Objective:To analyze the symptoms, diagnosis and treatment of upper urinary tract calculi patients combined with mild and moderate benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)after ureteral stent implantation. Methods:One hundred and six BPH pa-tients who were hospitalized for upper urinary tract calculi and had ureteral stents retained from January 2019 to December 2022 were selected and divided into 2 weeks group and 4 weeks group according to the time of removal of ureteral stents after surgery.Their gener-al clinical data were analyzed and compared.International Prostatic Symptom Scale(IPSS),postoperative ureteral Stent Symptom Questionnaire(USSQ),and incidence of adverse events after ureteral stent removal were recorded before and after removal. Results:The scores of IPSS were significantly increased in all patients, and symptoms in urinary tract had improved significantly after discharge(P<0.05).Compared with the 2 weeks group, the USSQ score of the 4 weeks group was significantly increased(P<0.05).And no significant adverse event was observed in the 2 weeks group after the removal of ureteral sten. Conclusion:IPSS score and USSQ score increased significantly during stent implantation in BPH patients with lithiasis. And complications increased sig-nificantly over time.Following thorough clinical assessment, early ureteral stent removal demonstrates both safety and efficacy,repre-senting an optimal therapeutic approach in selected cases.

The traditional detection methods for monitoring the biomass, protein, chlorophyll content and other key indicators in the growth of chlorella have some problems, including complicated operation, slow detection speed and difficult large-scale application. In this study,a fast and efficient monitoring method for the key indicators in the growth of chlorella was established using near infrared spectroscopy and chemometrics.Near-infrared spectroscopy was used to collect near-infrared spectra of chlorella algal fluid at different growth stages, and standard methods were used to detect the biomass, protein and chlorophyll contents of corresponding samples.A quantitative analysis model was established based on partial least squares regression(PLSR).To improve the prediction ability of the model, multiplicative scatter correction(MSC)was used to reduce the interference of scattering on the raw spectrum(RS),standard normal variate(SNV)was used to normalize the original spectral data to eliminate differences between samples, continuous wavelet transform(CWT)was used to obtain the key features of spectral data, the first derivative(1st)was used to enhance the differentiation of the original spectral features, and monte carlo-uninformative variable elimination(MC-UVE)and randomization test(RT)were used to screen the valid variables in the wavelength.By evaluating the prediction ability of different models, the quantitative analysis models of chlorella biomass, protein and chlorophyll content were finally determined. The results showed that the model based on 1st combined with RT spectra had better predictive ability for chlorella nutrient content detection, and the root mean square errors of prediction(RMSEP)and coefficients of determination(R2)were 0.041 and 0.933 for biomass,0.012 and 0.973 for protein, and 0.517 and 0.962 for chlorophyll, respectively. This model showed practical application value, and could realize the rapid and accurate detection of chlorella biomass, protein and chlorophyll content at the same time.

Objective To construct a prediction model for postoperative healthcare-associated infection(HAI)in elderly patients with hip fracture, analyze the economic burden, provide a reference and basis for the development of clinical prevention and control programs. Methods 627 elderly patients who underwent hip fracture surgery in a hospital from January 1,2017 to May 31,2023 were selected as the study subjects.Patients were randomly divided into a modeling group and a validation group at a 7:3 ratio.A logistic regression prediction model was constructed based on data from the modeling group, the discriminant and consistency of the model were evaluated by receiver ope-rating characteristic(ROC)curve and Hosmer-Lemeshow test, and the direct economic burden of postoperative HAI in patients was analyzed with 1∶1 propensity score matching(PSM).Results The incidence of postoperative HAI in elderly patients with hip fracture surgery was 12.1%,with pulmonary infection being the most common(52.6%).Logistic regression analysis showed that male, old age, perioperative disturbance of consciousness, gradeⅣ of American Society of Anesthesiologists(ASA)classification, low albumin level, and intensive care unit(ICU)admission were all independent risk factors for postoperative HAI in patients(all P<0.05).There was good model discrimination and consistency between the training and validation groups in predicting the risk of postoperative HAI.The direct economic burden of postoperative HAI in patients was 7 927.4 Yuan,of which the burden of wes-tern medicine was the largest(3 139.7 Yuan).HAI prolonged patients hospitalization time by 3.6 days. Conclusion Postoperative HAI increases the economic burden of patients, the nomogram model constructed in this study can effectively predict the risk of postoperative HAI in patients, which can provide a basis for the early identification,as well as the implementation of targeted preventive and diagnostic measures for high-risk patients in the clinic.

This study aimed to explore the anti-inflammatory material basis and molecular mechanism of Artemisia stolonifera based on the analysis of the chemical components in different extracted fractions of A. stolonifera and their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects in combination with network pharmacology and molecular docking. Thirty-two chemical components were identified from A. stolonifera by ultra-performance liquid chromatography coupled to tandem quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS). Among them, there were 7, 21 and 22 compounds in water, n-butanol and ethyl acetate fractions, respectively. The antio-xidant capacity of different extracted fractions was evaluated by measuring their scavenging ability against 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl radical 2,2-diphenyl-1-(2,4,6-trinitrophenyl) hydrazyl(DPPH) and 2,2'-azinobis-(3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sulphonic acid)(ABTS) free radicals and total antioxidant capacity [ferric reducing antioxidant power(FRAP) assay]. The inflammatory model of RAW264.7 cells was induced by lipopolysaccharide(LPS), and the levels of nitrite oxide(NO), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), interleukin-6(IL-6) in the supernatant and the mRNA expression of related inflammatory factors in cells were used to evaluate the anti-inflammatory effects. The results revealed that ethyl acetate fraction of A. stolonifera was the optimal antioxidant and anti-inflammatory fraction. By network pharmacology, it was found that flavonoids such as rhamnazin, eupatilin, jaceosidin, luteolin and nepetin could act on key targets such as TNF, serine/threonine protein kinase 1(AKT1), tumor protein p53(TP53), caspase-3(CASP3) and epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR), and regulate the phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase-protein kinase B(PI3K-AKT) and mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK) signaling pathways to exert the anti-inflammatory effects. Molecular docking further indicated excellent binding properties between the above core components and core targets. This study preliminarily clarified the anti-inflammatory material basis and mechanism of ethyl acetate fraction of A. stolonifera, providing a basis for the follow-up clinical application of A. stolonifera and drug development.
