Objective:To evaluate the effect of lifestyle interventions based on mobile health technolo-gy on gestational weight gain among overweight or obese pregnant women,to explore the influencing fac-tors of the intervention effect,and to provide scientific evidence for weight management during pregnan-cy.Methods:The randomized controlled trial(RCT)design was used.From April 2024 to August 2024,200 singleton overweight or obese pregnant women aged 18-40 years in early pregnancy were re-cruited and stratified block-randomized according to body mass index(BMI)categories,age,and parity.The control group received routine prenatal care,while the intervention group received lifestyle interven-tions based on mobile health technology,which included biweekly face-to-face or telephone sessions;weekly recording of dietary behavior goals with personalized feedback on WeChat public account;6 000 steps per day and 150 minutes of brisk walking per week;and weekly weight recording with personalized feedback.Based on the intention-to-treat principle,generalized linear mixed models were used to analyze the effects on weight gain and weight gain rate up to 24-28 gestational weeks,gestational diabetes melli-tus(GDM),and dietary and physical activity behaviors.Additionally,subgroup analysis and interaction analysis were conducted to explore whether intervention effects on weight gain varied by different maternal characteristics.Results:The mean age of the women in the intervention and control groups was(30.49±3.99)years and(29.83±3.95)years,respectively,with gestational weeks at enrollment being(11.35±1.61)weeks and(11.26±1.52)weeks.No statistically significant differences were observed in the baseline characteristics between the two groups(P＞0.05).In the study,10 and 12 participants were lost to the follow-up in the intervention and control groups,respectively,with 178 women comple-ting the midterm follow-up.At the midterm follow-up(24-28 weeks),the weight gain in the interven-tion and control groups was(5.00±3.72)kg and(6.57±4.28)kg,respectively.After adjusting for age,parity,gravidity,region,pre-pregnancy BMI categories,and socioeconomic status,the between-group difference was-1.63 kg(95％CI:-2.80 to-0.46;P=0.007).The adjusted between-group difference in weight gain rate was-0.07 kg/week(95％CI:-0.11 to-0.02;P=0.005).Com-pared with the control group,the intervention group had lower fasting blood glucose at the oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT)by 0.19 mmol/L(95％CI:0.04 to0.33;P=0.013).No significant difference was observed in GDM incidence between the two groups.Among different subgroups based on characteris-tics,such as age,region,socioeconomic status,and parity,there was no statistically significant dif-ference in the effect on weight gain.Conclusion:The lifestyle interventions based on mobile health tech-nology effectively controlled weight gain up to 24-28 gestational weeks among overweight or obese women and improved fasting blood glucose level.This has significant public health implications for impro-ving the health of overweight or obese pregnant women in China.

Objective To explore the relationship between community health follow-up management and the mental health of the long-term care insurance residents,and to provide a basis for the construction of an integrated community home care service mode for disabled elders.Methods The residents were selected through cluster sampling who participated in LTCI home care from Jan 1 to Dec 31,2021.After a year of participation,the subjects'mental health was assessed face-to-face by trained community doctors using the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and the Self-Rating Depression Scale.By referring to residents'electronic health records combined with on-site questionnaire survey,community doctors collected the demographic information and health follow-up management provided by primary medical and health institutions.The multivariate logistic regression were conducted to evaluate the association between follow-up care and mental health outcomes.Results The study consisted of 399 LTCI-enrolled individuals,57.64%(n=230)received follow-up care by family physicians.The prevalence of anxiety and depression among participants was 19.80%(n=79)and 67.67%(n=270),respectively.Univariate analysis found that community health follow-up management could underscore the potential impact of follow-up care in mitigating anxiety(χ2=38.926,P<0.001)and depression(χ2=14.598,P<0.001)among LTCI enrollees.Multivariate analysis revealed that follow-up care was an independent protective factor against anxiety(adjusted OR=0.351,95%CI:0.176-0.701,P=0.003).However,follow-up care did not significantly impact depression prevalence.Additionally,LTCI grade and education level were also identified factors influencing the mental health of participants(P<0.05).Conclusion Community health service centers provide health follow-up management that plays a positive role in alleviating the anxiety symptoms of disabled residents under long-term care insurance home care.It is an effective way to improve the quality of LTCI home care services.

Objective:To observe the application effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with task oriented training in hemiplegic patients after cerebral infarction.Methods:106 hemiplegic patients after cerebral infarction admitted to Xinglin Hospital of Xiamen from March 2022 to June 2024 were prospectively selected and randomly divided into control group(received task oriented training,n=53)and observation group(received hyperbaric oxygen combined with task oriented training,n=53).Berg balance scale(BBS),clinical spasticity index(CSI),national institute of health stroke Scale(NIHSS),motor function[fugl-meyer motor function assessment scale(FMA),motor assessment scale(MAS)],walking ability[functional ambulation category(FAC),6-minute walking distance(6MWD)],quality of life and self-care ability[quality of life scale for stroke(SS-QOL),activity of daily living(ADL)]before intervention and 8 weeks after intervention were compared between the two groups.Result:Compared with control group 8 weeks after intervention,the observation group had higher BBS,FMA,MAS,FAC,SS-QOL,ADL scores,and 6MWD,while had lower NIHSS and CSI scores(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Hyperbaric oxygen combined with task oriented training in hemiplegic patients after cerebral infarction,can effectively improve patients' motor function,balance ability,and self-care ability,enhance their quality of life,and reduce neurological damage.

Objective:To construct a risk warning model for severe mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(SMPP)children based on clinical data,laboratory indicators and imaging indicators.Methods:162 Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP)children who were admitted in Foshan Women and Children Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected,64 SMPP children were included in severe group,the remaining 98 children were included in mild group.The general data,laboratory indicators and imaging indicators of the children were collected.The influencing factors for the occurrence of SMPP were analyzed by univariate and multivariate logistic regression models,and a risk warning model for the occurrence of SMPP children was constructed based on multivariate logistic regression model.The predictive value of the risk warning model for the occurrence of SMPP were analyzed by receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve.Results:The proportion of 3 years old ≤ age＜6 years old,course of disease,body temperature,fever course,C-reactive protein(CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),cyanosis of lips,positive triconcave sign,pleural effusion,lesion site was the lower lobe,abnormal electrocardiogram and extrapulmonary manifestations in severe group were significantly higher than those in mild group(P＜0.05),there were no significant differences in gender,white blood cell count(WBC),neutrophil ratio and procalcitonin(PCT)between the two groups(P＞0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis model showed that,3 years old ≤age＜6 years old,high body temperature,long fever course,CRP elevated,ESR elevated,LDH elevated,cyanosis of lips,positive triconcave sign,pleural effusion,lesion site was the lower lobe,abnormal electrocardiogram and extrapulmonary manifestations were risk factors for the occurrence of SMPP(P＜0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that,the area under the curve(AUC)of the risk warning model was 0.829,the sensitivity was 84.82％,and the specificity was 78.15％,the actual prediction curve of the risk warning model was in good agreement with the prediction curve,the decision curve showed that,the threshold probability range of the model was 4.61％～88.14％.Conclusion:The risk warning model based on clinical multi parameters such as general data,laboratory indicators and imaging indicators has certain predictive value for the occurrence of SMPP.

Aim To study the correlation between es-trogen metabolism function of intestinal flora and liver fibrosis disease phenotype and differential intestinal bacteria by fecal microbiota transplantation(FMT).Methods C57BL/6J male mice were divided into normal group(Control-M),liver fibrosis Model group(Model),FMT-1 group(normal mice fecal microbiota transplantation from liver fibrosis mice),and FMT-2 group(liver fibrosis mice fecal microbiota transplanta-tion from female mice).The model group was induced by high fat and high glucose combined with low dose of CCl4 for 16 weeks.In the FMT group,the bacteria were destroyed by mixed antibacterial solution and then the corresponding fecal microbiota solution was given.The model group was established in the FMT-2 group and the model group at the same time.Liver function(ALT,AST)was detected by biochemical methods;liver inflammation(IL-1α,IL-6)was detected by ELISA;liver pathology was detected by HE and Mas-son methods;the expressions of α-SMA,collagen Ⅰ,estrogen receptor ERα,ERβ and GPER were detected by Western blot;estrogen metabolic enzymes β-glucu-ronidase and β-glucosidase in intestinal flora were de-tected by double antibody sandwich assay;gut microbi-ota was detected by 16S rDNA method;the correlation between estrogen metabolic enzymes,estrogen receptors and disease phenotypes and disease-related differential bacteria was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis.Results Liver function,inflammation and fibrosis in-dices were significantly higher in the model group than those in the control-M group and significantly lower in the FMT-2 group than in the model group;estrogen metabolic enzymes of the intestinal flora significantly increased in the model group compared to the control-M group and significantly decreased in the FMT-2 group compared to the model group;the model group showed a significant increase in ERβ and GPER and a significant decrease in ERα compared to the control-M group,while the FMT-2 group showed a significant de-crease in ERβ and GPER and a significant increase in ERα compared to the model group;the FMT-2 group increased the enterobacterial abundance and diversity reduced by modelling;estrogen metabolic enzymes,es-trogen receptor ERβ and GPER were all positively cor-related with the disease phenotype,while the opposite was true for ERα;estrogen metabolic enzymes were positively correlated with Allobaculum,Ruminococcus and Alistipes,and negatively correlated with Akkerman-sia,Lactobacillus and Prevotella.Conclusions Fecal microbiota transplantation in female mice can alleviate liver fibrosis in male mice,which is related to the im-provement of estrogen metabolism of intestinal flora.

Objective To study the damage effect of high-voltage electric shock on skin based on metabolomics,analyze its metabolic differences,and explore its injury mechanism.Methods A total of 16 SPF C57BL/6J male mice were divided into the electric shock group(head skin received electric shock treatment)and control group(head skin received electric shock acoustic-optical stimulation),and the skin appearance after treatment of mice in the two groups was observed.The histopathological changes caused by electric shock were analyzed by HE staining,EVG staining and Masson staining.GC-MS and LC-MS metabonomics were used to analyze the changes of skin metabolism spectrum and tissue metabolites after electric shock exposure,and the differential metabolites were analyzed.The obtained differential metabolites were combined and KEGG enrichment analysis was conducted.Results After high-voltage electric shock,the skin of mice could be damaged to the dermis,and the epidermis was partially thickened,lifted and separated.The structure of skin appendages in the dermis was destroyed,with a large number of inflammatory cells infiltrating and obvious swelling,accompanied by congestion,which led to severe skin inflammatory reaction and impaired skin barrier function.Metabonomics analysis suggested that the metabolites changed after electric shock exposure.KEGG enrichment analysis showed that electric shock significantly affected the central carbon metabolism pathway of cancer,pentose phosphate pathway,purine metabolism,glycine,serine and threonine metabolism processes,amino acid tRNA biosynthesis mechanism,glycerophospholipid metabolism pathway,pyrimidine metabolism pattern,glycolysis/gluconeogenesis,alanine metabolism process,glucagon signal pathway and so on.Conclusion High voltage electric shock can cause deep skin damage,disturb its energy metabolism and amino acid metabolism,and seriously interfere with its antioxidant and DNA repair system functions.

Aim To investigate the antidepressant mechanism of hyperforin via the utilization of single-cell sequencing technology.Methods C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into the control group,depres-sion model group,and hyperforin intervention group.The chronic unpredictable mild stress(CUMS)model was induced and drug interventions were administered for 28 d.Behavioral experiments were conducted to as-sess depressive symptoms,and hippocampal tissue was collected for single-cell RNA sequencing.Key cell populations and differentially expressed genes across groups were identified,followed by PPI network,GO,and KEGG enrichment analysis.Results Behavioral experiments indicated that CUMS successfully induced depressive symptoms in mice,while hyperforin im-proved depressive behavior.In the depression model group,the proportion of brain perivascular macrophages(PVM)increased,and this proportion decreased after hyperforin intervention,approaching the level seen in the control group.The top 20 common differentially ex-pressed genes in the PVM subpopulation were Saa3,Hbb-bs and Ccl24.PPI network analysis identified core targets,including Ccl2,Dhx9,C3,Msr1,Cxcl2 and Cx3cr1.KEGG enrichment analysis revealed pathways related to chemokines,phagosome formation,and inosi-tol phosphate metabolism.Conclusion The antide-pressant mechanism of hyperforin may be related to the regulation of Ccl24 and its related chemokine signaling pathway by PVM.
