Objective To investigate the differences in ultrasound performance between encapsulated papillary carcinoma(EPC)and intraductal papilloma(IDP)to facilitate differential diagnosis.Methods A total of 242 patients admitted to Quanzhou First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from January 2018 to May 2024 were selected and divided into EPC group(n=32)and IDP group(n=210),and differences in ultrasound performances between two groups were analyzed.Results The age of EPC patients included in the comparison was significantly higher than that of IDP,and the positive rate of EPC on clinical examination was also higher than that of IDP(P＜0.05).In ultrasound images,the diameter,boundary and flow performance of both were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion EPC patients and IDP patients are different in age and clinical palpation,it has a certain reference significance to identify both by combining their diameter,boundary and blood flow manifestations of the two ultrasound manifestations.
