As human deep space exploration enters a practical phase, ensuring astronaut health and safety has become a critical determinant of mission success. The cerebrovascular system, essential for maintaining brain function, is highly sensitive to environmental changes. Cerebrovascular diseases represent one of the characteristic adverse effects of deep space conditions such as microgravity and high-energy radiation, and have emerged as a frontier challenge in space medicine. Based on experiences from manned space missions, major research challenges persist, particularly the lack of experimental data specific to the lunar environment and the unclear threshold for low-dose radiation-induced injury. Elucidating the mechanisms and multifactorial interactions by which deep space environments impact cerebrovascular structure and function, and summarizing the key risk factors, pathological processes, and recent advances in monitoring and early-warning technologies for cerebrovascular diseases in lunar astronauts, and of crucial importance. A comprehensive understanding of the interplay between deep space environmental stressors and cerebrovascular injury, as well as the development of personalized prevention and intervention strategies, will provide both theoretical and practical foundations for safeguarding cerebrovascular health in future Chinese deep space missions, while promoting progress in related biomedical research, technological innovation, and international collaboration.

Objective:In order to truly realize the deep integration of ideological and political education and professional edu-cation in the course of Animal Immunology and effectively improve the comprehensive quality of students.Methods:The experiment adopts the teaching method of integrating the online and offline hybrid teaching of Animal Immunology into the ideology and politics of the course,studies the course design concept,teaching objectives,teaching design and teaching implementation,and will conduct an evaluation of the teaching effect from the examination results and ideological and political effect.Results:The results show that the teaching model has stimulated students'interest in learning and improved their overall ability.Conclusion:It shows that the teaching effect of this method is good and the basic task of moral education is realized.

Objective: To investigate the correlation between cord blood IgE level and allergic diseases (atopic dermatitis, food allergy, wheezing and allergic rhinitis) in 36 months old children and explore the susceptibility factors of allergy. Methods: A cohort study was designed and Cord blood was collected during delivery of 779 women with full term, and the IgE level of the sample was detected by chemiluminescence immunoassay in Department of Laboratory Medicine, International Peace Maternity and Child Health Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine between October 1, 2012 and May 31, 2014. 638 children were followed up at the age of 36 months. The incidence of atopic dermatitis, food allergy, wheezing and allergic rhinitis were investigated by questionnaire, and the relationship between cord blood IgE level and allergic diseases in children was analyzed by multiple logistic regression. Results: A total of 638 pregnant women and children were included in this study. The age of pregnant women was (29.7±3.3) years, and the IgE level in cord blood ranged from 0.1 to 8.43 IU/mL.In caesarean women, higher cord blood IgE was associated with increased risk of allergic dermatitis, wheezing and allergic rhinitis in children, OR=1.87, P<0.01; OR=1.86, P=0.01; OR=1.28, P=0.01; OR=1.98, P=0.01. Conclusion During cesarean section, the elevated IgE level of umbilical cord blood is correlated with the incidence of allergic diseases in children.

Objective To investigate the efficacy and feasibility of ultrasound-guided percutaneous catheter drainage for cervical abscess.Methods The clinical data of 18 patients with cervical abscess treated by percutaneous puncture and catheterization under ultrasound guidance were analyzed retrospectively.Results All of the 18 patients were successfully treated on one round.None of the 18 patients was nerve injury,main vessels injury or dead during the operation.Conclusions Ultrasound-guided percutaneous catheter drainage of neck abscess is safe and effective,and has high clinical application value.

Objective To compare the anesthetic effect of sufentanil combined with propofol and remifentanil combined with propofol in hysteroscopic surgery, and to provide a scientific basis for the selection of clinical anesthesia methods. Methods From November 2016 to March 2017, 94 patients in Lishui central hospital underwent hysteroscopic surgery were divided into the observation group and the control group according the anesthesia way, 47 cases in each group. The control group were given remifentanil(1 μg/kg) combined with propofol(2 mg/kg) by intravenous injection, the observation group were given sufentanil(0.2 μg/kg) combined with propofol(2 mg/kg). The mean arterial pressure(MAP), respiration (RR), pulse oxygen saturation (SpO2), heart rate (HR), the onset time of anesthesia, the postoperative recovery time, the recovery time of orientation and Ramsay sedation score in the two groups were recorded and compared before anesthesia, 2 min after anesthesia, 10 min after operation, 10min after operation finished. Results Compared with before anesthesia, MAP, RR, SpO2, HR index decreased significantly after anesthesia, the differences have statistical significance (P<0.05), the control group compared to the index value, the observation group and the control group of convergence and the decline of difference, group showed no statistically significant difference the observation group was more stable; comparison between the 10min group and MAP HR index after surgery, there was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). The onset time of anesthesia, postoperative recovery time, orientation recovery time, Ramsay score difference between the groups was not statistically significant sedation score difference was statistically significant between group VAS, observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Sufentanil combined with propofol anesthesia were used in hysteroscopic surgery, which can better maintain the vital signs of patients, effectively reduce postoperative pain.

Objective To investigate the nursing points of pancreatic leakage after upper abdominal multiple organ transplantation. Methods A retrospective study was conducted on the nursing experience of two patients with end-stage liver disease and type 2 diabetes mellitus who were complicated with pancreatic leakage after upper abdominal multiple organ transplantation from March 2009 to July 2015. Results The blood glucose of these patients returned to normal level within 1 week after operation and insulin was discontinued. Pancreatic leakage was occurred in the two patients at 14 and 21 days after operation, respectively. They were both successfully discharged after active treatments and nursing cares including completely drainage, the application of drugs that inhibited the secretion of pancreatic enzymes and digestive tract glands, strengthening infection control, nutritional support and other conservative treatments. Conclusions It is the key to improve the recovery of pancreatic leakage after upper abdominal multiple organ transplantation with careful observation of abdominal signs and abdominal drainage tube, accurate use of somatostatin, nutritional support, maintenance of water and electrolyte balance, and psychological intervention.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Sha-petechia releasing therapy based on She medicine in treating occipital neuralgia, for proving its effectiveness and advantage. Method Eighty patients were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 40 cases in each group. The treatment group was intervened by Sha-petechia releasing therapy based on She medicine, while the control group was by Western medications, 10 d as a treatment course, totally for 2 courses. The clinical efficacy and change of Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score after intervention were observed. Result The total effective rate was 92.5% in the treatment group versus 82.5% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Sha-petechia releasing therapy based on She medicine is an effective approach in treating occipital neuralgia.

Objective To investigate the mechanism of anti-epileptic effect of the curcumin .Methods The SD rats were injected intraperitoneally with pentylenetetrazol kindling 25 .0 mg/kg to induce a rat epilepsy model .All of the treatments were performed once a day continuously for 28 days .The rats in blank group and model group received 5 ml of normal saline .The rats in the high and low curcumin group were given 200 mg/kg and 100 mg/kg of curcumin once a day ,respectively .The rats in the sodium valproate (VPA) group were given 400 mg/kg of VPA once a day by gavage .After treatment ,the seizures level was recorded by using the Racine′s six point grading scale ,and the expression of IL-2 and IL-6 of hippocampus were detected by the enzyme linked immunoassay (ELISA) .Results The seizures level was reduced by curcumin in epileptic rats .The ex-pressions of IL-2 and IL-6 of the model group were significantly higher than those of the blank group (P<0 .05) ,while those rats of the anti-epileptic groups ,including high dose group and low dose group ,were lower than those rats of the model group (P<0 .05) .When compared with the curcumin low dose group ,the expression of IL-2 and IL-6 of curcumin high dose group is lower (P< 0 .05) .There was no significant difference between the high dose curcumin group and VPA group (P>0 .05) . Conclusion The curcumin can reduce the seizure level in rats ,it shows some anti-epileptic effets and dose-dependently ,which may be through down-regulating the expression of IL-2 and IL-6 in hippocampus .

Objective To investigate the current status of job satisfaction,stressful events and self-efficacy among nurses in cancer hospital,and explore correlation among job satisfaction,stressful events and self-efficacy.Methods Totally 260 nurses from Zhejiang Cancer Hospital were inquired by Minnesota satisfaction questionnaire,inventory of stressful events,and general self-efficacy scale.Descriptive analysis and Pearson correlation analysis were adopted to analyze the data.Results A total of 260 questionnaires were given out,while 246 valid questionnaires returned,and the effective rate was 94.6％.The total average scores of job satisfaction,stressful events and self-efficacy were (3.41 ± 0.45),(117.72 ± 18.92) and (2.50 ± 0.44).There was a significant negative correlation between overall satisfaction and stressful event (r =-0.458,P＜0.001).However,satisfaction were positively correlated with self-efficacy (r =0.257,P =0.020).Conclusions Job satisfaction among nurses of cancer hospital is higher than data of previous studies,but the overall self-efficacy is still low,and most of them is in the middle-high stressful events.Managers can improve nurses' job satisfaction by reducing occupational stress and increasing self-efficacy.That might reduce dimission rate,and maintain the stability of care team.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of She medicine in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation (LIDH) in acute pain stage, and to explore its action mechanism.Method Sixty patients with LIDH in acute pain stage were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 30 in each group. The treatment group was intervened by She medicine, while the control group was by oral administration of Loxoprofen tablets. Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) was observed before and after intervention, and the clinical efficacies were compared.Result The excellence rate was 83.3% in the treatment group versus 60.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The VAS score changed significantly after intervention in both groups (P<0.01). After intervention, there was a significant difference in comparing the VAS score between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion She medicine is an effective approach in treating LIDH in acute pain stage, and it can significantly reduce pain.
