve, C-index and calibration curve were used to evaluate the model performance. Results:A total of 1 409 radiomics features were extracted based on the region of interest (ROI) in CT images. CT radiomics models showed better performance for predicting 1-, 3-and 5-year PFS than the clinical model in the training and validation cohorts. The combined model displayed the optimal performance in predicting 1-, 3-and 5-year PFS in the training cohort [area under the curve (AUC): 0.760, 0.648, 0.661, C-index: 0.740, 0.667, 0.709] and verification cohort (AUC: 0.763, 0.677, 0.648, C-index: 0.748, 0.668, 0.678).Conclusions:Combined model constructed based on CT radiomics and clinical features yield better prediction performance than that based on radiomics or clinical features alone. As an objective image analysis approach, it possesses high prediction efficiency for PFS of LACC patients after CCRT, which can provide reference for clinical decision-making.

Objective:To establish a candidate reference procedure for the enumeration of cell particles in urine and applied to the multi-center performance evaluation of an automated urine formed elements analyzer. Methods:According to the standardized mannual microscopic examination of fresh non-centrifuged urine samples and the recommended reference method for enumeration of cell particles in urine published by ISLH, we established a candidate reference procedure for the enumeration of cell particles in urine. From four class A tertiary hospitals′ clinical laboratories, three rigorous trained technicians per hospital tested the same specimen respectively using the reference procedure. Each specimen was repeatedly counted 5 times, obtaining the quantitative results of cell particles were obtained in urine. Four hospitals used the established candidate reference measurement procedure and the automated urine formed elements analyzer to detect 40 to 60 urine specimens from September 2020 to January 2021, and evaluate the established reference method, meanwhile evaluate the accuracy and consistency of the each count from automated urinalysis analyzer. Results:Using the candidate reference measurement procedures, the coefficient of variation of results derived from three trained technicians per hospital was less than 6.98% (red blood cells), 6.99% (white blood cells), 13.94% (epithelial cells) and met the quality requirements. The performance evaluation results of automated urine formed elements analyzer showed that the accuracy of red blood cells, white blood cells and epithelial cells met the requirements (bias≤4.98%) and was well consistent with the reference measurement procedure ( R2≥0.989). Conclusions:A candidate reference measurement procedure for the enumeration of urine cell particles was successfully established with satisfactory precision and accuracy. This procedure was applied to multicenter performance evaluation of an automated urine formed elements analyzer with good accuracy and consistency.

Primary lung cancer is the first malignant tumor in our country and in the world with an increasing mortality trend, which seriously endangers the human health. By digging the deep relationship between high-dimensional imaging features and pathophysiological features, radiomics can establish a predictive model to distinguish pathological types, tumor stages, distant metastases and survival, guide individualized diagnosis and treatment strategies, and improve prognosis. PET/CT has higher diagnostic accuracy and specificity by reflecting tumor tissue metabolism. This article reviews the application of PET/CT radiomics in the treatment of non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC).

Objective:To investigate clinical characteristics of acquired palmoplantar keratodermas (PPK) and the effect of metal implants (MIs) on plasma cytokines in patients with PPK.Methods:An observational study was conducted. Patients with acquired PPK were collected from Department of Dermatology, General Hospital of Eastern Theater Command from June 2020 to December 2021, and health checkup examinees during the same period served as controls. The PPK area and severity index was evaluated according to the eczema area and severity index, metal allergens were detected by metal patch test (MPT) , and plasma levels of cytokines, including tumor necrosis factor (TNF) -α, interferon (IFN) -γ, interleukin (IL) -4, IL-13, IL-17A and IL-8, were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Non-normally distributed measurement data were expressed as median (quartile 1, quartile 3) , and analyzed by rank sum test; intergroup comparisons of enumeration data were performed by chi-square test. Results:A total of 81 PPK patients were collected, including 42 males and 39 females, and their average age was 48 years (range, 21 - 65 years) . In vivo MIs were found in 37 (45.7%) patients, including dental implants in 34, orthopedic implants in 2, and cardiac implants in 1. During the same period, 36 healthy subjects were included in the control group, and there was no significant difference in the age and gender composition between the two groups ( P > 0.05) . No significant difference was observed in the PPK area and severity index between the MI group (37 cases, 0.40 [0.27, 0.75] points) and non-MI group (44 cases, 0.38 [0.19, 0.70] points; Z = 1.21, P = 0.225) . Forty-six patients in the PPK patient group and 30 in the control group were subjected to MPT, and the positive rate of MPT was significantly higher in the patient group (14/46) than in the control group (2/30, χ2 = 6.17, P = 0.013) , and was significantly higher in the patients with in vivo MIs (10/25) than in the patients without (4/21, adjusted P < 0.017) . Plasma cytokines were detected in 36 cases in the patient group and 36 in the control group. The plasma levels of TNF-α and IFN-γ were significantly lower in the patient group (66.2 [58.7, 69.3] pg/ml, 645.0 [571.5, 681.1] pg/ml, respectively) than in the control group (71.5 [64.5, 73.9] pg/ml, 716.5 [620.4, 785.0] pg/ml, respectively; both P < 0.05) , but there was no significant difference in the levels of plasma IL-4, IL-13, IL-17A and IL-8 between the two groups (all P > 0.05) . Conclusions:Positive MPT reaction is more common in acquired PPK patients, especially in patients with in vivo MIs. There may be a correlation between metal and acquired PPK, and changes in plasma TNF-α and IFN-γ levels may be related to the onset of some acquired PPK.

Postzygotic mutations are acquired in normal tissues throughout an individual's lifetime and hold clues for identifying mutagenic factors. Here,we investigated postzygotic mutation spectra of healthy individuals using optimized ultra-deep exome sequencing of the time-series samples from the same volunteer as well as the samples from different individuals. In blood, sperm, and muscle cells,we resolved three common types of mutational signatures.Signatures A and B represent clock-like mutational processes, and the polymorphisms of epigenetic regulation genes influence the pro-portion of signature B in mutation profiles.Notably, signature C,characterized by C>T transitions at GpCpN sites, tends to be a feature of diverse normal tissues.Mutations of this type are likely to occur early during embryonic development, supported by their relatively high allelic frequencies, presence in multiple tissues, and decrease in occurrence with age.Almost none of the public datasets for tumors feature this signature, except for 19.6%of samples of clear cell renal cell carcinoma with increased activation of the hypoxia-inducible factor 1(HIF-1)signaling pathway. Moreover, the accumulation of signature C in the mutation profile was accelerated in a human embryonic stem cell line with drug-induced activation of HIF-1α.Thus,embryonic hypoxia may explain this novel signature across multiple normal tissues. Our study suggests that hypoxic condition in an early stage of embryonic development is a crucial factor inducing C>T transitions at GpCpN sites;and indi-viduals'genetic background may also influence their postzygotic mutation profiles.
