Objective To systematically evaluate the risk prediction models for acute kidney injury in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) based on machine learning, providing a reference for clinical selection of appropriate risk assessment tools. Methods Clinical studies using machine learning methods for predicting the risk of acute kidney injury in ACS patients were retrieved from PubMed, Cochrane Library, Embase, Web of Science core database, CNKI, Wanfang Database, CBM, and VIP. The retrieval time was from the establishment of the database to May 24, 2025. The quality of the models were evaluated using the prediction model risk of bias assessment tool. Results Nine articles were included, and a total of 58 prediction models were constructed using 20 machine learning methods. The area under the receiver operating characteristic curve ranged from 0.733 to 0.894. The most commonly used predictors were age and creatinine. The overall bias risk of the included studies was relatively high, but the applicability was good. Conclusion Machine learning models can identify the risk of acute kidney injury in ACS patients. All models have good predictive potential, but they are still in the development stage. It is recommended that future studies adopt prospective design with external validation to improve the stability and predictive accuracy of the models.

Aim To explore the mechanism by which dioscin regulates IL-17+γδT cells in the treatment of arthritis. Methods A collagen-induced arthritis(CIA)model was established in DBA/1 mice using bovine type Ⅱ collagen. The mice were randomly divid-ed into the CIA model group, methotrexate(MTX)positive control group, and dioscin low-dose(Dioscin-L),medium-dose(Dioscin-M),and high-dose(Dios-cin-H)groups.After intervention, the therapeutic effects were evaluated using scoring methods.Joint pathological damage was analyzed by hematoxylin and eosin(HE)staining. The levels of anti-collagen-spe-cific antibodies and the pro-inflammatory cytokine IL-17 were measured by ELISA.The expressions of γδT cells and their subtypes,as well as the secretion level of IL-17,were detected by flow cytometry. Results Dioscin significantly reduced the arthritis severity score in collagen-induced arthritis(CIA)mice, alleviated joint pathological damage, inhibited the production of IL-17 by splenic lymphocytes and the levels of anti-col-lagen-specific antibodies total IgG and IgG3,and de-creased the proportion of γδT cells in the lymph nodes, splenic γδT cells, and the Vδ4+T-cell subset. The level of IL-17 produced by the Vδ4 subtype in the lymph nodes of the intervention groups was lower than that in the model group, but the difference was not sta-tistically significant. Conclusion Dioscin has signifi-cant therapeutic effect on CIA,and its mechanism may be through the inhibition of γδT cells, but it is unlikely to be related to IL-17 derived from γδT cells.

Objective:To analyze the current policy design of outpatient benefit policies for patients with hypertension and diabetes(H&D)in urban and rural residents in China, and to provide references for optimizing the outpatient benefit mechanism for patients with H&D.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted to collect data on the basic features of General Outpatient Benefit(GOB),Outpatient Medication Guarantee Mechanisms for Hypertension and Diabetes(OMGM-H&D)and Outpatient Benefit for Patient with Chronic and Special Diseases(OB-C&S),focusing on deductibles, policy reimbursement ratios, and maximum payment limits.Descriptive statistical analysis was performed on the data. Results:A total of 334 regions were surveyed,of which 253 regions(75.34%)had implemented all three policies.Regional analysis revealed significant differences(P<0.001)in reimbursement ratios for GOB and the OMGM-H&D between the eastern, central, and western regions, with the western region having notably higher ratios than the eastern and central regions. However,no significant difference (P>0.05) was observed in the reimbursement ratios for OB-C&S across regions. Regarding deductibles,no significant regional difference (P>0.05) was found for GOB,but significant differences (P<0.05) existed for the OMGM-H&D and OB-C&S. Additionally, the annual maximum payment limits for all three policies showed significant regional variations (P<0.001). Conclusions:The outpatient benefits policy for patients with H&D have achieved full coverage nationwide among urban and rural residents in China, but regional equity in benefit levels requires improvement. It is recommended to strengthen data feedback mechanisms and promote provincial-level pooling of medical insurance.
