Objective The present study aims to explore the mediating role of rumination and coping styles in social support and post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD)in young and middle-aged spinal cord injury(SCI)patients. The study will provide a basis for developing targeted interventions. Methods Two hundred and forty young and middle-aged SCI patients hospitalized for treatment were selected by convenience sampling and questionnaires were administered using the General Information Questionnaire, the Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS),the Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ),the Event Related Rumination Inventory(ERRI),and the Post-traumatic Stress Disorder Self-assessment Scale(PCL-C),Mediation analysis using Model-6 with Process4.1 plugin in SPSS 25.0.Results The mean scores for PTSD,social support, rumination, positive coping, and negative coping in young and middle-aged SCI patients were 29.00(26.00,35.75),67.00(62.00,70.00),and 37.00(34.00,4 1.00),and 36.00(33.00,42.00),respectively.PTSD demonstrated a negative correlation(r=-0.553,r=-0.484,P<0.001)and a negative correlation with positive coping and rumination(r=0.499,r=0.472,P<0.001).The mediation modelling test demonstrated that rumination and positive and negative coping mediated significantly between social support and PTSD,with effect values of-0.078 1,-0.097 0 and-0.049 6,accounting for 17.81%,22.12%and 11.31%of the total effect, respectively.Furthermore, the chain mediation effects of rumination and positive coping and negative coping were also significant, with effect values of-0.026 3 and-0.026 2,accounting for 5.99%and 5.97%of the total effect, respectively. Conclusions The present study hypothesises that rumination, thinking and coping styles play a simple and chain-mediating role between social sup-port and PTSD in young and middle-aged SCI patients.Medical professionals should focus on the mediating role of rumination and coping styles when developing interventions related to improving and preventing PTSD in patients, which can be done by increasing the level of social support for patients, decreasing the level of rumination, and guiding patients to positively cope with their illness.

Objective:To systematically evaluate the lived experience of nursing students participating in course ideological and political education, so as to provide reference for the construction of nursing course ideological and political education. Methods:The qualitative research on the experience of nursing students participating in course ideological and political education was electronically searched on PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, EBSCO, Cochrane Library, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, WanFang Data, VIP, and China Biology Medicine disc. The search period was from database establishment to October 17, 2023. The quality of the literature was evaluated using the quality evaluation criteria for qualitative research of the Australia Joanna Briggs Institute Evidence-Based Health Care Center, and the results were summarized and integrated using the aggregative integration method. Results:A total of 10 articles were included, and 55 research results were extracted, further categorized into nine new categories and three integrated results, namely, positive learning experience, negative learning experience, and student expectations and suggestions. Conclusions:The course ideological and political education has achieved the unity of knowledge transmission and value guidance, but further improvement is still needed in the teaching design and assessment evaluation.

Objective:To explore the psychological experience and coping behavior of patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease towards kinesiophobia, so as to provide reference for improving their exercise rehabilitation effect. Methods:Using the purposive sampling method, a total of 16 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease admitted to Department of Cardiology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Chinese Medicine from January to October 2023 were selected as the research objects and semi-structured interviews were conducted. Colaizzi's seven-step analytical method was used to analyze the data and refine the themes. Results:A total of three themes and ten sub-themes were extracted, including the experience of kinesiophobia (pain experience triggering kinesiophobia, negative emotions exacerbating kinesiophobia experience, lack of exercise health literacy exacerbating kinesiophobia experience), coping with kinesiophobia (psychological adjustment, establishing exercise habits, actively avoiding exercise, passive vicious cycle) and multi-level cardiac rehabilitation support needs (professional support needs, family support needs, social support needs) .Conclusions:Kinesiophobia after the onset of angina pectoris in patients with coronary heart disease is an important obstacle to cardiac rehabilitation and there are multiple levels of cardiac rehabilitation support needs. Medical staff should pay attention to the psychological experience of kinesiophobia in patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease, meet the multidimensional needs of patients to alleviate kinesiophobia, promote active coping and reduce the risk of disease recurrence.

Objective:To know whether the implementation of "Five Love" values education in the teaching of nursing introduction can improve students′ learning effect and professional identity. Methods:A quasi experimental study was conducted. The convenient cluster sampling method was used to select 118 freshmen from the Chinese foreign cooperation undergraduate class of the Nursing School of Henan University of Chinese Medicine as the ideological and political group from March to July 2022, and implement the teaching integrated with the "Five Love" values ideological and political program. From March to July 2021, 120 freshmen from the Chinese foreign cooperation undergraduate class were set as the control group, and the routine teaching were implemented. The test scores and college students′professional identity were compared between the two groups. Results:The total score of the process assessment in the ideological and political group was (92.78 ± 6.54) points, higher than that of the control group (85.64 ± 10.21) points, the difference was statistically significant ( t=-3.09, P<0.05). The scores of ideological and political group students in Professional Identity Questionnaire before education were (2.60 ± 0.72) points and after education were (3.50 ± 0.24) points, and the difference was statistically significant ( t=-4.80, P<0.05). Three themes can be extracted from the group focus interview and reflection homework: "promoting the formation of students 'Five Loves' values, increasing the sense of learning benefits and enhancing the relationship between teachers and students". Conclusions:Carrying out "Five Loves" value education in the teaching of nursing introduction course can improve the teaching effect and students' professional identity, increase students' sense of learning benefit, and enhance the relationship between teachers and students.
