Objective:To analysis the influenced factors of readmission in hospital among patients with mood disorder,construct predictive models and compare the predictive performance of the models.Methods:The electron-ic medical record data of patients with mood disorder admitted to Beijing Anding Hospital from January 2010 to De-cember 2018 were retrospectively collected.Utilizing stepwise logistic regression to analyze the related factors of re-admission in patients with mood disorder.Logistic regression,support vector machine,random forest,extreme gradi-ent boosting(XGBoost)algorithms and convolutional neural networks(CNN)were used to construct a readmission prediction model and compare the predictive performances of the different models by using the accuracy,precision,recall,et.al.Results:A total of 6 234 patients with mood disorder were enrolled,24.9％(n=1 549)patients were readmitted after discharge.The stepwise logistic regression results revealed that readmissions were more likely to occur in patients with mood disorder who were female,had comorbidities,had a treatment outcome of cure,were treated with MECT and were on second-generation antipsychotics(OR=1.26,1.68,1.26,1.35,1.18).The CNN model demonstrated the highest accuracy,precision,and F1 scores,all at 0.87,with a recall of 0.86.The random forest achieved a recall of 0.86 and an AUC of 0.95.Conclusion:Readmission of patients with mood disorder is influenced by a multitude of factors.The convolutional neural networks and random forest models outperform other models in prediction.

To explore an effective health management model for obese students,a comprehensive intervention was carried out for obese students with cardiovascular and metabolic risks,and the effectiveness of this intervention model was evaluated.From Jan to Apr 2024(excluding the winter vacation),300 students were selected from 6 primary schools in Qibao Community,Minhang District,Shanghai,to participate in the study(28 students dropped out during the study period).The study subjects were divided into two intervention groups(pilot intervention group:equipped with a health vice principal;general intervention group:not equipped with a health vice principal)and a control group.The intervention group received comprehensive intervention measures such as science popularization,diet,exercise and psychology,while the control group received daily health management.The post-intervention results showed that the intervention group had significant improvements in healthy diet,scientific exercise and positive psychology,with significant differences compared to the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,the intervention group had a reduced detection rate of obesity(BMI≥P95),and a decreased detection rate of abnormal metabolic indicators such as blood pressure,fasting blood glucose and triglyceride,especially significant differences in fasting blood glucose and triglyceride compared with the control group(P<0.001).In addition,the pilot intervention group under the operation of health vice principal showed better effects in changing healthy behaviors and improving some metabolic indicators compared with the general intervention group.The implementation of this project provided a scientific basis for the promotion of a comprehensive intervention model for student health under the oprtation of health vice principle.

Objective:To investigate the clinical features and prognostic factors of primary tonsil lymphoma(PTL).Methods:The clinical data of 41 patients diagnosed with PTL and treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from January 2015 to December 2022 were collected and retrospectively analyzed.Their clinical features and prognostic factors were analyzed.Results:All the 41 patients were newly diagnosed with PTL,and the median age of onset was 58(19-85)years.Among them,19 patients started with pharyngeal pain,12 patients presented with dysphagia,8 patients presented with pharyngeal mass,and 2 patients presented with blurred articulation.The most common pathological type was diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(24 cases,58.54％).All patients received chemotherapy,and 3 patients were combined with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.Among 41 patients,11(26.83％)achieved complete response,14(34.15％)achieved partial response,and the total response rate was 60.98％(25/41).The median follow-up time was 37(6-107)months,the 5-year overall survival(OS)rate was 70.81％and 5-year progression-free survival(PFS)rate was 66.20％.Univariate analysis showed that B symptoms,Ki-67,β2-MG and IPI score had significant effects on PFS and OS of patients(all P＜0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that IPI score was an independent risk factor for PFS and OS of patients(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The clinical manifestations of PTL lack specificity,and the prognosis is relatively good.Most patients can achieve long-term survival after treatment.IPI score is related to the prognosis.

Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics of patients with multiple myeloma(MM)complicated by bone lesions and the risk factors associated with bone lesions.Methods:The clinical data of 294 newly diagnosed MM patients in Gansu Provincial Hospital from January 2017 to June 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into the bone lesion group(154 cases)and the non-bone lesions group(140 cases)based on the presence of absence of bone lesions at diagnosis.The general data and laboratory parameters were compared between the two groups.The risk factors for bone lesions in MM patients were analyzed by logistic regression analysis,and the characteristic(ROC)curves were plotted to assess the predictive value of each risk factor for the occurrence of bone lesions in MM patients.Results:Compared to the non-bone lesion group,the bone lesion group had significantly higher serum calcium levels and significantly greater proportions of patients with Durie-Salmon(DS)stage Ⅲ,and bone pain(all P＜0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that elevated serum calcium(OR=5.135,95％CI:1.931-13.653,P=0.001),DS stage Ⅲ(OR=1.841,95％CI:1.019-3.328,P=0.043),and bone pain(OR=8.208,95％CI:4.761-14.151,P＜0.001)were independent risk factors for bone lesions in MM patients.ROC curve analysis showed that serum calcium(AUC=0.619,95％CI:0.555-0.683,P＜0.001)and bone pain(AUC=0.743,95％CI:0.692-0.793,P＜0.001)had predictive value for bone lesions in MM patients.Conclusion:MM patients have a high incidence of bone lesions,and active monitoring and management of risk factors may improve treatment outcomes and prognosis.

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of preoperative intestinal symptoms in patients with bowel endometriosis and to compare the effects of shaving versus segmental bowel resection on postoperative intestinal function.Methods A total of 105 patients diagnosed with bowel endometriosis and treated by the same surgical team at the Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital,Fudan University between Aug 1,2013 and Dec 30,2017 were prospectively enrolled in this study.Clinical data were collected via outpatient visits and telephone follow-ups at four time points:preoperative(T0)and postoperative(T1:Nov 2018;T2:Nov 2020;T3:Apr 2024).The primary outcome was bowel symptoms and gastrointestinal function scores;secondary outcome was pain scores.A generalized estimating equation(GEE)model was used to analyze the interaction effect of surgical approach and follow-up time on outcomes.Results Ultimately,a total of 89 patients were included(15.24%loss to follow-up),among whom 79 patients(88.76%)underwent shaving excision.Preoperatively,46 patients(51.68%)presented with bowel symptoms,primarily anus bulge(21 cases,46.65%)and diarrhea(15 cases,32.61%)during menstruation.Postoperatively,there was a significant increase in constipation rates(T1:71.43%;T2:50.00%;T3:72.00%).Both surgical groups exhibited significant improvements in dysmenorrhea,gastrointestinal discomfort scores as well as gastrointestinal quality of life index(P<0.000 5).However,the segmental resection group had significantly higher scores for low anterior resection syndrome,constipation compared with the shaving excision group(P=0.02 and P=0.05).Conclusion Approximately half of the patients with bowel endometriosis exhibit typical bowel symptoms preoperatively,such as anus bulge and diarrhea.Both shaving excision and segmental resection effectively alleviate pain;however,shaving excision demonstrates an advantage regarding preservation of bowel function,whereas segmental resection may elevate risks associated with postoperative constipation or altered defecation patterns due to structural changes.The selection of surgical approach should carefully balance lesion removal and functional preservation,moreover,be sure that potential risks are thoroughly informed to patients prior to surgery.

In this study,a sensitive lateral flow immunoassay(LFIA)platform based on carbon dots-mesoporous silica nanocomposite(CD-MSNs)fluorescent probes was constructed for high-performance detection of inflammatory marker interleukin-6(IL-6).Green fluorescent carbon dots(CDs)were prepared by hydrothermal method with 3,9-perylenic acid and 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane(APTES)as raw materials,and highly fluorescent CD-MSNs composites were then constructed by encapsulating the prepared CDs in mesoporous silica nanoparticles(MSNs).Fluorescent probes were prepared by covalent coupling of CD-MSNs with IL-6 antibody.Fluorescent immunochromatographic test strips were constructed by spraying IL-6 capture antibody and goat anti-mouse IgG on nitrocellulose membrane as detection line(T-line)and quality control line(C-line),respectively.The fluorescence immunoassay analyzer was used to quantitatively detect the fluorescence intensity of T-line,and the experimental results showed that the LFIA platform based on this probe had a good linear relationship in IL-6 concentration range of 102-106 pg/mL,and the detection limit was 64 pg/mL,which was two orders of magnitude more sensitive than that of the traditional colloidal gold test strips.This method effectively solved the issue of insufficient sensitivity of traditional LFIA technique,and provided a rapid and highly sensitive detection method for early diagnosis of inflammatory diseases.

Aim To investigate the effect of Rtv(a P-gp inhibitor and inducer)on the pharmacokinetics of Y101(P-gp substrate)via P-gp.Methods In short-term studies,rats received a single dose of Rtv,where-as in long-term studies they received continuous dosing for seven days.Following this treatment,Y101 was o-rally administered to analyze its blood concentration in rats.Subsequently,the mechanism by which Rtv af-fected Y101 pharmacokinetics was investigated through the everted gut sac model(in vitro),cellular uptake studies,and so on.Results Short-term administra-tion of Rtv significantly increased Y101's AUC,liver-to-plasma partition coefficient,the everted gut sac model(in vitro),and cellular accumulation.Although long-term Rtv treatment had no effect on Y101 pharma-cokinetics or hepatic distribution,it markedly reduced Y101 cellular accumulation in Caco-2 cells,concomi-tant with an upregulation of P-gp expression.Conclu-sions Short-term Rtv administration acts as a compet-itive P-gp inhibitor,enhancing Y101 intestinal absorp-tion and hepatic distribution.In contrast,the plasma pharmacokinetics and hepatic distribution of Y101 are not altered after long-term administration of Rtv,po-tentially attributable to Rtv's dual modulatory effects on P-gp involving both induction and inhibition.Hence,the potential Rtv and Y101 interaction should be close-ly monitored in the clinic.

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Wenshen Chushi Decoction combined with low intensity pulsed ultra-sound(LIPUS)on erectile dysfunction(ED)caused by renal deficiency and phlegm-dampness syndrome.Methods:One hundred and twenty ED patients were included from the Department of Andrology in the First Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The patients in control group were treated with Wenshen Chushi Decoction.While the patients in observation group were trea-ted with Wenshen Chushi Decoction combined with LIPUS for 8 consecutive weeks.After the treatment,the efficacy was evaluated using the International Index of Erectile Function-5(IIEF-5)score,Penile Flow Index(PFI),Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Score,Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)score,and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score.Safety was also observed.And the ef-ficacy was followed up 4 weeks after the end of treatment.Results:Fifty-seven cases were enrolled into control group finally with 55 cases in the treatment group.After the treatment,all the patients in both of groups showed an improvement in IIEF-5 scores(P＜0.01).Compared with the control group(19.09±2.22),the IIEF-5 score in observation group(20.42±2.39)increased signifi-cantly(P＜0.01).After the treatment,the scores of PFI,TCM syndrome and SDS in both groups decreased(P＜0.01,P＜0.05,P＜0.01).Compared with the control group([3.77±1.21],[9.91±1.71]and[39.88±2.63]points),the observation group([2.92±1.08],[4.78±1.45],and[34.51±2.09]points)showed a more significant decrease(P＜0.01).There was no significant difference in total effective rate between the two groups(P＞0.05).During follow-up,the IIEF-5 scores of both groups of patients were higher than those before(P＜0.05,P＜0.01),and the observation group score was higher than that in the control group([17.15±3.37]vs[13.63±1.96],P＜0.01).No adverse reaction and abnormality of indicators occurred in both of two groups.Conclusion:Wenshen Chushi Decoction has a significant therapeutic effect on ED caused by renal deficiency and phlegm-dampness syndrome.It can not only improve the quality of erection,but also improve the physical and mental symptoms associated with ED,which makes therapeutic effect lasting longer.
