ObjectiveTo evaluate the application effect of morphology driven preparation technique in indirect restoration of posterior teeth. Methods84 patients with dental defects were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group randomly， with 42 patients in each group （a total of 84 teeth）. Traditional preparation and morphology driven preparation techniques were used to complete dental preparation and adhesive glass ceramic restorations， respectively. The satisfaction， masticatory function， World Dental Federation （FDI） Scores for edge fracture and fixation，edge adaptability index，periodontal bleeding index （BI） and plaque index （PLI） of the two groups of patients were evaluated and various indicator data were recorded and statistically analyzed at 3 and 6 months after restoration completion. ResultsThere was no statistically significant difference in satisfaction between the two groups after 3 and 6 months of repair； Both groups of data showed a significant improvement in masticatory function. There was no statistical difference after 3 and 6 months of repair. However， a statistically significant difference in masticatory function was noted after 6 months of repair compared with before and after 3 months of repair. As the repair time increased， the masticatory effect improved significantly. There was no statistically significant difference in the edge fracture and fixation index between the two groups at 3 months after repair， but there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups at 6 months with the experimental group outperforming the control group（P<0.05）. The edge adaptability， BI， and PLI index were statistically significant between the two groups after 3 and 6 months of repair and the experimental group had a significant advantage （P<0.05）. ConclusionBoth types of tooth preparation techniques can improve patient masticatory function and reach high satisfaction after repair. However， morphology driven preparation technique has significant advantages in edge adaptability， edge fracture and fixation index scores and improve periodontal conditions. This technique is an effective method for improving dental preparation in adhesive indirect restoration of posterior teeth.

Aiming at the current situation of insufficient integration of medical humanities teaching and clinical practice,as well as the need for further research and improvement in the teaching system,guided by the concept of medicine and humanistic literacy integration advocated by the new medical science,this paper deeply discussed the construction of clinical medical humanities teaching system from four aspects,including the selection of clinical medical humanities teachers and team building;the teaching path that combines theoretical education,narrative medicine,and clinical skill training infused with medical humanities content;curriculum ideological and political construction with the goal of establishing the core concept and value orientation of"patient-centered";the teaching assessment and evaluation method characterized by formative evaluation.The clinical medical humanities teaching system emphasizes the practicality,experiential,and emotional aspects of medical humanities teaching,deeply integrating medical humanities with clinical practice teaching content throughout the clinical internship period of medical education,with a view to enhancing the humanistic practice ability and literacy of medical students.

Objective Based on a novel type of cell death induced by disulfide stress,known as disulfidptosis,this study explores the role of long non-coding RNA(LncRNA)in gastric cancer and establishes a prognosis model re-lated to disulfidptosis,providing a new method for assessing the prognosis of gastric cancer treatment.Methods Transcriptomic data from gastric cancer and normal tissue samples were obtained from the public database TCGA,and disulfidptosis-related LncRNAs were selected through Pearson analysis and LASSO-Cox regression analysis.A relevant prognostic model for gastric cancer was constructed based on the above LncRNAs and validated by function-al enrichment analysis,tumour microenvironment and immune cell infiltration analysis,drug sensitivity analysis and quantitative reverse transcription PCR(RT-qPCR).Results In this study,400 disulfide death-associated LncR-NAs were identified and five of them were screened to construct a prognostic model for assessing the prognosis of gastric cancer patients.The models showed in validation that the survival of the high-risk score group was shorter than that of the low-risk score group(P＜0.05).In addition,the predictive ability of the prognostic model(AUC=0.725)was better than that based only on basic characteristics such as age and gender.The expression levels of disulfide death-associated LncRNAs differed between normal and gastric cancer tissues(P＜0.001).Conclusion The disulfidptosis-related LncRNA prognosis model developed in this study can effectively assess the prognosis of gastric cancer patients and the tumor microenvironment,providing potential targets and a theoretical basis for new immunotherapeutic strategies for gastric cancer.

Objective The present study is to investigate the distribution of endogenous sulfur dioxide (SO2) in severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) rats.Methods Thirty-two SPF male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomized (random number) into sham operation group,SAP rat 3 h group (SAP 3 h),SAP rat 6 hgroup (SAP6h),SAP rat 12 hgroup (SAP 12 h),n=8 in each group.The SAPmodel rats were induced by retrograde cholangiopancreatic infusion of 5％ sodium taurocholate.Rats were sacrified 3 h,6 h or 12 h after treatment.,then we collected pancrease,liver,lung,kidney and serum.The SO2 concentration in each tissue or serum was detected by enzyme-linked immune sorbentassay.Results The concentration of SO2 in tissues of pancreas (1.72 ± 0.14) μmol/g,liver (1.62 ± 0.11) μmol/g,lung (1.65 ± 0.11) μ.mol/g,kidney (1.12 ± 0.06) μmol/g or serum (16.80 ± 1.27) μmol/g in SAP 3 h rats was not significant compared with the sham operation group (P ＞ 0.05 in each group).The SO2 content in the pancreas (1.89 ± 0.17) μmol/g,liver (1.92 ± 0.16) μmol/g,lung (1.91 ± 0.15) μmol/g,kidney (1.30 ± 0.10) μmol /g and serum (14.93 ± 1.00) μmol /g of SAP 6 h was significantly increased compared with sham operation group (P ＜ 0.05 each group).The content SO2 in the pancreas (2.31 ± 0.23) μmol /g,liver (2.22 ± 0.15) μmol /g,lung (2.17 ± 0.07)μmol /g,kidney (1.55 ± 0.15) μmol /gand serum (18.88 ± 1.56) μmol /g of SAP rats reached the peak 12Hafter treatment and was significantly higher compared with the sham operation group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions The increase of SO2 concentration in SAP might be,at least in our present opinion,involved into the pathogenesis of SAP rats.

Guided by the spirit of the 4th Plenum of the 16th Party Central Committee, the authors have done some exploratory reflection on promoting Party building in a large general hospital under the new circumstances. It is pointed out that Party building in the hospital should focus on the "three integrations , the "three roles", the "one guarantee", and the "three submissions"; that it is imperative to update ideas, keep abreast of the times in Party building, and manage the Party as well as development, service, and supervision; that the Party Committee should strive for the "six musts", and bolster the executive ability of the Party in the hospital; that it is necessary to stick to and advance the principle of cadre and talent management by the Party, innovate the mechanism for the use of cadres and talents, create a sound environment for starting new undertakings, and build a quality contingent of cadres and talents; that it is essential to construct a people-oriented hospital culture, strengthen ideological work, and enhance the managerial level of the hospital.
