With the aging of the global population， osteoporosis （OP） is becoming a major public health concern worldwide. Currently， the commonly used anti-osteoporosis drugs in clinical practice have limited application due to many side effects. Therefore， developing more effective and safer strategies for the prevention and treatment of OP has become a research focus in this field. In recent years， the clinical efficacy and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） in treating OP have been gradually recognized. With the deepening pharmacological research on TCM for OP prevention and treatment， it is found that the active ingredients of Scutellaria baicalensis can promote bone formation or inhibit bone resorption by regulating signaling pathways， including Wnt/β-catenin， osteoprotegerin （OB）/receptor activator of nuclear factor-κB ligand （RANKL）/RANK （OPG/RANKL/RANK）， and bone morphogenetic protein 2 （BMP-2）/Smad， mitogen-activated protein kinase （MAPK）， and mammalian target of rapamycin （mTOR）. However， existing research on active ingredients of S. baicalensis for OP treatment is scattered， making it difficult for scholars to gain a systematic understanding of its research and application. This review summarized the literature on the active ingredients of S. baicalensis in OP treatment worldwide， clarified their mechanisms of action， and explored some issues， providing references for the integration of TCM in OP prevention and treatment.

Objective To explore the relationship and internal path between activities of daily living(ADL),sleep quality and mental health of community elderly people in Shanghai.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among community residents aged 60 years and older seeing doctors in community health care center of five streets in Shanghai during Sept to Dec,2021 using convenience sampling.Activities of Daily Living(ADL),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and 10-item Kessler Psychological Distress Scale(K10)were adopted in the survey.Single factor analysis,correlation analysis and multiple linear regression were used to analyze the data.The effect relationship between the variables was tested using Bootstrap's mediated effects test.Results A total of 1 864 participants were included in the study.The average score was 15.53±4.47 for ADL,5.60±3.71 for PSQI and 15.50±6.28 for K10.The rate of ADL impairment,poor sleep quality,poor and very poor mental health of the elderly were 23.6%,27.3%,11.9%and 4.9%,respectively.ADL and sleep quality were all positively correlated with mental health(r=0.321,P＜0.001;r=0.466,P＜0.001);ADL was positively correlated with sleep quality(r=0.294,P＜0.001).Multiple linear results of factors influencing mental health showed that ADL(β= 0.457,95%CI:0.341-0.573),sleep quality(β =0.667,95%CI:0.598-0.737)and mental health were positively correlated(P＜0.001).Sleep quality partially mediated the relationship between ADL and mental health(95%CI:0.078-0.124)with an effect size of 33.0%.Conclusion Sleep quality is a mediator between ADL and mental health among community elderly people.Improving ADL and sleep quality may improve mental health in the population.

Objective To study the pharmacokinetics and bioequivalence of two formulations of rasagiline mesylate tablets in healthy subjects under fasting and fed conditions.Methods The two-period,two-sequence,crossover study design was adopted in the fasting study.Thirty-six subjects were enrolled and given either test preparation or reference preparation 1 mg respectively in two periods.After collecting plasma samples,the plasma concentration of rasagiline was determined by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)and the bioequivalence was evaluated using the average bioequivalence(ABE)method.The four-period,two-sequence,fully replicate crossover study design was adopted in the fed study.Forty-eight subjects were enrolled and given the test preparation or the reference preparation at a dose of 1 mg twice respectively in four periods.According to the degree of intra-individual variation of Cmax,AUC0-t and AUC0-∞,the equivalence was evaluated using the reference-scaled average bioequivalence and ABE method,respectively.Results In the fasting study,the pharmacokinetic parameters of rasagiline of the test and reference preparation were as follow:Cmax were(9.70±3.14)and(9.62±3.85)ng·mL-1,AUC0-t were(6.03±1.47)and(6.02±1.95)ng·h·mL-1,AUC0-∞ were(6.13±1.51)and(6.12±1.97)ng·h·mL-1.The 90％confidence interval(CI)of the geometric mean ratio(GMR)were 94.11％-118.06％,99.22％-107.74％and 99.16％-107.44％for Cmax,AUC0-t and AUC0-∞,respectively,which were within the acceptance criteria of 80.00％-125.00％.In the fed study,the pharmacokinetic parameters of rasagiline of the test and reference preparation were as follow:Cmax were(3.00±1.92)and(3.52±1.77)ng·mL-1,AUC0_t were(5.02±1.20)and(5.06±1.20)ng·h·mL-1,AUC0-∞ were(5.11±1.23)and(5.14±1.22)ng·h·mL-1.The 90％CI of GMR were 96.99％-101.19％and 97.17％-101.41％for AUC0-t and AUC0-∞,which were within the acceptance criteria of 80.00％-125.00％.The 95％upper confidence bound of Cmax for were less than"0",and the point estimate of GMR were within the acceptance criteria of 80.00％-125.00％.The incidence of adverse events in fasting and fed studies was 22.86％and 22.92％,respectively,and all adverse events were moderate to mild.Conclusion The two rasagiline mesylate tablets were bioequivalent,and both the formulations were well tolerated.

Objective:To investigate the changes of hippocampal gray matter volume and expression of candidate immune related genes in a rat model of schizophrenia established by repeated administration of dizocilpine(MK-801).Methods:Thirty SPF grade Sprague-Dawley male rats at postnatal day 28 were randomly divided into MK-801 medium-dose (0.25 mg/kg) group, MK-801 high-dose(0.50 mg/kg) group and normal saline (5 mL/kg) group according to random number table method, with 10 in each group.Rats were given continuous intraperitoneal administration according to grouping once a day for 14 days.Open field test, novel object recognition test and Y-maze test were used at postnatal day 60 to detect spontaneous activity, exploration ability, anxiety level, object recognition memory ability and spatial working memory of rats, respectively.At postnatal day 67, structural magnetic resonance imaging was used to detect the changes of hippocampal gray matter volume in rat.And at postnatal day 70, qRT-PCR was used to detect the expression of candidate immune-related genes in rat hippocampus.SPSS 25.0 was used for statistical analysis, one-way ANOVA was used for comparison among multiple groups, and Tukey test was used for further pairwise comparisons.Results:(1)The behavioral results showed that there were significant differences in the total movement distance, central area activity time, novel object recognition index, and spontaneous correct alternation rate among the three groups ( F=11.15, 10.11, 13.62, 11.99, all P<0.05). The total movement distances in MK-801 medium-dose group and MK-801 high-dose group ((21.44±2.17) m, (22.87±1.96)m) were higher than that in the normal saline group ((18.70±1.88) m) (both P<0.05). The activity time of the central area in the MK-801 medium-dose group and MK-801 high-dose group((3.24±1.58) s, (2.50±1.32) s) were lower than that of the normal saline group ((6.05±2.48)s) (both P<0.01). Novel object recognition indexes in the MK-801 medium-dose group and MK-801 high-dose group((56.10±3.99)%, (54.00±6.41)%) were both lower than that in the normal saline group ((65.90±5.65)%)(both P<0.01), and the rates of spontaneous correct alternation ((54.60±7.03)%, (51.60±8.84)%) in the two groups were lower than that of the normal saline group ((68.40±8.57)%) (both P<0.01). (2) The results of structural magnetic resonance imaging showed that there were significant differences in the volume of hippocampal gray matter among the three groups ( F=9.24, P<0.001). The volumes of hippocampal gray matter in MK-801 medium-dose group and MK-801 high-dose group were lower than that in normal saline group(both P<0.001). (3)By constructing protein-protein interaction network, four candidate immune related genes were screened out: neuropeptide Y (NPY), somatostatin (SST), cholecystokinin (CCK) and tachykinin 1 (TAC1). The results showed that the mRNA expression levels of NPY, SST and CCK in the hippocampus of the three groups were significantly different ( F=11.41, 10.43, 5.85, all P<0.05), but there was no statistical difference in the TAC1 mRNA expression level ( F=0.08, P>0.05). The mRNA levels of NPY, SST and CCK in the hippocampus of rats in the MK-801 high-dose group were lower than those in the normal saline group (all P<0.05). Conclusion:Both medium dose and high dose MK-801 administration can reduce the volume of hippocampal gray matter in schizophrenia model rats, but they have different effects on the expression of hippocampal immune related genes, of which high dose administration has a greater effect.

The surveillance of occupational disease has entered a new stage ofdevelopment, with the implementation of the national health informatization project. To improve the efficiency and quality of occupational disease monitoring information reporting in this paper, the system architecture and related management regulations, as long as the major changes and achievement of "surveillance system of occupational disease and health hazards information" under the framework of National Health Insurance Informatization Project were elaborated. The deficiencies existing in the system were analyzed, and expectation for the construction of the occupational disease surveillance system was addressed.

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)in the treatment of severe scro-tal infectious diseases and to summarize the practical experience obtained during its implementation.Methods:Clinical data from 9 patients with severe scrotal infectious diseases were compiled.All patients underwent debridement assisted by a VSD device in addition to conventional treatment measures.Results:Following debridement with VSD device,combined with systemic anti-infection treat-ment and nutritional support,all patients exhibited favorable therapeutic outcomes,with no fatalities.The average duration of debride-ment was 81±27 minutes.One patient necessitated secondary debridement and skin grafting,while another was transferred to the ICU due to septic shock.Conclusions:The application of VSD device can streamline the treatment process for severe scrotal infectious diseases,alleviate patient discomfort,and promote patient recovery.

Objective: To investigate the incidence and trend of short-term outcomes among preterm infants born <34 weeks' gestation. Methods: A secondary analysis of data from the standardized database established by a multicenter cluster-randomized controlled study "reduction of infection in neonatal intensive care units (NICU) using the evidence-based practice for improving quality (REIN-EPIQ) study". This study was conducted in 25 tertiary NICU. A total of 27 192 infants with gestational age <34 weeks at birth and admitted to NICU within the first 7 days of life from May 2015 to April 2018 were enrolled. Infants with severe congenital malformation were excluded. Descriptive analyses were used to describe the mortality and major morbidities of preterm infants by gestational age groups and different admission year groups. Cochran-Armitage test and Jonckheere-Terpstra test were used to analyze the trend of incidences of mortality and morbidities in 3 study-years. Multiple Logistic regression model was constructed to analyze the differences of outcomes in 3 study-years adjusting for confounders. Results: A total of 27 192 preterm infants were enrolled with gestational age of (31.3±2.0) weeks at birth and weight of (1 617±415) g at birth. Overall, 9.5% (2 594/27 192) of infants were discharged against medical advice, and the overall mortality rate was 10.7% (2 907/27 192). Mortality for infants who received complete care was 4.7% (1 147/24 598), and mortality or any major morbidity was 26.2% (6 452/24 598). The incidences of moderate to severe bronchopulmonary dysplasia, sepsis, severe intraventricular hemorrhage or periventricular leukomalacia, proven necrotizing enterocolitis, and severe retinopathy of prematurity were 16.0% (4 342/27 192), 11.9% (3 225/27 192), 6.8% (1 641/24 206), 3.6% (939/25 762) and 1.5% (214/13 868), respectively. There was a decreasing of the overall mortality (P<0.001) during the 3 years. Also, the incidences for sepsis and severe retinopathy of prematurity both decreased (both P<0.001). However, there were no significant differences in the major morbidity in preterm infants who received complete care during the 3-year study period (P=0.230). After adjusting for confounders, infants admitted during the third study year showed significantly lower risk of overall mortality (adjust OR=0.62, 95%CI 0.55-0.69, P<0.001), mortality or major morbidity, moderate to severe bronchopulmonary dysplasia, sepsis and severe retinopathy of prematurity, compared to those admitted in the first study year (all P<0.05). Conclusions: From 2015 to 2018, the mortality and major morbidities among preterm infants in Chinese NICU decreased, but there is still space for further efforts. Further targeted quality improvement is needed to improve the overall outcome of preterm infants.

Objective:To observe the effect of Yinhuotang （YHT） on the depression-like behavior of mice with bilateral ovariectomy （OVX） induced by chronic stress and explore its action mechanism based on estradiol （E₂）-estrogen receptor β （ERβ） pathway. Method:The experiment was divided into two parts. In the first part， mice were randomly divided into the sham operation （Sham） group， model （OVX） group， positive drug （E₂， 0.13 mg·kg^-1） group， and YHT （23.4 g·kg^-1） group. The OVX model was reproduced by OVX combined with chronic unpredictable mild stress （CUMS）. On the 8th day after OVX， the mice in each group were exposed to CUMS and treated with drugs. The changes in immobility time， horizontal movement score， and vertical movement score of mice in each group were observed in forced swimming test （FST）， tail suspension test （TST） and open-field test （OFT）， respectively. Serum and brain E₂ levels were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）， the aromatizing enzyme （Cyp19） mRNA expression by real-time fluorescence polymerase chain reaction （Real-time PCR）， the expression of ERα and ERβ in dentate gyrus of hippocampus by immunohistochemistry （IHC）， and the total ERα and ERβ levels in the brain by Western blotting. In the second part， the mice were divided into the Sham group， OVX group， YHT group， and blocker （Y+B， 23.4 g·kg^-1+100 μg·kg^-1） group. Mice in the Y+B group were first treated with intragastric administration of YHT and then with intraperitoneal injection of ERβ blocker （PHTPP） on the next day. The changes in immobility time， horizontal motor score， and vertical motor score were observed in the three behavioral tests. Result:Compared with the Sham group， the OVX group displayed significantly increased immobility time， decreased horizontal and vertical movement scores （P<0.01）， down-regulated serum and brain E₂ levels （P<0.01） and Cyp19 mRNA expression in the brain （P<0.01）， and up-regulated total ERβ in dentate gyrus and brain （P<0.01）. However， there was no significant change in total ERα expression in the dentate gyrus or brain. As revealed by comparison with the OVX group， the immobility time of the E₂ group was decreased significantly， while the horizontal and vertical movement scores were increased significantly （P<0.01）. The E₂ levels in the serum was significantly elevated （P<0.01）. The Cyp19 mRNA expression in the brain and the total ERα expression in the dentate gyrus and brain were not significantly changed， while the expression levels of total ERβ in dentate gyrus and brain were significantly increased （P<0.01）. In the YHT group， the immobility time declined significantly， and the horizontal and vertical movement scores rose significantly （P<0.01）. The serum E₂ did not increase， whereas the brain E₂ increased significantly （P<0.01）. The expression of Cyp19 gene in the brain was significantly increased （P<0.05，P<0.01）. There was no significant change in the total ERα of dentate gyrus and brain， but the expression levels of total ERβ in dentate gyrus and brain were significantly increased （P<0.05，P<0.01）. PHTPP reversed the effects of YHT on OVX mice in FST， TST and OFT. Conclusion:YHT promotes the synthesis and release of endogenous estrogen in brain and improves the depression-like behavior of OVX mice induced by chronic stress， which is possibly related to the activation of E₂/ERβ pathway.

【Objective】 To explore the association of HLAII(-DRB1, -DQB1, -DPB1) alleles and haplotypes polymorphisms with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) in northern Han population. 【Methods】 A total of 308 AML (non-M3) patients (patient group) and 824 unrelated healthy bone marrow donors (control group) were genotyped at a high-resolution level using polymerase chain reaction-sequence-based typing (PCR-SBT), next-generation sequencing (NGS) with Ion Torrent S5 platform and sequence specific oligonueleotide probes (SSO) with LABScan^® 3D platform. Frequencies of HLA II alleles and haplotypes were calculated with Arlequin 3.5.2.2 software. The odds ratio (OR) of AML was also calculated for case-control study. 【Results】 By χ² test and correction, an increased frequency of HLA-DRB1^*07∶01(14.61% vs 9.53%, P<0.01), HLA-DQB1^*02∶02(12.82% vs 8.31%, P<0.01), HLA-DQB1^*06∶02(11.53% vs 8.74%, P<0.05) and HLA-DPB1^*17∶01(5.84% vs 3.16%, P<0.01) among AML patients was discovered in significant comparison with the control group. After Bonferroni correction, the frequency of HLA-DRB1^*07∶01(Pc<0.05), HLA-DQB1^*02: 02(Pc<0.05) and HLA-DPB1^*17∶01(Pc<0.05) in AML patients were still higher than those in the control group, which had a strong positive correlation with AML (OR=1.62 (95% CI=1.23~2.14), 1.62(95% CI=1.21~2.18) and 1.91(95% CI=1.23~2.94), respectively. The frequency of two loci haplotype HLA-DRB1^*07∶01-DQB1^*02∶02 in AML patients was still higher than that of the control group after Bonferroni correction (12.66% vs 8.19%, Pc<0.05). The frequency of the 3 loci haplotype HLA-DRB1^*07∶01-DQB1^*02∶02-DPB1^*17∶01, as a susceptible haplotype of AML, was higher than that of the control group and was strongly correlated with AML. 【Conclusion】 The data on the association of HLA II (-DRB1, -DQB1, -DPB1) alleles and haplotype polymorphisms with AML in northern Han populations was obtained in this study. HLA-DRB1^*07∶01, HLA-DQB1^*02∶02, HLA-DPB1^*17∶01 and the HLA-DRB1^*07∶01-DQB1^*02∶02-DPB1^*17∶01 haplotype are the risk genes and susceptible extended haplotype for AML. The risk prediction based on HLA haplotype might be more accurate than that based on single allele.
