Oncoplastic breast surgery includes oncoplastic breast-conserving surgery, breast reconstruction surgery after mastectomy, and chest wall reconstrcution after resection of locally advanced breast cancer. The application of autologous flaps in breast reconstruction surgery has been widely acknowledged, but little was known about their applications in the other two procedures. This paper reviewed the application progress of the relevant flaps in terms of clinical anatomy, application, complication, aesthetic outcome, and oncological safety, to provide evidence for clinicians’ decisions.
