Objective:To explore the latent classes of recurrence risk perception in ischemic stroke patients and their relationship with health behaviors.Methods:Convenience sampling was used to select 312 patients with ischemic stroke from two ClassⅢ Grade A hospitals of Guangzhou from December 2022 to June 2023 as the research subject. Before discharge, the General Information Questionnaire, Recurrence Risk Perception Scale for Patients with Stroke, and Health Behavior Scale for Stroke Patients were used for investigation. One month later, the Health Behavior Scale for Stroke Patients was used for follow-up. Latent class analysis and multiple Logistic regression analysis were used to explore the latent classes of recurrence risk perception and their influencing factors, while multiple linear regression was used to analyze the relationship between latent classes of recurrence risk perception and health behavior at 1-month follow-up.Results:A total of 312 questionnaires were distributed, and 302 valid questionnaires were collected, with an effective response rate of 96.79%. One month later, 261 study subjects completed follow-up. The recurrence risk perception in ischemic stroke patients were divided into four classes of overall low perceived accuracy, light consequence-heavy disease-moderate perceived accuracy, heavy self-care-light diet-upper moderate perceived accuracy, and overall high perceived accuracy. Age, educational level, place of residence and monthly average income were influencing factors for different latent classes ( P<0.05). Compared with patients with overall low perceived accuracy, patients with heavy self-care-light diet-upper moderate perceived accuracy, as well as those with overall high perceived accuracy, showed better health behavior after discharge, with a statistically significant difference ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:Medical and nursing staff should provide targeted nursing interventions based on the common characteristics and individual differences of different classes of patients, helping patients correctly perceive the recurrence risk, improve health behavior, and prevent stroke recurrence.

Objective:To investigate the contraceptive status and influencing factors of women at reproductive age of chronic kidney disease (CKD), so as to provide evidence for improving reproductive health of women with CKD.Methods:A total of 256 female patients of reproductive age of CKD from November 2017 to February 2019 at National Clinical Research Center of Kidney Diseases, Jinling Hospital were selected to investigate the contraceptive status. And the investigation results were analyzed.Results:A total of 256 patients were investigated, and 246 valid question-naires were collected. Eighty-nine (36.18%) patients did not use contraceptive methods, 131 (53.25%) patients used one contraceptive method, and 26 (10.57%) patients used two or more contraceptive methods. The proportion of contraceptive users in order were condoms 51.59%, intrauterine devices 45.86%, oral drugs 7.01%, safe period 7.01%, external ejaculation 5.10%, and contraceptive injection 0.64%. Univariate analysis showed that age, marital status, one-child status, birth status, partner's attitude towards contraception, whether to accept contraceptive guidance, whether to have edema, and the number of children they intended to have were all related to the use of contraceptive measures, with statistically significant differences ( P<0.05). Multivariate regression analysis showed that those who were married, had 2 or more children, received contraceptive guidance, and had a positive attitude towards contraception were more likely to take contraceptive measures ( P<0.05). Conclusion:Child-bearing age women with CKD have a lower rate of contracep-tive use, especially long-duration contraception, and a higher risk of unintended pregnancy. Nurses should strengthen the propaganda and education of contraceptive knowledge of CKD patients, and take targeted intervention measures to improve the utilization rate of contraceptive tools.

Objective To investigate the continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis ( CAPD) and daytime ambulatory perito-neal dialysis ( DAPD) on sleep quality. Methods This is a multi-center cross-sectional survey, we used the Pittsburgh Sleep Index Scale ( PSQI) ,the unified investigating time, the organized trained peritoneal dialysis nurses qualified to conduct research full-time. Survey content includes general information, sleep index, laboratory tests, dialysis adequacy and other indicators, and the results were pooled analysis. Results A total of eight hospitals of 325 patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis were included in this study,which CAPD patients and DAPD Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale scores were 6.88 ±2.43,6.71 ±2.69, the difference was not statisti-cally significant (P>0.01).DAPD patients had a lower sleep efficiency than CAPD patients, but it had no difference between subjec-tive feeling, CAPD patients were more likely to have more nocturnal cough, snoring and other symptoms and lower quality of life in mental status scores than DAPD patients(P<0.01). Conclusion Sleep quality of peritoneal dialysis patients scored lower than the norm.Dialysis modes have an impact on sleep quality of patients, health care workers should fully assess the physical and mental state of the patients in order to select the appropriate mode of dialysis.

Objective Peritoneal dialysis can be done at home , however , its clinical follow-up quality is lower compared with hemodialysis due to the lack of detailed follow-up system and professional management team for post-discharge nursing care .The article aimed to explore the effect of a nurse-led integrated specialized disease management model in the follow-up of peritoneal dialysis patients . Methods Nurse-led integrated specialized disease management model was provided for 270 patients with peritoneal dialysis (PD) from January 2012 to May 2013.Self-designed questionnaire on diasease knowledge and self-care assement questionnaire were used for patients to evaluate their self-care ability and understanding of disease knowledge .Regular follow-up continued . Results The patients′understanding of disease knowledge was on the rise at 1st day before discharge, 1st month and 3rd months after discharge. After the application of nurse-led integrated specialized disease management model , the patients′regular clinical follow-up rate was in-creased from 78.3% to 88.6%.The patients′self-care ability improved gradually at 1st day before discharge , 1st month and 3rd months after discharge , which was of significant differences . Conclusion The nurse-led nurse-led integrated specialized disease management model can improve peritoneal dialysis patients′self-care ability and reduce their medical expense , which is of clinical sig-nificance .

OBJECTIVE To study the situation of medical devices cleaning in Xiaoshan by monitoring.METHODS Totally 1217 antiseptic medical devices were examined on the scene by the test paper for occult blood in 8 district hospitals,9 private hospitals and 38 township hospitals.RESULTS The unqualified rate of medical devices decreased from 27.55% in 2006 to 10.89% in 2007,and it was lower in district hospitals and higher in township hospitals.The cleaning quality in operating room was better than that in gynecology and obstetrics′ department.The probe ranked the first in unqualified rate among all the cleaned devices.Cleaning efficacy by machine plus enzyme was better than by manual mode.CONCLUSIONS The cleaning quality of medical devices in hospitals of Xiaoshan District especially in township hospitals need to be improved despite the great improvement in 2007 than in 2006.It is important to improve the cleaning effects of medical devices,eliminate the impact factors as well as strengthen the inspection for cleaning effect.
